Les personnels (à l’accueil, au restaurant et le personnel d’entretien) sont tous très gentil, souriant et serviable. Nous avons eu une chambre vue sur le Nil c’est vraiment magnifique. Une corbeille de fruit offert au restaurant et une dans la chambre. Nous sommes vraiment content de cet hôtel

Le prix exorbitants des taxis. Au Caire pour le même temps de trajet nous payons maximum 5dollars, à Louxor nous étions au moins à 20 dollars

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 4 nuits dans ce magnifique établissement. Le cadre est exceptionnel, avec de superbes jardins, une belle piscine et une vue magnifique sur le Nil. L’hôtel est calme, élégant et très bien entretenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, le sourire et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe. Une mention spéciale pour la qualité du service et l’attention portée aux clients. Une très belle adresse pour profiter de Louxor dans un cadre reposant et agréable. ❤️

Highly recommend staying at this place during a visit to Luxor. The level of service from the staff was great. When they learned it was our honeymoon, they upgraded our room, decorated it, and even sent a cake for us. The pool was lovely, and the restaurants on site were also good. Amazing value for the price of the stay.

Very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and special, with free upgrades and perks etc.

Before we could even ask for anything, he had already anticipated our needs and taken care of it, delivering some of the absolute best service we experienced in Egypt. Beyond his incredible hospitality, his genuine kindness made him feel like family by the time we left. ​Pro tip: order the fresh lemon-mint juice from him. You can thank me later! ;) I will definitely be back on my next trip to Luxor.

Amazing spot on the river with incredible views of the Nile . Nice big room , comfy bed so overall a wonderful relaxing short stay . I would definitely consider staying there next time in Luxor .

Overall the experience was good with one suggestion that poolside someone is available and a little more visible for guests to order drinks / food . I spent a nice day outside but struggled to find someone to order a cool drink and the life guard actually went out of his way to help .

Las almohadas son MUY altas y duras ( o demasiado rellenas) y la manija de la puerta del baño se cae al abrirla ( habitación 350) La tienda que está enfrente del restaurante ninos nos cobro con un tipo de cambio más elevado, por lo que terminamos pagando más caro y nos dimos cuenta más tarde.

El hotel es un oasis al que se entra del caos de la ciudad. Es una entrada que permite estar alejados del ruido y la suciedad de la ciudad. La entrada es segura y resguardada. El hotel esta frente al Nilo con una impresionante vista. La gente de recepcion es amable, pero tienen cero informacion de taxis o precios, algo que no deberia pasar, porque en la entrada del hotel hay un grupo de taxistas que se tiran encima tuyo de una manera poco educada para que los tomes, algo muy desagradable. Cuando llegamos no habia internet y eso duro por varios dias, agradecemos que nos ayudar a tener internet para trabajar. El desayuno esta bien, pero todos los dias es lo mismo y hay mucha comida especialmente para los huespedes chinos. El personal del restaurante es muy cordial, especialmente Mohamed. De la gente de recepcion, especialmente la amabilidad de ALI. Y destacar el profesionalismo y amabilidad de Wessam. Todos muy amables y con un sonrisa, pese a las extenuantes jornadas de trabajo que tienen. Las piezas tienen buen tamaño, recomendamos las que dan al Nilo. La piscina es ideal para pasar el calor. La ubicaciones buena a 10 minutos en taxi del centro de Luxor.

El desayuno, con mas variedad de frutas y pasteles. hace falta mas opciones egipcias. Las piezas necesitan una modernizacion en especial en los baños. Las cortinas tambien requieren un cambio. Y por favor tener datos de taxis para evitar exponer a los huespedes a los taxistas que estan justo afuera del hotel, que no siempre son de lo mejor.

An aboslute delight to stay at this property. The staff was beyond amicable and respectful. We felt like we were treated like VIP guets. The food was good, the location amazing and the view of the Nile to dream of. Couldn't recommend enough. Will stay at this property again.

The view over the river Nile with the sunset was incredible! The staff were very kind and accomodating, we had Yassin at the front desk who was always there to help. We moved hotels because we were not happy with our last Hotel. It was hot and the pool was dirty whereas the Steigenberger Resort the rooms were cool, the beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was so accommodating.

Cand am ajuns am descopwrit ca nu era internet decat in receptie asa ca sotul meu a stat cateva ore si a muncit la calculator din receptia hotelului. Stiu ca se mai intampla, se pare ca noi am fost ghinionisti. Dar a doua zi ne-au adus in camera un ruter doar pentru noi. 👌

L'intera struttura affaccia direttamente sul Nilo. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto un upgrade e ci hanno dato una camera con vista Nilo, assolutamente fantastica! lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. C'è molta cura degli ambienti e una continua pulizia dell'intera struttura. Anche le piscine venivano pulite più volte al giorno. Essendo andati in bassa stagione a cena non era previsto il buffet ma il menù alla carta (3 menu: locale, libanese e italiano). Abbiamo viaggiato con un bambino di 2 anni e ci siamo sentiti ben accolti.

I menù offrono poca varietà e per chi soggiorna per più giorni diventa un po' ripetitivo. La qualità del cibo non è ottima ma comunque preparato con cura.

