El recepcionista no nos quiso apoyar en guardar unas inyecciones de insulina. Tenía mala actitud y le tuvimos que suplicar que mos ayudara. El transporte que lleva el aeropuerto se le poncho la llanta y nos dejaron tirados con las maletas en la carretera y tuvimos que irnos caminando. No les importo dejarnos tirados ahí.

1 overnachting, toevallig per uitzondering geen water die avond/nacht vanaf 22u30 tot 5u 's morgens. Wij vertrokken 's ochtend om 4u30 al. Hotel ruikt muf, schimmelgeur, ondanks het er heel recent uitziet. Bedlakens voelden ook heel wak aan. 1 mini flesje water voor 2 personen 1 capsule koffie voor 2 personen, dit vonden we heel karig. Personeel aan receptie was wel vriendelijk.

Solo llegamos ya muy tarde a dormir, no probamos ningún alimento ya que salimos temprano a otro alojamiento cerca de ahí, solo compré agua que me pareció demasiado cara. El lugar está limpio.

El precio del agua y el empleado del front desk estaba de mal humor , tal ves porque llegamos casi a media noche

They were exceptionally helpful. The taxi drivers at the airport were asking for $100 USD! to drive us to the hotel (that is 8 min away by car). I called the hotel and they immediately arranged a shuttle for us, free of charge. The hotel is new, clean and the food is delicious! Also, the airline crew is staying at this hotel so it's a really good option if you need to stay the night to catch your flight on the next day.

Lekker hotel vlakbij het vliegveld (was voor ons de belangrijkste reden om dit hotel te kiezen). Prima kamers, lekkere bedden, goed ontbijt. We waren hier 1 nacht. Omgeving stelt niet veel voor.

Le chauffeur qui était prévu à l aéroport ne m’a pas attendu -les bagages ont mis plus d’une heure à être délivrés -et j’ai dû payer un taxi pour aller à l’hôtel , 170USD …

Tuvimos competencia de Patinaje sobre Hielo, en Happ :) Arena Cancún, es un excelente lugar para llegar, excelente ubicacion, excelente desayuno, y el personal dando buenas vibras y apoyos para los competidores! Muchas gracias!

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and staff friendly. Breakfast selections were plentiful and varied and the food tasty. The hotel is located across from an outstanding outlet mall featuring haute couture shops and many restaurants. It’s also less expensive than other hotels nearby.

Although we’d booked a double room, the amenities were for just one person. I had to track down a housekeeper and ask for extra towels, coffee pods, and water.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was amazing! Although the shuttle area at the airport was a complete zoo, our driver found us and was very helpful. The hotel was only about a mile from the airport, so a short ride.

Although we had a room with 2 beds, the room had amenities for only 1 person. 1 coffee pod, 1 tea bag, 1 set of towels. Strange!

Goed hotel om een nacht na je vlucht in Cancun te overnachten. Het was heel schoon en had een heerlijk bed. We verbleven in de junior suite en die was super ruim. Na aankomst even bij de bar wat gedronken en gegeten. Het eten was echt super lekker! Net als het uitgebreide en heerlijke ontbijt. Het zwembad hebben we vanwege onze aankomsttijd niet gebruikt, maar zag er goed uit. Wel even naar de fitnessruimte gegaan en die was ook prima! Mocht het nodig zijn, er zit een groot winkelcentrum om de hoek waar je nog vanalles kan halen.

Het ligt niet echt op een mooie plek, maar dat is ook logisch als je vlak bij het vliegveld wil zitten.

Gute Unterkunft, 8 Minuten vom Flughafen. Wahnsinns Frühstückfuffet!

L emplacement à côté de l aéroport est un plus et les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées

La restauration du dîner n est pas à la hauteur. Très long à servir pour une table de 4 avec une salle vide plus de 45 mns et en plus 2 plats servis et les autres encore 15mns de plus pour les recevoir. Qualité de la restauration à revoir comme le petit déjeuner. Prix trop cher pour ce que c est. Dommage

Super Lage durch die Nähe zum Flughafen und trotzdem angenehm ruhig Der Pool war sehr schön und zum Sonnenuntergang hat man eine ganz tolle Stimmung.

Leider waren die Betten durchgelegen und in der Dusche fehlt die Tür

Breakfast is ok. Too much salt in food makes it impossible to eat. Bath robes in suite were tattered and not wearable, towels were worn. Confusion over costing of dog even though I called and confirmed and cost was given to me. Price at check-in was almost double but we compromised.

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die hohen Decke machte das Zimmer größer und wohnlicher. Der Service bei der Anmeldung war sehr freundlich.

Das es nur ein Kaffee Päckchen für zwei Personen gab. Das morgens kein Licht mehr ging. Das Bad kein fester hatte und ohne Licht morgens um 6:00 Abreise Tag schlecht zu nutzen möglich war.

