The property was convenient for where I was going.

The staff are unfriendly and couldn’t care less about you.

The room was very clean. The sheet on the bed were very clean and the bathroom was very clean and the room was very organized.

The bed sunk in the middle like it had a hole in it and we could not get the channel on the TV to work, and there was no complementary bottles of water.

The edge of the bed felt like it was going to break in half when I sat in the middle of the bed, which made me sleep a certain way to avoid hearing the noise like the bed was going to collapse.

The bed, and when I complained, I was told to report my concerns to the third-party I booked through. The hotel representative took no responsibility for the obvious broken bed in the room.

The window that is cracked looks unappealing to the hotel ambiance . When arriving the facility did not honor the terms of the proposed Accommodation . That was discussed with the both overnight. Staff moe and Kim . The damaged tub i was given in my room 118. Which had a black substance in between the tub . Which looks like Mycotoxins . The fact the kitchen staffs cross contact contamination with the hot served breakfast on account of allergens that are present of eggs mixed with protein is supposed to be stored . fact that the hot tub in my room 119 only had hot water twice out the give day stay the fact that my tub was not properly cleaned. Before I was put in the room then again throughout my stay there was to much dust and dirt in the tubs filter and drain Having to buy my own cleaning products because the facility doesn’t use cleaning products just acid solutions which is very unsanitary I was can not provided with disabled safety mats for the floor or my tub . My shower chair was taken. During my transition .The seemingly broken refrigerator that had no shelf as the other one did to stir things properly . the exposed wire from the outlet next to my closet under the iPod station that is not child safety approved according to the exposure to the wiring none of the appliances were cleaned when I arrived none of the staff cleaned my appliances area or replenished my kpods or the compliment snacks that are to be refilled everytime the room is cleaned the fact that there is no staff available to warm up your food , the heedless maintenance That are scarce Throughout the night when they are supposed too be available 24 /7 for any need the lack urgency to help me on too the disabled elevator without asking more attempted to assist being discriminated against by the house keeping For being allergic to all dairyand forcing me to take what they provided after explaining my allergies.

Wonderful personal service including the breakfast. I will be returning next year.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I was notified if I needed anything by the front office which was very helpful .

The assistant manager wasn't fair,he seen us standing in line to get checked in and he didn't say may I help you. A white man came in to check in and he asked him could he help him. I believe he was being racist. He shouldn't even be working in customers service.

The Staff is always wonderful,welcoming and as accommodating as possible. The atmosphere is very quiet and restful, Coffee,Hot Cocoa and Tea us arel always available in the lobby . Rooms and bedding are clean as is the Bathroom. TV offers entertainment . Breakfast is very nice with a selection of options from which to choose.. There is a lovely woman making waffles and accommodating diners in every way possible.. There is parking. but no stores nearby to grab groceries. We stay here frequently when we seek insulation from the outside.

We stay there for 3 weeks. Great location, very peaceful & quiet. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff. I like that a mini fridge was in the room. Access to microwave was available and ice has well. I like the tub. I decorated it for my fiance birthday. He loves it.

The breakfast needs to improve. For three weeks the breakfast is the same. Overcooked eggs, Burnt sausage etc. They can add bacon, beans , some lettuce , cucumber and tomato to the menu. These things are cheap. Has a healthy eater breakfast was hard for me. I have to go out for breakfast. The apples are stale. The yogurt is cheap and tasteless. They don't change the top sheet off the beds. I watch the cleaners used the face towels clean the toilet bowls, face basin and dry up the bathroom. Please bring your own wash rags & towels. For our stay there, we transfer to two different rooms at two consecutive times. One was upgraded, and the other we were moved because of a leakage. Some parts of the beds are hard, need to change. The cleaners used the same mop that they used mop the room prior without washing it out amd mop the other room. They don't used gloves. I watched them take dirty linen from rooms to.their cart and pick up clean linens to spread the bed and it continues. Germs spreading all around. Its good to bring lysol. Remember it's not your house are home.

Kim @ the front desk is exceptional! Very professional, friendly & helpful. The men who worked there were not friendly though. The maintenance & housekeeping staff are exceptional!

The location is bad. It is highly insecure AREA. Be careful and watch out. Staff are rude too. They just want to pass on to someone else and don’t want to do the work. Irresponsible.

The bathroom was water damaged no smoking rooms yet everyone was smoking no pool like promised unclean one particular staff member was so rude the extra body wash came in a coffee cup instead of another body wash bottle No veiw of the city schetchy vibes They did give us extra towels other staff was extremely nice about washclothes food was ok not perfect but ok apple juice was AMAZING overall pore experience still got a cool photo from it for better clean better and give us clean sheets

I’ll tell it’s very small and very clean staff very helpful and friendly parking lot kind of small bed. A little hard Kick do better with beds and pillows but overall good for the money very clean. Very nice. Very friendly. Staff parking lot a little small but still had parking.

The parking area is very small and it is almost impossible to get out of the parking space when the lot is nearly full.

Arriving about one hour early on Thursday 28th the front desk would not check me in and at 2:00pm the computer went down and although I ask for a room overlooking the car park she give me a room on the highway side of the hotel that is completely a noise hell and I ask for a change several time without success. I had to leave the hotel for a few hours and on returning there was a diff front desk receptionist who a asked the gentleman look up and see there was two rooms on the side of the parking lot that was much quieter and grant me and my family the privilege of moving to that side. So I have to thank his very much .

The bed was horrible and the pillows horrible. the bedframe squeaked old springs. there was this guy complaining that people were checking in on the holiday. I think he was saying it loud enough I could hear him.

Location was great from the airport. Parking was terrible. Bed was shaky and toilet was low. But i still enjoyed my stay.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was great and breakfast was very nice and the staff member there is FANTASTIC. She is kind,caring and accommodating. On our last visit,my wife wasn't feeling well and she kind enough to make her a nice breakfast package that I could bring to the room😊💯

Loud knocking late at night?

The room and the jacuzzi bathtub was nice, the room was clean.

The parking was horrible, you have very small spaces to try to park so becareful parking there and the room with the tub was nice but then afterwards it wasn't draining properly took forever to get it drain and afterwards the water kept a slow drip all night in the tub.

Whenever I go back home this is the hotel I've been staying at..

Jocelyn is my usual receptionist when I check in and she is always sweet and greets me and ensures everything is okay

The workers are pleasent and very help food they make sure the place is clean and stocked

Priced well, perfect for our one night stay. Big room, continental breakfast, friendly staff.

Bed was loud just from rolling over.

All of the people there were exceptionally helpful, friendly, accommodating! I hope I get there names correct, the gentleman during the day, Valentino, and the nice lady in the evening, Jocelyn, were outstanding! The place was clean, neat, quiet, breakfast was just enough, pretty convenient to a lot of things. Definitely will come back!
