Velmi milý a nápomocný personál, poradil i kam se podívat a co navštívit za kluby a restaurace, vše čisté a pohodlné .! Dekujeme a rádi opět navštívíme :-)

Położenie jest super, samo centrum Honolulu. Dodatkowo było bardzo czysto w całym hotelu, pomimo widocznego wieku hotelu bardzo dobry poziom.

Śniadania były bardzo średnie, może to kwestia przyzwyczajenia do europejskiej jakości, ale no śniadanie w postaci chleb, masło, jogurt, płatki i 4 ciepłe rzeczy w postaci jajecznica jakieś mięso i ryż/ziemniaki - dodatkowo z warzyw tylko sałatka marchewka i cebula.

Location close to the city centre, tour bus stop pickup right outside and abc mart by the lobby! Staff had plastic utensils, plates, cups available if ever you needed some which was great. Luggage storage is an easy process. Some staff were incredibly friendly and an absolute gem to speak to (Phillip, Janice and Carlos)!

Showers could use an upgrade. Housekeeping is every 3 days which seems little especially if one went to the beach everyday. Had requested more frequent cleaning and still had some hiccups with that. It seems like a common issue with other guests as we've seen others come down and talk about it on two different occasions. Ice machine location was somewhat inconvenient as well.

Vince was amazing! He looked after us so well, we really did feel like family. Thank you so much. We look forward to coming back to Hawai’i and staying again 😊

L’hôtel est vieillot mais confortable. Il est bien placé et permet de visiter les alentours à pieds. Le service voiturier (moyennant un coût supplémentaire qui n’est pas négligeable) est un plus. Nous y sommes arrivés tard donc n’avons pas pu profiter des équipements de l’hôtel.

Great location for overall experience in Waikiki. Beach is only about 2 blocks away but it in central area for other parts of Honolulu.

El parking estaba lleno las dos noches que me alojé. Nos dieron una habitación que, tras volver de dar un paseo, notamos que tenía un olor fuerte a tubería/bajante. El frigorífico de esta misma habitación no funcionaba. Dejamos el cartel para que nos hicieran la habitación y, nos cambiaron las toallas, pero no hicieron la cama. El espacio para el desayuno es mínimo, cuesta mucho conseguir una mesa, de hecho algunos huéspedes tuvieron que irse con el desayuno a tomarlo en su habitación. No era ni mucho menos lo que me esperaba de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Comentamos los problemas que teníamos y nos cambiaron amablemente la habitación a una mejor.

La colazione pessima, con pochissima scelta. Addirittura per tre giorni consecutivi sono mancati prodotti basilari per la colazione come yogurt e frutta. Quando si arrivava a fare colazione dopo le ore 9:00 ( l'orario di fine colazione era 10:30) finivano le poche cose che offrivano che non venivano rifornita. Attendiamo ancora il rimborso che c'avevano promesso perché una a mattina non abbiamo potuto godere completamente del servizio colazione in quanto non c'era nulla.

Para ser un 4 estrellas es bastante normalito. El parking se llena enseguida y tienes que irte a buscar otro unas calles más arriba. En el desayuno hay 7 mesas para todas las habitaciones que hay. Por lo que cuando íbamos no teníamos sitio para sentarnos y nos tocó comer de pie hasta que se liberara alguna. Como vayas en hora punta la comida sentarnos agota en 5 minutos y te toca esperar a que repongan y no son precisamente rápidos. Casi ya estás terminando cuando deciden aparecer con más comida. La habitación normal, tenía una ventana bastante pequeña sin vistas a nada.

