Our suite was exceptional! Huge room, excellent value and location was fabulous!! I’ve never had a room that’s like an apartment, three blocks from Central Park. Phenomenal!

Hotel je velmi dobře umístěn, přímo proti Carnegie Hall, všude po Manhattanu se dá dojít pěšky. Využili jsme i hotelové taxi, vše fungovalo výborně.

Všichni chválí snídaně, pro mne byly jednotvárné a s malým výběrem nesladkých variant.

Was very pleased with room size.

There was an old lady at check-in that took a lot of time. Unfortunately there was only one reception personnel working so a line formed of 3-4 people.

Great midtown location so close to Central Park as well as Broadway/ Times Square without the noise! Facilities were good, older but clean. Our suite was sizable with a separate bedroom and extra bathroom. The pull out sofabed was actually ok for sleeping! Illy coffee pods a nice touch The 26th floor lounge was nice. Fresh cold water (and sometimes coffee) readily available for free.

1 elevator for whole hotel most of the time. There was always a long wait. Everything else was ok We did not partake of the full breakfast but it seemed rather plain and meager for $35 pp.

Excellent location in the heart of Manhattan. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was within easy reach, which made exploring New York very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay

The room was a little small, and the price felt slightly expensive for the room size. Apart from that, everything was good.

I loved the hotel. I will always stay there when I'm in New York City. It has the feel of a boutique hotel. The Staff were very nice and helpful.

The room service was great; they cleaned daily and replaced all the comfort items and bathroom supplies. Breakfast was also nice, with fruits, protein choices, and fresh juice.

We picked this hotel mainly because it has a kitchen. When traveling with family, having a kitchen makes it easier to cook home food for the kids instead of running around looking for food during attractions. It keeps things comfortable for everyone. Unfortunately, they don’t allow using an Instant Pot.

Great location, nice reception area and friendly stuff

We stayed in room 228 which is marketed as "Metropolitan suite", but this is not a suite and should not be sold as a suite. It is a small cramped and dark room with less than minimal kitchen accessories. The room is without a proper window (half of the glass is coated) making the room very dark and dingy. The room was very noisy, day and night, since the air condition machines of the hotel are at that level, in front of the window. Also, no proper light in the bathroom. This is the worst hotel room that we ever stayed and we can not recommend it to our friends. The elevators situation is terrible (1 guest elevator and 2 service elevators), it takes a lot of time to get up or down.

Ottima posizione, ottima colazione, personale gentile. Complessivamente abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Il problema principale riguarda quello definito come “angolo cottura”: in realtà non c’è alcun piano cottura ma solo forno a microonde! Nelle stanze c’è molta umidità e non è possibile aprire nemmeno di qualche cm le finestre. La moquette nelle stanze rende tutto decisamente meno pulito.

Fantastic location, comfortable and well-equipped suite, and very professional and friendly staff. Everything made our family stay in New York easy and enjoyable.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t book enough days in New York — and at The Manhattan Club! 😄

Room size and cleanliness were very good and hotel location was excellent.

Not contacted by front desk person (Jerry) to checkin before 4pm besides requesting early checkin with him at property by 10am. Cleaning woman often did not grant my request for more hand towels and more tea. Club only provided basic Lipton tea. Many elevators did not work or operated very slowly.

Tolle Lage mit großzügigem Zimmer (Executive Junior Suite) nähe Central Park und Times Square. Sehr gepflegt und sauber, Klimanalage hat sehr leise gearbeitet, Fenster ließen sich etwas öffen, das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Sehr bequeme Betten und hochwertige Bettwäsche.

Ein Late Check Out wurde mir USD 25 pro 30min verrechnet, das fanden wir eher teuer.

על רקע שדרוג המעליות, רק מעלית אחת מותרה פעילה וזה יצר עומס. על מנת לטשטש את העומס ניתן היה להשתמש במעליות שבמקור נועדו לצוות - וגם שם נוצר עומס. בנוסף מוצע קפה בקומה 26 לאורחים, שעות הקפה לא היו רלבנטיות - כשהתעוררנו עדיין לא היה פתוח וכשחזרנו לחדר כבר היה סגור. מלון ברמה כזו - בקלות היה משדרג את עצמו מטוב למצויין - בהתייחסות לפרטים קטנים - שעושים את ההבדל.

Sin duda la ubicación. Es perfecto para moverte por NY. Muy recomendable en este sentido. Tomarse algo por la noche con vistas NY piso 26 es gratificante.

Problema real con los ascensores. Mi habitación para 4 adultos era en realidad una cómoda y amplia habitación para dos. Faltaban armarios y espacio para 4 personas.

