Very Disappointing Experience This was our first time in Miami, and we chose this place because of its good reviews and how it was presented online, including as beachfront. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The smell was unbelievably bad, and the place was in very poor condition. Both my children have asthma, so we had to leave within an hour. The staff initially allowed us to check in early, but pressured us for a 5-star review. When we complained, the staff and manager were extremely rude and refused to refund our money, telling us to deal with Booking.com. I also accidentally left some jewellery there. When I returned, they said they had not found anything. Very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this place.

Ubicación y el poder disponer de una pequeña cocina equioada con cubiertos, platos, jabón, estropajo, papel de cocina y menaje, lo que permite poder cenar o comer en la habitación.

El aparato de aire acondicionado es antiguo y ruidoso, como el de todas las habitaciones. La falta de una buena insonorización hace que haya ruido en la habitación proveniente tambien del resto de aparatos de las otras habitaciones. No impide dormir pero es molesto.

Lovely place and best location posible, it was near to all the places you need to go in south beach. Everything was to a walkable distance, if you like, or well connected by bus. The hotel was confortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go back in my next visit.

Otel en güzel yanı merkezi konumda olması her yere yürüne mesafesinde. Kahvaltı klasik otel kahvaltısı çok bir beklenti içine girmeyin. Kahvaltıyı lobide alıyorsunuz ama dışarıda yada odanızda yapıyorsunuz. Şikayetçi olduğum tek şey klima çalışırken çok ses yapıyor.

Primero su buena ubicación. Segundo todo estaba bien ordenado y los servicios ofrecidos perfectos. El personal siempre atento, con mi hijo nos sentimos en casa.

I liked everything, the location was great, the breakfast was nice and there were a lot of amenities in the rooms, such as a fridge, microwave, etc.

Breakfast was great, you can bake fresh waffles, good coffee. Beautiful place, 5 minutes to the sea, sunbeds were included, beautiful sandy beach where every visitor has enough space for themselves, shops, bars, pizzerias, bus stops everywhere nearby, we got a large apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (super), private toilet and bathroom. I recommend this hotel, a great choice for a family vacation.,

Yes I would definitely stay with you again. Lovely clean hotel and big suites with everything we needed for our stay. Only 100 metres to the beachfront, so it was a great location. Great price as well. I would highly recommend staying at the Ocean Reef Suites.

La camera accogliente è pulita ma i condizionatori vecchi e rumorosi di notte non si poteva dormire, abbiamo dovuto spengerlo, ma in una città come Miami senza condizionatore non si respira.

Fuimos 2 personas, rentamos un estudio, es muy amplio, y lo tiene todo. El personal es muy amable, la limpieza lo hacen muy bien, nunca tuvimos que solicitarles algo, siempre dejaban todo. Pedimos una habitación silenciosa, y descansamos muy bien. Ambos aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido, pero no fue un problema. Me gusta dormir asi. El desayuno, básico, pero está bien así. Siempre hay agua y café. Además, en la playa tienes reposeras gratis, y toallas para llevar. Es un servicio que, si debes pagarlo, cuesta bastante dinero adicional, pero este hotel lo tenía incluido. En el restaurante italiano, de abajo del hotel, tienes descuento por hospedarte en este hotel. Lo recomiendo.

Para destacar la ubicación del hotel, en el corazón de South Beach. Buen desayuno, incluido en la tarifa. Muy amables las personas de recepción y encargadas del desayuno.

Si bien la habitación era amplia y espaciosa, creo que le falta algo de mantenimiento (pintura por ejemplo). Baño sin ventilación y con olor feo. Creo que son aspectos importantes al considerar la evaluación final del hotel. No cuenta con espacio interno para tomar el desayuno, solo pocas mesas que se encuentran en el exterior, en el ingreso.

La ubicación era muy buena, súper céntrica y el desayuno muy completo. La atención del personal también impecable y el poder dejar las valijas en el propio hotel antes del check in es un gran plus.

Me faltó un ascensor, yo fui sola y andaba con dos valijas grandes y un carry on y subirlas y bajarlas por las escaleras fue complicado. Y la vista de la ventana, que al final no habría, porque daba a una pared blanca de otro edificio.

Bliskość Ocean Drive. Nie jestem mega wymagającym podróżnikiem. Jak za tą cenę to spodziewałem się czegoś więcej. Fajne małe prezenciki od hotelu na wyjsciu. Obsługa bardzo miła. W pokoju było co potrzeba. Klima może trochę za słaba. Śniadania na słodko, owoce. Zjedliśmy tylko raz. Ale można zabrać więcej do pokoju jak jest trzeba rano wcześnie wstać. Śniadania od 8;00.

Pokój był średnio czysty. Powiedziałby że średnio posprzątany. W ostatnim dniu znaleziono dwa karaluchy. Jeden żywy, jeden marwty. Zbyt późno śniadania.

Location was perfect for walking South Beach. It had a lovely Italian street side restaurant. Nice to sit there on an evening when we got home. The hotel provides free beach chairs and beach towels.

We had the room for 4 and the pull out bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was basic tea and pastries, but was enough until we went out.

El desayuno tiene sólo carbohidratos. Ninguna proteína. Pésima experiencia!. Las duchas no tienen la suficiente agua o potencia para bañarse adecuadamente. La habitación dispone de ollas y sartenes, pero no hay cocina.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. Loved the sweet pastries at breakfast.

The room had its issues… water pressure and temperature were a problem in the morning (no hot water). In general low maintenance including a broken bathroom window and deficient cleaning. There was sand in the floor during our 4 day stay and a cockroach showed up our last morning. The room had windows but all were tainted. It could be noisy.

La ubicación, la atención del personal que fue de un 10/10! La comodidad de sus instalaciones. Te dan toallones y 2 sillas en la playa por medio de un convenio con la empresa que las alquila en la 10th. I give you a 10/10! We spent beautufull days during out journey to Miami. La ubicacion es muy buena, el plus del hotel es que te ofrecen reposeras gratuitas en la playa. El desayuno esta bien. Pero la habitacion super ruidosa y las camas incomodas.
