L'airco qui ne peut pas être arrêté, il fait froid dans le chambres ce n'est pas agréable et le bruit du moteur de l'airco centralisé qui tourne comme une turbine toutes les 20 minutes y compris la nuit

La colazione è servita in un altro hotel esterno anche se nelle vicinanze comunque dovrebbe essere precisato in fase di prenotazione , inoltre la colazione non è a buffet ma servito sulla base di poche scelte. Il secondo giorno la camera non era stata ben pulita . Hanno un deposito bagagli piccolissimo e le nostre valigie sono rimaste nella hall davanti la reception!

Śniadania nie mają najmniejszego sensu aby je kupować, są w hotelu 700m dalej w upale i wilgoci zero przyjemności z takiego spaceru. Porcję male jak dla 10 latka, mało opcji wyboru, jedzenie zimne. W pokoju brak choćby codziennej butelki wody po sprzątaniu. Ogólnie amerykańskim hotelom daleko do standardów europejskich czy azjatyckich.

Location was great, clean and the price was good.

Noise was a major issue. I could hear every single conversation and footstep in the hallways as if they were amplified. I woke up several times in the middle of the night because so much noise came into the room. I was also on the first floor, so there was no view whatsoever. I had to keep the shades closed all the time, so I felt like I was in a jail cell. The Wi-Fi password didn’t work either.

El desayuno no se sirve en el hotel. Como no estaba incluído en mi reserva tuve la posibilidad de elegir mi mejor opción para la primera comida del día. El personal del hotel es extremadamente amable y atento a las necesidades. La habitación y el baño son amplios y con los amenities básicos.

La habitación no dispone de un área de escritorio (o apoyo) con silla para poder trabajar cómodamente en caso de necesitarlo. El sistema de aire acondicionado es central y seteado a una temperatura que a muchos nos puede resultar demasiado fría e incluso perjudicar la salud. No obstante, personal de mantenimiento accedió sin cuestionamientos y rápidamente a dar solución temporaria al tema cerrando parcialmente las bocas de salida de aire.

早餐不在酒店，在要稍微走出去200米的样子的另一家酒店里，但是。但是那家酒店的服务生的态度非常亲切，服务非常周到，然后早餐有几个选项做的都非常好，很满意。特别是双鸡蛋配培根，好像是第2个选项吧，嗯，我感觉到培根的口味很好，鸡蛋煎的软嫩合适。

酒店提供了沙滩椅的服务，但是和早餐不一样，早餐我们到前台他给我们一个早餐卡上面怎么过去的路线以及清单都写得非常清楚，而沙滩和沙滩椅的服务，问了两次前台，我感觉说的都不清梦，对于游客来讲，信息量是不够的，以至于我们到了沙滩，连续有两组人过来说，噢，你们这个位置不对，这不是你们的，然后一会又说哦这个阳伞不能用，这些信息其实如果能够像像早餐一样写的清清楚楚的话，我们感觉会更好(后来回到房间，发现桌上有一个beach pass我猜想是不是拿了这个到海滩上就没有人来赶我们了)，但不管怎么样，在阿密这个海滩上面感觉。还是非常好的。

酒店的地理位置很好，步行5分钟可以到海滩，但是门口的路上很安静，晚上没有噪音。酒店布置温馨，工作人员友好。

我们一共住了3天，第3天房间的空调坏了，实在太热，酒店提出还有卫衣一间空的房间可以换，结果新的房间空调冷得像冰窟一样，温度开关调了没用。

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel in Beach-Nähe. Jeden Tag wird gereinigt und es gibt neue Handtücher (das ist auch nötig, da diese bei der Kälte nicht trocknen würden). Kaffee und Wasser ständig in der Lobby zur Verfügung.

Unser Aufenthalt war eher enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war eiskalt, sogar der Fußboden. Man kann dies aber nicht selbst im Zimmer regulieren, da die gesamte Etage gespeist wird. Wir haben dann die Erlaubnis bekommen die Lüftung abzukleben und haben einen Heizlüfter angeboten bekommen! Ökologisch eine Katastrophe, wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. Wir waren also nie in unserem Zimmer außer zum schlafen (in Pullovern und langen Hosen), was sehr schade war. Dafür war es echt zu teuer.

