Das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen und bei der Toilette fehlte der Deckel. Auf dem Bett lag auf dem Bettlaken eine dicke tote Fliege, nicht so schön.

Clean and friendly staff

June 2026 Stayed 1 night with my daughter, it was very expensive at over $200 a night for the most basic room and no breakfast included like most Best Westerns have. There was a complimentary machine to get specialty coffee's in the lobby though, and they were really good. The view was nice and the outside had some nice flowers. Our room was clean, and I have to say the bed was amazing. It was so soft and so were the sheets. It had a mini fridge but no freezer compartment in it. The hot tub was only warm, not hot like a hot tub should be and my daughter noticed that it had a very dirty appearance, she was able to run her finger down the edge and a dirty film came off. There is a pool and also a separate waterslide that goes outside of the building but it is covered, we didn't use either of them because it was chilly without the hot tub to properly warm up in, there was also a sauna. There is a restaurant located inside and it had good food but closed for breakfast at 10am

Staff were so friendly and helpful. From check in to check out. And i totally forgot my toothbrush and it was absolutely not an issue they actually had one. My kids had a great stay too.

I loved our room except the noise from the roads.

Stayed one night for a stopover. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was the parking lot. Very small and tight especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

Very noisy. You can hear every step the person above you takes. Lots of people In boots stomping around. Our first room on the second floor had a view of a concrete retaining wall 5 feet away. Actually comical. They moved us up a floor, still they just hope no one complains about the first room.

I wanted to upgrade our room. Apparently because we booked through a third party they were not able to accommodate the request. I was treated differently just because I was not a rewards member who did not book through them. Had I known that it would impact my stay in such a way, I would not have booked there. I did submit the upgrade request through the third party site but received no reply. I was there in person, and I could see the available room, yet could not be moved. Someone needs to simplify this process. I should not have to go online when there is staff there to handle this. How ridiculous.

The location is perfect for our event. Lobby is welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. It was not full of kids ands sports teams for this particular weekend, so that was a huge plus.

We had a mixture of real dishes and plastic/ melamine type, the coffee cups were plastic, so we had to use the disposable ones;(

We will not be staying there ever again. Could not use the pool as some kids had thrown soap in it and noone was there to clean/filter it, the fan in the bathroom of 329 would not stop. The electrical unit in the bathroom in 329 did not work so could not use my hair products, we booked room 2 rooms and neither room got serviced even though we did not hang anything on the door. The cleaners were outside the door when we left and we told them we were leaving for the day and to feel free to enter. We paid alot of money for subpar service. When we brought this to the attention of the staff..the clerk voiced she was the only one working but if I wanted sheet to do the beds, she could provide them. This was THE worst service and hotel ever in my life. We were offered nothing in return for this aweful and unbelievable lack of service.

The location is easy to get to.

Parking is terrible, kids run the hallways till late at night. The view out our window was a cliff. The bathroom was small and not comfortable. The bathtub was small and not well kept.

Restaurant hours limited and staff would rather close the restaurant down 20 minutes early than serve a customer.

The room was fantastic, staff were kind enough to put a birthday bag of goodies in the room for my daughter

Only thing I can think of is the kids wished the waterside opened before 4pm so they could have used it again the morning before checkout

Staff followed up if everything is in order with the room.

The shower head in the bath is a bit low to get under it. It would have been nice if it were 6 - 10 inches higher.

The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of skiing. The room was comfortable.

The coffee in the room was not so good. Access to the building from the parking lot was not great.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The only issue was the hot tub was lukewarm and bot enjoyable at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay.

Never want to stay at a best western ever again.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. The common living area in the room had no windows and no air exchange. The suite looked like a converted storage closet. No windows, no light except for stark white LEDs , no air conditioner, no air circulation. The most expensive room in the hotel. I had reserved this month's prior to host a funeral reception. Upon arrival, I noted my disappointment with front desk. There were no other options available except to rent their $600 per night conference room. I asked for a discount and was denied any compensation. I paid $800 for closet.

