The bed was very small but comfortable. The location is great.

The breakfast was chaos and you have to wait for a long time for a table. It was noisy and food was not that great. Juice was served in cheap plastic cups. Carpets in the hallway are very rough, the whole place needs a refurbish.

ツインベッドルームを予約していたのに、鍵を渡されたのはベッド一つのダブルルーム。フロントに言いに行くと、「今日はオーバーブッキングしているから難しいかもしれない」とかなり待たされ変えてもらった部屋が地下一階でベッドは２つあるもののスーツケースを広げるスペースもないほど狭く、更にカビ臭かった。フロントに行くたびに何か苦情を言いに来ているお客が待たされていて、その対応にスタッフも疲れた様子であまり雰囲気は良くなかった。

La habitación no es como viene en foto, el colchón malo, el espacio reducido, la cama de matrimonio pegada a la ventana sin posibilidad de entrar en la cama de un lado, y el personal muy desagradable, me dijeron que la habitación era la que yo había elegido y eso es mentira.

Location was perfect to everything we needed & to use as a base well in London. Room was good & small but great for one nights stay. Close to Hyde Park.

Cleanliness of the bedding was not great blood stains on the pillow cover & dirty bedding on the other bed. Tried to report but to busy when we checked in. Reported when we were leaving.

I love the location, staff are always friendly and helpful. I always staybat the Tower Hotel when I visit London.

Soba ni izgledala isto kot na slikah (staro pohistvo, neudobna postelja in poustri). Ni bilo wi fija v sobi. Pajki na oknu, prah povsod. Cistoca na splosno.

Localização. Atendimento. Silêncio no quarto.

Café da manhã pequeno. Com filas todos os dias. O ar condicionado deixou de funcionar e não conseguiram resolver.

De locatie. Goede uitvalsbasis vlakbij Paddington Station. Vriendelijk personeel. Ondanks problemen met reserveringssysteem snel onze kamer gekregen.

Het ontbijt in het restaurant in de kelder. Niet bijzonder, ontzettend warm en vieze koffie. Bar was niet open. Oudbollig, mag zeker een opknapbeurt krijgen. Op dit moment geen 200 pond per nacht waard.

el restaurant/espacio para el desayuno, si bien no es pequeño, al estar en el subsuelo es incomodo para hacer la fila cuando se acumula gente para entrar. hay que esperar que se vayan liberando las mesas

Fem store industri ventilatorer dækkede vinduet og kørte i døgndrift. Meget støjende. Personalet var opgivende ved klager. Morgenmadskaos, ikke kapacitet til det antal gæster, hverken personale eller porcelæn og især plads, lang kø. På trods af vi havde bestilt de luxe, var værelset slidt, og så småt at der ikke var plads til kufferter og til at komme rundt.

Due to airport disruptions we arrived a day late and we were not welcomed at all. Even though we contacted the hotel our room was not available. Missed out on our paid breakfast as the line was so long we would have missed our tour. Staff were not very helpful

Området och läget är fantastiskt. Det är nära till allt ifrån hotellet. Gångavstånd till både Paddington, Lancaster Gate och Oxford Street samt till Hyde Park.

Frukost matsalen var liten och trång och utan fönster, personalen var helt sönderstressad och det saknades mer hälsosamma alternativ såsom mörkt bröd eller andra grönsaker förutom några gurkstavar och tomatskivor. Personalen pratade dålig engelska i receptionen och var inte speciellt hjälpsamma eller serviceminded, oavsett fråga eller önskemål. Vi upplevde att det kändes som att det tyckte att vi störde varje gång vi frågade något. Det bästa med hotellet var läget och närheten till tunnelbana, bussar, butiker och Hyde Park men i övrigt så håller inte en hotellet 4-stjärnig nivå, rummen är minimala och trånga och saknar flera saker såsom skohorn, krokar och annat som man önskar i ett hotell rum som skall vara 4-stjärnigt.

The staff were excellent, even when dealing with diffcult guests. The breakfast was decent. They had a safe and a nice size closet to put suitcases and hang clothes. Location was excellent for catching the tube/trains/buses, walkable to Hyde Park and other sites like the V&A museum.

