We like the attention of the staff.

The neighborhood was dirty, roads under construction.

The location is excellent if you want to take the train. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very attentive. We went to the park, and the distance is very short.

The breakfast is excellent. However, there is one significant issue: the way the host treated us was a major factor, and the chef's behavior was horrible. The chef speaks ill of people if they don't line up the way he thinks is right; I even heard him call them "abnormal." The host takes the plate off your table, insisting that you only have 30 minutes to eat breakfast. The people visiting the hotel are on vacation, and the pressure felt at breakfast time makes for a rough start to the day. I consider this disrespectful to the guests. That situation alone means I won't be coming back, and I do not recommend this place.

Siamo stati 9 giorni in questo albergo con camere larghe e pulite, pulizia e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Il personale è gentile e disponibile tutto il giorno, sono cortesi e ti spiegano tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. La posizione nonostante si possano avere dei pregiudizi sul quartiere è ottima, ci sono due linee di metro che ti portano in centro in 20 minuti nemmeno e si collegano ad altri stop è stato davvero comodo alloggiare qui. Il quartiere di giorno è tranquillo, la sera ci sta un po di confusione ma nessuno ti guarda o bada a te. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buonissimo e la colazione è un più piccola ma soddisfacente

Clean. Excellent location, quick walk to Yankee Stadium. Great parking lot, secure, with in and out privileges during your stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Het 30 min. gedeelte voor het ontbijt, hierdoor kreeg je soms het gevoel dat je gehaast was. Maar, dit was niet elke dag zo.

La scelta di soggiornare nel Bronx è motivata dal desiderio di risparmiare (ad agosto, hotel pagato 1/3 o 1/4 rispetto a Manhattan). Posizionato comodamente a 300 metri neanche dalla linea metro 4 che porta in 25 minuti alla zona centrale di Manhattan. Il personale è molto disponibile, ci ha offerto anche la colazione la mattina che siamo arrivati alle 8 e fatto lasciare i bagagli sia all’arrivo che alla partenza senza costi. La colazione è buona, comoleta e questo aggiunge risparmio: uova, bacon, crocchette dibpatate, hamburger vegetali, pancake, yogurt con cereali, bagel, frutta e bibite. Refill acqua e caffè a disposizione. Possibilità di usare la sala colazione per fare cena da asporto. Ci torneremmo di sicuro.

Il quartiere ha la sua fama ma non sembra pericoloso. Noi siamo rientrati verso le 23 e la metro è frequentata. Abbiamo girovagato per il quartiere che ha una bella vivacità e un grande parco sportivo vicino frequentato da famiglie e bambine.

Vybavení jídelny by potřebovalo vyměnit, ale nemůžu ho hodnotit jako nedostačující. Jen už na něm zapracoval zub času. Káva, čaj, voda po celý den - SUPER!

Letto comodo in camera spaziosa e pulita. Vicino alla stazione della metro. Colazione abbondante ma all’inglese, non ci sono dolci. Staff cordiale e tranquillo. La struttura è in una posizione non troppo “brutta” del bronx.

Colazione, perché siamo italiani e mancava la parte dolce. Pur non avendo mai avuto reali pericoli siamo sempre nel bronx… quindi tranquillo ma non tranquillissimo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante il mio viaggio a New York e mi sono trovato molto bene. La struttura era pulita e il personale sempre gentile e accogliente. La colazione era discreta, ma potrebbe essere migliorata. Appena arrivati il quartiere può sembrare un po’ particolare, ma dopo averci preso confidenza ci si rende conto che non c’è nulla di preoccupante. Un grande punto di forza è la posizione: la metro è vicinissima e in circa quindici minuti si arriva a Times Square. Nel complesso, è stata un’ottima esperienza e ci tornerei volentieri.

Se encuentra en el barrio del Bronx, está muy cerca de 2 líneas de metro, a 5 minutos (línea 4) y 10 (línea D) que te llevan a Times Square en 20-25 minutos aproximadamente. Hay tiendas en la zona y aunque nosotros llegábamos casi todos los días sobre las 23.00 en ningún momento tuvimos sensación de inseguridad. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia (cama de 2m). El desayuno tipo buffet empezaba a las 06.30 y tenías patatas y bacon (o patatas con cebolla y hamburguesa), revuelto, pancakes, zumo, café (que además estaba disponible 24h), huevos cocidos, tostadas y baggels variados, mantequilla, mermelada, queso de untar, sirope, yogur, cereales. El wifi funcionaba perfectamente. La recepción funciona 24h y pudimos dejar las maletas tanto el día de llegada como el día de salida sin ningún coste. Hay varios empleados que hablan castellano lo cual nos facilitaba las cosas (muchas gracias Joel). En el pasillo de las habitaciones hay hielo. Como hemos comentado, en la recepción hay agua y café gratuito 24h al día. Hotel con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Tuvimos un problema de fuga de agua en el baño que resolvieron en el mismo día, así que una atención al cliente muy buena.

I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the property. I have come to lower the bar for certain price levels of hotel stays when I am paying for it out of pocket. For the price range that I paid, I loved what I saw. Breakfast is good considering that is included in the price.

