Fairmont Tremblant

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool (and heated section of the pool). The access to the village is also a bonus. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. We loved our stay and would come back!

Exceptional Service

It has best location. You come out of the hotel and everything is in front of you and no walk required to access the center of the village. It's luxurious with very friendly staff. Overall our stay was amazing. Kids lived it. It had its own swimming pool, movie theater, room for games like table tennis etc. 5 stars for this hotel.

Only thing which was surprising that we couldn't find parking on site and we had to use valet parking that costed us additional $56.

We stayed for two nights at the Fairmont Mont-Tremblant in August whilst touring around Quebec state. The hotel was easy to find as it sits high up in the ski ‘village' of Mont Tremblant. We were greeted by a valet who off-loaded our luggage and parked the car for us (at a cost of CAD 42 per night) while we checked in. You can park for free somewhere down in the village but it’s a bit of a walk. We were given room 516 and our luggage reappeared soon after we got to our room. Our room had great views overlooking the colourful buildings of 'the village', the mountains plus a couple of the cable car runs, etc. Very pretty. It was a spacious and comfortable room with plenty storage for your clothes and space for our suitcases. It was very quiet. There was a room safe, ironing board and iron, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle, dressing gowns and complimentary slippers. They had air con and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spacious and modern with a large walk-in shower, toiletries via dispensers plus a few complimentary items, hairdryer, nice thick towels plus towelling flannels (which you rarely get in the UK these days). The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool plus a spa (which I didn’t use). They also have a games room and cinema for children. There are a few eating/drinks venues within the hotel, however, it is very close to loads of great eating places in the village. Both nights we ate out as there was such a great choice and probably cheaper than eating at the hotel The hotel offer a ‘turn down service’ at around 7 pm when you can replenish towels or hot drinks sachets etc. If you didn’t want to lash out for their expensive breakfast, there is a lovely little cafe on the terrace level (near the outside pool) called Ricochet that does a very reasonably priced selection for breakfast . The staff at the hotel were very courteous and friendly. It is a lovely, plush hotel and we really enjoyed our short stay there and would love to visit again.

Lindo hotel cerca de las montañas. Las habitaciones son cómodas, El desayuno es buffet, mucha variedad de comida. La piscina esta grande, hay una de agua tibia y otra con agua caliente. El estacionamiento es gratis, aunque si usas el vallet tiene costo de 45 CAD. Al llegar nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista y nos regalaron cupones para bebidas de cortesía en la alberca, que buen detalle! Hay una playa cerca que es gratis para los huespedes.

I was very excited to stay at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant over our anniversary, and must say, that the hotel did not disappoint. It is located at the base of the mountain with quick and easy access to the pedestrian area of Tremblant, as well as all the activities the area has to offer. Right from driving up to the entrance you are treated like royalty. The staff are all smiling and wanting to make sure your stay is memorable. The room had a king sized bed with a closet to hang clothes a dresser, seating area and a coffee station with tea and Nespresso coffee, as well as a mini fridge and a safe. The bathroom was comfortable with a walk in shower, toilet and large vanity with 1 sink and drawers to store toiletries. They also had a steamer, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. You could tell that the room was recently renovated. The amenities at the hotel are plentiful. There is an exercise area, an indoor pool with change rooms, and outside on the terrace there are 3 pool areas. One regular pool,one cold plunge and a thermal pool with hot tub. Very spa like. They also have a pool room and other activities that you can join. Just check the QR code. Outside on the terrace there were plenty of lounge chairs and areas to sit, as well as an outside bar and BBQ area, where they served lunch and dinner. There was also a coffee bar inside off the terrace that served quick bites like muffins, croissants, muesli, drinks, and sandwiches as well as amazing coffee. Great for a quick breakfast or lunch on the run. The main dining room is called the Choux Gras. We had an amazing dinner here on our anniversary. The only other dining area is Le Comtoire, which serves a buffet or a la carte dishes for breakfast. All of the food and service was first class. I would definitely recommend that you stay here on your next stay at Mont Tremblant. Its like a resort.

Staff were awesome. Room was clean & comfortable. Food and presentation was excellent.

Cost of daily parking was pricey. We would explore other accommodations to receive free or less expensive parking.

We stayed for an event, so didn’t spend that much time in the room. But everything was comfortable, nice bed and nice bathroom. The staff changed out the mini fridge for a colder one at request. Everything was great and nice location in the village. We stayed in the summer so can’t comment on ski season.

This is not the property comment but more about the village itself. I was disappointed by the overall quality of food establishments - coffee shops ok not great, crepe place was meh, pizza place was subpar. Not sure if it’s the whole village set up and who owns the eateries. But I would have expected nicer quality of food all around.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Mont-Tremblant village. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the pool area and the beautiful surroundings. It was a great stay for our family and everything was very convenient.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, clean room. The hotel, rooms definitely need remodeling. We do not mind paying premium, but this is definitely overpriced. Does not feel high end at all, except for the very friendly staff.

The fact that we were on the 7th for peace and tranquility in the lounge, some children were out of control. This floor should be 18 and over, with all due respect.

Excellent luxurious hotel. The pool area in the summer is beautiful, relaxing and fun for our family. The restaurants are very good. Overall, it was expensive but the quality was very high.

