Sehr schöne Lage, Vermieter sehr gut zu erreichen, Parkplatzsituation sehr schwierig, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: die Schlafzimmer sind ein bisschen karg und lieblos mit viel IKEA eingerichtet

Beautiful hotel, lovely location with room overlooking the lake! Very special place, excellent Caesar salad….best. Our favorite place so far….nice proximity to lake walks and boating activity. Nice location to metro which made for easy getting around and siteseeing

Le SPA était en rénovation et j y allais pour ça. J aurais aimé le savoir avant mon arrivée. De ce fait le rapport qualité prix n était pas à la hauteur.

Only 2 points away from a perfect score - AC in room not very good, room was very warm throughout the night even though AC was on full blast and set at 19 degrees, room stayed at 24 degrees. Had cocktails one evening on the terrace, 1st service lady wasn’t very friendly - the second one was! A shame because every team member we engaged with was super friendly, informative and kind - which made the single not great experience stand out.

La struttura è meravigliosa, molto centrale per la riva di Losanna e per raggiungere il centro città è attaccata all'imbocco della metro (sono poche fermate e la Svizzera omaggia tutti i suoi ospiti di card gratuite per i mezzi del luogo dove si soggiorna). Camera ampie, staff ottimo, colazione eccellente, location top.

Hotel als peu del Llac, amb vistes inmillorables. Habitaciópns grans i elegants. L'esmorçar es molt complert i disposa de terrassa a l'exterior amb vistes al llac. Te un restaurant de molta qualitat. Personal amable i simpatic.

Персонал отеля на стойке регистрации уставший. Я забронировал номер делюкс в этом отеле . Месторасположение отеля мне понравилось и я продлил свое пребывание еще на одну ночь и на следующий день начались страености в поведении сотрудников отеля. В 9 утра мне сказали что надо будет в 12 часов переселиться в другой номер так как этот номер звбронировали. Я им обьяснил что я его тоже забронировал и просил сотрудников остаться в номере и не переезжать в друной но мне отказали. В 12 часов я сдал ключи от номера и попросил дать ключи от нового номера на что я получил отчет что номер не готов и еще в нем делают клининг. Мне пришлось более 2 х часов ждать новый номер. Я не понимаю, почему меня выселили и переселили из первого номера в другой номер Они убирали номер в котором я жил для новых жтльцов, а также другой номер в который я должен был заселиться. . Где логика??? Это неразумно. После более 2х часов ожидания мне заявили что номер готов и повысили категорию номера до люкса. Я не просил сотрудников повышать мне номер на более высокую категорию а просил оставить меня в номере который был забронирован изначально. Сотрудники отеля могли бы переселить новых гостей в номер более высокой категории, а меня оставить в том же номере, и уборка не потребовалась бы. Сотрудники отеля создали для меня большие неудобства и мне пришлось более двух часов ждать номер. Поведение сотрудников у меня вызывает тревогу, видимо они "перегрелись" на работе и им пора в отпуск. P.S. Сотрудники отеля продолжают утверждать что они мне сделали одолжение и повысили категорию номера, чтобы мне было комфортнее проживать, прилагаю фото где видно что пространство ванной открыто а душевая как уличный туалет и отражается через зеркало. Я проживал с семьей, ребенку 7 лет. Пришлось ждать когда ребенок уснёт и потом уже принимать душ.

Très bel établissement avec chambre à la décoration sobre et soignée (vue lac et montagnes) Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top, en terrasse au plus pres du lac, avec des produits de qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

The location directly opposite the lake is fantastic. Near swimming area, boats, and restaurants and cafes

The rooms were not clean (we had a double room and a suite). The breakfast is limited and does not match what I expect from a four star hotel. We had lunch in the terrace and room service for dinner and both meals were disappointing. And the service was very slow. The swimming pool is tiny and uninviting. Also, the hotel hosted movie nights in the swimming area and left the projector and screen equipment lying around the pool during the day!

Nosso quarto era de frente ao lago. Espaçoso. Cama fofinha. Toalhas novas. Maravilhoso

The property is beautiful and my room incredibly comfortable. The en-suite was finished to a wonderful standard and what you would expect for the price. The location is great, direct access to the promenade and really close to the ferry port if you re travelling around Lake Geneva.

The staff were rather unfriendly and made me feel that I was a hindrance. I appreciate they have rules but on learning the outside terrace was full they refused my request to take my drink to the private garden, instead forcing me to say inside where it was about 33 degrees without air con.

Personnel très accueillant et très attentif avec notre petit chien. Il n’y avait plus de places au parking mais nous avons pu faire garer la voiture à Beaurivage à deux pas.

Unpassendes Zimmer!!! upper floor wurde Dachgeschosswunsch interpretiert . Kleines Zimmer mit winzigem Fenster mit Blick auf den See! Auf Nachfrage wurde ein ähnliches Zimmer angeboten! Ein drittes und letztes Zimmer war um Klassen besser! Geht doch!

Гостиница супер!!! Расположение, лучше не придумаешь- на берегу Женевского озера , в минуту хотьбы от пляжа. Гостиница очень чистая, завтраки очень вкусные, персонал лучше всех похвал. Мы остались очень довольны

Property was upscale and clean and conveniently located near train and sub station. We came in on a train and used the subway to check out the sights in town. The breakfast was above average and they have a roof top bar with a view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had to leave which was my least favorite part.

Un peu de tensions internes dans l’équipe en charge de la terrasse pour un drink le soir. Mais rien de bien méchant ;)

Ein Hotel in einem aufwendig restaurierten Schloss aus dem 12. Jahrhundert ist schon sehr außergewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Genfersee und verfügt trotzdem über einen Außenpool in einem schön angelegten Garten.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ansprechend und vielfältig.

Breakfast was an amazing spread! we were very impressed with all of the options and overall spread. Even on our early day of checkout, the staff put together a breakfast for us to take on the go.

The sauna and spa room was amazing! Great steam and cold shower set up. Comboing this with the outside pool was so relaxing and nice!

Room was great , good size ,light and a view on the carpark !!! .Bathroom spacious and worked well. Location in my view really where you want to be in Lausanne .Breakfast was fine and acceptable not luxurious

concierge, not really there and didn't have much of a view on good restaurants. just recommended their own properties or stuff around them. nothing out of the ordinary.

Lage des Hotels mit wunderbarer Umgebung, vielen möglichen Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung. Einmalige Aussicht. 10 min vom Zentrum von Lausanne. Olympisches Museum in Gehdistanz. Qualität und Angebot des Frühstücks, Zimmerausstattung mit Minibar und Kaffeemaschine. Klimaanlage im Zimmer erleichtert die Zeit bei mehr als 35 Grad

Personal wollte trotz Bezahlung via Twint, den Zimmerservice noch einmal verrechnen. Erst nach Vorlegung der Zahlungsbestätigung wurde dies korrigiert. Fies sollte bei einem Hotel von dieser Klasse nicht geschehen. Im Falle eines Expresscheckout hätte ich 86.- verloren, bzw. diese nachträglich wieder zurückfordern müssen

Great location right on the front of Lake Geneva, easy access in and out of the city, great links to the Metro. Property was very clen and staff were exceptional
