The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Having a minibar is always a nice bonus. The pool is absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. We also loved the breakfast — it was very varied, with plenty of options, and everything was delicious.

If I had to mention one negative point, it would be that the window in the room was quite small and faced an interior courtyard, so there wasn’t much natural light or ventilation.

First impressions count for a lot and the staff at Hoianan left an amazing first impression. We took advantage of their offer of an airport transfer and they beat G**b on price which is rare. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour but out driver was there at arrivals waiting for us. If you are going by car it's important to remember the street outside closes to traffic from 5pm to 10pm as it does become a night market. When we got to the hotel we were greeted with cold lemon and ginger tea and a warm atmosphere. The check in was painless and we were talked through the various facilities offered by the hotel and given a map with some highlights of the area. For first time visiters this would be really useful info! We only received one room key, but once we told the receptionist that we had medicine that needed to be refrigerated they were happy to give us a spare room key to keep the fridge on. They also offered to let us use the kitchen fridge or freezer to store them if needed which was a welcome surprise. Our room was on the first floor and looked out on the market. We personally enjoyed the sound of the hussle and bustle outside but can see why it isn't to some people's tastes. The room had a smart tv so it was nice to binge Netflix when the weather took an unfortunate turn. The tiles in the bathroom weren't slippery as I've seen some reviews state. Maybe the hotel has added an anti slip coating since. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and wish it could have been longer.

The hotel was modern and well kept but with an arquitecture and decoration matching Hoi An's feeling. The staff was professional and very helpful. 150 meters from Chinese Bridge. The pool.Everything.

Nightmarket is a bit noisy but stops after 9.30.

The accommodation is really lovely and conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were also happy to provide recommendations on things to do in Hoi An, and they offer free bicycles, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, and I really liked the overall design and atmosphere of the place. The only issue I experienced was with the air conditioning, which made a strange noise and started producing ice on my first night. However, the staff fixed the problem the following day. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Pool is small

Nice boutique sized property with good sized rooms located right in the middle of busy night market street. Lovely balcony, comfy extra large bed & Nice indoor pool & good breakfast included & lovely staff, including friendly security guard on the door during night market.

Whilst happy to have a Birds Eye view of the market with all it’s noise and vitality We did not factor in the very noisy set up and removal of the night market stalls which means it is very noisy from around 3pm to 11.30pm every day. There is also much transferred noise from adjacent rooms / loud voices in the lobby from 6am including much scraping of furniture above, and construction across the road starting at 7am each day - so unfortunately not much undisturbed sleep during our 5 night stay.

Rosie y todo su personal, siempre amables, nos ayudaron mucho para realizar reservas de excursiones, traslados, etc, e hicieron tuviésemos una mejor estancia, ayudándonos a resolver cualquier incidencia. El hotel está muy bien situado y las habitaciones comodas y espaciosas

Good location, smack in the middle of the night market. Lots of shops and restaurants around as well. The hotel itself was good, and clean, very good value for money. There is also a pool on the ground floor. The breakfast was decent, with salads, fruit, boiled eggs etc. It was an easy short walk across the river to get to the Old Town. The staff were helpful, especially Thuy who helped us when we arrived and got slightly lost due to the market, and she briefed us on what activities there were to do in Hoi An.

Just note that if you arrive after 5pm or thereabouts, the night market is in full swing, and my driver didn't want to drive up to the hotel and dropped us down the road. I also got scammed immediately, because I took a video of the night market and a fruit seller accused me of taking her photo and said I had to give her money for the photo or buy something. The night market is pretty noisy until almost midnight, which is to be expected I guess. I forgot to inform the hotel but the water from the shower was unbearably hot most of the time no matter how we adjusted it.

観光名所の中にあるホテルだったので、移動が楽でした 夜は目の前の道に夜市の屋台が毎日出たので、楽しかったです。それなのに部屋はとても静かでした。 スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。朝食も美味しかったです。チャイルドシート付きの自転車もあったので、2歳児と一緒に自転車で街を散策でしました。提携のスパをら40%オフで利用できました

シャワー室かトイレかわかりませんが、少し臭いがありました。残念なのはその点だけです

La posizione affacciata sul mercato serale e vicino al fiume è perfetta. La mia camera era come nelle fotografie.

La cassetta di sicurezza in camera dovrebbe essere fissata al muro o almeno all'armadio, diversamente non offre più sicurezza della valigia... Colazione direi sufficiente (per il gusto italiano, si intende).

Hôtel très propre avec un excellent accueil et de très bons conseils concernant les commerces aux alentours comme cet excellent petit restaurant à proximité et le centre de massage également à proximité (40% de réduction lorsque l'on vient de la part de l'hôtel !). De plus l'hôtel est situé dans la rue où se déroule le marché nocturne ce qui est un énorme avantage ! Merci pour ces bons moments !

Le petit déjeuner présente un choix assez réduit de produits et les plats chauds ne le sont pas !

Beautiful old building, very comfortable modern room & facilities. Yummy included breakfast buffet. Central location on island in the old city. Night market nearby created a lively fun vibe. Lovely helpful staff made our stay a real pleasure.

Comfortable bed, clean and night market right out front of hotel from 4-10pm, but fairly quiet still. Great variety for breakfast.

Staff were friendly but at times I felt like they were watching my every move. I travel full time so only go out to do touristy things every 2-3 days, but the days I just wanted to relax in hotel and watch YouTube or movies they seemed to always say why aren’t you going out, which is not really their business for me to have to explain! I did un the end just to keep them off my back. I prefer more privacy than what are you doing every minute. And can I collect your pizza from Grab. Nice people but prefer a little more privacy, which I’m getting in my current hotel in Danang just do what you want when you want with no judgement.

とても可愛いお部屋で清潔で水回りも使いやすくシャワーも安定していました。スタッフのみなさんもとても優しくて居心地のよいホテルです。ナイトマーケットの通りに面しているのですが、奥の部屋だったからか騒音は全く気になりませんでした。ホイアンに行くならまたここに泊まりたいです。

Estaba muy bien ubicado. El personal súper amable. Nos gestionaron el coche para ir a My Son sin reservar previamente. La piscina era pequeña pero estaba muy bien.

El desayuno era reguleras. Las fotos no hacen justicia a la realidad, está todo más descuidado y viejillo.

The property is adorable and in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean, the AC is fantastic, and the pool has refreshingly cool water.

It is a little loud outside but that is the reality of being near a night market.

Location with night market literally at the door so some noise but as you would expect. Nice room. I had a small balcony. Friendly staff organized my Sim card, Scooter etc. Great value.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. The hotel is located on a night market street which gave it a really nice atmosphere but there was no noise. The pool was a lovely addition.

Amazing location, it’s really quiet during the day and a short walk over the bridge to the old town. Very cute room with everything you need and we appreciated the smart tv for when we were hiding from the heat with our toddler. Staff were very sweet and available to help with anything we needed. The swimming pool was perfect for us, the pool is completely covered from the sun (great for our toddler) but one of the lounge chairs was in the sun (great for mum).

It was perfect for us. No complaints at all.

There was a bathroom being renovated while I was there, so was very noisy. Staff made no mention of this during booking information or check-in. Breakfasts ends at 9:30 which is quite early while on holiday.
