We did not feel safe sleeping at this property. I was a female traveler with her daughter we were put in a room directly across from the back of the gas station. There were 4 unhoused people using the space between the hotel and gas station to do drugs the whole time we were at the hotel. I was up all night worrying. There was also very loud ‘grown up’ activities going on in one of the rooms. There was screaming and moaning and slapping noises that my child cannot unhear. The room had a mysterious wet patch on the carpet and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. Overall the experience felt seedy and stressful. Not what I was looking for after a long drive. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are very run down, bedding is very uncomfortable, AC was noisy. Felt unclean.

Breakfast was alright, not much variety and pancakes were small and an odd shape and chunks of burnt pieces came out first, which I saw people not taking them.

More variety, a little fresher maybe as egg items were in long enough to start getting hard.

Everything, from rugs to appliances, was new and high quality.

Entrance is a bit tricky to find and navigate. Angle parking near lobby entrance suggests a direction in which there is no exit. Must turn around and go out the same lane as incoming. Suggest eliminating angle spots near the lobby entrance to allow 2 way traffic

The hot tub pool room was out of service! I had asked in the booking app to stay close to the hot tub and received a message back saying would figure out at book in! Then my room tv would turn on and off every 5 min the beds were both sunk in in the middle from being on the older side but clean. The carpet was crusty

The breakfast was pretty good. They had mini cheese omelets and sausages. It was Brad’s for toast, some poundcake, bananas, yogurt, cereals and make your own mini little pancakes, as well as coffee and juices.

They came in and took away our used cloths and didn’t replace us with any so we used the bottom of the small towels. They didn’t replace us with coffee a couple of the mornings either. I guess you have to ask if you need anything. Other than that, the place was nice and the staff was nice.

Good central location, corner room with jacuzzi tub and fireplace with balcony was quite nice. Breakfast in the morning upstairs had good options including warm cheesy eggs and sausages!

Jacuzzi tub drain gasket is shot so it constantly drained itself out and the cold water tub faucet handle was also pretty much stripped so it kept slow drip/filling. The faucet for the bathroom is a poor, cheap undersized budget shortcut of a unit as you can barely get your hands underneath to wash - which is a shame as the the sink itself is a lovely large size and design. (Rm 214) The silicone around everything needs to be caulked as it’s all pretty dirty , shrunk and crusty now.

The breakfast was as expected, fruits, cereal, etc. the bed was super comfy! Staff was very polite and friendly…always said “hi”! Location was pretty good with lots of places to go to eat and shop!

The only thing that was a bit frustrating is that our toilet ran constantly but the small chain had too much slack and wouldn’t allow the disc to seat properly. Easy fix. Parking kinda sucks though folks, not your fault with the limited space.

Breakfast was subpar, not worth the money. Other guests were screaming and fighting throughout the evening loudly and kept waking us up.

This was my second stay since becoming disabled. First time I stayed they assured me they had a room that was accessible. This time I made sure I asked for an accessible room as I am mobility challenged. I have no strength and no balance. The bathtub was so difficult to use in spite of grab bars opposite to where you get out of the tub. Both stays I got stuck in the tub because no grab bars available to help you out of the tub. This morning I was stuck in the tub for a good hour. Both knees are now sore and my right ankle is throbbing. I became quite chilled until I managed to crawl out and put something warm on. I missed my appointment with a specialist. Recommendations: 1) grab bars to help clients out of the tub. 2) if that cannot be done, then please install a panic button to summon help. 3) change the tub so it is truly accessible. 4) soap and shampoo, etc, so high as to be non usable if you are not strong or disabled. 5) plastic tub mat is sorely needed, bottom of tub is slick slick slick. A real danger if you have any kind of disability. This room is not accessible. 6) please consult with people who are genuinely knowledgeable of what is required to be safe and even comfortable should you be challenged in any way. 7) the mattress needs to be flipped. So many people have sat on the side of the bed the mattress is no longer solid and threatened to flip you off the side because it is so worn down

Parking is a nightmare. There is not enough parking spaces, in lot or on street, if hotel was even half full.

There was some kind of construction going on making it inconvienent for entering and finding the lobby. The tiolet was loose and the bathtub needed updating

Mattress needs to be turned…essentially a very comfortable mattress but worn on one side so much so that I almost rolled right off the bed!

Fine overall but the strange layout of the building and contruction next door make it a bit cramped and industrial feeling and not an escape to the mountains. If cheapest would stay again but would try elsewhere next time for slightly more $.

It had an onsite restaurant which is appreciated after driving. The food was good. The desk clerk upgraded us to a better room and we were given a bag of snacks upon our arrival.

Parking slots are too tight. Breakfast very minimal choices. Should have an accessible comfort rooms at the lobby area.

bathtub and floor in bathroom was so slippery that we had to go and buy a non skid mat to put in it. no toilet paper in breakfast room for two days and the orange juice was colored water and the gentleman sitting beside me was pulling long hairs out of his egg ommelete

The hotel uses a strong scented deodorizer in the common areas which was hard on the sinuses. With so many people having sensitivity to scents I would recommend that they stop this practice. We had to leave the window open to air out the room, but the smokers hung out below our window so that was tricky. The bath products were quite nice, cucumber so not too fragrant. Room was clean and linens were nice.

The parking at this hotel was terrible. It is poorly designed.

Cramped room, no bathroom space, door hit the toilet when entering, dog barked 2 doors down till midnight, complained at 10 PM and continued till 12. We were extremely exhausted and wanted sleep. Said we wanted a refund. Was told that they aren’t ably to do the refund.

The toilet was wabaly and did not flush very well.

There was green algea on the shower and the sink drain and there was old ice bags and big dust balls behind dresser. Honeymoon suite looked out onto garbage bins. Poorly renovated .shower ...control by your knees and cracked stall clearly did not fit in spot. Jacuzzi tub was missing jet caps . Hotel clerk never told me how much was pre authorized on my credit card. Just swiped it. Very rude. Parking is tight. Especially with a truck ...the young girl in charge of breakfast was super!! Very tfriendly!! We liked her .would not stay here again very!

This is your classic totally fine hotel by a highway. The checkin staff was super friendly and all our interactions were very smooth. It was clean but because of some strange renos our bathroom had some old mildew - but you can tell it had been scrubbed - just an issue with age. Our room also faced a carwash - so we got some noise from that. BUT for the cost it was a good deal. Breakfast was as expected, really simple stuff - but again - for the cost, totally fine. We will likely stay here again as we travel to/from BC often.

I didnt like that the jacuzzi didnt work.. we rented the room for a romantic night and searched hotel rooms based off the in room jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was the reason we rented at this hotel and room it was a huge disappointment that we couldn't turn it on

Check in was a breeze, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The room was clean, cold and comfy, perfect for us who drove for 12 hours! Balcony was a great bonus, and the view of the valley was nice to watch the sun set on. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean and bathroom was stocked and clean. We will stay here again :) very impressed with the whole experience! thank you!

Queen kitchenette had barely any dishes, no kettle and staff were not very helpful as well as the entire property smelled badly

We really enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Kamloops! The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were great! The room was very clean and the staff were wonderful! Breakfast was also great! Would highly recommend this location!

If you want basic then this hotel is it. Don’t ask for the ground floor as you can hear the people above you. Parking is tight and there is currently construction near it but I didn’t hear anything
