Un peu dispendieux

Nous y avons été uniquement pour une nuit, considérant nos horaires quelque peu chargés. Nous avions besoin de nous évader dans un endroit qui nous ferait oublier temporairement notre vie de fou, et nous avons été agréablement bien servis et accueillis durant ces 24 heures. Le personnel est très courtois et tout était parfait. Je dois surtout nommer la réceptionniste aux cheveux bruns, avec une coupe courte. Elle était une soie! Dès nos premières secondes à notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillis avec son plus beau sourire, une grande attention et un accueil remarquable. Merci pour tout! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. ❤️

Bar charged 70 dollars for a double whiskey without telling us how much it was , 35 a shot is shocking to me we refused the drink but the manager did not know how to refund us for the transaction !!! still waiting for a refund of drink we never received

Das Zusatzbett war nur ein Sofa, das wir auf Nachfrage selbst ausklappen und bereiten mussten - bei dem Zimmerpreis nicht passend. Zudem waren überall Haare und Krümel von vorherigen Gästen. Es gab nur dünne Decken, nachts war es kühl

wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht aber laut Hotel sollte das ein Fehler von Booking.com sein, uns wurde nicht geholfen eine Lösung zu finden - entweder man zahlt den extrem hohen Restaurant Preis oder man hat Pech Auf das Auto mussten wir 2x ewig warten (15 min) es ist ein Valetservice den man extra aufzahlt, bekommt dafür aber Wartezeit --- finden wir nicht so gut der Pool war schön zum ansehen aber sehr dreckiges Wasser

L'équipe a fait preuve d'une grande diligence et d'une orientation client totale, assurant une prise en charge rapide et efficace dès l'arrivée. Les meilleurs restaurants du village piétonnier sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied.

La propreté de notre chambre laissait à désirer. Par contre, le problème a été rapidement résolu; ils nous ont envoyé une autre équipe d'entretien et la chambre a été nettoyée impeccablement.

We requested early check in. They could not accommodate which was ok but our room wasn’t quite ready at the promised time.

It was very crowded - fully booked. Great energy but was tricky to get in and out with a dog. Still a great option and beautiful spot.

We took a 2-night family trip to the Westin Tremblant. We'll start with the exceptional : the room. We took the family suite in order for our 2 kids to have their separate room from us. The rooms are reasonably priced, look freshly renovated, full clean kitchen, comfortable beds. Really, nothing but positive comments to say. Friendly check-in staff, valet, and room service staff. The common areas are also great. The kids spent half the time at the pool, which is more than spacious enough for the amount of guests. The opening hours for the pool are from 10AM to 8PM which, for early risers like us, is a little limiting. Also reduces the possibility of enjoying the pool on the day you check out. The only major complaint would be the quality of the food. If you've got celiac's like myself, there is nothing in the menu or in the way the waiter's interact that gives much confidence that your food will be gluten free. Also, if you think you're going to get fine dining, think again. My 12 year old daughter can do better. After having tried 3 meals at the Leo and Margaux in the hotel, we chose to start crossing the street to the Quintessence for our meals. Very much worth the 2 minute walk. So long story short, great accommodations but terrible food. Enjoy your meals elsewhere and you'll have a great time.

We decided to celebrate our 25 anniversary at the Westin and advised the hotel such. We received a very warm greeting upon our arrival. However,when we asked for a late checkout for noon (checkout time is 11am) which is historically automatically granted, the manager Hussain refused. Unfortunately, a very surprising and disappointing end to our weekend

We arrived around 8 PM exhausted and hungry, and there were no good dining options available. I also felt that the hotel did not have enough restaurant options overall.

Great location.. off season stay.. price-quality gap in favor of former.. no hottub, access to wifi not easy, no user instructions on tv, water boiler, coffee maker, ac. no clear instructions about the use of facilities in reception, reataurants and bar in the lobby area, open in unrealistic times -open at 11 Am for Breakfast-.. i could be paying ⅓ and yet be more content somewhere else..

