Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Nearest Universal Orlando by IHG

Parcheggio Colazione top Grandezza camera Posizione

Good location accessible to every place

Very nice clean

Dislike it a lot, not what I expected at all.

I didn't like the location, the hotel and the hotel rooms.

Found hairs in the towels in my bathroom and the ac unit was pretty wonky and loud which made it hard to sleep, beds also very hard and not comfortable.

Close to universal, can walk to nearby fast food like maccies, KFC etc. breakfast was good too.

The whole hotel smelt of weed and alot of the decor was a bit tatty. As Europeans, it's ingrained to us to recycle and were surprised to see a recycling bin...but with a plant bot on top marking it out of action. Our room was right by the lift aswell and it was extremely loud all night. I know we could've asked for a different room, but after getting of a 9+ hour flight we just didn't bother as it was only for 1 night. If we were looking for an off-site hotel to enjoy Universal Parks, it wouldn't be this one.

The breakfast is good. The location is nice. The service is friendly and attentive, making your stay even more enjoyable. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for relaxing and starting your day right.

The room and bathroom are a little small.

The hotel was very convenient to the interstate. We stayed one night on the way to the.Tampa cruiseport. The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! We would definitely stay there again.

No complaints

Todo muy lindo

Me encantó

Le petit déjeuner est parfait. 4 min des studios et 10 de Epic. Hôtel parfait. Piscine agréable.

The service is excellent anything I asked for was done immediately. The breakfast is good I like the fact that they have fruits like banana and oranges at breakfast. The place is super clean. The place is very close to Universal studios, mall, and restaurant.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The mattress on the bed is uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed in several Holiday Inn express hotels in the past, and I would say that the building is older. But there are a lot of similarities across the brand. The bed was fine. The linens and pillows were good. There is not a lot of storage in the room. There is shuttle service to the universal parks, but the timing has never worked for my family so I I got an Uber for every transfer to the Parks. It cost about $10 each way. The best part about this hotel is probably the breakfast. It’s not fancy, but there are a lot of different options and if you have kids that you are trying to feed on a budget, this sort of establishment fits the bill. The staff is super professional and friendly. I would recommend staying here as long as you know what you’re getting.

i always stay at this location whenever I'm in Orlando. The location is perfect spot to the Outlets, WalMart, University Studios, and I4

The mattresses are not that comfortable.

Tudo funciona super bem. Limpeza ótima, café da manhã farto. Funcionários prestativos.

Não tenho nenhuma reclamação.

The location of the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast staff was amazing

Size of the standard rooms

Staff very respectful

When my daughter got stuck in the bathroom.the bathroom door was stuck but the maintenance man came immediately

location, breakfasts

Soundproofing in the room was poor, the air conditioner was very loud, the fridge didn't work well, the toilet flush was weak, and the pool was out of order—something that wasn't mentioned at the time of booking, which was disappointing! The room looks shabby and old.

The location was convenient and the beds were comfortable

Large puddle of water in elevator as soon as we got in, super thin walls and a very noisy a/c unit, and you need a key card after 11pm to get in and out of lobby. After staying at 2 hotels earlier in the same week this was the only one that required it and to me it was inconvenient and also it didn't want to read my card so I was stuck outside almost 5 min

Hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios. Reviews say you can walk but it would be a hike crossing busy streets and intersections. We took the free shuttle but you need to make a reservation in advance. We had no difficulty reserving and took it to both Epic and The City Walk drop off point. There are scheduled shuttles in the evening on first come first serve basis. Last shuttles are 8:40 PM. Breakfast was satisfactory and there were plenty of hot and cold choices. Numerous tables but can be busy at peak times, Rooms were clean and housekeeping services each day to make beds and replenish towels. One thing to note is standard rooms are small with limited drawer space. (We were three adults and it was tight) I believe they have larger rooms and I would recommend looking into those if you plan to unpack a week’s worth of clothes. We were a family of five and had requested adjoining rooms. We arrived at 1:00 and were offered early check in, and chose that option so our rooms were a couple of rooms away from each other.

Good, good service, food selections, easy yo find a table/seats. Clean.

Hotel confortável, cama boa e banho bom.

Location and shuttle service to Universal Studios

The hotel lobby and breakfast area are newly renovated, while the rooms are in need of a major renovation. Who puts a bathroom sink right next to the bed?

Great

Couldn’t control air condition and no control shower temperature some of greatest weren’t as helpful as others

Breakfast was very good! Nice room with good internet.

Dont have any specific complaint.

It is close to Universal Studios, staff was friendly, room and property clean. Breakfast had lots of choices, convenient and fast. When we arrived the safe in our room wasn’t working but the maintenance person came up immediately and fixed it.

Sometimes loud in hall.

Exc service as usual. Love the full breakfeast. All people that works there are nice. Rooms clean, room cleaning everyday is the best. Happy to stay there for another vacation.

breakfast with choices, coffee station in the lobby.

There were 5 of us travelling and me and my husband used the pull out bed and it was horrible, it needs replacement as all your weight met up in the center of the bed. Breakfast area were closed early like 9:30 than the time it says it'll close, especially the guy assigned in breakfast area, just forgot his name closed it earlier than 9:30am and giving people a wrong impression that they're so late in their breakfast and having second thoughts of getting in. Carpet in our room was so dirty with marks on it. Room was not vacuum one time until the next morning ask housekeeper to do it.

Room was super clean check in process was super easy staff were very helpful and nice when I asked where was the gym located the bed were very comfortable bathroom was super clean and location was perfect for any needs.

Everything

It was clean lobby was nice location was good

Things looked a little like it needed some tlc in regards to the room

Location

Weather was colder than expected

I had a work event 5 mins from the hotel, first time staying there. I arrived at 7 pm and only stayed the night. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and immediately engaged me, I identified myself, she asked me was it my first stay and I said yes, she said welcome! I appreciate that level of service. The room was comfortable, clean, clean towels and the bathroom was nice and clean. The night was great, checked out at 6 am and loved that they had brewed coffee downstairs. It was a great stay for me. Would definitely stay again.

Hard to say because I was there for an overnight stay and it was good so far.