Poor signage for where the rooms are - lots of rooms were on different levels, for example room 207 were on the 4th floor, very confusing. The carpets on the stairs and in the rooms were old and worn, no mattress pad on the mattress, light fixtures were crooked on the walls and difficult to figure out how to turn on & off. The elevator was broken during the stay, lucky that we are able to carry our suitcases up to the 4th level.

I liked the location of the property.

I paid extra money to rent this room because it was supposed to be to have air conditioning. When I arrived, I noticed that the room was hot. I contacted the reception 4 times and they kept promising that it will get turned on but it never worked. It was an uncomfortable stay because of the summer and the broken AC. I was promised by the manager to get a compensation. We are two weeks past my stay and no one contacted me yet. I’ve contacted the property management and they said they haven’t received any complaints from the hotel manager and that they will contact me. Nothing so far!!

Te kleine kamers, ze laten in de foto’s niet zien dat het zo klein is. Schoonmakers kwamen gewoon de kamer binnen ook als we niet storen aan hebben staan. Personeel kon beter communiceren en de veiligheid was er niet iedereen kon midden in de nacht in het hotel naar binnen voor de lift kon je ook geen pasje gebruiken dus echt iedereen kan de lift naar de kamers pakken. Maar echt de kamer met twee mensen delen was echt lastig

Booked a deluxe room but put in the basement after 48hrs of travelling as informed on checking in that we couldn’t take our bags to our room that we supposed to have on the 4th floor as the lift wasn’t working and they couldn’t help us with our bags. The Basement room smelt mouldy and was unbearable Could not book a time for breakfast and had to line up in a hot staircase for at least 30mins, we ended up forgoing our pre paid breakfast for 2 of the mornings. We were moved to our so called deluxe room that was so cramped couldn’t even open suitcase there was no room for a chair and the fridge did not work, there was no room in bathroom had to open toiletry bag on top of toilet. Lifts not working had to climb 4 sets of stairs to get to second floor .

Room was not in the main hotel building, breakfast was a shambles, long queues, not crockery, plastic cups for drinks……..this is never a 4 star hotel…..properly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in the last 5 years

The manager was very very accommodating. Despite the shortfalls in the accommodation, he did all he could to ensure guests were happy. Five stars to him.

The rooms were small. Housekeeping didn’t bother to clean the rooms when I asked for cleaning. My room was close to the road so I found it hard to sleep due to the noise from outside. The queue for breakfast was unbelievable. Most of the time, I just decided to skip breakfast as I couldn’t stand in that very long queue.

Tiny room, uncomfortable bed, tired furniture, had to change room to get WiFi.

Room was comfortable, when we eventually got one, although the other couple we travelled with would not say the same!

Despite going there early in the day, before 11am to leave our luggage, check in was 15:00, so they were aware we would definitely be there, when we turned up just after 14:30, asked to wait, fair enough still early. When we approached them again, we were told would still be 10mins before our rooms were ready. Ok can deal with that, 15mins later were told rooms still not been cleaned, tod the same thing twice more, bearing in mind we had to get across London by 18:00 for a concert, which we informed them the second time we asked, no apology for the delay! We were eventually given different rooms, my partner and my room was comfortable enough, but the other couple we had travelled with told us the following morning, their double bed was two singles pushed together and the mattresses were different heights!! Breakfast the next morning was chaotic, despite queuing for 20mins for a table, other people were coming in a different door and seating themselves ignoring the staff telling them they should be queuing, but the staff were not strong enough to get these people to comply!!! Food was adequate, but some things ran out before everyone had had breakfast. Will not be coming back, nor would we recommend.

Where to start !!! First the lifts were broken so was a trek upstairs with the bags , luckily a member of staff helped us , the lifts were not fixed the full duration . We went to our room and upon arrival there were rubbish bags still in the room and all the stripped bedding was in the floor behind the door , it was after 3pm so the room should have been ready , I did ask if we could move and they doing us another room , so that was a plus . The breakfast room is extremely small , poor staff run ragged , everyone waiting for hot food to replace but kept bringing bread rolls whilst food was going cold , silly things like a small cappuccino cup served with a cup of tea in and no tea spoon , having to ask constantly which I don’t expect from a 4 star hotel . Second morning the we was far too long for breakfast with people quiet down the corridor , so we ended up eating out . The overall hotel needs a good lick of paint and new carpets it’s very grotty for a 4 star hotel! The staff were nice enough can’t fault them , just not up to a 4 star. Standard

Initially I booked a “compact” room not realising this size of the room is not suitable for two people with two suitcases and two backpacks…ie we couldn’t fit into the room and it was dark and depressing. However, we were upgraded (at an extra cost) to the next size room which was fine. Location is great; just around the corner in Craven St, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from and located about an 7 minute walk to Paddington Station and the Elizabeth line train. Or you could take a bus to various locations.