Short but lovely stay at Hotel La Croix. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Balcony view over the park and ocean. Staff were fantastic. We had a little glitch in our reservation and they straightened it out quickly and with no hassle. After two 5 hr flights, that was much appreciated. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Croix, and it easily earns a 4.5 star review from us (giving 4 stars here as there are no half stars!). Every single member of staff we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our trip. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. While a few areas are slightly dated, it is well looked after and certainly nothing that impacted our stay. The location was perfect for us as everything was within easy walking distance (though we do enjoy staying active and walking on holiday). Compared to many of the larger resorts, Hotel La Croix is on the smaller side, which turned out to be a massive positive. Having visited a few of the huge nearby hotels for food and events, we were so relieved to come back to ours. While the mega-resorts felt like absolute pandemonium, Hotel La Croix maintained a genuinely chilled and relaxed vibe. We upgraded to a Gold room and would 100% recommend doing so - the access to the Monkeypod area, drinks and snacks made it completely worth the extra cost. The only things that let the hotel down slightly were the food and the bar hours. Food service was consistently slow and the quality was not great, while the bar opening times were the most restrictive we have ever experienced in a hotel bar, not opening until 2pm. Despite those two minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again for the peaceful atmosphere, fantastic team and great location - and would recommend it to others.

Dirty shower with hair Ants next to my bed I was told that I can switch to another room the next day due to full occupancy, and the next day I was told that is not the case. Never been to a dirtier hotel room like this before.

Had an amazing, unforgettable stay at Hotel La Croix. The location was extremely convenient, taking less than 10 min to walk to the beach or the Royal Hawaiian Center, to only a few blocks away from amazing good trucks. Miles and Wendell are the two employee’s who have made our visit memorable. Wendell has such a calming demeanor, he was extremely welcoming when we first arrived at the hotel. Smiles Miles has become like an uncle to us on our short stay. Conversations with Miles are always fun, and I feel like he is a great representation of a friendly local. You can tell that both Miles and Wendell love their job here.

This staff is amazing and they are the personification of Aloha! Big Shaka 🤙🏻 to Vince at the front desk. If you’re looking for a great spot with wonderful amenities including the infinity pool with cabanas and drink service, the fitness center, convenience with an abc store just outside the lobby. Plus filtered water in the lobby to refill your water bottle. Valet parking was also available.

Ralph and Janice were so amazing. Ralph was very attentive and kind. Janice booked us amazing tours and boat activities. Thank you both

This place is amazing! Staff is great, breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices and it is really good that the terrace is open till 8pm and you can grab a coffee, cereal, snacks,… absolutely amazing stay!

The Best Stay in Honolulu We had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the guest experience was exceptional. The front desk team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us plan both our luau experience and our visit to Pearl Harbor, which made our trip so much easier. Our room was spotless, and it stayed that way thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team. They did an excellent job every day, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. We also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, which were well maintained and made our stay even more enjoyable. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. The food was delicious, and we loved that there were different dishes each day highlighting local Hawaiian flavors and culture. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just steps from Luxury Row, excellent restaurants, and plenty of shopping. Multiple city buses and Waikīkī trolleys stop right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore the island without renting a car. You’re also just minutes from several beautiful beaches. This hotel truly made our trip to Honolulu special. Between the outstanding service, clean accommodations, great amenities, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, Quintin and Tyler was so nice !! and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The property was very clean and the location was great! The breakfast foods were pretty good as well!

Some of the employees at this hotel made our stay wonderful, specifically Ralph, D’Andrew, and the cleaning staff, however there were a few employees at the front desk who were incredibly rude. We had an issue during our stay and spoke with the manager and he was so disrespectful and was talking to us like we were children. Him and a few of the other employees truly put a bad taste in our mouths.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Croix, and I especially want to recognize D’Andrew at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, check-in was quick, easy, and stress-free. D’Andrew was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and handled everything with a smile. I had a small personal situation during my stay which was not the hotels fault, and he resolved it promptly and professionally without making it feel like an inconvenience. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made a great first impression and really set the tone for my stay. It’s employees like D’Andrew who make guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Room was nice because the bathroom was away from the bed area. The AC works well. I liked that the ABC store is just right outside the hotel. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful. Loved that there was a microwave and had a large refriderator.