Housekeeping needs serious attention. Bathtub was not cleaned for 2 days and bed was not made they simply folded up some sheets and left it on the bed and didn’t make it . Sauna did not work and had a foul smell. Good customer service especially at front desk and everywhere else except housekeeping and cleanliness there needs to be serious revisions there

Had a wonderful stay ! Hotel is well maintained and spotless , the staff was friendly, and everything was organized and comfortable. Truly enjoyed my stay !

Hotel had down market feel, flimsy plastic glasses are not a good image. Room was comfortable and clean, lift v slow. When Air conditioning started up sounded like a tractor in room, turned it off at wall panel but made no difference, had to pull mains plug out of socket in order to sleep

Easy location to get to off Hwy. Prices are a little high for the quality of hotel.

The facility is clean and very comfortable, convenient location but they definitely need more staffs, the room won't be cleaned unless you tell them.

The AC did not follow the thermostat setting and the AC blew directly on you in bed. The coffee maker was a joke making coffee flavored water at best. I was not able to get internet on my phone by the 2nd day there and they could not solve the issue. Even though they have my credit card they still insist on a substantial deposit for "incidentals" without saying what those are. This deposit is not returned upon checkout but will take about a week to return, this is a scam. I can't believe Canada allows this to occur. The rates here are at least double what they should be. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I originally booked for Tuesday night, then needed to change plans for Wednesday night. That cost me 100 bucks more as apparently the rooms are more expensive on a Wednesday rather than a Tuesday. When I got to the room, the blinds were not in good repair, gray dirty water came out of the hot tub, darkening the color of water circulating. Breakfast apparently is not included at this best Western so that was an additional $20 on top of the hundred dollars. I already paid to book on a Wednesday for a room that wasn’t in good repair. The icing on the cake? There’s a giant tour bus that comes right next to your room and beeps it’s horn at 5 AM multiple times. Nowhere even close worth the price to stay. Buyer beware.

I had a jacuzzi suite for 3 days. I had to ask the staff to reclean the jacuzzi because the first time I went in the tub, there was a dirt ring around the top. They did clean the jacuzzi but did not discount my stay in any way. At the height, I paid $280/night. I would expect basic cleaning standards as part of such a high rate. I also don't understand why the rate fluctuated each night I was there. I would expect a standrad rate throughout the stay.

The hotel was okay - nothing special but in a good location. But the pool and hot tub were GROSS! The pool was so cloudy we lost pool toys in it and the hot tub had grime all around it. I commented to the front desk on check out and they just said they'd tell maintenance. Disappointed in this as my kids love swimming!

