Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort

Location. Clean and spacious

The miscreants and fridge area didn't have a sink.

The place was very clean. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The Comfort Suites near Universal was a great choice. Uber to Universal for under $10.00.

The sign was hard to find.

The Location is wonderful

The bathroom door

Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse. L’hôtel a quelques années mais présente encore bien. Piscine. Petit déjeuner basique mais très correct.

Very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was very good and a great variety of selection

L’emplacement

L’odeur ds la chambre. Équipement vieux et usés. Douche ancienne. Petit déjeuner infecté. Clim trop bruyante.

It was close to everything we did.

Room was smaller than expected, unidentified bugs on the tv stand and window curtains very dusty. AC was on and off working.

Muy buena la ubicación

Good TV with spacious Room size. Dryer / washing machine options were good specially in rain / water activities. Room had microwave. Location was good.

vegan options for breakfast were limited. Breakfast was ok. No microwave safe cutlery was available which was a small challenge.

Very reasonable..front manager awesome. She let me check in a Lil early as we drove 1200 mi

All perfect

Staff was very friendly. Rooms cleaned very well. Great breakfast. Good location

Nothing

Cleanliness, friendly staffs, close to everything.

Na

The hotel was very clean And the staff was very friendly

I Didn't like the location of our room relative to the dining area but I understand somebody has to take that room

We were not expecting much seeing how affordable the hotel is but as a contrast, we have stayed in various « trendy » places along our trip and this hotel was by far our favourite. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was just lovely coming home after spending the day at Universal because the room was so clean and confortable. The quality of the bedding was top tier! We were even able to do a very early check-in after a long flight. I had done a lot of research before our trip and I would recommend staying there as opposed to the official universal hotels 100%, everything was so easy.

Breakfast is not the best quality but we didn’t mind at all. We bought some blueberries from the shop and added them to the waffles as the hotel has a waffle machine which was great ! Also, I had read in the comments that you can walk to the park but don’t try it, it’s a 40 mins walk and it’s the last thing you need before walking around all day. The hotel offers a free bus service that takes you to the park directly. There is nothing negative to say!

Todo

Todo bien el aseo Buenas camas

Comfy atmosphere

Great location for tournament, family friendly, and kind staff!

Location is perfect! You have everything close to it. Staff was nice! And I like the high ceiling roof on the first floor room they gave us.

Beds are super hard and the bathroom’s sink was clogged it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast could improve a lot.

Si me gusta mucho , ya habíamos estado y repetimos

La ubicación

I like the scrumptios breakfast. The menunis different everyday during our stay. The only down side is the bath tab that looks like it is clogged.

The only down side is the bath tab that looks like it is clogged.

Limpio.

The Staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their kindness. They made the visit pleasant. The hot tub was great too.

The hotel is run down. We thought there was black mold on back of the curtains. Turns out they are covered in dust. The carpet in the hallways are raggedy. The bed was super uncomfortable. It sunk it so I would end up rolling to my partner. Also the AC barely worked. We were so hot trying to go to sleep.

Cerca de todo, lugar muy cómodo

Todo excelente

Everything was good

Nice, clean and a good breakfast.

If you choose this hotel because it has a free shuttle bus to universal you should know it get fully booked quick, and you have to go to another hotel to book it. ( It was a hotel close by, but still a bit of a hazard). We ended up taking an uber... Not happy about that, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the free shuttle bus.

Receptionists were nice and helpful

It’s located in a good place.

Everything was fantastic

Kayla, the young lady at the front desk was amazing. She was so helpful and very nice. The ladies with the cooking staff were wonderful. Very nice and kept everything so clean and the food was great. Location was great!!

There were ants in the room.

The breakfast menu.

That it slept my family comfortably and the rooms were adjoined.

Does not apply

It's convenient to the parks and offers breakfast.

We got the first floor room and it was musty smelling and had ants crawling up & down the walls. I complained but the front desk young woman was a bit annoyed and ask for pictures of the ants. She finally decided to switch my room to the 4th floor. So we moved and the only thing annoying was the t.v. it didn't work most of the channels didn't work and kept freezing so bad couldn't watch much it kept on freezing every minute. Other then that the rest was okay.

Location was ok and relatively close to Universal. Though the bus comes to Holiday Inn, which is like a 3 min walk.

Breakfast was horrible. No locker in the room.

Everything was great, the location, the ladies at Check in and the breakfast was great. We have a few Orlando trips and plan to stay here in the future.
