Location fantastic for me .
Parts of the hotel seem outdated . Brown outdated furniture . The food l thought needs to be a bit more basic as not everyone likes certain foods . Fish and chips on the menu would have been good .
Great location for us. Good facilities and good price. Breakfast included was good too.
Felt a little exposed when curtains opened as ground floor room meant people could see straight in
The grounds
Nothing really restaurant staff upstairs could be a bit more cheerful. The staff downstairs behind the bar very pleasant
I loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Was a real nice treat to end a stressful day The options for breakfast was great. Really nice and definitely plenty of options
I didn't like that there wasn't disabled access to get to loft18 and had to climb up the stairs which was a struggle. The room size wasn't great. Abit small for 2 of us to share and navigate around. Beds were really uncomfortable I didn't sleep properly at all
Easy check-in attended a wedding, very nice and most staff very nice a few need to smile more and look as though their enjoying there job
Breakfast lay out was good and a good selection, however the cooked English breakfast was very dry and not palatable in some cases, being part of the wedding I would not speak to anybody incase it upset the happy couple but you obviously need to be aware for this to be better for other guests
I had a very comfortable 2 night stay at the hotel for a conference. The hotel had a nice view of the golf course from my room. I liked the swimming pool and gym access too.
Bathroom tap in my room was broken wobbly and no electrical socked accessible by the bed but only small issues.
Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Lovely views.
Staff were very friendly Pool was good Room was good and centrally placed
Paying £16 for breakfast Nappy bin in women's changing room at the pool had not been emptied and smelt badly
Great building, nicely decorated with style and quality throughout. Beautiful setting and my room overlooked the golf course. I enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities.
My room was situated near enough to the function room which meant I heard all the songs the do played for the wedding event.
Lovely comfortable bed, lovely room large open lounges in the hotel.
A lovely
Only stayed for one night on business so enable to use the leisure or Golf. Great position for the NEC and easy enough to get into Coventry. Had a meal in the bar which was good and had a good atmosphere. Staff were attentive and food was good. Room was comfortable and temperature good.
I didn't like being charged £5.00 on arrival for the car park. This is basic. Would rather have paid that in my room bill and not known about it. If I wanted a Ryanair Hotel I would have booked it!
It’s ideally located for NAEC Stoneleigh and I can park my dog van right outside my bedroom door. Breakfasts are excellent. Staff are welcoming and helpful
Not the hotel’s fault it some drunken noisy guests disturbed my sleep
I liked the room and it was super clean and tidy. The rooms were really close together and facilities were really good.
it did not have alot around in terms of shops etc. You had to travel to get to a shop and get something if you wanted it.
Dinner was very good.
Being charged £5.60 for a bottle of sparkling water.
We attended a Wedding & stayed 1 night, the whole day was fantastic from start to finish.
Nothing!
Easy to get to NEC, plenty of parking
I emailed for an accessible room which was confirmed. On check in no room allocated, almost broke my neck getting in/out of the bath. Dirty room. No hot water. Screaming from next room all night. No plug socket by the bed. Disabled access to restaurant almost impossible. I left a day early as I couldn’t stand itb- I explained shy, no offer of refund
Clean, family room spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Access to pool and spa very good. Do remember a padlock for locker.
Clean, restful very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely gardens and outdoor seating area.
Spa facilities were very poor, steam room not working. Sauna not very hot
Good facilities, convenient location.
Only 1 double plug socket in family room, son used for charging phone & fan as was very warm. No sockets by any beds. Main light switch controlled all lights couldn't have a bedside lamp on without all lights very inconvenient. Son pulled his bed over to use plug whilst in bed. Sooo much rubbish under bed, sweet wrappers etc. Hadn't been pulled out to be cleaned under for ages. Although all visible areas were clean.
Everything. We attended a family wedding here. The views were stunning for the photos, everywhere was clean and tidy, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything you needed.
Nothing
Clean hotel Staff were welcoming
Traffic noise as we stayed in the lodges which were positioned closer to the main road. The layout of the breakfast is very compact for the amount of people in the restaurant. Had to pay £5 to park as I booked through a third party and not through the hotel
Beautiful atmosphere

Breakfast....a good selection in pleasant surroundings Dinner.... reasonable selection and well presented
The breakfast wasn’t great and neither were the spa facilities, however the room was lovely clean and comfortable, the course itself was beautiful and the food and staff were lovely. The masseuse that I had was amazing.
