The property itself is fine but we felt very uncomfortable after getting to our room and seeing the Human Trafficking signs on the back of the doors.

The area feels very unsafe.

Breakfast was great, I asked not to placed by the elevator, it was honored. I tried other hotels, Comfort Inn cost more but worth it.

Hearing children running in the hallway. Other than that, I'll keep coming back.

My husband booked this room for me online after my flight was cancelled home. I pulled into the hotel parking lot in which several homeless people were laying around the entrance. I did not even go to the check in desk. I had the uber driver take me to another hotel in a safer area.

This hotel is not in a safe area. I did not check in despite my circumstance of being stranded in new york because of cancelled flights.

The view from the room, I don't know if it was because of the rain, but the TV shut off twice, we had to wait a while for the tv to come back on which allowed me to miss my show.

Same breakfast every morning for three days. No fruits. Lack of food selection. Poor coffee quality

The hotel's breakfast was very disappointing. There were very few choices, and the food didn't taste good. I stayed here for two nights but only had breakfast once because it was simply too bad to eat. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and seemed impatient when speaking with guests. On the other hand, the gentleman working in the parking area was very kind and even proactively asked if we needed any help.

I didn’t like that when I arrived I went to pay and my card declined did it so many times now my card got blocked so I offered to pay cash knowing I put money on the card for this reason but didn’t wanna argue was already there for my sisters funeral so wasn’t on the mood. So I proceeded to pay cash and the front desk guy literally says oops looks here like the hotel put the money on hold so u was actually all set ! Like what !! So I asked for the cash back and was told no refunds so now I paid 250 in cash and 250 off my card just to be there for one night ! So now o had no money to even do anything at this point cause my card was blocked and gave my cash that I was planning on using for what ever I need. The guys up front had no idea what he was doing! Now I gotta wait days for the money to return to my card is crazy !!! Then get up stairs to take a shower bugs in the shower smh I literally washed my hair and Body in the damn sink I couldn’t wait to leave with something horrible I was dealing with this hotel didn’t make anything better unfortunately. The guy up front told me when we checked out the money would be in my account that same time and nope still nothing.

Everything was good. it a smoke free hotel but I my room was smelling like smoke the first 2 night. There was a strong smell of weed as well in the elevator in the floor hallway.

Parking was a little weird, and didn’t like how we had to pay 40$ just to park. Other than that , it was good! Location was iffy, loved it being so close to stadium but didn’t like being right in the Bronx

The desk clerk offered to call a taxi to the airport for us. I trusted her to call a legitimate taxi. What came was a car with no working seat belts, no meter, no license displayed. My husband thought to ask if he took cards - he only takes cash. We had to stop in the street and then dart into a bodega to use their cash machine. Yes, we should have refused this "taxi," but we were now running late to catch our flight. He charged $15 more than the yellow cab we took from the airport. If we wanted a random driver, we would have used Uber. Really disappointing and it feels like we were scammed by the hotel as well as by the "taxi." That experience keeps me from recommending the hotel for people flying through La Guardia.

- Female receptionist in morning shift did not allow me to stay until 12.pm although I asked her 3 times but she said 11.30. At 12.15 I saw some guests checking out and said nothing. - Breakfast is not suitable for Muslims (pork meal is in the same hot plate with eggs)

Staff is very mean and rude, interrupted our sleep severally. We had to checkout and sleep in the car. Terrible experience. Checked in, was forced to pay a 40$ parking fee eventhough none was available after payment. Worse is we came in to sleep around 8am. Asked front desk staff for a late checkout at 1pm. Offered to pay a fee cuz we needed rest before an 8 hour trip to Canada. She had to talk with her boss before final approval but assured us we will be allowed to rest till midday. These ladies started knocking at our door at 10am. Then 11am. She scolded me on phone to checkout before 12, eventhough we requested late checkout. I don’t have energy typing, but don’t waste your precious time and $$& to go there. Not only it’s too expensive for what you get, the staff need to go back to their manners classes
