Chambre tres confortable avec vue sur le Nil. L'hotel n'est pas trop loin en taxi des sites importants comme le temple de Louxor ou Karnak. L'hotel est tres spacieux avec plusieurs endroits sympa dans l'hotel pour manger ou boire un verre. Mention spéciale au restaurant italien.

Les employés étaient vraiment très gentils, la piscine était très grande et super pour ce reposé. Le petit déjeuner très bien dés 6h. Il y a même un médecin que nous avons pu rencontrer pour un petit soucis c était parfait. Un grand merci à Assma à la réception qui s'est très bien occupé de nous :).

Estuvimos 1 noche al terminar nuestro crucero por el Nilo, en cuanto a las intalaciones el Hotel esta muy bien, tanto la zona de los 2 restaurantes que tiene como la zona de piscinas. Pero nos quedamos con muy mal sabor de boca, por lo tanto no recomendaria para nada este hotel. Lo ocurrio fue que necesitavamos transporte para ir hacia el Mar rojo y los taxis/uber que nosotros encontravamos nos querian timar (algo no muy raro en este país). La cosa que que pedimos ayuda al propio hotel a ver si nos podia gestionar el traslado, nos dijeron que si, sin ningun problema a un coste igual que los otros taxis ( a sabiendas que estavamos siendo estafados) aceptamos ya que nos comunicaron que era su propia gente del hotel y chofer privado. Para nuestra sorpresa nos mandaron a un chico de unos 19 años con un coche bastante deteriorado, nada que ver con los taxis/uber que habíamos contactado anteriormente. A todo eso le sumamos que el chico antes de salir de Luxor recogió a un amigo suyo no sabemos aun porque. A mitad camino paramos para beber agua y a la que nos dimos cuenta estavan fumandose una cachimba (shisha). Una gestion NEFASTA por parte del hotel. Ya que de ser un trayecto de unas 3h nos costó 5h. Instalaciones del hotel buenas pero trato con el Personal 0. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Deram-me um upgrade de quarto, o que foi uma excelente surpresa. A parte do hotel onde fiquei tem apenas três meses, por isso tudo estava muito novo e confortável. A cama era muito confortável e a localização, junto ao rio Nilo, é fantástica. Os empregados foram todos, sem exceção, excecionais. Muito atenciosos e preocupados com o bem-estar dos clientes, perguntavam-nos diariamente se precisávamos de alguma coisa e o que poderiam fazer para melhorar a nossa estadia. Sempre que havia algo a melhorar, faziam tudo o que estava ao seu alcance para resolver a situação. Foi uma experiência muito positiva, sobretudo pela atenção e dedicação de toda a equipa. Recomendo!

A única coisa de que não gostei muito no alojamento foi o pequeno-almoço, que tem bastante a melhorar. O café com leite e a torrada são bons, mas falta variedade de fruta, pois tínhamos sempre apenas laranja e melão. A limpeza do hotel também podia ser melhor: as portas da casa de banho ainda tinham pó da obra, e os vidros e espelhos não estavam bem limpos. No geral, o hotel não estava propriamente sujo, mas notava-se alguma falta de cuidado e de brilho na limpeza.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was incredible, and the staff were some of the most helpful and welcoming people I have ever experienced. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Mohammed at reception, who made sure all my needs were taken care of throughout my stay. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. His kindness and excellent service really made a difference. The hotel is clean, safe, peaceful, and has everything you could possibly need. I even had my laundry ironed at the hotel, and the service was very affordable, which was such a nice convenience. The location was also great for sightseeing, with Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple just a short drive away. After spending the day exploring Egypt and experiencing the hustle and bustle of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back to, relax, and unwind. As a solo pregnant traveller, I especially appreciated how caring, attentive, and accommodating the staff were. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay. My expectations were not only met — they were exceeded. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxor. It is definitely a place I would love to come back to!

It’s not about the property per say but the Taxi drivers that stand on the outside of the hotel can become very aggressive and pushy when looking for customers I wish the hotel would do something about them as I felt very uncomfortable every time I had to go outside.

We had such a great time here , the hotel has everything and is near Luxor temple & karnak temple with a wonderful wiew of Nile river. The rooms were so comfy & beautiful. The staff was very kind and helped us throughout our stay , specially Esma & Fatma. I would go back anytime 😍

We received welcome drinks on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Our room in the new Flow wing was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and quiet, with excellent soundproofing and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The views of the Nile were stunning, and the hotel’s gardens were beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, colourful flowers, and lovely swimming pools. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and attentive. The laundry service was also efficient and reasonably priced. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The hotel has two restaurants, but the service can be slow, and orders are sometimes taken incorrectly. Most of the gym equipment is either broken or faulty, so anyone hoping to work out may be disappointed. The car park is two plots away from the hotel. As a result, it can take some time for the gates to be opened when parking or retrieving your car. The security personnel stationed by the walk-through scanner at the lobby entrance could benefit from additional training in welcoming and greeting guests. It would also be helpful if they could communicate in basic English. The television offers very few English-language channels or YouTube options. However, I believe these shortcomings could be addressed with greater attention to detail from senior management.

