Hotel was good everything was ok but there is a bell boy name Mintu he was sitting on reception which is not his job he was very rude indiscipline and honestly I was with some guest or I would have showed him how to behave, Pls try to avoid talking to mintu not expected from lords, Mr Bansal this would be the real dent for your chain a person was extremely rude.

I staying in this hotel for business and must stay this hotel is having nice and very clean rooms. Staff are very helpful. I enjoyed the stay.

We came for check-in, but at the front office, a staff member named Mr. Uvesh was speaking very rudely and angrily during the check-in process. It seemed like he neither had the willingness to check us in nor the interest to work properly. Even when we asked about small things, he replied in an irritated and aggressive manner. The front office staff definitely needs improvement in terms of behavior and professionalism.

I had an excellent stay at Lords Plaza in Surat from April 5 to April 8. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like a lord. The kindness and hospitality of the staff were truly exceptional. During my stay, I unfortunately fell ill and required medical assistance. Without hesitation, the hotel management arranged for a driver to take me to see a doctor. Both the time and transportation costs were fully covered by the hotel, which was an incredibly kind and reassuring gesture. This level of care and attention deeply impressed me and showed the genuine commitment of the staff to the well-being of their guests. I am very grateful for the warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service I received throughout my stay. My sincere thanks to the entire team at Lords Plaza. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surat.

The room size was decent and comfortable. Food and services were okayish. Overall, a satisfactory but average stay.

As not perfect as rates are taking for us. Very bad service. No management as hospitality services given by 5 star brands.

Horrible Experience with this property. I will never ever Visit again. Also this property does not have a proper Customer Service. From reception to Food and Housekeeping. Not happy at all.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious and big. Housekeeping is very cooperative And Mr Santosh is very good and helpful to guest. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit surat.

Hotel is very good for those who are willing to choose a business oriented stay. It has all the basic requirements like gym, spa, pool etc. very wonderful stay i recommend this to others also.

Me and my family stayed here for a business trip. It is one of the best hotelnto stay in surat. Got very good rooms and amenities. Club are best option here. I enjoyed my stay.

Very old hotel. Reception not experienced nor knowledgeable. Nor helpful Food very fair basic.Evening & Breakfast . Hygiene to be desired. Breakfast basic some good some normal nothing to shout about. Outside see picture below. Looks like waiting for Monsoom to clean the windows & glass of whole hotel. Room fairly good size & amenities TV does not work. Seems satellite issue in whole hotel. Lots of advertisement of all lords hotel in India. If it’s like this one wouldn’t stay. Very prominent name ( LORDS )

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel, not just for the stay but for the exceptional honesty and professionalism of the staff. I had accidentally left my wallet behind, and the team securely kept it in their Lost & Found department for over a month without any issues. When I contacted the hotel, they promptly responded and ensured that my wallet was returned safely. This truly reflects their strong values, integrity, and commitment to guest trust. Such honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its service and comfort but also for the genuine care they show towards their guests. Thank you Santosh Sir & Mukherjee Ji Highly Appreciated !!