Elevators are being worked on and delays experienced as only one available. However, they were upfront about the issue and allowed freight elevators to be used .

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who served breakfast. The breakfasts were also very good, with a nice selection and great quality. The housekeeping staff deserve a special mention as well — our room was always clean and well maintained. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Manhattan!

位于中央公园附近，房间一房一厅，面积在曼哈顿算非常大的，还有简易厨房和两间卫生间，适合小情侣或夫妻居住，非常棒！

稍有点噪声

It all worked well and bed was super comfy and large room -- upgraded to an accessible suite which was unexpected. one elevator was out which made waiting an issue sometimes and the decor was outdated. but everything else was very good, great location. recommend.

מיקום מצוין, צוות שירותי מאוד וגם אדיב מאוד. ארוחת בוקר מספיק טובה (תלוי מה עלותה). חדר מרווח. בעיית מעליות שצוינה בביקורות הקודמות לא אקוטית ואין המתנה חריגה. בסך הכל מאוד נהנו ומומלץ בהחלט.

המתקנים קצת מיושנים וישנים. ביום הראשון לא ירדו מים באמבטיה אבל הצוות פתר את הבעיה במהירות.

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, ale niestety na tym kończą się jego większe zalety. Windy są w tragicznym stanie — z kilku dostępna była właściwie tylko jedna działająca, co powodowało duże niedogodności. Sam hotel jest dość stary i wyraźnie widać ślady zużycia oraz zniszczenia. Niestety bardzo rozczarowały mnie również śniadania. Codziennie to samo: podgrzewana w mikrofali, bułka, omlet z mikrofali, jeden plaster papryki, jogurt, jajko na twardo o dziwnym smaku, dżem i serek. Kawa również była bardzo niesmaczna. Trudno nazwać to pełnowartościowym śniadaniem — wybór jest bardzo mały i zdecydowanie nieadekwatny do ceny.

The room was very spacious, with a large living room, a comfortable separate bedroom, and a very large bathroom. The size and layout of the suite were definitely a highlight of our stay.

Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made getting to and from our room extremely slow and frustrating. It is unreasonable for a hotel of this size to operate with only one functioning elevator. We often had to wait far too long just to go up or down.

واجهنا مشكلة المصعد بحيث انه كان مصعداً واحداً لجميع النزلاء لم يرجعوا التأمين الذي يبلغ قيمته 500$ لحد الان وانا انتظر لحد الان مدة اسبوعين!

הייתה בעיה עם מעליות, רק מעלית אחת עבדה ולא עמדה בעומס חיכינו המון ולפעמים נאלצנו לרדת במדרגות מקומה 12. החדרים שלנו פנו לחצר פנימית שהיא למעשה בתחושה סוג של ארובה גדולה ורעש מנועי המזגנים מלמטה הפריע גם כשהחלונות היו סגורים.

El hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias, completas de vajilla, cómodas y muy limpias. Balo muy amplio con bañera. Las habitaciomes pedí juntas y si bien no estaban así, estaban en el mismo piso lo que facilitó la cercanía. La ubicación excelente a 1 cuadra de central park y unas cuadras de time square. Volvería sin dudas.

Our room was quite spacious for a hotel in such a central location. The space was very comfortable, and gave us more room than we expected. The location was perfect, a short walking distance to Central Park, Times Square and Broadway theatres. Subway stations were closeby for our outings to Yankee Stadium, Harlem, Greenwich Village and Little Italy. The hotel itself felt retro-unique with a classic Manhattan vibe. The 26th floor has a spacious and relaxing bar/lounge with a nice view, as well as a full-sized gym/fitness facility. Last, but not least, the staff and assistance at the hotel was friendly and helpful, offering top-class hospitality. We had an incredible experience in NYC and at The Manhattan Club. We plan to stay here again.

Some of the elevators were under construction during our stay, so that made the floor-to-floor movement a bit slow, but I realize this is only a temporary distraction. Both staff and guests were very patient and kind during this delay.

La cucina non ha il piano cottura e non ci sono stoviglie.....va bene per scaldare cibo già cucinato. Prezzo un po' alto.

The elevator

The hotel’s main advantage is its location, close to Times Square, Central Park, and many other Manhattan attractions.