The “compact” room was much too small for two people with luggage. Not enough room to accommodate two suitcases, two backpacks and us and it was very dark and depressing. Room size would have been OK for one person but definitely not for two.

The location was good, the staff were welcoming and always greeting us when we came into the lobby. The rooms were clean and spacious for a “small room”

Booked compact room but bed was also very narrow I think 140 cm wide. If that was listed in the room details then I would have booked another room.

Das Hotal ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Wände sollten dringend gestrichen werden. Im ganzen Hotel Teppichböden, die ungepflegt sind. Wir hatten ein Bett mit 1,20m, das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Der Fahrstuhl ab dem zweiten Tag ( wir waren 5 Tage) defekt, keine Handwerker in Sicht. Alles in allem für den Preis nicht in Ordnung

Room was very small, no space to walk forward round the bed you had to shuffle sideways. Furniture was very old & tired. Window was filthy. Mattress was awful. Breakfast wasn't great. Staff were rude and uninterested. Shower was good. The hotel needs a good renovation and the staff need some customer service training for sure. That said the location was excellent for Paddington Station and Hyde Park. We made the best of it!

As advertised, and pretty good at the price. Good location, good bed and shower, well soundproofed (which is important in busy city centre locations).

The location was alright. Very close to the Hyde park and the Paddington train station. Easy accessible via subway as well. Quite a lot of restaurants around.

The hotel is not very clean. We saw quite some amount of cockroaches in the bar area. If you expect to have a drink at the bar, you will be disappointed, there is nobody to even make a coffee for you. The room - DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM - was so small, the bed was more like one and a half bed rather than double bed, also quite short. There were stains on the ceiling and windows looked like nobody washed them for a really long time. Breakfast - for the amount of service people there, the speed of prepping table or bringing bowls for cereals etc, was shockingly slow. Not enough tables for people to have breakfast, not to mention the salami and ham slices that looked like they were sitting there a while. We ended up having a hair in our scrambled eggs - so they made "fresh ones" - well, the tube eggs, not real eggs. One room was missing a fridge, the other one had it, so we managed. I asked for one double bed and one two single beds room - we got two double beds and even after asking at the front desk, this has not been resolved. The carpet on the stairs is not sticking properly so you can easily trip over it. In general, not the best experience for the money.

It was a single room..single bed okay...but it was so tiny I couldn't open my suitcase on floor.. There was not enough wardrobe space had to leave clothes in case..3 times they didn't replenish my tea.sugar .milk after servicing...also got back to room at 4pm and room not serviced..had to wait 35 mins in lounge for room to be cleaned...wouldn't stay again

Good location - 10 minute walk from 3 different underground stations. Spacious room with everything you need, including a mini fridge. Nice communal area that you could sit in to eat or kill time. Ideal for a short stay in London.

The double room bed is a bit small for two people to sleep entirely comfortably but okay for a short stay.

Our first room was dirty and smelt like cigarette smoke. When we came back to our room after dinner, there were lots of spiders in the room. The staff were helpful with moving us to a different room but the hotel generally is quite dirty and of low quality.

Huone oli siisti, mutta erittäin pieni. Toki siellä käytiin vain nukkumassa ja siihen tuo soveltui oikein mainiosti. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja mm. hedelmiä oli tarjolla runsaasti. Sijainti ei voisi olla parempi. Kaksi metroasemaa todella lähellä, mutta hotelli itse on niin rauhallisen kadun varrella, että mitään ääniä ei kuulunut huoneeseen, vaikka meillä oli huone kadun puolella.

Huoneen pienuus aiheutti pientä hankaluutta silloin, kun molemmat vaihtoi vaatteita yhtä aikaa. Sängyn ympärillä ei mahtunut menemään toisen ohi, joten väistäminen oli tehtävä aina niin että toinen meni "eteiseen". Meitä tuo lähinnä nauratti.

