Great hotel in Aix! The room was good sized and they made good use of the available space. Bed was comfortable an the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The A/C worked great as it was in the mid 90s every day I was there - I slept cool and comfortably. Location was primo and the restaurant has a great breakfast. I even got a hand written note from the staff!

Central hotel, popular with many locals using the cafe, so it was buzzy. Parking option was extremely useful for us, but see below for civic disadvantages. Upside: Once you arrive, this lovely hotel is so central there is no need to use a car in town. Reception really helpful in difficult circumstances, especially the lovely Camille who guided us in through the awful one-way traffic system. Very comfortable room and bed overlooking the central Cours Mirabeau. Clean, modern room with plenty of drawers and hanging assist for clothes in wardrobes. Chic! Bathroom modern and I want one! Hot shower, (slightly tight shower control for me), shower cap and shower gel Nuke? provided. There is a fridge, and safe, kettle and coffee making facilities are provided. Good breakfast. 3 choices. If you choose breakfast inclusive, it is worth knowing the bacon, egg and mushroom counts as one choice out of three and apple compote is huge!

Approach to the hotel by car was awfully frustrating! Not the hotel but civil offices fault? Quirky lift. Old style french; Small. Old school french (many might like that)? two people only. Long time waiting for lift to arrive; minutes of my life lost waiting. Double doors mean doors open and one is inclined to move forward without opening outer door. Don’t. You could bang your head. Brekkie menu too confusing re choices.

Great central location in Aix. Camille in reception was terrific she help us with a unique problem that required a local nurse.

Hotel nel pieno centro di corso Mieabeau, il loro ristorante è magnifico, si mangia benissimo e si spende il giusto. Camera confortevole.

Le chiavi magnetiche della stanza si sono smagnetizzate più volte ma il personale alla reception ha provveduto immediatamente nel cambiarle

Le prix du parking de l'hôtel (30€ la nuit), mais c'est une denrée très rare dans cette partie piétonnière d'Aix et - même si l'accès est un peu compliqué - un privilège bien pratique !

Emplacement top! Le personnel très agréable. Chambre très bien équipée. Bouilloire avec assortiment de thé/ tisane + machine à café avec capsules. Peignoir + pantoufles.

Rue très bruyante, nuit de samedi à dimanche Sèche cheveux défectueux . Réception informée le matin mais rien n’a été entrepris. Dommage !

It is in a good location in an iconic building.

They have managed to remove all character from the inside of the building, apart from the staircase. You could be in any hotel anywhere in the world. Plus my room smelt of stinky feet!

Ubicación en la calle principal con el parking en el hotel aunque no cubierto. buena habitación con una aire acondicionado perfecto personal muy agradable. Un restaurante coqueto pero con buena carta y muy bien atendido.

Ce magnifique hôtel est situé Cours Mirabeau en plein cœur du centre d'Aix. Le personnel est extrêmement dévoué et bienveillant que ce soit le personnel de l'hôtel, le personnel de l'espace Spa, ou le personnel.du restaurant : Le Mirabeau. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien équipées et isolées. Notre chambre était située sur le Cours et nous n'avons pas été incommodés par les bruits extérieurs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions laissées à notre intention dans la chambre à notre arrivée. L'hôtel doit faire peau neuve cet automne et nul doute que nous reviendrons séjourner lors d'une prochaine escapade à Aix. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes pour votre accueil

Agradecemos a todos/as los /as trabajadores/as la atención recibida y la amabilidad. No obstante la fianza depositada, nos comentan que será ingresada y que depende de nuestro banco , lo cierto es que para retirarla es inmediato pero para lo contrario 15 días después, aún seguimos esperando. Este depósito debería la dirección de valorar evitarlo, dado que las opiniones de los huéspedes casi siempre son las mismas ( fianza) y no creo que un hotel con una satisfacción tan alta, por detalles de estos, reciban estas criticas

one particular thing to highlight.. we booked parking at hotel.. as u know ita all a bit complicated with ghe retricted traffic.. basically we got as far as the fontaine de la rotonde and were stuck. an excellent young lady came and guided us to our destination.. it was greatly apprecated .. thank you

We stayed 5 days in this wonderful hotel. The staff was phenomenal! They were so welcoming and so helpful. They helped us with recommendations advice and laundry. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was wonderful everyday. The room was great! The bathroom was perfect! This hotel is on main walking street in the city, close to everything in the old part of the city. Everything is walkable and enjoyable.

On nous a attribué une chambre dans un couloir en travaux. Les ouvriers travaillent jusque 18h et reprennent le matin à 9h. Nous marchons sur des bâches pour rejoindre la chambre. À ce tarif c’est inacceptable

Reception staff do not greet on entry. One incident of restaurant staff screaming at each other in front of guests. The bed was saggy

Food could be better.

Location was excellent, the room was clean, good facilities The staff were kind, friendly and efficient Sadly the hotel was booked as a "Suite" and the price reflected this. This was not a suite. Just one single room, and not very big at that. It was very disappointing to find this.

The information describing this accommodation as a "suite" It is totally misleading. Although all the staff in the restaurant and in reception were friendly, efficient and always helpful we felt there was very limited choice of menu for the main meals

It was just before the Ironman event in Aix-en-Provence. When I tried to reserve parking, I discovered that it was no longer possible. It was also impossible to drive to the hotel reception due to access restrictions. As a result, I had to park about 800 meters away and carry my luggage to the hotel. What disappointed me most was that the hotel did not inform me about these difficulties in advance. I only learned about the situation when I attempted to arrange parking. The only information I received was a voice message, which I was unable to locate until it was too late to make alternative arrangements. There was also no gesture of goodwill or compensation for the inconvenience—not even something as simple as offering a complimentary coffee. Had I known about these access and parking issues beforehand, I would probably have cancelled my reservation. Dragging heavy suitcases from a distant parking lot was not how I imagined starting my stay, especially when I was looking forward to a pleasant evening in the city center. The hotel itself is nice, and I have no complaints about the property. However, the parking situation, the lack of clear communication, and the absence of any empathy from the staff significantly affected my overall experience.

Ideales Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Ein bisschen laut von der Straße, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, besonders der Frühstücksservice. Wir wurden exzellent bedient.
