Treebo Grace Inn, 3 Min Walk From Promenade Beach

The location of the property was exceptional. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The rooms were decently maintained. Breakfast spread was good and fresh.

There could be a few more options included in breakfast including eggs.

Breakfast was very good, tasty, delicious. Staff helpful and cooperative. The location is best, near white town and sea beach. Promenade Beach - The best beach in India. No vehicular pollution.

Breakfast was good with lot of varieties and live dosa counter was an attraction especially for south Indians.The room ambience was good.All the staff and service person were cordial and polite and Manager was kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage after check out,that was indeed a good gesture and reduced the burden of carrying our luggage during our trip.

The communication between treebo and property owner could be still more better.

Proximity to white town, rock beach and must see locations in city.

The parking system in the hotel is a nightmare. One way in and out. Cats are parked end on from back to front in the underground parking. If your car is in the back with a car in front, you can’t exit unless the car in front is moved. I got stuck and got delayed by an hour while the desk went looking for the owner and led to me missing an appointment.

Basement parking is , my new had scratches in few places, don’t allow them to park your car

Zajtrk pripravljajo tukaj v hotelu -kosilo je v stavbi zraven in zelo blizu so restavracije. Vse je na dosegu, le kratek sprehod.

Vse je dokaj v redu, le privaditi se moraš na gužvo, na cesti se nenehno trobi, ampak za čudo, nisem še videla nobenega trka 👍

Room was clean and comfortable, room size was good, double bed size was bit small as per our requirement but ok. Staffs were very cooperative and helpful. Overall, very good experience.

Smelly room once u enter Water was n brownish black colour in the morning Two wheeler rental guy recommended by the property was non negotiable and looks like he owns entire Honda factory rather than few two wheelers. A day rental of 500rs is considered 12 hrs 6 to 6 Not 24 hrs it’s non negotiable. Main was no advance advertisement is fake once u book the hotel guy calls u up for advance Would recommend visit the place before you book. Car park is in basement only small cars like hatchbacks fit in Rest suv wud be on the main roads. If u r leaving early park ur car in front else u ll end up knocking each room for moving other cars.

Breakfast was provided but some limitations due to LPG shortage. Despite that, the staff were quite helpful. Room was quite spacious and hotel is very close to most places in the white town.

Price was slightly higher due to the long weekend.

Hotel cancelled reservation before I could pay for it despite the fact that they accepted the reservation. Further, they don't answer phonecalls when called about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They kept sending emails and calling everyday for advance payment and when I went to pay a day before my stay (which their own email said was acceptable), they had cancelled the reservation. I called and the front desk person refused to pick up the call and txts me back and when I ask him why he cancelled, no response. This is borderline FRAUDULENT.

They cancelled my booking . They contacted me when I was in office, couldn't pick up their call. In a few hours they cancelled. They wanted me to pay upfront, but why have these tactics? If you want money upfront for commitment, it's totally reasonable, but why list your property as "no prepayment needed"? I don't want to coordinate with customer service and IVR numbers and pay on random links.

Hotel très bien situé sur la rue du canal. Entre tumulte et tranquillité.

La chambre 105 la première nuit. Boom boom de la boîte de nuit juste a côté, chambre humide, la première comme la deuxième. La propreté douteuse du sol . Pas de produits individuels comme mentionné. Pas de déco, pas de fenêtre, pas de vue sur la ville comme mentionné. Le personnel fait mais ne semble pas très intéressé par nos besoins.

Pas mal de choses négatives : - vétuste et clairement pas comme sur les photos, - les chambres sont sombres et humides - des odeurs de cigarette et d’urine remontent de temps en temps (via la Clim?) - et surtout le matelas … humide. Nous avons dû faire changer les draps car ils collaient à la peau pendant la nuit et nous avons vu l’état des oreillers, de la couverture et du matelas : taches, humidité et peut être moisissure Hotel un peu cher pour ce qu’il en est.

Front office manager Mr Param was superb. Very helpful and pleasant staff. walking distance to restaurants and beach.

Room was ok but roof was with fungus spots and the food hygiene is not at all good. Requested for food room service but the trays provided worst with dust and fishy’s spot too. So with lot of difficulty we wasted the food. No proper car parking facility.

Staff was good. Gotta early check in.

AC w/o control in temperature and cooling is nothing. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Both are very much disappointed. Breakfast time should increase to 10 from 9.30. Won’t get hot water in the morning till 10 or 11 because of centralized water heater.

I stayed in November and I had good stay with quite ambience. French colony, Ganesa temple, Aurobindo ashram, park, museum,rock beach all walkable distance only. Evening time leisure walk is awesome. South Indian Breakfast with bread butter and jam is appreciable

Brilliant ambience. Walkable from Railway station 700 meters only. Exceptional breakfast with good service in dining. Hotel front office arranged for 2 wheeler and I hope they arrange cab for site seeing as well. Best for family stay.

Non smoking rooms

Stay was decent and the room are neat and tidy with very supportive staffs. All of the major tourist spots are walkable distance only. Many multi cuisine restaurants nearby. Breakfast is the top knotch south Indian buffet with bread toast butter and jam. Roof top breeze awesome. Very recommended 👌

AC had leakage issue and we had terrible issue with car parking as the garage was flooded . Even entering the property during the rain was terrible in the night as it was fully flooded . I feel price can be reduced when the parking facilities and AC are not in great shape .