Bardzo czysty obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokoje są wygodne, przestronne i bardzo komfortowe. Łazienki nowoczesne, zadbane i bardzo ładne. Obsługa była miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione (vicina alla spiaggia, ai posti più frequentati di Miami e ai luoghi di ritrovo per le escursioni), le camere erano ampie e ben arredate, così come i bagni. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel darci indicazioni, sconti per la colazione, sdraio gratuite sulla spiaggia e anche ombrelloni e asciugamani. All’ingresso quello che si nota subito è l’ottima pulizia e il profumo. Anche l’aria condizionata era regolabile e per nulla fastidiosa al contrario di ciò che leggevo nelle altre recensioni.

Sebbene la pulizia sia stata una delle migliori nei miei viaggi in America, consiglio di prendere in considerazione l’idea di acquistare un’aspirapolvere perché spesso la sabbia che ahimè naturalmente finiva sotto le scarpe, essendo in una zona di mare, è rimasta a terra in camera senza essere ben pulita.

Apenas Wi-Fi, realmente não funciona. E como fiquei muito no fundo do terceiro andar o meu sinal da operadora também oscilava, o que complicou um pouco.

The property was beautiful from reception to our room it was very quirky and cute in gorgeous pastels. Small Outside seating area to people watch :) Lady on reception was super helpful.

The only thing which I know others have said is the gap around the bedroom door - you can hear everything outside in the hall - and also the bathroom door is a sliding door so again gaps around the frames but we stayed one night and it didn’t bother us to much

El aire estaba demasiado frío y no se podía regular. Desde mantenimiento y recepción no tuvieron respuesta. Lo único que me dijeron es que me comuniqué con booking porque no se podía regular o hacer otra cosa. Estaba súper bajo. Que he pasado demasiado frío. La única solución fue un caloventor, ridículo aire y eso.

La habitación a parte de ser chica, el aire acondicionado no tiene para regular y de acuerdo al piso que te toque puede ser una habitación normalmente acondicionado o una habitación que te congelas. A lo que te dan dos soluciones 1 tapar una de las salidas del aire, y dos un caloventor

No se podía regular el aire de la habitación, la primera noche tuvimos mucho frío. Afuera hacían 35 grados pero adentro parecía invierno. Tuvimos que solicitar mantas.

El lugar era pintoresco , limpio , cómodo y las habitaciones amplias . La recepcionista Natalia era genial y amable .

Wir haben eine Woche im Henrosa Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Parallel zum Ocean Drive ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten bei den Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften die man sucht. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Unser Fernseher funktionierte am Anfang nicht. Als wir nachfragten, kam der Mann an der Rezeption mit und schaute es sich an. Erst bot er an uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Uns war das allerdings nicht so wichtig. Trotzdem kam er wenige Minuten später mit einem Techniker am Handy wieder und löste das Problem. Die Ausstattung umfasst das Nötigste. Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer und in der Lobby gibt es gratis Wasser und Kaffee. Außerdem kann man sich Handtücher für den Strand leihen. Liegen kriegt man am Strand, wenn man sagt, dass man im Henrosa Hotel übernachtet. Preis-Leistung war überragend.

Bei der Buchung stand, dass das Frühstück inklusive ist. Allerdings sagte man uns, dass man im Nachbarhotel 20% Rabatt bekommt. Wir haben es dann nicht getestet. Hat uns aber auch nicht zu sehr gestört.

Loved the decor and the very boutique feel

The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like was the $200 damage/deposit and that it would take up to 7 business days to be returned. Other locations are able simple get an authorization and are able release it upon checkout.

Clean the door did not lock I was informed to walk three blocks to get my breakfast. Nothing like the pictures.

Konumu rahatlığı temizliği çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar da çok iyiydi. Millet yorumlarda cam açılmaması demiş ama emin olun camlar açılabilir olsa dışarıdan çok sivrisinek girer. Klima olayı ise bence yorgan altında gayet yeterli sıcaklıkta oluyor kişiye göre değişebilir. Yine önceki yorumlara göre Duş gayet stabil ve basıncı yüksekti.

Koridordan ayakkabı/terlik sesi çok gıcır gıcır geliyor :)

マイアミビーチに近く、賑わいのあるコリンズStと一本離れているロケーションの良さ 部屋のベッドはとても寝やすく気持ちが良かった。ロビーに冷たい水が自由に飲めるようになっているのが何気に良かった

自分の泊まった部屋のせいなのかWifiが非常に不安定でネットに繋がらなかった、繋がっても必ず途中で繋がらなくなるなどデータ通信の使用量が多くなり予定外の出費をすることになった

O quarto era muito bom, mas o controle de temperatura do ar condicionado não estava funcionando, o quarto estava muito frio. Falamos com a recepção, e improvisaram uma forma para o quarto ficar menos gelado.

