The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and just what you’d expect from a well‑run hotel. The downstairs bar area was a highlight: cosy sofas and complimentary hot drinks created a really welcoming place to unwind. Location was great being literally within the university grounds; only a short walk to the main hall where graduation ceremony was taking place.

Can't think of anything I'd necessary improve.

Staff have always been fantastic in our visits to University of Warwick and right from check-in the staff were helpful and quick to get us all checked in quickly. Breakfast was brilliant. A great selection, well stocked and nice teas (always important for me) We relaxed in our room after a busy day before heading out for dinner. The beds were comfortable. A good number of sockets for charging laptops and phones.

Very clean and comfortable with a nice communal space where free fresh coffee including decaf and oat milk was available. Very polite staff

the noise from the slamming hall doors kept me awake most of the night light from the hallways also leaked in my door so i had to use an eyemask

Hot water for breakfast drinks was in a flask which was awkward to use and the water wasn't hot enough so we went through to the lounge to use the facilities there.

The staff was very friendly. the place perfect for location i have played chess tournament just 2min walk to venue. The breakfast was amazing lots options healthy, warm,fruits. nice big shower and clean spacious room, easy to park for free when staying in hotel. i was bale to extend for one more night keeping the same room. the bed very comfortable. I really liked this place and looking forward to come back again one day.

maybe a noise from next door room talking but did not last long as i fell a sleep.

Proximity to the campus and hall for graduation was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable.

The food was exceptional, both breakfast and evening meal. Sad that the restaurant was not used by other guests. The room was fine but the duve was heavy for such a hot period, just a sheet would have been a nice option.

Banging doors particularly at night. The doors are heavy and the walls are a base construction so without a strong soft close hinge some just let them slam shut. The shower gels are fine but the bottles have a partially reduced base area which makes them difficult to stand up in the basket tray next to the shower. It might be nice to have a more enclosed area for dinners when small numbers have booked. I sat alone in a large canteen facility. The staff and quality food made it OK.

Superb breakfast with freshly cooked food and a wide range of choices. The room was spacious, filled with natural light, and beautifully decorated in a modern style, with ample storage space and a large, functional desk. The bedsheets were clean and fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel bar and restaurant were very welcoming, with a large, open, spacious layout and plenty of comfortable seating. The food was excellent — freshly prepared with care and absolutely delicious!

Wifi was best I have ever encountered at a hotel - cleaners were very thorough - staff super helpful - veggie burgers were great...breakfast decent.

The room was on ground floor and did not have net curtains allowing anyone and everyone to look into the room. You have to draw the curtains and put the light on for privacy. The staff were unfriendly and impolite, serving other guests while we were engaging with staff during our turn. It was quite disruptive. Staff do not acknowledge or greet new guests when they are arrive. They appear to lack empathy and courtesy. Breakfast was £17.50 which we thought was too expensive.

Air conditioning is too cold in restaurant.

Lounge provided free coffee/teas and soda and some cakes and scones which was quite nice. Sports facility came in very handy and we used it a lot. Swimming pool/gym was great.

Breakfast variety was not enough. We stayed for a week for a chess tournament so towards the end of our stay we were bored with the choice of food available. Pastries were extremely dry and overbaked and didn't seem to be fresh.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radcliffe. The ambience was peaceful, modern, and very welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax. We especially appreciated how easy and convenient it was to charge our electric car on site, which made our stay even more hassle-free.

We genuinely had nothing to dislike and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

I liked the area at the entrance where you can sit, eat, drink, etc The rooms were nice compared to the value.

Great location with everything you need

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. The restaurant serves high-quality food. The lounge also serves high quality food from morning till late at night, and at a reasonable price for a conference venue (or hotel). The lounge is also an excellent place to gather with colleagues or work independently, as the seating in the lounge is very comfortable, and the complimentary coffee and tea will satisfy even picky coffee and tea drinkers. Also, the bus to/from the city centre takes 10 minutes, and the stop is just down the street, 200m from the back door of the lounge. Overall, very impressive and convenient. I would stay here again if visiting the U. of Warwick--or Coventry.

If you have reduced mobility or heavy baggage, be sure to indicate that; the wing I stayed in had multiple levels and stairs between the elevator and the room. Also, the room was warm in the evenings, as there is no A/C in the room sections of the building. Fortunately, they include a fan, the windows open, and moderate overnight temperatures allowed from some cooling, so that the room was comfortable by morning. A warm room is likely to be an issue only in the summer, on warm and sunny days.

Clean, fresh rooms and very comfortable. Nice range of teas, coffee and hot chocolate on the tray. Good space in wardrobe. Comfortable chair at the desk. Great range of cocktails in the bar including lots of local spirits and even honey from the bees on the university campus. Free swimming session at nearby pool was great addition to a lovely stay. Breakfast was incredible- vegan and gluten free options readily available. They even had overnight oats, three kinds of yoghurt, good range of continental meats not just ham, smoothies, cooked breakfast, pastries and cafetière other I make your own coffee if you wished. Excellent stay could not have been happier!

Great breakfast. with range of healthy options and English Breakfast. All delicious. Really liked the available coffee and hot drink quality and selection. Good to have the onsite restaurant for evening meal. And use of the gym and sports centre too.

The room is kept clean and near. The bed is comfy. Breakfast choices are plenty, especially enjoyed the local honey for my yoghurt. I like the around the clock tea in the bar, welcoming! It is the best place to stay when visiting my son in the university. Plenty of parking places for car is a bonus!

The facilities, staff, rooms. cleanliness etc were excellent and good value. There was plenty of tea/coffee in the room, the room was clean, tidy and well maintained, breakfast was good.

it was let down a little by there being building work going on which started around 8am outside my window , when i had been out to an event the night before. Also there was a ladder in the hallway with workmen accessing the loft space , which was pretty noisy and also it was a bit tricky to navigate luggage around the ladder .

Staff are always amazing when we stay here. Very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are always clean and comfortable. Nothing negative to say at all. We book here twice a year for events that happen in the sports facility and its always our first choice

I didn’t have breakfast but Monday evening was nice food.

Just a couple of things. I had room 121 which faces the car park. There was no privacy as everyone could look into my room. Would have been helpful to have a net curtain as I had to close the curtains to get changed etc. Also it would have been good just to have provided a small can, jug or bottle of water.