The showers... the glass needs to be longer to stop the water from getting everywhere like the toilet area or tile near the sink/door entry. The ice machine... why does it need to be down by the parking lot area and near the dirty washing machine area? There should be an ice machine on every floor. People shouldn't have to get dressed like they are going on an outing, just to get ice from the hotel. This is the first hotel Ive stayed at that did not have an ice machine on the floor you were rooming on. The carpet on our floor smelled really bad. The breakfast menu... the paper menu that is conveniently located on the night stand is different from what is offered on line. Please make things consistent. We wanted waffles and that was not available when we scanned the QR code to order online.

Location was great, walking distance to the beach, downtown and restaurants. Hotel room was cleaned and excellent customer service especially Chiqui and Cory. Definitely worth booking and returning.

Central location, walkable to the beach/park/restaurants/shopping. Check-in and out processes were smooth. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern decoration. Excellent views from the 17th floor. Lots of towels and toiletries provided. Service by the concierge was great.

We stayed at Hotel La Croix in Honolulu to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and I have to say, the staff was amazing. Ralph, in particular, went above and beyond…he gave us a beautiful tour of the hotel’s history, shared how it was once a pay-by-night motel transformed by two Christian owners, and even drove us to a bus stop when we were heading to Pearl Harbor. Their kindness made a big difference. That said, the room didn’t quite match the online photos they looked much more upscale than the reality. The hotel smelled a bit stale, though was clean, but the room felt very dated only five hangers, a short hanging post, no drawers to put clothes, only shelves in a small cabinet… we had to ask for a chair just so we both had a place to sit. No pictures on the wall was odd. The TV was on the side of the wall so you couldn’t watch it from the bed. No night stand on one side of the bed so I had to pull a chair to set my phone and water bottle. The bathroom had one sink and no counter space. No door to lock while using the restroom. The shower had a window that couldn’t be covered. The double balcony was also deceiving…our “ocean view” was actually in the hallway, not from the bed area. The 250.00 add-on breakfast and Monkeypod access felt minimal for the price, just muffins that were cut into 4’s and whole oranges and apples and no real snacks… breakfast was simple… not really a variety. My husband can’t eat eggs and they served French toast twice and fried rice with egg… we asked for alternate but they couldn’t accommodate…. How do have toast/pancakes but no butter, the wait for them to refill the one meat option was lengthy. The room to eat in often didn’t have enough tables to sit at. We should have requested a refund for the breakfast and monkey pod access. So, while it was clean and the staff’s warmth was top notch, the room and amenities just didn’t align with the upscale price we were paying. We felt extremely deceived by the fancy website and photos. We will pop in to say hi. But won’t stay here again.

I had a great experience with Miles from valet at Hotel LaCroix Waikiki. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and really showed that true Aloha spirit. My vehicle pickup was quick and smooth, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Even when it was busy, he stayed patient, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciated his positive attitude and how caring he was throughout the interaction. Service like that really makes a difference and leaves a great impression.

Room was a good size, but lacked storage. We were in a party of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, there was very limited storage in the room for all our suitcases. The room was generally clean, but items such as the coffee maker were dirty, mostly the water filter. Our room attendant would only refill 3 of the towels each time, meaning we would head to the pool to grab more or see reception. Our room also came with access to the Monkeypod lounge. Our expectations (in images from the hotel) suggested there would be a choice of soft drinks, and a good selection of snacks available during the day. This was not the case, with water being the only fluid option and sweet muffins (that sit there for most of the day). Overall, the staff were attentive and friendly. Vincent on the front desk was very helpful and is an asset to the team. The location is good if you want to be just outside hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but it is only a short walk. For families, it was around a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. Consider this when you are carrying all your gear for this outing. I would recommend again, but maybe only when travelling in a couple. Thank you

We loved the hotel. Very clean!! The pool was great for the kid. The bartender at the pool made the best drinks and Miles was our favorite valet he gave us some great recommendations super cool guy!! I’d come back just to get some more great recommendations from him!! 🤙

Excellent emplacement et hotel de qualité.

