Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is in a good location in White Town, within walking distance of Arulmigu Manakula Vinayagar Temple and the beach. The room was comfortable with good facilities, and the buffet breakfast was good too. Ms. Beena and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

I stayed at Executive Inn for a day on my return to Chennai from South Tamil Nadu. My wife and I had planned to visit only Rock Beach, and we wanted a hotel within walkable distance since we didn't want to drive through Pondicherry after a long journey. A colleague recommended this hotel. The hotel was clean, had cozy beds, and the AC worked well. Also, both the reception and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast had fewer items, but it was tasty, and I can't complain. Overall, if you are looking for a neat and clean room within walking distance of Rock Beach and French Town, it's worth considering.

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment la dame de l’accueil toujours soucieuse de notre bien être. L’emplacement pas loin de la mer. Les équipements de la chambre, notamment le frigo bien utile. Le petit déjeuner buffet très varié et la possibilité de prendre son repas dans la chambre à toute heure.

L'emplacement est top. Direct dans Pondichéry. Plusieurs chemins peuvent être pris soot pour aller vers White Town ou Heritage. L'hôtel est de belle qualité, agréable. Peu de nuisances sonores. Pour une famille de 3 ou 4 nous avions la chambre suite qui est grande avec deux espaces séparés par un rideau. Très bonne connexion WiFi. Enfin le personnel du restaurant adorable. Aux petits soins ainsi que le portier toujours le petit sourire.

Les repas du petit déjeuner sont variés et différents chaque matin. Manque de variété des fruits et jus de fruits proposés.

The vibe of the place is too good in terms of decor, location, facilities and food . Breakfast was excellent. All food on the menu was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

We had an awesome stay at Pondicherry Executive Inn! It was very comfortable for our family of four, with clean and well-maintained rooms that made our trip even more enjoyable. We had an excellent experience by providing unlimited complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of South Indian dishes — truly appreciated! The location is perfect, making it easy to cover all the key attractions in Pondicherry without much hassle. A thoughtful touch we really valued was that they even arranged a separate restroom facility for our driver to freshen up during our stay. Overall, this place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.

The hotel is impeccably clean and comfortable. The service is exceptional and the staff are very responsive and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by the great in-house restaurant and room service. The food was excellent and offered great varieties to the point that I mostly ate there. The management kindly let me do a late check-out. I had an unfortunate event happen with my subsequent travel and I returned to the inn after checking out. The staff responded with empathy and allowed me to stay in the same room. Additionally, the hotel is a short distance walk from the corniche.

Nous avons été logés dans l’hôtel annexe situé à 200 m plus haut, ce qui en soit n’est pas très grave mais on aurait pu être avisé. Apparemment c’est le sort des réservations <BOOKING>.

Quel hôtel! Idéalement situé dans la zone francophone, à 4 mn du bord de mer. Nous avons eu une chambre au dernier étage avec le joli balcon donnant sur la place. Un ascenseur fonctionnel et agréable. cet hôtel ancien est bien adapté à notre vie moderne accrochée à son wifi ! La chambre est coquette , bien équipée, climatiseur, ventilateur plafond, TV, frigo, bouilloire. Portant pour les valises, vaste armoire, miroir , fils de séchage sur le balcon. Salle d’eau complète: douche, lavabo, WC. L’eau chaude est instantanée, la douche puissante: un grand bonheur ! La robinetterie est d’époque, robuste et efficace. Le breakfast est copieux, varié, Parlons du personnel : La gérante nous a attendu pour nôtre arrivée tardive, grand et beau sourire chaleureux, à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Tout comme le personnel y compris le gardien extérieur Nous recommandons vivement ce havre de paix situé au coeur de la ville bruyante.

Staff cannot be nicer. Laundry service was very good but be aware of they charge 18% taxes on top of the given price. Room was very clean, everyday asking if we wanted room service. The location is very good.

A peaceful property tended to with so much love. Excellent location to explore the French Quarter, ashram and walk the promenade. Very comfortable room. The best part was how the entire team was very kind and helpful. Chiranjit in the restaurant remembered all my favorite breakfast items and was a bright part of my mornings when I would go to breakfast after my morning walks on the promenade. It was a perfect homebase for my time in Pondicherry. I look forward to staying again on my next visit.

Located in White Town, it's quite close to the Rock Beach. Full marks for the cleanliness. Excellent service and staff behavior force you to love this property. In spite of the LPG crisis, they laid out quite a few items of our liking in the breakfast

The TV could be replaced by a smart tv. The tea coffee served with the breakfast could be improved

We were here sightseeing. The hotel is in a good location as we enjoyed walking to the French Quarter/ White Town. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant several times for convenience and the food and service were always good. The property shows its age a bit, but that is part of its character. We would stay again.

When we first arrived at Executive Suites - Annex, after a very long taxi ride from Rameswarem, we weren't quite sure about it and wanted to upgrade to the main hotel. There was no availability that evening and by the time we could have a room in the main hotel we did not want to move as we were being so well looked after! Our room was spacious and clean. It had a small balcony looking out onto the street. We had plenty of space for our belongings, which was useful for our 7 night stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent, always plenty of hot water. A/C worked well and wasn't too noisy. Every morning we were asked if we wanted our room to be serviced. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to ensure our stay was comfortable and stressfree. The location is perfect for exploring Pondicherry, close to restaurants and bars and a short walk to the promenade. Whilst the street was busy during the day, at night it was very quiet and we slept very well most nights. We saw some of the rooms in the main hotel and they were lovely but for half the price we were more than happy in the Annex. We tried the restaurant and it was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much to the team for your kindness. Highly recommended.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in Pondicherry! Die Zimmer sind schön und auch schön groß. Am Rand des ehemaligen Kolonialviertels gelegen ist hier alles schöne in Pondy fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, stets freundlich und erfüllt sogar Extrawünsche. Da man viele europäische Gäste hat, würzt die Küche bewusst nicht so scharf, was für unsere Gaumen eine willkommne Abwechslung war. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können dieses Hotel jeden Touristen, der Pondicherry besucht nur empfehlen!

This hotel is very well run. It is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves great breakfasts and very tasty food for dinner. The staff are attentive and friendly. The lady owner is so amazing. She will help with any query and really has her eye on the ball. Definitely recommended. Location is spot on too. Easy walk to the beach promenade.

Pokój hotelowy był bardzo ciemny i brudny. Pościel i ręczniki były poplamione. Łazienka w fatalnym stanie. W całym pokoju śmierdziało naftaliną, do tego stopnia że nie dało się przykryć kocem, a poduszka pod głową śmierdziała. Masa komarów ukrytych w ciemnych zakątkach pokoju. Śniadanie bardzo ubogie. Jestem zdziwiona ilością pozytywnych opinii na Booking, ponieważ dla mnie to jeden z gorszych hoteli w których się zatrzymałam.

Un hôtel typiquement indien ce qui semble rare à POndy! Le personnel est très prévenant. Chaque jour 2 litres d’eau était apporté dans la chambre. Des parapluies étaient à disposition pour les jours de pluie. La cuisine était délicieuse.

Le ménage n’était fait dans ma chambre que lorsque je le demandais; mais il suffisait de demander !