I understand the paid parking situation even if I don’t like it. However they allow you to go out and in as many times as you want if you pay for your nights unlike some places where I had to pay every time I get out and try to get back in.

The bed frames could be better

The hotel staff was super friendly. The check-in/checkout process was easy. We were planning on arriving several hours early. While our room wasn't ready, we were able to park ahead of time which worked out perfectly. The hotel was within easy walking distance to Yankees stadium as well as the subway. The room was clean, the shower was hot and room was cool on a hot day. Breakfast was organized and delicious. What else could you ask for?

The parking was expensive at $30 per vehicle. I had two vehicles for a work trip. You weren’t aloud to bring breakfast to your room to eat in private. You had to wake your sleeping roommates to come get the breakfast themselves instead of just grabbing them something.

Jak już miałbym się czegoś czepiać to jak by mogła być jakaś szynka, warzywa na śniadanie to by było super. Ale to już na siłę szukanie bo jak na taką cenę to śniadania były naprawdę dobre, wystarczające i zawsze wychodziliśmy pojedzeni.

Il quartiere non è centrale, molto vivace, ma sicuro ad ogni ora per quella che è stata la nostra esperienza. La metro è vicinissima, in 20/30 minuti si è a Manhattan. Staff molto disponibile.

Se uno vuole avere tutto a portata di mano deve considerare che bisogna prendere sempre la metro.

The location was phenomenal! Breakfast was good. The food wasn't all very warm though. The pancakes were like hard little Frisbees. Selection was great though.

I love that it looks high end for the area that it’s in. This is my second time staying here and it was a bit different but still a good stay. Front desk staff, and housekeeping was extremely helpful and kind. The air conditioning in the room made me want to take it home as well as the blankets fabulous

Again the front desk staff and housekeeping were very helpful and nice. Management on the other hand I cannot express enough that they are going to run this place into the ground. So we had an issue one with fault of our own and the other to no fault of our own. Instead of the kind front desk folks being able to solve the problem (which was a problem with my debit card) you know because people can use tap to pay these days management decided to turn off that part. 🙄 so you’re telling me that if someone lost their card but has the digital card and ID that they can’t pay these days management $100.00 holding fee? Yeah they need to change that ASAP. If the ID is Valid there should be no problem with paying digitally. Whoever decided to design the rooms on the other hand needs to be retrained or something 🙄 Okay so the King room that I stayed in was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little small but it’s a few days 🤷🏾‍♀️ Here are the things that would make this place a little better. 1: Instead of having 2 outlets on each side of the bed that’s pretty far away from the bed, and also too high up. How about putting them down more, bringing them closer and making one a usb port. 2: There are 2 long tables in the room why? utilize the space by removing one table, getting another dresser, so that the dressers can flank the table. The closet (which I love btw) can house the safe. It’s big enough to hold a small stand and safe. Just like that more room. It will also give more room to the hooks on the wall by the refrigerator. 3: On to the bathroom- this is where I became a bit frustrated. The bathroom needs more organizing in and out of the shower. I would have liked hooks on the back of the door or a wall or something. In the shower I would have liked to see at least two more corner organizers. They can keep the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as someone took and mixed 2 of them together. Just keep a few travel ones if someone asks for it like an iron.

Lo mejor, el personal. Merece mucho la pena aunque esté lejos del centro. La linea 4, muy cerca del hotel, te deja en el centro en menos de 30 min. El desayuno, más que suficiente y bien organizado. No hay productos frescos, pero es que estamos en USA. Los españoles vamos a echar siempre de menos el tomate, el queso y el aceite de oliva. Tenían naranjas y manzanas, eso sí. Muy buena relación calidad/precio teniendo en cuenta los precios que se barajan en Manhattan. Nos guardaron las maletas mientras dábamos una vuelta por el Bronx, muy amables. Y el barrio tranquilo y sin sensación de inseguridad, aunque volvíamos tarde al hotel. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica.

El frío excesivo en el pasillo y en las zonas comunes. En nuestra habitación teníamos quitado el aire. No hacía falta. Digo lo mismo, estamos en USA y no hay mesura en esto de los aires y las calefacciones. Llevar siempre una rebequita a mano y listo.🤪🤪🤪

Готель зручно розташований біля гілки метро. Досить новий і чистий. На рецепції допомогли з викликом таксі в аеропорт рано вранці.

При заселенні на картці заблокували депозит 100 $. Вже пройшов місяць як ми повернулись а гроші так і залишаються заблокованими. Сніданки дуже не смачні.

Soggiorno eccezionale. Camera grande e sufficiente per quattro persone con due letti King. Pulizia quotidiana impeccabile posizione comodissima con due fermate metro vicinissime colazione. Caffè e Bagel sempre disponibili 24 / 24 .personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

The breakfast was good, nothing exceptional, but it was a great value. The staff was so nice and accommodating! Truly exceptional. The parking was a huge plus. The distance to Yankee Stadium was about a 12 min walk, straight shot, very convenient. Will def come back again! We went to a night game and walked back to the hotel at 10 at night and had no problems, people were out all over the place but nobody bothered us or anything, we felt safe.
