Great location in South Beach. Breakfast was great and always well stocked! Pool area was nice & clean and towels provided daily for the pool. Overall a great hotel for a great price!! Would stay again!

Id say the only negative was the corridors could maybe be updated or the bathroom sink / vanity unit.

As soon as we entered the room and went to sleep, we felt that the sheets had not been changed, and there were stains on all the pillows. We went to the hotel reception and told them, and honestly, the guy didn't seem surprised at all—as if it wasn't the first time this had happened to them. He said it was already late and there were no cleaners, so he would bring me clean pillowcases and they would come clean the room in the morning. We had already unpacked our bags and were so tired that we didn't have the energy to argue or demand a new room. I replaced the pillowcases and discovered that one of the four he brought me was also dirty. The next day, despite being promised that the room would be cleaned, no one came. When we went down to the reception to tell the guy that we were promised a clean room and it didn't happen, he said he wrote in his report that our room should be cleaned and didn't know why they hadn't come. Just then, a cleaner who was changing trash bags happened to walk past us, so he told her to leave everything and go clean our room. She looked extremely tired, which made us feel uncomfortable that he was pulling her away like that. We said we would wait in the lobby while she cleaned so as not to make her feel uncomfortable with us staring at her while she changed the sheets. While waiting in the lobby, I asked the receptionist how such things happen, and he said they only clean room once every three days! This was not stated anywhere when we made the reservation. If we had known, we would not have booked a room there. In any case, even after they cleaned our room and gave us clean towels, I found hair inside the folds of the towels that was likely left by other people—it was so disgusting! We couldn't dry ourselves with them and had to use beach towels we had picked up from the lobby the day before. Bottom line—it feels like a filthy roadside motel, not a hotel in the center of Miami Beach.

Stadt Hotel mit idealer Lage für den legendären Ocean Drive sowie South Beach im Zentrum des Art Déco Viertel. Zimmer ok. Typisch amerikanisches Frühstück, welches im Vergleich zu vorherigen etwas besser erscheint. Positiv anzumerken ist das freundliche & hilfsbereite Personal sowie der Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Auch die Bar ist ok.

Der Platz beim Frühstück, also Organisation der Tische usw.. ist alles sehr sehr eng gestellt.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente desde nuestra llegada. Tuvimos que pasar horas fuera de la habitación y, finalmente, nos cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña mojándonos todo en la mudanza. La situación hizo que nuestra estadía fuera muy incómoda y no pudiéramos disfrutarla como esperábamos. Tan mal pasamos.

Extremely upsetting experience, I would not recommend this hotel. During my stay the housekeeping serviced my room while I was out. When I returned, I noticed that my Swatch watch was no longer where I had left it. I was rushing to a lunch reservation and did not have enough time to thoroughly search the room at that moment. The next day, I discovered a significant termite problem in the room. The hotel ultimately arranged to relocate me at the Penguin Hotel. The experience became even worse after I was relocated. The reception I received from the front desk was hostile and extremely uncomfortable. Multiple members of the reception staff appeared to know details about my complaint, which made me seriously question whether our situation had been handled with appropriate discretion and confidentiality.One front desk employee in particular, Madison, was exceptionally rude. During my interactions, I felt that I was being treated as though I were dishonest rather than a guest reporting a serious concern. I also became aware that details of my situation were being discussed among members of the reception team. The way I was treated left me feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and judged. Management's response regarding the missing watch was essentially that they trusted their employees and did not believe an employee would jeopardize their immigration status. I found that response completely inappropriate and dismissive. Trusting employees does not eliminate the responsibility to take a guest's report seriously and properly investigate what happened. Hotels are not defined only by what goes wrong. They are defined by how they respond when something does go wrong. Based on my experience, the handling of this situation showed a serious lack of accountability, empathy, discretion, and professionalism. I would not stay at this property again, and I cannot recommend it to other travelers.

L hotel est bruyant, l insonorisation est à revoir. Le ménage des chambres n est pas quotidien (sauf si demande faite tot le matin) Nous avions des traces de moisissure sur les oreillers et la climatisation est trop bruyante

I loved the location of the property to beach, many restaurant options within walking distance.

Elevator is small and there is only one but not an issue if you are on 1st or 2nd floor.

Завтраки действительно было приемлемыми, но однообразными как и во всех отелях. Расположение удобное: рядом магазин и удобный выход на пляж.

Для начала процесс заселения. Мы приехали достаточно поздно из-за задержки рейса и, когда дождались своей очереди, ресепшионист отвлекался на вопросы других заселяющихся. Далее долго искали наш ключ и, о ура, мы получили ключ. Но счастье было не долгим, нам выдали ключ, в котором уже спали другие люди (думаю вы представляете реакцию людей, к которым мы вломились, и нашу реакцию). А далее был кошмар в наших глазах, так как в номере, который нам дали, повсюду были волосы (на полотенцах, постели и тд). Постельное белье серое, плесень на сантехнике). В итоги, когда легли в кровать, тут же заказали другой номер в другом отеле. В этот приходили только завтракать…

If you want to go with your partner and enjoy the pool at night, I wouldn't recommend it. They close early—at 7:45 PM—and there is no privacy because the space is small.