We had a really good family stay at Fairmont Tremblant, and it’s easy to see why the hotel is so popular. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the village — which made getting around incredibly easy and added to the overall experience. The pool area was a highlight for us. The pool itself is lovely, and the huge hot tub is perfect after a day of exploring. Poolside service was excellent, and the food was genuinely good, which made spending time there even more enjoyable. Parking is valet‑only, which isn’t our preference, but to be fair, the valet team were friendly, efficient, and made the process smooth. Our room was okay overall. It was comfortable and perfectly fine for a family stay, but it did feel a little tired in places — scrapes on the doors and some loose paint on the bathroom ceiling. Nothing that ruined the stay, but noticeable for a hotel at this level. Overall, a solid experience with great location, great pool facilities, and warm service — just a few areas that could use a refresh.

We stayed at the Fairmont Tremblant for three nights during our summer vacation in Canada, and it was a great place to call home while exploring the village. The location really can’t be beat—it’s at the very top of the pedestrian village, so everything is just a short walk away. We booked a queen kitchen suite, and after spending the first two nights of our trip in a regular hotel room, having a kitchen was such a nice upgrade. It made breakfasts, snacks, and drinks so much easier with two kids. The queen bed was very comfortable. The only thing I wish was different is that the second bed was a pull-out sofa. It was fine for the kids, but not nearly as comfortable as the main bed. I would love to see Fairmont offer a kitchen suite with two actual queen beds for families. Our room overlooked the activity hill, so we could watch the gondola going up and down throughout the day. While a lake or village view might be prettier, we were perfectly happy with our view, especially because we had the kitchen. My only other suggestion would be a little more counter space in the bathroom. With a family of four, it filled up quickly. One thing that really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk to the valet attendants—was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. We used the valet service three times. The first two times our car was brought around almost immediately. The third time we waited about 15 minutes, but overall the service was very good and convenient. The amenities were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The game room and movie room were both huge hits with our kids. We also loved the pool area. The indoor pool was perfect for our rainy first afternoon, and we spent the next two sunny afternoons enjoying the outdoor pools. One is warmer (the therapy pool), one is cooler, and there’s even a tiny pool which was very cold that my son nicknamed the “plunge pool.” We sat on the couches in the shade two afternoons and it gave us a chance to sit and relax while the kids swam. We didn’t eat at the main restaurant, but we grabbed breakfast from the café in the lobby both mornings. It was quick, convenient, and had everything we needed before heading out for the day. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again. The combination of the location, beautiful pool area, family-friendly amenities, excellent staff, and having a kitchen made this a fantastic choice for our family. If you’re visiting Mont-Tremblant for a few days, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and sauna room. Staff was so friendly, easy checkin and checkout, it was located inside the village, easy access to find foods and activities.

Maybe the dining room service, should have a lots of menu option. Not didnt like it, just suggest an improvement.

Needs updating. At arrival the mini fridge hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests. Had open dirty bottles in it. On the third morning we received a wake up call at 3.30 am that was never requested, they made a mistake and then I couldn’t get back to sleep 🥲

Axe Lounge Bar beside the entry /restaurants is fantastic, overtop of the pool and play room. Beside there is Ricochet Coffee and Souvante 3 for meetings, facing the Ruisseaux-Vertigo path across 3 riverside footbridges up the ski mountain. It’s a true Ski in/ski out hotel. Fairmont is also private yet (through a walking tunnel) by lots of shops and restaurants. You’ll be in the right place at the right time, everytime!

Le spa santé ! Service ordinaire Massotherapeute avait des tremblements intense aux mains. 300$ le massage , très décevant. La facturation aussi. 2 factures La deuxième un 500 qui n’est pas justifiée et aucun retour quand on demande l’information.

Service impeccable de toute l’équipe de notre arrivée à notre départ. Vue magnifique , chambre fraîchement rénovée, propre et confortable. Un séjour incroyable. On m’a offert une suite à la place de ma chambre classique que j’ai réservée au départ sans frais supplémentaires. Un beau cadeau de la part de Stéphanie à l’accueil.

Overpriced. Got no sleep because dogs barking and kids screaming. They really need quiet floors. Ani.al friendly needs to be on their own floor. Eed allergy pills too. Pool area way tj crowded and its off season

From the valet, reception, housekeeping including restaurant service were wonderful. The staff was above and beyond expectations, friendly, helpful and of assistance for any requests. The room was extra clean, very comfy and quiet. The spa was a superb experience as well as the Choux Gras main dinning room. We truly had a superb 2 night stay and will definitely return. The Fairmont Tremblant is by far my favorite Fairmont in comparison, the Santa Monica location was my worst experience in 2025.

I liked the pools and staff.

I paid extra for a room with a view. Unfortunately the view was not nice since there was lots of construction. All we saw was machinerie and wood pellets everywhere. One of the companies working there also had an inappropriate poster of women’s behinds in bikinis in their trailer. Very visible to all entering fairmonts main entrance. I’m honestly very disappointed. This was a very expensive stay and not worth the value.

I came here to celebrate a friends 40th birthday and was so impressed with the hotels commitment to personable excellence. As it was a birthday celebration we spent a fair amount of time in the lobby bar and lounge where the team was about as good as it gets. Amazing quality of drinks and service and just a true love for what they do. A stellar outside hot tub experience as well. Great obviously for families with location but I was here without any kids and felt still at ease which isn't an easy feat. Best part for me was the service. The team cares, the club floor is spectacular and its a really magical experience overall.