The hotel is undergoing renovation. The rooms are dated and they seem dingy for the price paid.

Overall facility and location

We had a truly wonderful stay at Le Westin Resort & Spa, Tremblant and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our room was fantastic — quiet, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The queen bed was very cozy, and we loved having the convenience of a mini fridge, microwave, and sink. The gas fireplace made the room feel warm and inviting after a day on the slopes, and the generous soaking tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location is unbeatable. The 3rd-floor ski storage with the automatic door opening directly into the pedestrian village makes everything effortless — and you’re just steps from the gondola. We used Ski Butlers during our stay and highly recommend their service for a seamless ski experience. Skiing conditions were excellent, especially on the north side of Mont Tremblant. We also enjoyed great food options from the main lodge at the summit. We were initially hesitant to book after reading a few negative reviews, but the Westin far surpassed our expectations. Don’t miss the oversized hot tub and sauna — such a treat after skiing! The full gym and spa are excellent, and both dinner and breakfast at Léo were outstanding. A special shoutout to the wonderful front desk team for making our stay so comfortable — especially Caroline, Annie, and Louis. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. We also recommend booking private transport with Westin Limo — the front desk can easily assist with arrangements. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We were very excited for this trip (my husband, my 11 and 15 year old and myself). The location of the hotel itself was a good location in terms of walking the village however do NOT stay in room 201. Room 201 (which isn’t one of their renovated rooms - we learned afterwards the higher floors were renovated but the lower ones were not so the base boards were falling off in the kitchen and the ceiling had a poorly fixed hole repaired in it) is located directly above the driveway where all the cars and trucks enter the village to make deliveries. Because the village is a pedestrian only village the restaurants and shop get truck deliveries right in this driveway below our room starting at 2 am every night. So every night we heard constant traffic, beeping from trucks backing up and deliveries being made from 2 am-630 am. The walls are also very thin and we heard the next door room’s alarm going off at 6 am. Overall the front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant either. We felt a real anti-American sentiment throughout. One morning we waited 15 min at the hotel restaurant to be acknowledged to sit down and then we ended up leaving bc they were so unfriendly. Would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed this weekend at the hotel, and left with mixed feelings. On the plus side, the location is ideal and the staff courteous and professional. On the minus side, the hotel is in dire need of a major overhaul. We understand it is ongoing, but it should have happened several years ago. Not only that, but they were several annoying things: only one elevator working, the gents restrooms at the ground floor were in a poor state, etc.

Everything! From the moment we arrived Louis at guest services was efficent and so attentive and helpful. He realized it was a special get a way for us. 30th anniversary. He did all he could do accomodate us. Updraded room beautiful view overlooking the pool and hot tub.

The staff was exceptional always attentive and eager to help. When we asked for extra towels for our family of five, they were delivered within minutes. The hotel is very clean. It is ideally located in the very center of town, making everything easily accessible. The on-site restaurant, Le Lion, was outstanding. Every dish we tried, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, was absolutely delicious.

We stayed in the one-room suite with two queen beds. The beds were very comfortable; however, the fifth member of our family slept on the pull-out sofa, which was unfortunately not comfortable.

Nous en avons manqué le dernier matin! Et comme seul dédommagement, des excuses par dessus des excuses Pour le prix déboursé, je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit

