Brilliant location for walking into Broadway

Pool very crowded more like a pool party !! And air conditioning very loud in our room . The hotel were not very knowledgeable about the credit you advertised when I booked they were u sure of the amount so I had to push it a bit and show proof of this ??

The pool area was fantastic and so close to Broadway!

A short walk from many Nashville attractions such as the Pinnacle music hall, Broadway Ave., Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, and the Frist Art Museum. The pool and bar are nice.

The room I had is very close to the pool and can get noisy at times. There's no heater in the bathroom and the lights will turn off while you're in the shower. No alarm clock on the nightstand. No microwave. Pillows are uncomfortable.

We loved this hotel! It was walking distance to downtown Broadway area but it was such a beautiful and quiet hotel. We would stay here again! We loved the pool too!!

Location was in a decent area, easy to get to broadway, printers alley, and the gulch.

Customer service was awful. Staff very rude and short. They didn’t listen and just responded with short one word answers that didn’t pertain to the questions. Then were very rude when you asked for more detailed answers by asking the question again in a different way. We had a slight issue with our room and missing bathroom amenities. An easy fix thing, and instead of helping us with an answer, they just said some one will be to your room to help you right away to check it. So we went to the room, 2 hours later, the showed up. We’re annoyed we asked for help, then had to go get what we already told them was missing.

Registration people were too busy with personal phone, made me wait...did not tell me info on property...another person was helping someone else and I listened to him...had to leave early next morning and guy didn't offer to help at all...I had to make two trips to bring my own luggage down...no offer of a cart..he just sat on his ass..never again

Very nice hotel .. in a very good downtown location … can’t really fault it much .. but overall it lacked the personal touch .. you enter the lift at street level .. and bypass reception / visible staff as go straight into lift to your room .. unless you head to bar or pool … we didn’t use pool .. so never saw staff fir most of our stay … check in good .. room spacious & clean .. although I can’t fault this hotel .. when I go back to Nashville.. I will look for a hotel with more ambiance …

Excellent hotel! Super comfy bed; great bathroom with lots of grab bars; huge TV, very nice pool scene and incredible lobby. Just close enough to Broadway to be near the action, without being overwhelmed by the chaos.

The bathroom had a lot detail; the bluetooth mirror, then foot step in the shower and my favorite was the double head shower. The hotel smelled very calm and relaxing. Loved the life music in the bar area.

Curtains in room do not overlap, so sunlight would seep in; I prefer a dark room for sleep. The AC would warm up on its own; we kept trying to cool the room down - but it would get hot in the middle of the night.

The room was perfect for my friend and I and we especially liked the super extra full length mirror door on the back of the bathroom. Also I took full advantage of the fitness center which was completely well-equipped (full dumbbell sets. We also used the pool two times which was really nice as well. Definitely more for hanging out than swimming, but really nice nonetheless.

The attached coffee/cafe restaurant was very expensive so I would have loved to have had the option to include breakfast another way. I paid 11 dollars for a small granola, yogurt, and berries cup and would definitely not recommend getting breakfast at the hotel.

Great location. Very short walk to “Broadway” action. Rooms were comfortable, bedding nice and bathroom was very nice.

My room did not have much of a view. It was noisy at night even on the 12th floor. The parking was very expensive and the rate changed daily.

Wonderful location in walking distance of a lot of great attractions.

I did not care for the price that we end up having to pay for valet parking at the hotel. On the booking website it said it was going to be $75 per day end up costing me $235 when I reached out to the hotel and asked to speak with the valet parking people. They said they would be back in contact with me and I never heard anything else.

The liocation was perfect. It was near Broadway street. A sort walk to a restaurant, The Finch and to the spa. We took ride share to the Grand Oke Opry.

No complimentary water bottles for the honors tier members and no complimentary coffee except a poorly designed pour over version in your room, making weak coffee. The fake country music star “ Marie Louise” was weird and fave the place a kind of phony plastic image.

Property was great

Poor customer service. Overcharged and confusion about rates. Inconsistent with information provided through booking dot com. Currently considerably out of pocket, overcharged nightly rate and charged twice for extension of booking. This was rectified at time of checkout and then card charged again after stay.

Room was ready when I arrived, and staff was very attentive and friendly.

Great hotel to stay for your Nashville experience! My husband and I had a great trip. Hotel is close to everything you may need. Entire hotel has very nice architectural theme. The hotel bar in the lobby has a great design to it and Tyler was an outstanding bartender. He gave us great recommendations on where to eat and explore also just being great to me and everyone else at the bar. We appreciate his service and hospitality!

You had to buy individual breakfast food to eat breakfast. Coffee taste like water. Very week. Had to pay for overnight parking at your hotel. $76.00. Sunday morning requesting my vehicle. Took them over half hour to get my vehicle. One person was the only person working that morning.

I just did the Mornings in Bloom: Latte class and Julia was a delight! I learned a lot about latte art(there’s a pun I’m missing here) and she made us all feel comfortable! Get on the schedule for this class!

Perfect downtown spot for going to the Bridgetown Arena. It was within walking distance. We were on the 15th floor. It was a beautiful view. The lobby area was beautiful. Our room was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Slept really good.

The parking for the overnight rate at $75 was a little high I thought since we were staying at the hotel already. People who drove to the venue were paying $42 to park. I just thought that was a little high.

Lovelorn- Kind servers, pretty atmosphere and I love the hotels beautiful Christmas decorations. Food was good but limited options

“I seriously cannot recommend this class enough! It was such an awesome experience from start to finish. Julia was an amazing host, and even the owner came out to introduce himself, which made it feel even more welcoming. Truly a 10/10 — highly recommend!