The facilities for the spa weren’t great, wasn’t quite what we had hoped and the location isn’t very good
Oh I absolutely loved this place. It really was the ultimate rest - which was what I booked it for
My only regret is that I didn’t have longer to enjoy all that it had to offer
Good facilities in good location
Ground floor accommodation facing car park
Staff were pleasant except one lady on reception who was abrupt and not pleasant to her colleagues. The evening meal was good and those serving were very accommodating.
my son and wife were booked into a very tiny room until we paid extra to upgrade which was not straightforward. The coffee served at breakfast was disgusting had to pay extra for a good coffee why??

Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, great steam room and sauna.
Unfortunately because of its position it was difficult to catch a bus into Coventry. Jacuzzi was a bit cold.
The building and grounds look lovely and there is plenty of parking. Liked the restaurant and bar. The reception area was nice.
Nothing I didn’t like. The bathroom could be updated and the furniture could have better storage space for clothing. Was disappointed the jacuzzi was open to the pool and so was cold water rather than warm
The warmly feel inside of the hotel and the hotel rooms were very spacious . The restaurants within the facility were so nice and clean. Food was exceptional
The only thing was the pool, it was way to salty to swim in and too much smelly stuff in the jacuzzi thinking it was maybe to relax people but it wasn’t the nicest smell .
View was very good. Food was good. Building is good . Bit of a job finding the way to certain bars and venue rooms as signs a little vague. Room was good.
Bed was lumpy so being hard too it wasn't a comfy nights sleep. Personally i didnt find some of the staff helpful. The signs in building are vague so until you know where you are its hard to find your way about , little help from staff especially reception young guy. Big hair in bathroom so not cleaned very well

Fan provided Visually nice and good views
Reception not competent and no real manners or personality. Hotel rooms are absolutely boiling. All of the upstairs in the hotel is like the heating on Iron terrible and ironing board not fit for purpose Hotel not clearly signposted externally at all and extremely odd layouts throughout Dust all over lights and mirrors Light doesn't work on the desk Blind doesn't open fully No shower gel in bathroom, not filled up. No water provided in room Room bathroom smelt stale.
Most everything.
They have changed the sausages, not has nice has the original ones.
Grandeur de la chambre
La piscine température eau froide
Really great helpful staff and the fan was good to have. Nice location and I slept very well.
Room was nice but there webs on lamp shade.
I liked the varnished wooden door between the bedroom and the bathroom with an old-fashioned latch. I appreciated the fact that the room was cooler than outside when I first entered it on a very warm day. I was promised a part-refund after submitting my concerns about the room to the hotel group.
The USB ports didn't work. The towel rail looked very dirty. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't appear to work. I couldn't adjust the temperature of the shower and it was too hot to use. I couldn't plug the TV in due to not enough space between the wall-mounted TV and the wall.
Good value for money.
The mattress on the bed was very soft and uncomfortable.
Good facilities
Wedding on When going out noise was intolerable! 1-2 am No one to keep order
Very clean, easy to find, friendly staff.
Lack of soundproofing from other residents doors. Didn’t get much sleep because of this.
Bar and restaurant were nice.
We paid extra for a balcony with a view. Th balcony was dirty and the outdoor furniture was old and scruffy. Certainly not worth the money to upgrade. The gym had machines out of order. The pool water was dirty and murky, the changing rooms were unclean. Carpets were stained and worn.
Firstly the staff were extremely friendly and communicative. Helpful and upbeat despite how busy they were.
Had 2 tvs in room. However, one of them did not work which was the one in my space. Not catastrophic but would have been an extra delight. A fridge would have been helpful ?
Really friendly and helpful staff, handy that parking was right outside the room
Wasn’t expecting the £5 per night parking charge - seemed unnecessary given the location. Lots of road noise even with window closed Hot room with a really dusty fan The lighting circuit had issues so we could only have the bedside lights on when the main light was on too - really unhelpful in a family room with kids trying to sleep. Dated room and only two towels despite being a family room.
It was nice to have a quick swim.
The location. it was a long route round each time we went out to visit friends at their accommodation. Although in was showing as the closest, the fact that it was on a dual carriageway made access further.
