Bardzo drogi parking.

Place was nice, room was nice and clean! Being on Broadway was excellent, close to night life, etc.!

People at desk weren't too happy. Acted like we were bothering them. Parking wasn't available. We had to pay Valet for the whole time we were there, or park in an unsecured parking and just as expensive as Valet. We didn't get the bill yet to see, but it was $60 per day for a small vehicle, and we had a truck Ram 1500, so it was either $70 to $75.00 per day. That is very expensive when the cost for a room is already expensive to try and stay close to the downtown Broadway. Which I may add was still a walk going downhill to. It was tough going up the hill to the room. Next time, we will stay at another hotel down the hill near Broadway night life, and where they offer parking for their customers. Oh, pool is very small for the big place. A young lady we met in hallway said the same for a nice big place like that. She said, "I would have thought they would have had a bar and a big pool." I agree!

Clean, shiny, front desk very nice lady (night shift, we checked after midnight) , morning breakfast staff are all very kind and respectful.

The location is a five minute walk to Nashvilles Broadway St. action and many good restaurants are near by. The lobby, area is very comfortable and breakfast was OK. They also offered coffee and tea from the breakfast room all day and night.

Our room had a smell that we discovered was from carpet mildew. The AC had been leaking and the damp carpet had a smell. The hotel staff had the maintenance dry the carpet, however; it was a little inconvenient as there were big dryers in the room for a few hours. The AC is super noisy and would be impossible to sleep if on all night.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Nashville in May 2026. The hotel itself was exactly what we expected—basic accommodations. The breakfast was also very basic. Overall, you get what you pay for, and we had no major complaints about the room or amenities. Unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by what happened at checkout. We were shocked to discover we had been charged a smoking fee, despite the fact that every member of our group is a non-smoker. We can say with absolute confidence that no one smoked in the room. We disputed the charge immediately and spent months trying to have it reversed, but despite our efforts, we were unable to resolve the issue. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling as though we had been unfairly charged. Whether it was a mistake or something else, it felt like an impossible battle to prove something that simply never happened. Because of this experience, I would strongly encourage future guests to choose another location or if you can't carefully review their final bill and document the condition of their room before checking out. While the hotel itself is adequate for the price, the stress, time, and money we spent trying to fight this charge far outweighed any value we received from our stay. There are many hotels in Nashville at similar price points, and based on our experience, I would choose one of those instead.

The room was dirty when we checked in. Hair all over the bathroom, plastic utensils under the desk, crumbs on the carpet. For the price of the room you would expect better. I asked for a fan for the room and was told they are not supplied. The woman at the front desk at late evening seemed like she had attitude and didn't want to be there

Our room was very nice and clean. The valet was very friendly and helpful, the front desk clerk greeted with a smile and took care of business very swiftly and cordial. The young man who took my luggage up to the room, ADAM was so nice to me. He took my luggage from me as I got it out of the car and took it to my room for me. I am so impressed with this place and especially the workers here!

I had a lovely stay in Nashville thanks to this hotel, its staff, and its location. Your legs will get a workout getting from lower Broadway, but it’s worth it! The room was simple but clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was much better than expected. Alisa. One of the managers, helped me resolve an issue and I can’t thank her enough. I would absolutely return.

Adam in valet was absolutely amazing! So nice and accommodating. Opened doors and helped us with our bags all the way to our room. 10/10

PROS: excellent walkable location to all the fun bars on Broadway, large, clean room, pleasant front desk, free happy hour with live music daily, fridge/microwave in room, late check-out with membership, nice breakfast (consistently refilled) CONS: bad lighting (like any hotel), noisy/thin walls and windows, loud A/C BONUS: fridge in my room was freezing everything even on lowest setting - they replaced it the same day!

Overall, this hotel was a really good value. The people who work here are phenomenal! So nice and attentive to any questions and accommodations! They ran that drop off/pick up area in front of the hotel like a well oiled machine! The daily breakfast was better than your average hotel with lots of options and room to sit. The location is excellent for walking Broadway and visiting most other attractions in the area. My room was comfortable and quiet. Overall great stay!!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The full breakfast was so great and well run! Only one minor negative our window blind was broken before check in. We requested it to be looked at twice and it's still broken/was never looked at.

No fault of the property at all but that uphill climb at the end of the day is rough. For folks who need to put on make up the bathroom is really bright but the lighting elsewhere is lacking.

I booked here on points originally and booked for 2 people. We extended the stay but I had to make a new reservation because the second day wasnt on points. They didn't add my guests information when we extended the stay and they would not make him a key to get into the room when we got separated. He went and got my registration from my vehicle and showed it to them and they said the address on my registration wasnt the address they had for the reservation which was not true, as its the only address I have. He ended up having to sleep in my vehicle because they would not let him in the room. So when I extended the stay and made the new reservation they should have asked who was staying in the room so my guest could get a key made when he wasn't with me.

Stayed here for four nights with my friend in April. I could not fault this hotel at all. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were really spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The location is great as it is just a 10 minute walk onto broadway so an easy distance to walk after a night in the bars! The breakfast was included in the price and the selection was decent with plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Nashville in the future!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel April 29th to May 4th. We were suppose to stay til May 6th but we checked out early. DO NOT STAY HERE. We were accused of smoking in the room and neither of us smoke. I pleaded my case to the front hotel clerks as well as management but they insisted that they have a special smoke detector in the room....hidden. At the time we were supposedly smoking we were not at the hotel we were picking up a rental car. Which they charge $90 a day Canadian to park at the hotel.... Back to the smoking charge...we were not informed that this was going to be put on my credit card. I was checking over my statement and noticed a charge for $488 CAD which is $350 USD. DO NOT STAY....There are so many other places to stay near Broadway.

The hotel is located at 10th Ave and Broadway which makes it pretty close to the heart of downtown. It was a very short walk to all the action. I really liked the breakfast that is provided. There is plenty of hot foods, breads, fruit, cereal, etc. The floors are hard (no carpet) which was fine, but not if you like carpet. The room was clean and updated. The building is older and may have been remolded. The social express in the evenings is minimal, but better than nothing. There are free snacks and lemon water available. Expect there to be a one-or two-man (woman) band if there is one there. If you purchase any drinks from there it will come at a hefty price for the environment. I'd rather just leave the hotel to enjoy music and drinks. The fitness center is really nice with plenty of equipment for all kinds of workouts. The common areas had enough seating, but the couches in the lobby were sunk in. It's not a bad hotel and okay for a stay close to downtown.

The location was in a great spot. It was near all the things we wanted but not in the middle of all the noise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even when I had an odd question they were helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options.

Some of the other patrons were easily heard coming in at all hours. There were a few things left on our floor near the night stand (i.e. bottle cap, q-tip) that wasn't seen before we checked in.
