Did not know about any breakfast that was offered

My room was filthy (especially the bathroom). Paint splatter everywhere. Damaged baseboards. Asked 3 different front desk staff to have the manager to contact me(after 5 day stay and I still haven't heard from a manager).

De airco zou ‘s nacht minder lawaai mogen maken.

Large room, comfortable bed

There was a jacuzzi tub in the room, but it wasn't functional

Breakfast is great. The location is convenient, we have stayed here several times.

The price was low. The staff was great, accommodating my need for ground floor room. They were friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable.

My door would not lock properly. You could push door open even when locked. Huge gap in the door frame I could see outside through, had no seal. I felt unsafe all night. Due to full occupancy couldn’t stay elsewhere. The breakfast was bread, muffins, croissants, cereal and yogurt. All gluten and dairy. No fruit and no meat/protein options. The toilet needed three or more flushes with minutes in between each flush to get even 3 squares of toilet paper down. The upstairs occupants were running and jumping around, talking loudly till after midnight and started again at 7 am. I left the bathroom fan on after midnight to try and mask their loud noises.

I stayed at this hotel last year. The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the receptionists were very welcoming. This year, I booked two rooms again, but because my friend's car broke down, I couldn't check in as planned. My reservations weren't refundable, but the hotel refunded me the full cost of both rooms – a truly conscientious business. I want to thank the owner and staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Busy weekend here and most of the usual spots sold out or asking 400-600 a night, found a room here 240, super quick check in, room is clean, and large, tucked off in corner upstairs. A bit of food odor but super practical and the best deal in town. No carpet so it helps the clean part. Not the best but not the worst just solid, I’d stay again.

Very dirty room. The entry mat was dirty. Very strong urine smell in the bathroom. The fridge was leaking, and the freezer was rusted out. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The table was dirty and so were the other sitting areas.

Liked location and parking outside door when you have a few cases. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

There was a smell in room (tobacco) but girl came up and sprayed room.

In a good location, great room for decent price, clean.

Letting people know there were no elevators to 2nd floor. I realize it is an older motel, but it was hard bring bags up large flight of stairs. Perhaps ask when booking if patrons prefer 1st level as no elevator to 2nd

I paid for a room online through Expedia and showed up with my identification and proof of payment. When I couldn't locate my credit card, I asked the front desk about it. They told me they had no record of my payment and I asked for a refund. They advised me to contact Expedia directly. I'm upset about driving all that way to have to turn around and come back home.

One of the best place I have stayed at. Neat and clean room. Very comfortable beds and very helpful staff.

Where do I start? Room that was given was at the back of hotel, opposite another hotel, so was very noisy. It was not clean, soap left from previous guest, sweets with ants around it on floor and other bits. Brown substance on bathroom door and insects in the bathroom. Bedsheets were unclean.

It was adequate but only bananas for fruit and very little seating.

Hot tub but not working. Toilet wasn't flushing well but was fixed.

We only stayed one night but we would definitely stay again. Having laundry onsite was a big plus. The room was spacious and seemed like it had been recently updated. The staff were very friendly. The only small downside was the included breakfast which was not as hearty as the other included breakfasts we have has elsewhere. Over all a good experience..

Breakfast

I liked having the parking right in front of my door. It was great as we were there for a golf holiday and found it easy to load/unload clubs. It is older but clean and everything in the room worked as it should. We stayed for 6 nights and only had housecleaning once. When I enquired why our room hadn’t been cleaned the day after check in I was told they only clean every second day. Still not cleaned after second day and front desk didn’t know why it was missed. They did clean it the 3rd day and nothing on the 4th day. Talked with housekeeping and front desk on the 5th day in the morning and they said it wasn’t on the schedule. We explained it hadn’t been done but that didn’t matter. That afternoon I went and talked to the front desk and explained again how we got missed. She claimed it was due to them having so many check outs that week and how some days they were short staffed. Never offered me any money back or anything. She did come and change towels, garbage and the sheets. Won’t be staying there again.

Some updates done to make rooms nicer. Still had the “older hotel” smell. There was a corner jetted tub still in the room to add some uniqueness, it the update were not completed in this area. Old & broken tiles still around tub. Room was clean & quiet though.

Breakfast was adequate, bread for toast, cereal, pastry, juice, coffee. Not much choice.

Room location was right on a lane between Rodeway and the Ramada entrance next door. A bit noisy.

Great hotel

I believe we were upgraded to full kitchen with three beds! The three of us appreciated a queen bed all to ourselves on our road trip. Thank you. The motel is what it is, nothing fancy, but a good sleep. Comfy beds and quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast was a nice touch. Rooms were super clean and comfortable! Staff was very nice!

One of the doors in the room wouldn’t lock but we were able to use the other lock from inside and staff were quick to apologize and say they’d fix it.

My first time staying here, stayed for 3 nights. Very basic accommodation, great service from all staff, super friendly and helpful! Breakfast is continental, very limited options. Room was clean, well kept and comfortable

It was convenient being on a ground floor room and the bedding was clean. However, the bathroom and floors looked like they hadn’t been well cleaned recently. Also, the morning after arriving we discovered the room had an infestation of ants.

Location was great and easy to find. The breakfast was good, well presented and fresh.

The jacuzzi tub wasn’t working but we were compensated for that.

We had our little dogs and it was very convenient to take them in and out. The staff was accommodating. We had a good trip.

Great location, within walking distance of Tim Hortons, Save on Foods, a mall, restaurants, and drugstore. The room was spacious, the bed, pillows, and duvet were very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us when needed. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with coffee, cream, juice, bread, croissants, muffins, yogurt, apples, bananas, cereal, jam, and butter.

The room wasn't very clean. I'm not picky and I've definitely been to worse places, but I'm just posting it to warn that you might need to wash all the kitchen utensils and inspect the bath towels before using them. The air conditioning is also very noisy, but it works well to keep the room cool. And the toilet was clogged when we arrived, but they fixed the issue quickly.

Clean room with a comfortable bed

We usually stay at Comfort Inns, but this worked out on our two-week road trip. Basic room, but they did the renovation very well. We're used to sloppy renovations, but the owners here did their renovation right - neat, and perfect. Small rooms, but the price is right. Comfortable beds. Location is great - Starbucks, Original Joe restaurant, Dollarama and Rexall drugs are just down the street, plus a huge mall across the highway.

The room was impressively sizeable. Staff were super helpful and professional.

Rodeway Inn was very easy to find. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cool when we arrived on a hot evening.

Simple but good breakfast. Perfect for a quick start.