La propreté, une catastrophe. Je l'ai signalé, mais rien n'a été fait avant le lendemain. J'avais 3 chambres, 2 avec la salle de bain salle. J'ai même pris une chambre dans un autre hôtel.

El lugar para desayunar queda en el edificio de al lado y con un espacio limitado, se suele armar fila. Hay una sola silla en una habitación para 2 personas. La habitación es mas chica de lo que parece.

Exceptional boutique hotel with great staff and unbeatable location

The room was very large for this price. Usually for this price you get a room where you can barely move around. IN this case, the room is large. Room temperature was awesome for the 90 degrees outside. YOu can only turn on off and control fan speed. IT is set to 62 by default. Breakfast can get busy since they serve three different properties. CUmplimentary drinks were good.

MInd that there is no laundry service or laundry room. Our room was not in the main building, so we needed to go outside into an alley to get to the second building. They should control pigeons at least in internal patio since they eat several guest breakfast (including ours). We got served again.

Stayed 4 nights with my teenage daughters. They loved their room. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and efficient. The pool was lovely. Value for money was off the charts. Were there any quibbles? Yes, but they were negligible eg the elevator is small. 100% would recommend, and fully plan to come back again next year.

The hotel has a nice bar area, a roof top pool at the building next door, outside seating area and the staff her helpful when I had any questions. The location was perfect and the rooms were cleaned very well. There was always plenty of towels available. The rooms were a great size but the bathroom was small and outdated. The closet space was also a very good size. The main negative with the room other than the bathroom, is there was no coffee machine in the room which I have become accustomed to in the US. The breakfast was ok but did get busy but we could always find seating outside. I would recommend this hotel as a good budget option.

This is a decent but overpriced hotel in South Beach. I understand it’s World Cup season but we paid more than $380 for a standard room for 1 night. Staff Staff was friendly. We checked in at 11:30am and our room wasn’t ready, so they took our phone number, provided us with beach towels and our luggage in a storage. They never called us back so we came back at 2:30pm and the room was ready. Room The standard king room was decent, clean but very damp. Since there are no balconies and windows are closed the whole time, if you have a wet bathing suit or a sweaty shirt it won’t dry. So keep that in mind and bring some plastic bags. Pool There’s a small rooftop pool next door (building 1425) but contrary to some reviews I read, there’s NO bar at the pool and no alcohol is allowed there. Their lobby bar opens at 4pm so if you want to have.a drink during the day you’re out of luck. Also, they constantly play an annoying repetitive instrumental music labeled as “melodic electronica, and deep house “ which is very annoying. If they put someone in a room and play that music for hours it would be the worst type of torture. They should either play some top 40s songs or at least some relaxing music. Bar There’s a lobby bar with some TVs (good for the World Cup) and the attendant was very friendly. Each person gets a drink voucher that can be redeemed between 4pm and 8pm (bar opens at 4pm). Drink prices are ok considering this is a super expensive area. Breakfast Breakfast is included and it was decent. Eggs, one type of sausage, ham, potatoes, bread, waffles, fruits. But note that they serve you so the amount of food you eat is limited. They put to small sausages on my plate and I asked for one more. I’m used to breakfast buffets so I kinda of missed that. Area This is a busy area and everything is super expensive. If you go to a standard restaurant get ready to pay $10 or more for a local beer, $7 for a can of soda and $20 or more for a drink such as Piña colada. I only stayed for one night prior to my cruise but next time I’ll choose a different area. This south beach vibe isn’t worth the high cost. I’ll leave it to the teenagers and young people in their 20s.

Was great with a superb location for south beach and ocean boulevard.

Breakfast was a little basic. Eggs and sausage were tasty but just a little basic.

Tuve una buena estadía en el hotel The President. Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención del personal de recepción, en particular de Henry y Eduardo, quienes fueron siempre muy amables y atentos. Mención especial para Eduardo, que en un momento en el que me encontraba muy enferma y necesitaba comunicarme con mi familia, tuvo la enorme gentileza de prestarme su teléfono personal. Fue un gesto de gran calidad humana que agradezco profundamente. La ubicación del hotel es excelente y el desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. Como aspecto a mejorar, la habitación que me asignaron era bastante ruidosa. Se percibía mucho el ruido exterior y también el de las habitaciones contiguas, ya que la aislación acústica de las ventanas y paredes no era suficiente. A pesar de ello, valoro mucho la atención recibida y la calidad humana del personal, que hicieron mi estadía mucho más agradable.
