I liked the location.

The parking was hideous. You had to go through Valley to get a parking place. We sat in line for an hour and still weren't close to being helped. Many of us got out of the car to go check in while someone sat in car line, ridiculous. Plus, we were very limited on what was available to eat. We had to order from our room because the kitchen was closed. So, we did that. Then, they called our room to tell us there were no more sandwiches. So, we agreed on a Cob Salad because we were famished and exhausted. But, the salad we got was a basic garden salad It was an extremely disappointing experience. I'll never stay there again.

The size of the room was nice and having 2 sinks was helpful. The bathroom and overall room was clean.

The toilet was consistently running, the water from the sinks and shower took several minutes (more than 5) to get hot, and the in-room fridge was wobbly. We paid extra for an upgrade, but the staff at check-in did not inform us of the additional fees associated with the upgrade (he only told us about the additional per night cost, which actually turned out to be incorrect once we received our bill). Our double room was supposed to accommodate at least 4 people and there weren't enough towels. We were forced to utilize valet parking since self-parking was unavailable during our stay, which was not communicated until after we booked. The email that we were sent able parking mentioned the $50 valet cost, but did not mention the additional fees associated with it. The available in-hotel restaurants offered limited options and overpriced food that was not fully cooked.

The room we booked, the AC was broke. So they moved us to a different room, which ended up smaller and 1 less bed. So we had to be moved another time to a 2 bed room. At 9pm! There's no free breakfast 😢 I usually try to book hotels with breakfast.

The receptionist that assisted us with check-in was awesome! There was a mix up with our reservation, but she was able to get it straightened out for us! We were soooo incredibly grateful to Ms. Jessica!

Poor drainage, couldn’t flush twice without the toilet getting backed up. Shower didn’t drain properly so it would fill up while showering.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, super fast valet, beautiful room that we could see the arch from our room, so close to where we needed to be, and very clean and comfortable room.

I can’t think of a single thing we didn’t love. I wish we had more time but we were up and out by 4 AM for an early flight.

The night of the show, they had couple servers at the restaurant-bar and we had to wait a long time to get served!!! But I do understand the show ended earlier, because of the weather!!!

Easy check-in and check-out. The convenience of being able to park until we left town was another bonus. We attended a baseball game and needed parking until about 4pm. The breakfast we had was excellent. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Also loved the 24 hour workout room.

The draw shade in the room was broken, we held it up with some luggage so as to see outside. The shower soap dispenser was empty, the shampoo & conditioner was ok. The shower handle came off. The music in the restaurant at 8:00am sucked.

Great hotel and staff across the street from the Arch. I’ve stayed before, this stay was for my wife and sister-in-law who had never seen the Arch before. I requested a room with a good view of the Arch and that’s exactly what they had. Thanks to the staff, couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely stay every time we’re in the area.

Overall high points of this hotel: -Cold AC temperatures were felt through out the property - 8 min walk go Busch Stadium - Red kitchen Breakfast was the best !! Max our waiter was attentive to every tables needs and polite.

-Checking in was a bit confusing bc no signs indicated were limes to start. - my room didn’t have everything in stock in the bathroom.

I like the location of the hotel. The bartender was very nice and also the waitstaff. I will say the drinks are pretty good as well but quite expensive.

Where do I even start? I am extremely disappointed… When I first got here, the valet driver actually started to drive off while I was still unloading my vehicle. The shower was ice cold the first time I used it and never got hotter than lukewarm anytime else. The refrigerator in my room kept my things barely above room temperature which was aggrevating to say the least, because I had a few perishable items with me that I couldn’t enjoy. The WiFi wouldn’t connect because my last name was not entered in correctly under the reservation, even though I was able to check in perfectly fine. Also for that reason, when I tried to get my car out of valet, the man was hesitant to get it for me was pretty defensive about it. I was very excited to stay here but unfortunately I don’t think i’ll be coming back. This was not what I was expecting at all considering it is marketed as upscale and it quite expensive. I booked this as a fun getaway for myself and it was hardly relaxing.

The breakfast was very expensive. The bathtub had some rust in it and the water pressure was low but those things were minor.

I love the room we had. I wanted to have one so we could see the arch and I got what I requested. I lived the view. We loved the arch at night when it was lit up. We could lay in bed and look at it. We will be coming back.

Nothing really. We make our own trash in room and I have learned from traveling that the waste cans in the rooms are way to small so I take my own trash bags. I liked the fact that I sat them in the hallway and they got picked up. That is super service.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and polite. When we left , the parking valet was very friendly and helpful.

The valet system could be better. It took us over an hour to get our car from one block away to the valet. The valet departure system however worked well.

A great hotel experience! Super convenient to Busch Stadium (walkable) and of course the Arch, right across from it. Having a starbucks there and a nice steakhouse (Ruth's Chris) was a great addition. Room was comfy and service was great!

Not a far walk to Busch Stadium where we attended a concert. Place was nice, clean. Staff was accommodating even though there were delays with check ins. It was very busy. But the front desk upgraded our room free of charge when our original room was not ready yet so that was very nice of them!

Room was smaller than most hotel rooms. The beds were terrible. Hard mattress and weirdly noisy bedding. Like crumbling paper every time you moved the it sounded like paper.

The location was beautiful. We were here for a concert and arrived around 3, but they let us and several other people check in early with no charge.

One of the elevators was down- we waited at least 20 minutes for an elevator after the concert we attended because there were so many people in need of an elevator, the one elevator being down definitely didn’t help the issue.