This hotel is an absolute gem at the entrance of Waikiki (intersection of Kuhio and Kalakaua). We booked the 400 square foot, two-bed Kalakaua room with dual lanais that faced the ocean and city. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience. This boutique hotel was clean and well appointed. Our kids loved the salt water infinity pool. Note: the pool is small but we all enjoyed it nevertheless (there’s a pool bar)! The price was reasonable, considering the hotel’s location and features. Added bonus: there is an ABC convenience store right at the front door. We would happily stay here again!

Purchased a Pool Day Pass at Hotel La Croix on my last day in Honolulu. It was the perfect way to spend the time between checkout at my hotel and my flight departure later that evening. Princess was a warm and friendly presence at the front desk and Tyler was amazing at the poolside bar for the afternoon. What a splendid ending to my Hawaii visit

The stay was great. Central location, spacious and clean room, modern decor, good service (shout out to Janice!).

Get ready for the check in early upsell spiel - at between $30 and $70, in our experience, with no certainty about how long before 3pm you will be given your key card. And the breakfast upsell, $9.95 or $14.95 depending on whether a " special offer is available." Our Gold corner room included "entrance" to some sort of narrow Club Room on a higher floor where breakfast was served, but Gold access didn`t include breakfast , just "soda." Their Website is rather vague in providing details. The room had great views and being near De Russey Park is excellent. The pool area has had a good make over but is quite small. Friends in a more basic room noticed much less of a makeover from the places Waikiki Gateway days than our Gold Room tho both had low shower pressure. Bring your own glassware or use the plastic and cardboard cups in your room. Its a decent 3 star with helpful staff and great location but its pretending its something it isnt with a French name. US citizens are used to resort fees at this level I guess but coming from A Land Downunder the pretence that a basic hotel with a small pool and masks and flippers to borrow is a "Resort" is beyond the pale.

The bedrooms are a fantastic, comfortable size with plenty of space to relax—much bigger than what you usually find at this price point. The pressure of the shower, amazing! A huge standout was the incredible service. The staff at both the pool and the breakfast restaurant were exceptionally nice, attentive, and welcoming every single day. The location it’s incredibly convenient and well-located for getting around, 7 min walk to the beach.

Good location atmosphere is decent. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. My AC didn’t work the best so I was still a little warm. Staff was very polite and welcoming careful in ordering food. There isn’t the same thing on the physical menu in the room as there is on the menu also I waited 2 1/2 hours to be told that there wasn’t food that they said was done and prepared and ready to be picked up. It’s nice that there’s a store connected to the hotel. The pool is great. Breakfast was decent sausage eggs rice salad.

Hotel La Croix has been our go-to stay for the past couple of years. We enjoy our stay every time. The atmosphere, location & cleanliness is always great, but the hospitality is always top tier! The Valet, Miles is always so welcoming & kind which makes this place feel like home.

The staff here is absolutely incredible! They all go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome, comfortable, and have everything you need. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and a beautiful little spot! The pool bar was convenient and the bartender was great. This hotel is also in a great location! From the hotel, you walk just a few minutes through a beautiful park and then you arrive at a sandy beach with perfect swimming spots! You are also minutes from delicious food trucks, stores that carry anything you need, and you are close by some major shopping centers! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and next time I am in Honolulu I will definitely be staying here again!

the staff was phenomenal! i would highly recommend to any family or friends visiting the island. Miles the Valet provided excellent service and hospitality and has a great personality! 15/10 !

The cleaning was very mediocre

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Croix. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was also very good and offered great value for the price. Janice at the front desk was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and sincere hospitality made a great impression and added to the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay, but what truly made the experience exceptional were two valets, Ralph and Miles. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, whether it was assisting with luggage, providing helpful recommendations, or welcoming guests with a warmth. Ralph and Miles exemplify outstanding hospitality and customer service. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me. Employees like them are a huge asset to the hotel and are the main reason I would happily stay here again.