I stayed in the King studio overlooking the pool area. The room was spacious, had a kitchen dinning room area and living room with gas fireplace a balcony and a Queen bed. The room was also equipped with two huge screen television which ran on wifi and very very slow to change channels and limited. I did not use the balcony as there were no sitting area provided. The views from the room were limited to pool area and hot tub, as trees were hiding the lake . I was able to use the microwave and fridge as the restaurant only offered room service or dinning from 5:30 to 8:00 pm as was more a gastronomic and expensive dinning. They also had a small sandwich and some salads at the bar area open from 11:00 am to late. I did not dine at the hotel because the menu was too elaborate and expensive for my taste. I ended up ordering from a limited delivery options (3) St Hubert, Mike or Benny which was delivered right to my hotel room door. Also there was a coffee maker in the room but not very good coffee and not pods, so bring you own coffee machine if you prefer a quality brand. They did provide a pet bed for my dog and eating dishes which were nice additions. The restaurant and bar also permit dogs to accompany you. Unfortunately, the room temperature was too hot and could not be controlled as well as very dry air. The furnace/ac is also integrated in the bedroom wall and is very very noisy. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows but the pool area has loud music that goes on all night long so you cant open the window to get fresh air for the overheated room. The shower has a rainwater head but there is not a lot pf pressure, so if you have long hair it will take a while to rinse and the gel shower soap was empty which is not something you check before hitting the shower. Overall, a nice hotel, a bit overpriced bar drinks and dinning but it as a nice heated pool, hot tub and large room. Its also steps away from the Tremblant village and slopes. The restaurants in the village were mostly closed at this time of year and most shops. They only have valet option if you want in and out privileges. If your a skier, then this is a hotel very close to slopes but off season its overpriced.

Endless awful music played outside in pool and in public spaces. PLEASE turn it down...no one wants to listen to that noise

Super hôtel ! En été, assurez vous d’arriver tôt à la piscine pour avoir des chaises. Le lifeguard est super sympathique et organise des jeux pour les enfants.

The rooms specifically beds are terrible, I was unable to sleep whole night and have severe back pain after laying down on the uneven mattress

Reception was very friendly. Our room had a few issues - toilet would not stop running and we couldn't even watch tv because we couldn't get it changed to English. I even called the front desk and they tried but no luck.

Most useless service ever. Laundry don’t work over the we, very noisy due to “improvement work”, room service prices very different ( more expensive) than on order. Etc etc. Go somewhere else

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in — and I travel a lot. The only thing decent here is the location, and even that can’t save it. Imagine trying to sleep with constant noise and construction, which of course they never mentioned when we booked. Only after check-in did they casually drop the news — thanks for the “surprise.” Worst sleep ever. Next morning, the elevator broke down without warning. No notice, no help — we had to drag our luggage down the stairs like it’s some kind of workout program. Complained to the front desk, and their brilliant response was: “it happens.” No apology, no responsibility. If this is their idea of hospitality, it’s a joke. Never coming back — and if you value your sleep, neither should you.

Renovations are nice, felt safe at night, pool was great. Kids had a blast, pool side drinks were nice.

Very professional staff. The facilities were new, clean and well finished. The pool and hotub area were great.

We had no balcony. I wish they had told me in advance. Ask about that when you check in. At $40 per day I thought the parking was overpriced and opportunistic as there aren't really other good options.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. We were given a lovely table for our 30 th wedding anniversary by Leo staff and the service was top notch!

Beautiful location, so close to the mountain village

Very difficult to sleep because it’s a very thick feather, blanket, and a matter. How could you make it? You overheat after a few hours. There’s also very loud construction noise is starting very early in the morning and lasting throughout the day 6 to 7 days a week.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Le Westin Tremblant.

Very nice hotel

Perfect location. All the staff were so friendly and available to answer questions. We did find Leo’s to be rather mediocre; food was unimaginative, vegetarian offerings were bland and boring.

A beautiful room with a fireplace and big screen tv as well as some kitchen amenities. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Wine glasses etc. Juliette balcony overlooking gardens and pool area. We loved it!! I would have liked English TSN to watch some US OPEN Tennis matches.

Was going to play golf….I was told 48 hr cancellation. I tried to cancel well over 48 hours prior because the weather forecast was terrible. It was not granted.

Very comfortable bed. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. Loved the atmosphere in the lobby bar as well as Leo restaurant.