Lokal, jak na kilka dni jest bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem. Znakomita lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko (plaża, starbucks, Ocean dr.). obsługa miła. Śniadanie w restauracji poza hotelem, ale można zjeść. Pokój jak na ten standard dobry. sprzątanie codziennie. ogólnie polecam.

The hotel is conveniently located near South Beach and Espanola Way in Miami Beach, and offers bedroom well furnished (safe, fridge, TV, private bathroom). Beach towels can be rented for free at the hotel, and two beach chairs at the nearest beach are included with the booking. The staff is friendly and helpful; they don’t have a breakfast room, but guests can have breakfast nearby thanks to an agreement with another property.

The room itself was nice and a good size and a good bathroom. Aircon was great when used. You can leave luggage in reception, yeah maybe not considered that safe but there was always somebody there. Nice hotel, good location Free loungers on the beach, but an extra $25 a day for an umbrella, they do have cheap ones you can borrow in the lobby but they aren't great.

The aircon was on in the background constantly, but more like white noise so was able to sleep through it most of the time. Main problem for me was you could clearly hear people in the rooms either side chatting or watching tv and people walking outside, so a lot of internal noise, but luckily we heard nothing from outside. The view of room 206 was just of another wall and I once observed a man having a poo, yes a poo outside in the alleyway, although this isn't the hotels fault just something I've never experienced before. Also within the room there was lack of wardrobe space having only 5 hangers and nowhere for 2 people to sit so had to sit on the bed.

Clean, well located boutique hotel. Lift is a bonus. Coffee and water station appreciated. The bathroom was nice, water pressure perfect.

Air-conditioning broke down on one side of the hotel. Our room was getting too hot. We were offered a different room, which was fine. But it was freezing in the room .Hopefully we won't get sick. Also, every time we moved, the bed squeaked quite loud. Second chair in the room would make someone's stay a bit more comfortable. .

I will choose that hotel every time I visit Miami. The accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.

Hermoso el hotel, muy limpio, cómodo y la terraza para desayunar, almorzar, cenar( la comida es por cuenta de uno)o simplemente para estar es genial. El personal muy atento.

Demasiado frío en las habitaciones ya que como es aire acondicionado central no lo podían bajar a mí gusto pero me dieron un caloventor y un cubrecama extra.

מיקום, קרוב מאד לים ולאזורי בילוי

מלון קצת מיושן מיטה מאד גבוהה ולא מאד נוחה הארכנו לילה נוסף כדי לא להחליף מלון לפני נסיעה , ביום השני לא ניקו את החדר .

I hope the thermostat work

Hotel lindo, extremamente limpo e reformado, chuveiro bom, tudo novinho, equipe simpatica e acolhedora, nos deram toalhas, guarda sol e acesso a 2 cadeiras de praia diáriamente. A localização é perfeita, não tem garagem mas nenhum hotel da região costuma ter. Conseguimos um estacionamento próximo por 20 dolares a diária.

o isolamento acústico da porta não é muito bom o que fez com que escutassemos barulho do corredor.

Lindo hotel, muy agradable y acogedor. Camas y almohadas Comodisimas! El personal muy amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, la ubicación no puede ser mejor. El servicio de valet parking es bastante rápido y eficiente, muy buen servicio y muy honrados, nos llevaron a recepción un celular que quedó en el carro Era muy agradable regresar al hotel a descansar, tomar el café de cortesía en la zona del lobby, la terraza también muy agradable, ofrecen también agua de cortesía Incluyen 2 asoleadoras de cortesía por habitación en la playa. Solo debes pagar 20 US por la sombrilla todo el día, en el hotel te dan toallas de playa gratis antes de ir a la playa Realmente muy satisfecha con todo!!

Se dañó una noche el aire acondicionado, y no pudo venir nadie a arreglarlo de inmediato. Pero ellos nos prestaron un ventilador con buena potencia y la habitación se mantuvo fresca a pesar de ser verano. Al otro día pleno domingo coordinaron el arreglo y todo se solucionó, pero aún así nos dejaron el ventilador para nuestro uso los días restantes. A pesar del daño del aire 1 sola noche, pudimos dormir perfectamente, son muy amables y atentos No se ofrece desayuno en el mundo edificio, sino en otro hotel cercano, pero tienes starbucks a pocos pasos
