We stayed in a two‑bedroom apartment on the third floor, and everything about our stay was excellent. Each room—including the living room—offered beautiful views, and the apartment itself was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The cosy beds made our nights comfortable, and all the appliances were brand new. Having both a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient for our extended stay, and the daily housekeeping was truly the icing on the cake. The location is great as well—just 20 minutes from Banff. Canmore is a lovely town in its own right: less crowded and touristy than Banff, yet charming and unique with its own character.

The bed was really big and comfortable. There’s a big washer and dryer in the bathroom which was great, and came with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There’s also a self service car wash area, which was super handy after driving down dirt roads.

The sofa in the suite was leather which wasn’t very comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were nice, however, they were super overcrowded which wasn’t very enjoyable or relaxing.

Good location to attractions. Good parking facilities. Excellent staff.

The staff were very attentive and welcoming. There was plenty of room for us as a big family. We could cook for ourselves and the pool was a lovely addition.

Uitstekende ligging in Canmore, op 20min rijden van Banff. Het appartement had alle voorzieningen, keuken met doorloop koffiezet (koffie aanwezig),wasmachine en droogkast. Zeer netjes. Er zijn BBQ's aanwezig op het domein om te gebruiken. Bij aankomst bleek onze airco niet te werken, de dag nadien werd het hersteld en kregen we een pakket met een fles wijn, bier, frisdrank als compensatie. Het uitzicht van onze kamer was niet weids, maar best ok. Terras met tafel en stoelen aan de kamer.

De airco die initieel niet werkte, maar dit werd opgelost. Wel wat geluid van de aircomachine buiten.

A beautiful hotel with great installations like the warm pool. The hotel have directly access to the parking, it’s important due to is impossible to found a car park in this place. Very clean and warm hotel.

The room was a great size and the staff were incredibly friendly. The parking was good and location to everything was fantastic. We did not get to try the spa, but would definitely stay again! The bed was very comfortable as well.

The pool was a bit small and one of the hot tubs was out of service. The outdoor areas could use a bit of touching up.

The room was spacious and staff (especially Ingrid at the front desk) were above and beyond friendly and helpful. We loved having two bedrooms for us and our baby and a kitchen and deck plus a fireplace.

Clearer communication about the option to pay for early check in would be nice. We assumed once we clicked yes we want early check in that it was secured but learned not so much when we arrived. Maybe it does say in the fine print but I do think it could be more obvious. However, the hotel worked super hard to accommodate us and get us in early (thanks again, Ingrid!)

Our stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Canmore! We stayed for three nights, and from the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was wonderful. We were warmly greeted by Ingrid, and she absolutely made our day! She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond by surprising us with a wonderful room upgrade. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Ingrid, for starting our vacation on such a positive note! Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible mountain view that we never got tired of admiring. Waking up to the scenery each morning was simply breathtaking. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the Rockies. One feature we especially loved was the lighting throughout the suite. The living area and bedrooms were bright, warm, and thoughtfully designed, creating such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The only small suggestion we have is that the bathroom lighting could be a little brighter, and a stronger water pressure in the shower would make an already fantastic stay absolutely perfect. When it was time to leave, Jacob made our checkout experience just as pleasant as our arrival. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel appreciated until the very end of our stay. The entire property is beautiful, well maintained, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring Canmore and the surrounding mountains. Every member of the staff we encountered was welcoming and provided exceptional hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Ingrid, Jacob, and the entire Blackstone Mountain Lodge team for making our stay so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back on our next visit to Canmore. Highly recommended!

This is a great location and Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful with booking experiences for us and recommending different activities to do. She was amazing! We have really enjoyed out stay.

Four of us adults shared a very attractive, comfortable suite that was very clean and spacious enough for us all. It's also a practical place to stay as there was a well equipped kitchen with all the little extras you need. However one of the best aspects of staying here was the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains which were stunning.

It was clean, central to downtown Canmore, staff were friendly and helpful.

I’d have liked to have breakfast included, but that just a me preference. I’m not a morning person but having travelled with a small child, I had to be up early in search of a meal. Mind you, restaurants and shops are relatively close, just would’ve been nice in the lodge.

My company held an event at Blackstone Mountain Lodge in June and everything went perfectly! I worked with Scarlet from the group booking team and she was very responsive and took care of everything including the little details that helped ensure our event went smoothly. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, as are the grounds around the hotel. We took advantage of the BBQs and many of our attendees used the pool and hot tubs during their stay. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff. If you are thinking about planning a business event in Canmore, I highly recommend doing it at Blackstone Mountain Lodge.

Excellent venue for small meetings. We hosted our board recently and the service was beyond expectations from the initial planning stages to full execution. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. As an event planner, I highly recommend this property and kudos to the entire team there for their excellence in hospitality.

We booked a large group event that included catering and meeting room requirements, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist throughout the entire process. The catering was fantastic, and everything ran smoothly. We would absolutely recommend them to others and were so pleased with the experience that we have already booked with them again next year.

We had requested a walk-in shower for a family member with limited mobility. At check-in, we were told there weren't any more available, which was frustrating because the bathtub was very high/deep. They did however, have a requested shower chair in the room by the time we got our luggage unloaded!

Great location, easy walk downtown and having underground parking is a bonus. We all loved the pool and hot tubs and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I recently stayed at Blackstone Mountain Lodge to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience. The lodge was the perfect home base for exploring Canmore, Banff, and all of the beautiful surrounding attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful wedding anniversary card and delicious cookies that were waiting for us when we arrived in our suite. It was such a kind gesture and made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. I especially loved having a drip coffee maker in the room so I could enjoy a fresh cup of coffee each morning before heading out for a day of sightseeing and adventure. The location was excellent! It was close enough to everything we wanted to see while still offering a relaxing mountain atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Blackstone Mountain Lodge to anyone visiting the Canmore and Banff area. We look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed here recently for a girls’ trip and loved it. The space was perfect and we enjoyed our balcony. Everything was quite clean. The washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent was perfect! I found the front desk service to be exceptional and they went out of their way to help up with a few bookings for local attractions. I would certainly stay again if we were in the area.

The staff at Blackstone Mountain Lodge was excellent. They were super friendly and accommodated all my family’s needs. Shout out specifically to Jennifer and Jess at front desk for helping me out with rooms. Having EV chargers in the parkade was also a plus. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and rarely write reviews, but my experience at Blackstone Mountain Lodge by CLIQUE truly exceeded my expectations. I mentioned before arriving that I would be celebrating my birthday in Canmore, and when I checked in, I was upgraded to an incredible suite which was easily one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The thoughtful birthday card, sweets, and drinks waiting in the room made the experience even more special and put me in a great mood for the celebration. A sincere thank you to the hotel staff and management for going above and beyond. Your hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.

Unfortunately the pool / hot tub were undergoing maintenance during our stay which was't well identified on the Booking.com website. On site parking was also under maintenance and parking was a couple of blocks away in a questionably secure location.