The ambiance was very nice and peaceful, the staff were super friendly. We arrived at almost midnight but we were still attended to beautifully by the receptionist I don’t recall his name. We also had wifi issues due to a maintenance in the city Sandy was kind enough to send an actual router to our room because we complained. I thought that was very kind. Youstina was also very pleasant. 10/10 experience

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work at all for three days. When we checked in, nobody informed us about the issue. They simply explained how to log in. When we found out is wasnt working at all and we asked when it would be fixed, we were given different answers and promises every time. My boyfriend was unable to buy an eSIM and needed to contact someone, but we were literally told that it was our problem. We understand that the Wi-Fi issue was not entirely in their control, but the situation could have been handled much more professionally. The food was also very disappointing. We ordered a salmon platter for $21 and received around 70 grams of salmon, which felt extremely poor value for money. After confronting them about it, we were given some extra, as the portion was clearly unreasonable. Also, the same dishes were different every time we ordered it and every time the dishes lacked al lot of ingredients that were listed on the menu.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Ahmed and Catherine at reception were incredibly lovely and helpful, and they arranged packed breakfasts for us to collect early before our tours, which was greatly appreciated. Tarek at the bar was also very friendly. The pool was lovely, and the beautiful views over the Nile were a real highlight.

The main disappointment was the food. Although there are several restaurants offering different cuisines, including Italian, Middle Eastern, a tent restaurant and a buffet, the food overall was quite poor. Much of it was dry, plain and lacking in flavour, and the quality did not feel particularly high, especially considering the prices. This was unfortunately the main downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Booking Review We had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Resort Achti in Luxor! Overall, everything was very pleasant, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Regarding the food, the meals were good and acceptable, although the variety could definitely be improved. There wasn’t a huge selection of dishes, but overall, it was still satisfactory. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A truly special place! I considered postponing my next trip to stay in this resort longer. The hotel manager Muhammad was very very attentive and Ola was very helpful! The overall atmosphere and experience at this resort is not found everywhere.

This was my first time staying at Steigenberger Achti Luxor, but I can honestly say it definitely won’t be my last. The hotel itself is beautiful and truly wonderful, but what makes the experience even more special is the people. Every single member of the team, without exception, was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Any request we had was handled quickly and with a genuine smile. Throughout our stay, we felt less like guests and more like we were being welcomed into a family. I would especially like to give huge thanks to the Spa team, under the wonderful management of Mr. Ashraf, and to Ayat, the Spa Customer Service for her kindness and professionalism. And a very special thank to the most amazing massage therapist in Luxor, Marwa! ❤️ I have a disc hernia and was suffering from quite a lot of back pain, so I was honestly a little worried about having a massage. Marwa was incredibly professional and knew exactly how to work with my back. The massage was absolutely amazing — she managed to relieve all the pain and tension, and I walked out feeling as if she had replaced all my painful parts with brand-new spare parts! 😂❤️ The hot marble slab was also wonderful. It relaxed my entire body and made the whole spa experience feel even more complete and luxurious. The entire Spa team was lovely, warm, and smiling all the time. They really made me feel comfortable and cared for. Special thanks as well to the hair salon team. The ladies there were so sweet, friendly, and professional, and I was very happy with their work. Special thanks to Haneen, Nagwa, and Arabsima. ❤️ The restaurant team were also incredibly kind and helpful. A special thank you to Kareem, who made sure we never needed anything — even if we had asked for laban el asfour “bird’s milk,” I’m sure he would have found a way to bring it to us! 😂❤️ And I cannot forget the Reception team. Every single person was professional, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful.

Estadia absolutamente maravilhosa! O hotel é excelente, tem uma localização espectacular em cima do rio Nilo, com vista para o Vale dos Reis. Os funcionários são de uma extrema atenção e disponibilidade, com uma simpatia contagiante, sobretudo na recepção! Chegar com uma recepção calorosa e sorrisos é um primeiro passo determinante para nos sentirmos bem! Tivemos um upgrade de quarto, muito confortável, com vista para o Nilo e foi incrível acordar com aquela vista. Restaurante muito bom. Segurança total. No pier do hotel tem barcos para passeio ao pôr do sol no Nilo, basta negociar o preço, porque não faz parte do hotel. Recomendo a 100%!

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the river view room for free. The experience was very good. Although the room is a little old, it is very clean.

清潔で朝食は600エジプトポンドかかりますが美味しくて、何よりスタッフの方が優しくて素晴らしかったです。 笑顔で迎え入れてくれ、細かい質問も翻訳して教えてくれたり タクシーの人とトラブルになった時も守ってくださいました。 トラブル解決後も、大丈夫？と話しかけてくれ、ドリンク奢るよとおっしゃってくれとても気にかけてくださいました。 掃除も行き届いており、ロビーでも常にテーブルなどを拭いたり掃除するスタッフの姿を何度も見かけました。 チェックインした際にはフルーツ盛りを部屋まで持ってきてくれました。部屋はナイル川ビューを選び、とても景色が良かったです。チェックイン後も荷物をセキュリティがしっかりした所で預かってもらえ大変助かりました。 ヘアドライヤーも完備されていて、お湯も出てくるのが早く最後までしっかり出ました。

マッサージを利用しましたが、その部屋がエアコンがなくとても暑かったです。マッサージの腕はまあまあでした。 支払いの時にマネージャー？マッサージのお偉いさんが出てきてくれましたが支払う部屋のドアをわざわざ閉められて 一瞬怖かったです。他のスタッフも支払い時に集まり、圧がすごかったです。

Die Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und wurden unprofessionell aufgefrischt. Das Frühstück ist teilweise eine Katastrophe: die Croissants sind steinhart. Sie waren nicht frisch. Generell ist das Essen eher stark unterdurchschnittlich und hätte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nichts zu suchen. Am Abendessen waren die Kofta sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage brüllt die ganze nacht. So eine laute Klimaanlage hatte ich in meiner Erinnerung noch nie in ein Hotel, und ich war in mein leben auch in Hotels die keine 5 Sterne haben.