The location was great because of the massive outlet mall right outside, there was so much to look and experience. The staff was overall nice and generally helpful. The hotel itself was a beautiful place.

We booked with booking.com and it said there would be a bathtub, that is actually WHY we booked the room we did because we had our dog with us so we planned on staying in the room the whole time. But booking.com was wrong and none of their rooms had bathtubs. The shower had no door or curtain so the floor got wet every time you showered. I was surprised that the staff didnt help more as we had a lot of luggage and I asked for assistance with it. But they told me there was a trolley I could use myself instead.

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen Cancún. Besonders bei einer späten Ankunft ist es ideal, um entspannt anzukommen und gut erholt in den nächsten Tag zu starten. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, die äußerst großzügig geschnitten war und ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bot. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Den Pool sowie andere Einrichtungen haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir diese nicht beurteilen.

Die Lobby sowie das gesamte Hotel sind stark parfümiert, was wir teilweise als etwas störend empfunden haben. Für eine einzelne Übernachtung war dies für uns jedoch kein größeres Problem.

Sehr sauber, gemütliche Betten und freundliche Leute

Ich habe diese Unterkunft genommen weil ein kostenloser Airportshuttle mit dabei war. Nachdem alles gut kommuniziert wurde war leider niemand vor Ort um mich am Flughafen abzuholen. Musste dann 40 doller für 10min Fahrt bezahlen. Auf dem Rückweg hat es dann reibungslos funktioniert.

Water pressure in the shower was bad being on the fifth floor. A lot of forms to fill out upon arrival, which is not ideal after a long flight. Overall, a good hotel though.

Das Hotel war gut ausgestattet und lag günstig in der Nähe des Flughafens. Es verfügte über einen Pool und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Nähe gab es eine große Mall.

Very close to the airport, clean, nice breakfasts and friendly personnel. Beds were also comfy. We stayed only 1 night after a long flight, so that's all we needed.

Just keep in mind the free shuttle service stops around 21.30, so if you have evening flight and your baggage is delayed (which happened to us) the only option is to take a taxi for $100+ cost for 10 mins ride.

Für ein zwischenaufenthalt das perfekte Hotel unweit des Flughafens

Das man immer noch nicht mit Euro bezahlen kann. Wer keine pesos . Dollar oder Kreditkarte hat wird wohl dort kein Zimmer bekommen! Euro ist Weltwährung und steht über dem Dollar !!

No complainants at all, hotel is a typical airport hotel.. all the amenities with the bonus of a pool.

I got reprimanded by a hotel manager for smoking outside the hotel and was told to smoke by the road. And today I see all the TUI reps smoking and raping directly outside the main entrance... so much for a non smoking area

Que erem 4 i només teniem dues tovalloles i que un dels matalassos estava bastant deformat i era incomode de dormir-hi.

Es un poco complicado coordinar el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel, si no tienes accesso a internet. además de tiempos largos de espera, ya que solo se confirma una vez que uno esta esperando las maletas.

Propreté de la chambre à revoir, bruit la ventilation très fort. Lit 2 places petit. Chambre réservé pour 3 personnes mais seulement 2 serviettes dans la chambre. Pas d’eau à disposition des clients, quand on demande on nous répond poliment qu’on peut en acheter au bar, dommage. Paiement du petit déjeuner en espèce, n’embêtant quand on vient d’arriver et qu’on a pas d’espèce encore. Là encore on nous invite poliment à retirer au distributeur de l’hôtel mais le taux était très désavantageux.

Nach dem langen Flug konnten wir in dem Hotel eine Nacht prima entspannen, bevor wir dann am nächsten Tag unsere Rundreise gestartet haben. Toll war der kostenlose Shuttle-Service vom Hotel zum Flughafen bzw. für uns zur Mietwagenstation. Abendessen und Frühstück waren prima, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Ein Tipp: Hin und wieder funktioniert die Kartenzahlung nicht reibungslos. Für den Fall ist es hilfreich, etwas Bargeld zur Verfügung zu haben. Wir haben das Abendessen in Euro zahlen können, was aber wirklich fair und ohne zusätzliche Gebühren umgerechnet wurde.

Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und die Belüftung erfolgte ausschließlich über die Klimaanlage. Dementsprechend war war das Raumklima etwas feucht, aber nicht unangenehm.

Guten Hotel in Nähe des Flughafens mit gratis Transfer. Befindet sich direkt neben einer grossen Shopping mal.

Mussten genau bis um 15.00 Uhr warten für das Check-in. Bekamen ein dreckiges und nicht fertig gemachtes Zimmer. Als wir es meldeten, erhielten wir ein Upgrade zu einem grösseren Zimmer.
