Location was beautiful surrounded by nature and we were allocated a quiet room as requested. Our room was tasteful with nice lighting, tea/coffee making facilities, a modern shower and complementary shampoo/shower gel. As hotel guests we could make free use the gym, swim, sauna and steam.

The little breakfast treats (cakes, muffins, seed mix and fruits) that had been offered in the lounge during previous stays in addition to the complimentary coffee were no longer available. Had always been such a nice, welcoming touch!

Being a conference car i didn't think it was going to as good. The room was great, restaurant food was lovely and the staff were really friendly.

It was a hot day and the room did not have air con, only a small fan so was quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

We attended a graduation event in the Arts Centre so couldn’t have asked for a more ideal location.

I asked for a ground floor room when I booked, explaining I have a broken wrist, but got allocated the most distant room on the 3rd floor - 304!

The hotel is in a good location, and the car park was great with plenty of spaces, which made things really easy. The staff at reception were also lovely, friendly and welcoming. Easy checkout.

The rooms are very basic and unfortunately could do with some attention. The room was carpeted and had quite a musty smell, and the carpets definitely need a thorough clean. The beds are also surprisingly small, even the queen-size bed felt more like a small double. There’s no fridge in the room either, which was a little disappointing.

We've stayed several times and never disappointed. We're always warmly welcomed on arrival, relax well after the journey in the comfy room , with comfortable beds, great showers and facilities. The lounge/bar area downstairs is an extra bonus for complimentary tea/coffees to meet up with others. And the generous buffet breakfast, with high quality products including the local honey is something we greatly look forward. Would highly recommend

The weather was too hot when I lived there. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioner at the room, so the temperature is a bit high despite using a fan.

It was all good,

Lovely big room with doors out to the field and woodland. Very clean, bath and shower worked well. It was quiet so we were able to sleep soundly. So much choice for breakfast which was great if you wanted either the full english or healthier options, or both! Bus hub a short walk away with buses to Leamington or Coventry, great to be able to leave the car behind.

No aircon, our room was fine as it was on the shaded side and we were provided with a fan but could imagine it would be quite hot on the south side.

The location is fantastic! It is situated on the Warwick campus, and the gym facilities are within walking distance. The bar service is quite good, and you can have a coffee or tea in the morning. The staff is nice, and they helped us remain in the same room to avoid the busy time during the ceremony. The scenery is also fantastic, since our room has a splendid view of the lake.

There is no air conditioner, and it gets a bit hot when the sun goes down since our room faces west. The fan works, but it may be inefficient when the temperature is over 30 degrees.

Room was clean & comfortable. Toilet was clean with a good shower and hot water.

Very convenient for attending son/daughter graduation at University of Warwick. Clean and well maintained. Very affordable considering its location.

A little inconvenience but the hotel parking was closed for refurbishments during one of their busiest times of year meaning we had to walk with luggage etc. about 500m. Also no aircon in the room during the hottest British summer on record.

The small fan provided unfortunately did not cool the room adequately on what was a very warm night.

Comfortable well equipped room in perfect location for visiting Warwick university. Ample free parking to rear, just register your car with reception on arrival to avoid car parking fines. Good choice of food for lunch, evening meal and breakfast.

The modern large, spacious, rambling hotel is in Warwick University campus, near to Coventry (not Warwick). It is best reached by car or taxi, although there are buses to the campus. Plenty of parking, desk check-in and out was easy and quick. The room was comfortable and quiet, fully appointed. Wi-Fi was not strong and we had to move to the conference area or reception for important comms. The restaurant for evening meals was fully reserved but an adequate meal can be purchased at the bar, with indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Nicky who went out of her way to help with a taxi delay. This a functional hotel and has no nearby attractions.

Other than the Wi-Fi connection it was a comfortable stay, despite the long walks to and from our room.

Top hotel with own pub and restaurant, right next to the university. Excellent breakfast, both traditional English as well as Continental. (I liked the porridge with the extras.) Bus stop near by. I had a very comfortable and quite room with a lovely view to a meadow and forest, with an occarional deer and rabbit passing through.

Although WiFi (both Eduroam and WarwickGuest) was generally available in the hotel, my room, which was rather faraway from the reception, had no WiFi. Thus, I had to go to the pub to go online. (Even the bus stop at the university had a stronger signal.)

breakfast was very good - plenty of choice. My room was modern, clean and very quiet. Had everything I needed. Great selection on the drinks tray and snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Easy check-in, felt very safe as a lone traveller and proximity to campus was perfect.

There was an additional charge for room service of £5 on top of the food charge.

We have stayed here a lot and know what to expect. Staff were very friendly on arrival and rooms were very nice - if a little bit hot in this weather. It is exactly what we need in this area.

Only thing that could have been better would have been a cooler room somehow.

Lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean and comfortable. A fan had been provided as there was no air con and it was very hot. The food in the bar was very nice, as was breakfast. The price was great and so convenient for Warwick uni open day.

The hotel does feel like a conference centre but... well.. it is! I had a downstairs room overlooking the car park. It could have done with some net curtains as there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains shut.

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. It was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was modern, immaculate, and well maintained. The hotel was quiet, and I really appreciated the overall comfort and cleanliness. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why the fire alarm test had to be carried out on Monday at 8:30 a.m., when most guests were still in their rooms. It seems that scheduling it a little later, for example around 11:00 a.m. after guests had already checked out or left their rooms, would have been much less disruptive. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. A nice bonus was the parking: it is free for guests, as the reception provides a code that allows complimentary parking for the entire duration of the stay.

Clean rooms and a great location for visiting my daughter at university. Free parking and a good choice of food on site. We saw deer and rabbits from our bedroom window, which was lovely.

The weather was very hot at the time of our visit and there was no air conditioning.

Excellent facilities and great hospitality. willl like to see a larger family room with a kitchenette possibly.. Also its better to have a alteast 2 kitchenettes on every floor so things can become complete . Pay as you use washing machines will be a great asset .

There was no fridge and lack of air-conditioning

Very close to Warwick University campus, which was ideal for us.

It really wasn’t an issue for us so I am nitpicking but the lift in reception only goes to floor 1 and then you have to walk across a longish hall to another lift. If you have mobility issues I would suggest asking for a room on the 1st floor for ease.

Great location on on the Uni campus. Very modern, clean, bright and airy rooms. No aircon, but there was an electric fan in the room(we visited during the heatwave and the fan placed in front of the open window worked just fine). On site restaurant with a good range of food and a short stroll to the Uni bars. Really reasonable pricing (staying on a Fri before open day) and free parking. I'll use again.

A perfectly adequate hotel. Soulless, colourless, charmless. No air conditioning - quite a shock in the late June heat - and only two teabags.

The rooms were excellent: we especially appreciated plenty of sockets and USB ports, as well as side and reading lights on BOTH sides of the bed; and the heated area on the bathroom mirror so that you could see your reflection even after showering. Biscuits, as well as tea/coffee facilities, are always welcome; and in the lounge area, separate machines with decaff coffee only and oat milk only are an inspired addition.

Not a big fan of the refectory style long tables in the dining area.
