Location, it’s at a perfect location.

Car parking can be a challenge here Only 3 cars can be parked in cellar. Finding car park outside is horrible since it’s just beside major commercial area.

Parking not good for 4 wheelers ..it was very hard to take inside and outside the car....LED Light was not working in the hall... informed to receptionist but he forgot even after giving a reminder..cleaning was okay okay..

Manque d'équipements (seche cheveux, couverts manquants,) le frigo n'était pas en marche a notre arrivée et pas une bouteille d'eau. Trop de bruit (dans la journée travaux et le soir venu trop proche de la terrasse d'un bar avec musique forte)

La propreté, le service , la localisation, la literie, la climatisation jumelée avec les ventilateurs plafonds

Manque une fenetre sur l'exterieur (lumière du jour) et une table avec 4 chaises au minimum

Nice stay in good location

Location is fantastic if you plan to walk around a lot. There is no food or tea and coffee at the hotel but Swiggy, blinket is easily available.

Maintenance of taps , acs and other can definitely be better. Also the living room in the apartment doesn't have an ac so it's hot.

Set in the busiest commercial street, this was one of the best experience I have ever had. Nothing fancy. Just the value for money makes me say that. The apartment had two bedrooms with good quality matresses and pillows. The bathroom was clean and thenpipe fittings were all of good quality. Even though there was a power failure they had the lights and fans going on inverter. Only the parking was a bit tight but still manageable. Overall a good experience and if at all I am going back to Pondicherry, my choice will be same.

It is very central, next to a busy market street, with a lot of amenities and walkable distance to white town and beach. Has a lift and big spacious rooms.

The bathrooms were very dirty. The bath towel and bedsheets were stained. The pictures they have posted in booking.com.is very misleading and not a true representation. One of my worst bookings in booking.com

It was pleasant stay with my family,I had been with my mom and sisters. Very proximity to all locations like rock beach, manakula vinayagar temple, aashram, boating place.etc. clean and well eserved place for a family. Wish to take this place only whenever I visit pondy

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great value, right in the middle of Pondi, and it had it's own outdoor terrace and kitchen.

The location of the hotel was in the main area and we can reach all the tourist spots from that place very quickly, room was very neat and clean, my only concern was the room size and it was not very satisfactory and it was less than what i have expected.

A clean, functioning hotel at an excellent location. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is an exceptional value for money. The reception staff was very kind and helpful.

Car parking is very crooked, apart from that the rooms are very good and spacious.

The location was great.

They woke you up at 10 am with a phone call to make sure that you will be ready for the check out an hour after that. Again they call you at 10:55am to see when you’re going to be out of the room. And they check after if you haven’t brake anything in the room before you leaving. Reception was not like the photos / what you imagined. Finally, they argue with us with the laundry, saying that they weren’t having any changes for us to pay - but finally got some after a while arguing….

The property was more than what we expected. Rooms matched the vibe. It was very clean. Really had a good time

The room was neat and clean. They provide facilities for fresh up even after our checkout also. It is good for a group of friends or family. The staff behaviour was so nice.

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff were very kind and responsive.

It would have been nice to have windows and a bit of view/ natural light; but the interiors of the flat make up for the lack of windows. The bathroom doors are painted in bright colours which does not match the heritage/antique vibe in the rest of the apartment.

stayed for a night . Felt safe . enjoyed the stay. cleaniness, easy check in , spacious and tastefully done rooms

Les lits sont très confortables, nous avons bien dormi. L'emplacement était très chouette, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied à partir de cet hôtel. La chambre était vaste, agréable, très bien ventilée.

Il y a eu un peu de bruit provenant de la pièce d'à côté, sans doute parce que c'était vendredi soir.

Location is very near to the pondicherry main beach along with access to all shops and market area. It's best for family and group of Friends as rooms and hall are quite spacious. Parking is also available at the basement. Employees are very friendly and will help you with all request. This was our 3rd time stay in the property as we get access to in room kitchen where we can cook home food for our toddler. Even you get refrigerator and water filter as well.

Bed sheet are not cleaned properly as you can see little stains of long usage. You can't keep bed sheet for entire life. Bathroom are okay okay but not that great. Kitchen has to be provided with cleaning liquid for washing utensils. Hall sofashas to be cleaned before guest checks in. But otherwise everything is okay.

Parking for cars is a problem during the day, but the host helped us park our vehicle in the basement in the night.

It was very neat and clean .They’re maintaining the property so well as we visited the property two years back also .

Location of the property

Bath n bed linen were not clean they were looking pale. Need to wash properly. Some Bathroom fixtures were not installed. Very basic. Very tight car parking. Difficult if you are in a luxury car.

The staff is fantastic. We stayed in GOT Theme room.