The spa was great staff were friendly
The beds were not comfortable, pool was cold, food was waY too expensive for what it was , no lights in the room only lamps sides of the bed also we was expecting a country location and was not it was on the side of a duel carriage way wouldn't stay there again and drinks were quite pricey £14.00 a drink
The room was very clean and spacious, staff in reception friendly and helpful, amazing meal in Loft 18 and the staff were friendly and attentive, the pool and changing clean and relaxing
absolutely nothing will be returning
Nice setting. Here for a wedding so a suitable venue.
Tried to charge again when already paid in advance. When attending a wedding they charged extra for allowing into the room early to get ready. No fridge in room.
Just every think was clean and the staff was so helpful and all was there to help u
Nothink
Plenty of parking spaces, clean, comfortable. Had all facilities needed including towels for each person, hairdryer etc that I had read were missing in reviews so was worried and packed extra.
Pool was freezing cold and took a long time to adjust to was time making it unpleasant.
Fabulous hotel and a great golf course
The decor and the presentation of the hotel.was far better than supposedly luxury hotels. The facilities were excellent.
There was nothing
The grounds the hotel is situated in.
Drinks was far too expensive, expected to pay more, not that much, would have brought more Drinks if value for money
Fantastic stay. We stayed at the Windmill Village hotel for two nights and ate both nights in the Loft Restaurant. The staff in the Loft were excellent, especially Caitlin, Vanessa and Olivia. The food was amazing and the menu was very varied. The portions were substantial, and delicious. Thoroughly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.
Staff were really hardworking, friendly and helpful We were there for a wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing at the wedding and breakfast.
Nice rooms
One of the rooms ( room 3) had a problem with the shower
The grounds were kept immaculate. The hotel has a welcoming entrance and the rooms were not only decorated lovely, they were clean. I had a room with French doors out onto a paved seating area over looking part of the golf course, was nice to sit out in the morning. I stayed for a wedding and it was brilliant.
Nothing
Ideal location for visiting Coventry and Kenilworth Castle.
Nothing
The staff and food were excellent
It was good
My sister and I took up an offer of 4 hours use of spa and gym. We were greeted by lovely staff, hot drinks, robes, slippers and towels included. We were invited to join the aqua class which is held on Thursday which was great fun. Lasted 45 mins which gave us plenty of time to swim and quiet time. Children are allowed but they were very well behaved and it was not crowded. 2 course lunch was included which we eat in the bar with lovely views and an excellent lunch, again with lovely service. My meatballs were served in a nan bread bowl and the summer pudding was 10/10. The pool and changing rooms are a bit tired but nothing drastic and for the price excellent value so we will be going again because it’s such a great offer.

Great weekend lovely ataff
Please get steam irons!
Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice view over the golf course.
TV channels very limited
Plenty of car parking. Nice welcome at reception and check-in experience very good. Very spacious room, very clean with a nice view over the golf course. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Good selection of evening food in the Loft 18 restaurant. Hot quality food and service was excellent. Breakfast again, great servie from the breakfast team, food albeit uffet style, looked fresh and apertising, also very tasty food. Excellent stay - well done!
Watch out as they will rip you off. Arrived and was told I would have to pay £5 for parking because the room was booked through booking. Com. Yet not all our party were charge. And despite being told if was on the website - if wasn’t!! So just an opportunistic money grab! Staff incredibly unhelpful too Avoid rooms in the annexes as really noisy like sleeping in the central reservation of the A45!
The room was very clean and the staff were polite
Very friendly staff
Spa facilities...steam room not working
Lovely place well kept gardens and car parks
Hotel was clean and staff very helpful
Nothing not to like
Staff in restaurant very helpful l, good to have the pool
Road noise
Clean, parking at lodge door
Not much
Loved the hotel Staff fabulous
Room I was in had noises pipes
Cleanliness was excellent, staff friendly and professional
No air con available only electric fans
It was situated close to my daughter who I was visiting
That I had so far to walk to my room
The decor in the hotel was nice with nice furniture, the staff were really polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location and easily accessible with lovely views over the golf course.
The food in the hotel restaurant wasn't great - my friend opted for the fish and it was evidently just a frozen fish that had been cooked. For the price we hoped it would have been fresh. There are not enough plug sockets in the bedroom. We had two lamps on either side of the bed, and there was no sockets to plug them into - pretty pointless. Only one plug available to charge our mobile phones, the other plug sockets did not work. The TV/radio channels on the TV didn't work. The windows don't open wide enough - it was red hot in the room and the fan was insufficient. Finally, the spa pool/jacuzzi was absolutely freezing. It certainly didn't qualify as a "hot tub", and it wasn't really enjoyable or relaxing at all in the spa.