The room was big enough for a family of 3. Overall the hotel was in good condition and our room was cleaned and towels changed when requested. The hotels location is very convenient, only a short walk to Paddington station and plenty of shops and eating options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Old and dated, lower room had damp and mould on the walls with dehumidifier outside of the roo.s, moves to a higher level paint work was worn and peeling, windows unopenabled and the electrical socket was hanging out the wall.

The staff wasn't friendly. Our key stopped working because the battery in the door scanner needed to be replace. It took 20 minutes and three trips back down to the front desk before they sent maintenance up to take a look. The housekeeper half-cleaned on most days. Some items would be cleaned while other items were visibly untouched (example: the toilet, face tissue wasn't replaced, dirty towels were left in the room). Breakfast was not explained well. Toilet paper wasn't restocked fully. There was no where to get ice. The fridge was barely cold.

Das Badezimmer hat nach Schimmel gestunken. Es gab keine Lüftung. Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Es gab eine lange Schlange zum Frühstücksbüffet. Sodass wir wieder ins Zimmer gegangen sind und es nach 1 Stunde wieder versucht haben.

All very smart and clean looking. The decor was not the least bit shabby in the room.

There seemed to be a lack power sockets. There was some that didn't appear to work.

The rooms are not as advertised in the listing, they are too small for two people and it’s not even possible to lay suitcases down on the floor. Our room had no window but it had curtains to make it look like a fake window. Staff was incredibly rude and did not offer us any alternatives. They changed the name of the hotel 2 days prior to arriving and that is very strange. This is unacceptable for this price and it does not meet the 4 star standard.

The location is perfect, heritage building in a quiet street and only a short stroll from Paddington Station.

I booked a club room at a higher level, month in advance. When we arrived, we were given a small room in the basement with a blocked sink, looking out into a rubbish filled courtyard. We were unable to move around the bed. I was assured at check in that this was the club room we booked. Only after complaining and demanding a room up to our standards, and as booked and paid for, we were moved to a club room on the 3rd level. Over the remaining days we overheard other guests having the same conversation with the reception staff. Its clear that this is done deliberate and was not a simple mistake. The hotel was recently rebranded to the Sunday London Paddington Hotel and has most likely changed hands.

Hotellet ligger bra till. Nära Paddington om man kommer med Heathrowexpress och nära tunnelbanan och bussar på Bayswater road. Många restauranger i närheten.

Vi hade bokat trebäddsrum och förväntade oss 3 likvärdiga sängar, som på bilden när vi bokade. Inte en mjuk, låg och liten tältsäng som 3e säng. Efter många om och men fick vi ett rum med tre likvärdiga sängar.

Le quartier est vraiment calme , proche de toutes commodité. Accès direct à un grand parc .

La chambre double pour les parents n est Absolument pas conforme au descriptif du site . La superficie nous permettais a peine de passer entre le lit et le mur d un côté , et on avait la même situation du côté du meuble. Sans exagération , on ne pouvais pas ouvrir notre valise au sol et pour cette chambres La Clim ne fonctionner pas et pas de possibilité de wifi . Pour la chambre enfant , réservé pour un tarif de 3 lits simple , nous avons eu une belle surprise , chambre cette fois ci spacieuse et conforme au photo . En revanche 1 lit double et un lit enfant version lit de camps avec un matelas très fins , pour un ados la situation n etait pas du tout adapté pour plusieurs nuits . De ce côté la Clim été difficile à réglé et le wifi fonctionner à peut près.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the access to the room was deep into the hotel. We also didn’t realise we wouldn’t have our own microwave. Room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, made it difficult to store the luggage

No customer service, couldn’t find my booking on arrival, they gave us off milk at breakfast, we didn’t get checked in on time even though we were there within plenty of time, they just kept telling us they are awaiting for approval of our room being ready then serving other people who came in after us before us.

Vi havde et familieværelse (3 personer). Det var i kælderen, så dårligt lysindfald. Men også med meget dårlig wifi. Der var aircondition på værelset men kunne ikke selv vælge temperatur eller slukke. Den var placeret lige over den 3. Sengeplads og blæste ned i sengen. Vi havde morgenmad med i prisen, udvalget var ok. Men der var kø hver morgen for at få bord og personalet havde svært ved at følge med ift kaffe. Vi fik kaffe 1 af 3 dage.

