Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr Spontan Nachts gebucht nach einer Feier bei Freunden. Normal kostet eine Nacht viel weniger aber über Nacht sind die Tarife fast das Doppelte. Im Bad kein Duschgel (Behälter war leer). Boden im Bad rutschig also passt gut auf. Mini-Bar leer. Dusche kann renoviert werden. Kleenex-Behälter fällt immer wieder ab. Beim Einchecken funktionierten die Zugangskarten nicht. Falls man in der Nacht raus wollte musste man das Personal rufen. Trootzdem war der Tarif teuer als üblich. Personal beim einchecken war sehr nett. Der Herr an der Réception beim auschecken war nur Arrogant und hat den Kunden nicht mal angesehen.

Die Badewannen dürfen mal gegen Duschen ausgetauscht werden.

Bonne flexibilité dans l'organisation, car je suis arrivé l'après-midi avant 16h00 et nous devions prendre le train en urgence, comme les 2 chambres n'étaient pas disponibles, une chambre a été mise à disposition afin de nous permettre de prendre une douche avant notre excursion. Petit déjeuner parfait et copieux.
C'est la conséquence du point positif précédent, la seconde chambre a été libérée à côté de celle qui nous a dépanné. Au 1ier étage, ce n'est pas assez haut pour profiter d'une vue complète sur le lac, mais pour une seule nuit, la flexibilité était plus importante et le séjour nous a ravi.

Parking super expensive 38 franks for 1 night old very narrow and old disaster also this is big hotel and typical for bus groups so when we are get for breakfast that's India 2 busses tours you can imagine how loud was and the restaurant looked like tornado when they left so variety of food was wide but my appetite was gone and it left me feelings not so good about your hotel you have to limited groups put some details on front desk one lady is working the others talking people staying in line the front hotel not clean at all finger's prints all of over elevators or not clean also when you come to the room I think cleaning ladies are spraying some scents it's so intense smell they don't open windows for circulation air beautiful hotel but not care properly

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt nah am See und der Metro. Das Bett war sehr bequem und in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig.
Der Service im Restaunt war katastrophal. Noch nie wurde ich so schlecht bedient. Ständig gingen Sachen wie Aperol, Bier, Gabel, Saucen etc. Vergessen und ich wartete ewigs lange. Der Wein wurde serviert nachdem ich mit dem Essen fertig war und beim Nachbestellen des gleichen Weins wurde mir der Falsche gebracht. Der Kellner schob die Schuld jedesmal von sich und erfand immer neue Ausreden. Der alte Teppichboden im Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz meinen Vorstellungen. Aber das ist nebst dem Erlebten im Hotel ein "Luxusproblem".

Room spacious w/ aircon and window sill seating, basic necessities present, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, coffee maker, tea kettle and mini fridge. Their huge breakfast buffet is awesome. Located by bus stop and Metro train, free pass issued by hotel. Coop and Migros grocery nearby. We found a wonderful authentic Vietnamese restaurant across the street, HoiAn BBQ. Highly recommend hotel.

The refrigerator/minibar wasn't working. The room service and housekeeping were okay, but not great. The reception staff was quite snippy and arrogant, no matter who was working there. The refrigerator/minibar wasn't working, and even though we reported it twice, nothing was done about it. Overall, you get the feeling that you're not really welcome as a standard guest and tourist.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I expected much higher standard from a Movenpick hotel, but unfortunately the cleanliness of our room was unacceptable, The bedsheets were visibly dirty when we arrived, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. This was extremely disappointing and immediately made us question the overall hygiene f the room and the hotel. We raised the issue with reception, and showed them the photos. We were then offered free parking. However the experience left us with very little confidence in the standard of the hotel. For a hotel charging premium prices, clean and fresh bedding should be an absolute minimum. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would think twice before booking another Movenpick property. Sadly I have a booking a Movenpick Zurick airport hotel, which they are refusing to cancel .

A klíma nagyon, de nagyon zajos, nem lehet állítani, se kikapcsolni. A tusfej nem volt állítható (a tartó része el volt törve). A parkológarázs ami a Hotel mellett van, motorral behajtani tilos tábla van, tehát csak autó számára használható.

I ask the high floor in advance at booking but I got 1st floor, maybe because I with my dog, but I have paid for my dog too, maybe it’s your rule that the dog have to stay at low floor, but why I have to pay more but only low floor? Why not high floor especially for pets? Because we pay much more than others so should be better. And the room at 1st floor full of the smell of smoking, till now my throat pain.

Food quality was not up to Moewenpick standard. Garage is small and not easy to maneuver, thus a bit expensive compared with alternatives.