We have been before, and it's always lovely. I went this time as a treat for myself, and for my sister-in-law. We both had full access to the spa, and pool. We also both had a facial, and a hand and foot massage. As a qualified massage therapist, I find it difficult to relax when having a treatment, however I felt extremely relaxed and chilled out during my treatments. We also had food in the bar area, which was absolutely delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I had a chat to one of the cleaning staff, and told her that she was doing a fantastic job, as it's always lovely and clean in there. The location is good, as it's near Coventry. We didn't have a room this time, but when we had one previously, it was lovely, the rooms were very quiet. There are no children allowed, which is good if you want a break from children. All in all, a wonderful chilled out, relaxing experience.
The facilities were great and the house was lovely
The noise from the main road when you’re trying to sleep
I love the outside rooms because I can keep my dogs in their van right outside my door and there is a grassy area adjacent for walking. There’s a lovely beer garden where dogs are allowed and the food including breakfast is superb
Generally I have always found the staff excellent but on this occasion the breakfast waiting staff did not recognise that my husband had dementia and I felt awkward. I made a coffee, set it aside to make a second and went to grab some pastries while it was being made. They removed the first coffee but ignored me when I asked where it was. It was quiet, and there were several standing around watching me struggle, they seemed to find my husband’s behaviour amusing
everything
nothing
Fantastic stay was upgraded breakfast wa lovely
Some of the electric plugs wasn't working in our room and no air conditioning
Staff were friendly and supportive
All night we had doors banging didn’t get much sleep at all
Access to the spa was included
They forgot to clean our room.
Clean, great location, gorgeous grounds.
Na
Restaurant was good .
No Aie condition in a hotel like this. There should be HVAC system in hotels of this style. Who uses fans in this day and age .
Gym and pool facilities were good at this price
Very soft beds not for me and there weren't any changing rooms for the gym
Breakfast very good. Staff helpful and nice
Room was smaller than expected
Good gym and open nice and early, (6am) for the business traveler!
I paid £152 for a single room with breakfast & parking! Easily the smallest worst hotel room I’ve stayed in this year, (I book 4/5 hotels a week!).Shower cubicle built for a child with no Wi Fi connection at all in my room, appalling! DONT BOOK A SINGLE ROOM AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! Breakfast poor ran out of eggs AGAIN, this happened previously when I stayed! Flys all over cold meet selection, fresh fruit selection poor also.
Beautiful hotel, with multiple bars and restaurants. Very good value for money
The pool was freezing! Couldn’t stay in or the use those facilities as it was too cold
Bar areas
Reception staff I was woke up at 6am by hedge or lawn cutting
Swimming pool
Charging booking.com customers to park when my booking says it free
Breakfast was good. Nice, quiet location with good facilities.
Room with a window. The loudness of the doors closing
Everything
Food menu not enough
Sadly this was booked for my boss and the hotel had no aircon on the hottest day of the year. Room was like a sauna so sadly he had to go and find another hotel.
Comfy bed, Powerful fan in the room that kept the room cool in hot weather, Nice hotel bar
Room wasn't the cleanest with black mould on the shower. General state of the hotel was a bit worn, definitely well used - the carpets, doors and woodwork were noticeably scuffed and worn. Food had good variety but was average, the hot breakfast wasn't amazing, the sausage & bacon tasted like it was made in pans with yesterday's fat still in it and left
Shocking customer service, you complained to reception regarding drug use coming from room 15 and they couldn't care less asthey know who was using the room and to be honest probably scared of them. My advice don't waste your money staying staying here . Overpriced!!. My mother in law is 76 and was unfortunate to stay in room 14 . Smell of weed coming thru from 15 and hearing grinder most of the night. Still waiting for a manager to phone that was 2 weeks ago !!!.
Light and clean. Staff great and food wonderful.
Swimming pool. Wasn’t warned about no locks on lockers in changing room and could buy one if we wanted. One person trying to lane swim otherwise families enjoying the pool splashing and bombing the water. Unfortunately I am not that confident in the pool so did not stay long. Of more concern, bath was slippery and bathroom floor when wet, be careful! No air con in the rooms only stand alone fan.