The hotel is definitely not worth the price, and the photos on Booking.com do not accurately reflect its actual appearance or standard. It is also difficult to understand the suggestions of a Central Park view, as the hotel’s location and the surrounding buildings seem to make such a view practically impossible. Our room was advertised as having a city view, but construction work was taking place directly outside the windows. Instead of a city skyline, we mainly saw scaffolding, and the construction caused additional noise, particularly in the morning. The attached photos show the actual view from our room. The other windows faced the inner part of the building, where numerous air-conditioning or ventilation units were located. They operated around the clock and caused constant humming. Since the hotel is surrounded by buildings, the sound echoed between the walls like in a deep well. We asked to change rooms, but this was not possible. The hotel itself needs renovation. The air-conditioning unit in the room was old and very noisy, and the faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken.

מיקום מעולה ברמה אחרת, קרוב לכל מה שצריך ברגל וגם ברכבת התחתית. החדרים מעולים, לקחנו חדר שמחולק לשניים, עם דלת מפרידה, שני חדרי אמבטיה פשוט הקלו עלינו מאוד כמשפחה עם שני ילדים. זרם המים במקלחת נהדר ולא מובן מאליו בניו יורק, חלוקי המגבת מפנקים מאוד והמיטות נוחות. חדר הכושר מאובזר יפה מאוד ונוח לאימון.

המחירון במסעדה מעט יקר, מניחה שזה מקובל במלונות.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage – super praktisch für Sightseeing und die Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer angenehm gross und die Sauberkeit vorbildlich. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht mehr topmodern, aber das wird durch Lage, Service und Sauberkeit locker wettgemacht. Gerne wieder!

Tuvimos que esperar varias veces al ascensor y utilizar el del staff, ya que en este momento solo funciona 1. Tienen un advertencia que están trabajando para repararlos

Colazione ottima e ricca (il buffet è impostato su parametri europei, per il salato anglo-americano, tipo uova, pancetta ecc... viene il cameriere a prendere l'ordine al tavolo). Consiglio caldamente di optare per le opzioni con colazione inclusa, poiché altrimenti questa è molto cara se pagata a parte, considerato che i 35 dollari più tasse e 15% di mancia (d'ufficio, obbligatoria) sono "all you can eat". Se ci si riduce ad un cornetto ed un caffè non solo è caro ma sono soldi buttati. Il prezzo con colazione inclusa assorbe moltissimo questo costo, specie se le notti trascorse sono molte.

Non ho suggerimenti oggettivi. Forse il bagno lo avrei preferito con il piatto doccia anziché la vasca (che comunque ha funzionato benissimo). L'assenza del bidè non fa testo perché ormai neanche in Europa si usa più. È una chicca (preziosa) italiana che all'estero si deve dimenticare in partenza.

Posizione ottima, camera grande con due bagni ( inaspettato! ) . Personale molto gentile. Nell’angolo cottura sono presenti piatti bicchieri e posate, c’è un microonde per cui si possono scaldare i cibi ma non cucinare. La zona è piena di ristoranti e di supermercati che vendono cibo pronto di ottima qualità

Arredamento della stanza abbastanza datato e moquette ( che dalle foto sembrava non ci fosse). Sembra esserci un solo ascensore per cui sembra si debba aspettare molto, in realtà sono a dispozione dei clienti anche gli ascensori di servizio.

朝のセントラルパーク、タイムズスクエア、MoMA、5番街のブランド集積地に徒歩で行くことができ、デリや飲み物が買えるスーパーマーケットも近く、地下鉄の駅も徒歩1分なので、ロケーションはどこに行くにもとても便利でした。長期滞在用に電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシン、グラス、お皿がそろっているので旅行の拠点にするのにとても便利です。

エレベーターが一台工事中で朝の時間はエレベーターに乗るのに5-10分程度待つことがありました。

Cental location, great service

One of the lifts were out of action, they tried offering guests to use the service lifts but waited avg 15 minutes for a lift. Bit annoying. Bathrooms are a bit tired.

Odamız merkezi havalandırma cihazlarının olduğu alana bakıyordu ve sürekli bir gürültü vardı. Ayrıca otelin check in saati 4 pm olarak belirlenmiş. Bence bu çok bir giriş saati. Uzun süre buz gibi resepsiyonda yol yorgunluğuyla beklemek zorunda kaldık. Asansörlerden biri bozuktu, uzun süre asansör beklemek zorunda kaldık.

Vi bodde största delen i en suite King utan balkong och sedan två nätter i liknade rum med balkong. Det rummet var sämre, mindre, sämre airkondition och balkongen var mkt smal. Inte värt att satsa på balkongen.

Fantastic location right next to some iconic spots, as well as subway stations. Easy to commute to. Staff were lovely, especially the housekeeping team, so lovely.

The escalators were annoying. For 25 floors of rooms there were only three elevators which were not the biggest to begin with. It’d be often the case that you’d ring for the elevator, wait 5-10 mins and it be completely full and few times this cycle happened few times in a row.