The location is perfect! Safe and near the metro. Staff was nice and the room was clean but very small. You could tell by the look of the building and furniture that it was a little old but nothing too bad. The towel I had in my room on my first day was terrible, it was thinner than a sheet, I thought it was going to tear apart! They changed it on the second day but still, that towel shouldn’t even be there! I guess for the price I paid, the hotel was nice enough.

Lekkasje i taket på dusjen. Skittent i dusjområdet. Kjøleskapet virket ikke på noen av rommene. Fikk ikke påfyll av kaffe. Sengene hadde groper og du kunne kjenne fjærene. Lobby baren var aldri betjent.

Other than the location, this 2 night stay I had was a disaster!

Where do I begin? I arrived to find out that my room was up about 3 floors and I had a big bag that was not overly heavy (15kgs as I was travelling for over a month) but there was no elevator. So I nearly killed myself to get there. I opened the door to a total space that was no bigger than my bathroom at home and I had booked what they called a deluxe room. It was extremely hot and dry and I couldn’t breathe and after fooling with the AC and trying to let it cool off for an hour….nothing happened. When I went to the front desk to address it they said they would look into it so I went out for at least 2 hours and when I got back it was in the same state - no one went up there to look. While I was downstairs asking for another room where I was told there were none, another couple came in and were told that there reservation was cancelled….which they claimed they never did….which I could easily believe …… the management was lying to them and to me because they did find me another room. When I told them if they couldn’t get me another room I suggested they give me a refund as it was already prepaid and I would go to another hotel up the street, I was told a firm NO, they didn’t want me to find my own solutions (in those exact words). They claimed they would move my bags for me that were never unpacked so I went out again and upon arrival to the new room 2 hours later the bags were never taken up but were in the cloak room. I was told to just take a few things I needed out of my bag for the night because there was no porter to bring my bags up. The next morning I was asked to move rooms to one which was even higher up….thank God there was an elevator to this last room because the porter never took our bags as was promised again….so I had to go down to the cloak room to retrieve them and take them up myself. WHAT A DISASTER!

Staff had a bad attitude, so unfriendly and didn’t want to be bothered. Initially no fridge in room when we arrived and we had to request one although this appeared to be a big issue to staff on reception even after explaining it was required for medication.

Nice location and really nice room just as described. It is nice hotel.

Matresses were really bad, very uncomfortable, seen others complaining too. Left me with backpain for days. Fridge was just warm not even cold not great.

Интернета в 107 стая беше перфектен , в 308 не беше идеален, но се хващаше по-бавно. Хотела е на две части. Разположени от двете страни на улицата. Всички, които имат закуска , се хранят в основната сграда, с номера започващи от 100 нагоре , другате от 500 нагоре са в друга сграда, и закусват в сградата с номера на стаи от 100 нагоре . Наоколо има магазинчета за храна, сувенири, и 2-3 ресторанта. Може да се остави багаж преди настаняване, както и след освобождаване на стаята.

Стая 107 в която бяхме настанени, нямаше хладилник , леглото е продънено , и не може да се спи нормално. След 3 нощи мъка, поискахме смяна, и ни настаниха в 308. Там вече леглото беше удобно, и имаше хладилник , които почти не работеше , оставихме храна за през нощта, и на сутринта беше със стайна температура. Август месец искаш да имаш също и студена вода в стаята, но хладилника е просто шкаф, без да изстудява. Снимките са от 107 стая. Бяхме в компактна стая за двама. Само за двама е удобна, ако сте с малко дете -абсурд да се съберете вътре. Леглото не е много голямо, нищо, че е спалня . Банята е с добри размери, за двама става.

Some of the decor was in need of a lick of paint and new carpets.

Location was great.

Was kept up all night by the people in the room above us, could hear them talking/moving around.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was great on the two days we had it. Unfortunately due to early tours we missed another two days of breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

When we booked there were facilities available such as a bar, a restaurant and laundry facilities. Unfortunately due to management change on arrival we find out bar is not open, restaurant only open for breakfast and no laundry facilities available. However the email sent advising us of the name change stressed nothing else had changed. Well Thats was incorrect. Be aware that what you think is a small fridge in the is actually a “ cooler” . We reported an issue with the cooler, it was not cool at all. We could not have any drinks or fresh milk in to. However maintenance checked and said nothing wrong with it. Well a cooler has a certain degree it should be at and it was no where near that.