stayed at the Best western premiere on Aberdeen in Kamloops B. C. It was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I am a single mom traveling with her 2 children coming all the way from Vancouver island, which by the way is 7 hours away driving. I was tired so we stopped for some sushi and a stay for one night. July 17th 2025 to July 18th 2025. We arrived just after 5 pm . I looked up an app called priceline for the cheapest nicest room. It said on the app it was 181$ . I went to the front desk to make sure that they had a room an available because it said on the app it was non- refundable. I spoke to the front desk girl with the app in her face asking if this was a good price the other girl beside her said it was the best one. So I book the room to find out it was in American dollars. The room price was the same as if I would have just gone to the front desk it came out to 287.00!!! Then they took another 100$ for a deposit. Which I found out later by calling my bank that it was billed as a charge not a deposit. I was shocked and upset but it was my fault for not looking closer, I guess even though there was “ professionals “ present. So I bit the bullet and went to the pool with my kid was finally having some fun then I received a credit card notification that my card was charged 222.23 $ by the Best Western Premier. I was like what the heck is going on?? I went to the front desk all stressed out and they said it was a mistake and that my money would refunded in 2 to 10 business days. They charged my card instead of taking it out of Priceline??? It doesn’t even make sense. So then I’m getting ready after the swim in my room and I go to brush my teeth and the handle of the sink falls off in my hand. No Im not kidding!! I call down to the front desk to speak to the manager. They said the manager had gone home for the night. I was flabbergasted there was no one to deal with this situation. Then a front desk woman called and asked me if the could move me, I said I was exhausted and just wanted rest. Then they called again and asked if a maintenance man could come in to fix it I said no that I had children in the room. This should have been found and fixed before anyone was given the room!! Then she came up to room to take pictures of tap. I was pretty upset by this time, you can only imagine. Finally went to sleep woke up called in the morning and finally found the manager would be in at 9 am, I wanted to leave at 6 but was stuck there to deal with this negative situation. I finally spoke to the manager and all she said was it was my fault I didn’t let the maintenance man in and to not raise my voice. It was completely condescending. She was absolutely no help at all. I just wanted my money back for the terrible night. So I went upstairs and made a call to the customer relations and the woman Elissa was no help at all they said they would investigate it . She also was telling me it was my fault I didn’t let the maintenance man in. Can you believe this ?? It’s crazy that an industry which says is hospitality isn’t very hospitable. They said they would make a decision for me in 2-5 business days, ya we’ll see.I will never stay at a Best Western ever again and you have been warned. The property was clean and the staff are friendly. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing. Great food and amazing service.

Hotel is what it’s expected to be.

We chose this hotel for a couple reasons. 1. We use Best Western for our business and stay many many night per month. 2. We were traveling and the kids wanted a waterside. Checked in at 830 and the kids went to the pool (open until 10pm) they refused to turn the waterside on for all the kids in the pool. Said its government rules and they can only run the slide 2 to 8pm (are you kidding me?) Multiple asked for it to be turned on and they refused. Our kids were crushed. We will not be back. We pay for these amenities and no where on their website or booking states that the waterside doesn't operate after 8pm. Do not recommend.

Did not use breakfast as I needed to travel before 0800 meal was available.

Great room and location, the restaurant staff was great as well. Purchased 1 can of ice tea at the front desk for $5, that was a tad over the top.

The full kitchen was a bonus although we had to request a toaster and a kettle. The con was the roomwas above the pool and not soundproof. We could hear the kids yelling and screaming even after hours. We had to call to complain about the noise past 10pm. There were many weird noises in that room including a very loud ac that was either on high or off plumbing gurgling and squeaking above

Location, bed was comfortable and it was reasonably quiet. Staff were very pleasant.

Bathroom towel racks had apparently broken off and had not been replaced, there was nowhere to hang towels. The tub needs to be refinished.

If you are looking for a hotel in Kamloops, Look somewhere else. I'm a Best Western Loyalty Member and generally like the chain but this hotel is definitely not worth the money. No baggage trolleys at check in or check out. No help. No continental breakfast. No one cares. There are lots of other hotel chains nearby to choose from. Give this BW a skip.

I can’t ask for more

The front desk staff were lovely. Room was clean and nice. Only challenge was there was no parking left on the property, and we drive an EV and would have loved to be able to charge, however, the EV charging station was blocked by gas vehicles parking there :(

Elevators were out in the morning and had to haul luggage down stairs from top floor - staff knew but posted no signs in lobby or on any floor to indicate. Clipped the sliding door with my suitcase as i was leaving and it popped open like it is designed to do, she chased me through the parking lot telling me i hit the door. Told her i was aware and she could push it back into place. But you hit the door she says - so i walked back across the parking lot and pushed it back onto the locking mechanism - good as new! Know what your talking about and do your job!!! Terrible representation of the brand.

The room was spacious and clean... We had a room with a Jacuzzi tub in it, so it was nice to relax after a day of traveling... there are a few restaurants in walking distance.. the front desk staff was very friendly... we did not use the hot tub or pool..
