Compass by Margaritaville Hotel Naples

We really enjoyed our stay at Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Naples. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area and a dining table, which was especially convenient when traveling as a family. The courtyard was beautiful, with a lovely pool area that created a relaxing tropical atmosphere and was a great place to spend some time after a day out. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and it was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would happily stay here again!

Nothing

For being such a compact hotel, every detail and decor was high-quality with great immersive style

Nothing

Everything. Breakfast is amazing!!!

Nothing

The location was great. Breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and good

One small hiccup. One of the clean towels had a couple of blood stains. The staff was informed and they took notice.

I had a great stay, from check in to check out. The fact that you are pet friendly and the comfy pool.

Liked everything no complaints.

Fun from checking in to checking out beautiful room lovely team great pool simply everything you need

We only had one night this trip we will be back

Excelente lugar!!!

Love everything about the hotel and will be back soon.enjoy our stay and the dinners and breakfast was delicious!!! Great bed and super clean room.daily cleaning and towels daily.

The only thing that is missing is a good odor when you get into inside the lobby and halls.

Beautiful place, good food , great staff

The rooms are large and very clean. Its located close to everything.

The breakfast is good, but not much variety.

Live music, Breakfast, decor , color paint, bar and size of room. Very comfortable

Breakfast on week day ends 9:30 am including holidays. The front staff is very restricted. The check in hours is very late at 4:00 pm and check out 11:00 am , it is considered too early. Front desk Manager Trista needs to have a better customer service oriented course. She is too ridge. I have requested to check out between 11:15 -11:30 am, she said not. The same way to check in around 3:30 pm, she never allowed me. Too restricted, better flexible for little difference. She always said that I need to pay an extra fee. Never happened with me before for 30 minutes!

Excelente

The rooms are very spacious

Well the only thing I didn’t get a room service for my stay. Not one day the housekeeper went to do my room.

Great place for the price. Nice clean room. Enjoyed the pool area and bar.

Every thing is good, the music, the breakfast, the room

El lugar muy acogedor, todo limpio, nuevo

The late check out muy poco tiempo!! Solo 2 horas, deberia ser mas tiempo!! La tiendecita extremadamente caraaaa

The price was reasonably good.

It wasn't what was advertised.

Cleanliness of facilities, themeing, value for price paid, friendliness of staff

Food is mediocre, lots of options but not always the freshest

The staff friendliness, location and value.

Todo

Such a fun, colourful and tropical vibe 🌴🌺 — exactly what you want for a Florida getaway! Our apartment was cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a kitchen, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast was varied and good, although a little more fresh fruit would have been nice. The only downside was the lack of complimentary late check-out, even though we asked. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re after comfort, colour and holiday vibes!

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and value was terrific for the cost

Noting

Muy bueno

Todo bien

The accomodations and the room were amazing

I have stayed there 3 times in a spam off less than a month and the first time the room had trace of dog hair I know its a pet friendly hotel I just think rooms that are pet friendly should no be assign to those with kids and no pets. Thats all other than that was an amazing stay all 3 times we were there.

The pool. So small

Absolutely everything location is go. The hotel is cozy and very nice. Room was perfect very clean and the bed and sheets perfectly comfortable and clean. Felt as I was at home. Breakfast next morning was delicious. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was awesome—the variety of options is so rare for this price point. Staff is super friendly, and the pool vibes are unmatched (live music, games, etc). The food by the pool was also incredible, and Jimena took such good care of us. Her outstanding service and attention to detail were superb. Can't wait to go back!

My only minor critique is that the carpets on the ground floor could use a deeper cleaning. Overall, a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

Breakfast, amenities

Water pressure in the shower,

The property is extremely beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and respectful, especially Mrs. Ximena from the kitchen is a charming woman. I loved this place in all aspects. It has a very good bar restaurant inside and with specials every day

El departamento excelente, muy espacioso. Cama y almohadas, buenisimas!

Place was comfortable, loved vacation ambience, decor, games, music, staff so nice and professional

At AC closet would make a very loud noise which at night was very annoying

The rooms were decorated very nicely. It reflected the sea and happy vibes. Staff was very friendly. Bartender was amazing! Best Margarita ever!

I didn’t like that there was no full restaurant. No water view.

Very clean room great people working on all areas great breakfast great hotel location

One night, we had people knocking on our door 3 times late that night.

Location

The staff and toilet clogged

The bartender Monica, from Ireland was excellent!!!

Had to check out at 11am and arrive after 3:30pm

La habitación muy espaciosa con muchas comodidades.

Que no hablen español en la recepcion

Super petit déjeuner Belle ambiance Equipe sympa Belle chambre

Nada

El desayuno podría ser mejor. Falta una balanza para Pesar las valijas

Great staff, clean rooms excellent location.

The Aircon unit was very loud in the bedroom when it came on and during operation.

Personal.. agradable.. el desayuno excelente.. gracias

La piscina muy pequeña

Love this place. The staff are exceptional. Great entertainment. Location central to everything. Great restaurants.

Property was nice. Staff was friendly

Eggs were cold. Breakfast items that are supposed to be hot were cold. The room felt warm or humid. The ac seemed to not work well

Breakfast was cold but coffee was great!

The location, amenities in the room and around the hotel, super hospitable staff.

They only had one elevator and it was a little slow.

The Room , the breakfast and near to the beach

The free breakfast was amazing! The pool and play area was fun! Room was clean and comfy. 👍🏻 Nice job

Wish it wasn’t off a busy street. Wish the pool was a little bigger.

Todo perfecto

Everything was clean and big

The pillow was very soft but its ok

Lots of games and activities to do! Entertainment is great! Friendly staff and great food!

Nothing

Everything

Breakfast was almost the same every day.
