Well located, very clean and the staff were very helpful

Hotel molto grande, dotato di parcheggio a pagamento ma con un costo abbastanza contenuto (10CAD circa a notte). Le camere sono molto grandi anche se risultano un po' datate. La zona è ottima per tutte le varie escursioni della zona. Al check-in inoltre ci sono stati offerti dei biscotti caldi.

La camera è un po' datata. Il prezzo è abbastanza elevato ma in linea con gli altri hotel della zona.

The beds were comfortable and the front staff were very nice. We had a busy schedule while we were there and did not use a lot of the amenities.

There could have been more coffee's in the room - more than the two Keurig cups provided for decaf and caffeinated. The elevator was a bit jerky which is a bit frightening the first time. We also could have used 4 pillows on each bed.

Location and staff were excellent. The bed linens were high grade and beds were very comfortable.

The carpet in the room smelled musty every time we walked into our suite. I am not sure they are vacuumed daily as one day I was in the room while they were cleaning and they didn’t vacuum the carpet.

We were booked into a room which had an adjoining door. Unfortunately the sound carried a bit. But it was not a big issue.

Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean & only a short walk to town. Lots of lovely extra additions too, such as a cookie on arrival, daily glasses of flavoured water & one morning even a small glass of yoghurt smoothie. Would definitely stay again.

It was to be excepted as last minute rental. But the images on site didn’t mention ground floor. It was dark in room, was dusty. It was a place to sleep. Extra money for parking. When it’s not stated on site. I would have paid extra money, at other hotel if I knew these pieces. Bathroom is from 1980s. Popcorn ceiling.

I like the room, it is spacious. It has tables, coffee machines, mini fridge and many more. The gym, swimming pool and hot tub was really a great experience

It would have been nicer that i don’t have to walk beside the restaurant from the pool with swim suit. Also, a microwave might have been nice. There might have been available (not sure) but i didn’t see any.

Struttura a 20 minuti di auto dal Banff e a pochissimo dall'imbocco dell'autostrada. Stanza spaziosa con una panca lunghissima dove riporre tutti i bagagli. Buona insonorizzazione tra le camere. Hall grande e accogliente.

Avevo chiesto una stanza silenziosa e invece mi hanno assegnato una camera che si affacciava sui motori (credo dei climatizzatori). Tappo della vasca difettoso. Lavandino un po' ingiallito. Nella stanza si sentiva cattivo odore (proveniente o dalla moquette o dal condizionatore)

Short walk to everywhere in Canmore. Quiet(er) location. Excellent restaurant (prices reasonable!) on site that we had breakfast in both days. We also stopped there and had a glass of wine one afternoon and there was someone playing live music, which was great! Paid a little extra for a beautiful view of the mountains. Very close to hiking! Staff was wonderful.

Pillows were terrible - they were huge and tough to sleep on.

The rooms themselves were mediocre. The tub and the sink constantly backed up . The executive king suite was no bigger than a super 8 motel room . Looked like from the pictures there was a patio when booking and there wasn’t . The stair stepper was broken in the gym. Got a room with “a view” that view was cooling and heater boxes with mountains in the background

Very well made hotel, with a wonderful concierge area and the rooms are rather spacious as well. The toilet clogged/started leaking when we first checked in but the hotel was very accommodating in cleaning up and if we needed a new room. They were also very friendly and helpful in catering to our dietary restrictions by providing us with a microwave, plates, and cutlery.

I am very happy that we booked this hotel for our 4 night stay. First of all, it is a very clean, well run hotel with a nice front desk staff. Secondly, it is also a conference centre but there was only a small group while we were there and there was no disruption to our vacation which is a good thing because there is only one elevator. Thirdly, it is very convenient with stores and restaurants right across the street. So easy to pick up what you need for your mini-fridge or to eat as there are no vending machines in the building. Fourthly, you must eat at Table, the hotel’s restaurant. Very good food, huge portions and definitely share your appetizers, they are that big. Our entrees were also very plentiful which you can take back up to your room for another meal. We asked for a microwave to be brought up to our room which really benefited us. As well, friendly, attentive restaurant staff served us including the wonderful Jenish. The only drawback to our experience is the size of the rooms or at least ours. We booked a king sized room which was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, however the room overall is pretty narrow and without any drawers to put your clothing other than a small closet and hooks on the walks. They do have a note that you could ask for a shelving unit to be brought up but frankly, there is little space there would have been little room to install it. I don’t like having to go into my luggage all the time and nor do I want to put my clothing by the fridge or dining table. That really is the only downside to the rooms. I still highly recommend staying here and the pool and hot tub were a lovely way to soothe our muscles after a day of hiking. Overall, a great experience and thanks to everyone we encountered.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the gym was fully equipped. The indoor pool was a wonderful bonus, especially during rainy days, and good to relax after long hikes

Spent a few nights at the Coast Canmore. The hotel is easy to find with lots of parking. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. A very good hotel experience.

The staff and the location were excellent. We could enjoy the swimming pool as well and the coffee at the lobby made by a lovely lady was extremely good.

There are many air conditioning units that make noise. We switched off ours as it was very noisy too.

I stayed at this hotel for a week-long conference that was hosted onsite. The location was excellent, within walking distance of downtown Canmore and nearby walking trails, which was a definite highlight of the stay. My stay included daily meals, which were average, but the customer service stood out as excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and very accommodating, especially when I requested a room change. However, the hotel itself is older and not very soundproof, which significantly impacted my experience. I was originally placed on the second floor and could hear every squeak and creak from the room above. Noise carried easily through the walls as well, I could hear my neighbour snoring and even bathroom sounds from the adjoining room. Hallway noise was also very noticeable, with people walking past sounding like they were in the room. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a third-floor room, which was slightly better, but I still experienced considerable noise from the hallway and parking lot, making it difficult to get a restful sleep. Another downside was the lack of onsite laundry facilities. Additionally, access to the pool required walking outside through an area where people were smoking, which I found inconvenient and unpleasant. Overall, while the service and location were great, the noise issues made it difficult to enjoy my stay. I appreciated the staff’s efforts to help, but I would likely not stay here again due to the lack of soundproofing and overall noise levels.

Our server in the restaurant was cheerful , helpful and engaging. The hotel was clean, our room comfortable and quiet. The hotel is an easy walk to downtown and there is a strip mall right across the street with restaurants.

The hotel room could use more storage: there were no dresser drawers or place to put our clothes when we unpacked. We also were surprised to find out that the “private accessible parking” meant that we had to pay $10.00 a night to park on the surface hotel parking lot. I saw no mention of a fee to park on the booking.com website or the Coast Hotel website.