Excellent staff. Every need was responded to graciously and politely. Steamed fish and sautéed green vegetables in the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Breakfast had so many choices! Thoroughly enjoyed swinning in the pool. Room had a terrific view. Thank you.

Had a lovely stay here. It looks like the hotel is accross 2 buildings. We were in the new building. Unfortunately our balcony door wasnt locking, we went to reception and were able to swap our rooms which was good. The pool was big and had many chairs to sit on. The hotel is right on the Nile which was so relaxing and pretty to just watch boats/feluccas go by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good, you could walk around to few cafes and shops

È stata un'esperienza molto positiva, ben oltre le nostre aspettative. L'hotel si trova in una posizione splendida, direttamente sul Nilo, e la vista è semplicemente meravigliosa. La struttura è molto bella, con giardini curati, piscina e spazi comuni piacevoli e rilassanti. La nostra camera era spaziosa, confortevole e pulita, perfetta per riposarsi dopo le giornate trascorse a visitare le meraviglie di Luxor. Una nota di merito particolare va a tutto il personale: gentile, disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. È proprio la cordialità delle persone che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse di Luxor e per godersi allo stesso tempo la tranquillità e la bellezza del Nilo. This is a beautiful hotel with the most stunning views of the Nile, surrounded by pretty gardens and relaxing pools. The staff team here are OUTSTANDING. Everyone is always professional, friendly and very kind. It really made our stay here very special. Very comfortable, stylish, clean and modern rooms with a fabulous bathroom.Food in the restaurant was very good with lovely waiting staff. We were very grateful to have the most delicious breakfast packed for us as we left very early for tours. Elegantly packed in a stylish hotel bag it was an absolute feast - more than enough to last all day! All staff speak excellent English as well as Italian, Spanish and German. Maria on the front desk is incredibly fluent and speaks English with an impressively authentic accent. I am especially grateful to the lovely Maria on the front desk and Mr Saleh and Mr Ebead who gave us an enormous amount of help to track down train tickets I had booked online. They were incredibly supportive, accompanying me to the ticket office and later making several trips to track down and then collect the tickets. They showed us such kindness, I will never forget it! We were an all female family group and I would especially recommend this friendly and very safe hotel to female travellers. It honestly was such a pleasure to stay here.

Beautiful hotel! Had an amazing stay at Pyramisa. The staff was warm and accommodating, from reception to wait staff they all made you feel welcomed and appreciated. Hotel grounds and rooms are clean and beautifully designed. Food was good and facilities well maintained. Highly recommend!

The restaurant was good, and a beautiful location.

At check in they didn't give any information at all, gave the room key to the the hotel Porter who took us to our room. We went back to reception to ask questions and then were given information. On arriving back to our room which was late in the evening by the time we flew in we saw it was not cleaned properly, we were so disappointed. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, the most basic of cleaning hadn't been attended to. We were going to be out all day on a full day tour the next day and not arriving back until evening but I knew I couldn't stay another night. We arranged another hotel that day. On checking out we just wanted to leave, the receptionist asked us to wait a moment and guest relations came out and asked us why we were leaving early, we told her and she saw the photos we took and promised she would rectify the situation, we haven't heard from her.

Le check in a été rapide sauf qu’on a eu une petite surprise qui est de payer 16 eur de plus de ce qui a été mentionné sur booking et quand on a reclamé aupres de la réception on nous a parlé du taux de change du dollar à l’euro alors qu’on lui a bien mentionné que sur booking on nous a donné le montant en eur avec la conversion en dollars et que c’est pas le montant débité qu’il nous exige au niveau de l’hotel. Alors faites attention lors des côversion eur dollars lors du paiement. A part ce petit désagrément, nous avons été accuili par Maria toute souriante et à l’ecoute faisant son possible pour nous procurer toutes les commodités adéquates à notre confort au niveau de notre chambe, avec abderramane et toute l’équipe du nettoyage qui faisait le ménage quotidiennement. Au niveau de la piscine, un grand remerciement pour Mahmoud, il est top, très souriant, attentionné, on avait l’impression qu’il faisait parti de notre famille. Pour le petit déjeuner, Ahmed saadi, Mohamed noubi, chef Sabrine et chef taha étaient au petit soin pour nous garantir à bon petit déjeuner avec des produits contrôlés et frais tout en étant à l’écoute des grands et des petits. En résumé, hotel propre, chambre propre avc vu sur le nil, commodités très très satisfaisantes et personnel professionnel.

Very clean and modern room. We got a free upgrade on arrival. The pool area was very nice as well as the food and drinks on offer. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Allowed us a free late checkout because our flight was delayed till late.

They have an Italian and Chinese restaurants on site but no local cuisine on offer at lunch and dinner, which would definitely be a plus.

Nous étions dans la nouvelle aile . Les chambres sont très belles, entièrement rénovées. vue sur le Nil . Les deux piscines sont très belles et agréables. La troisième piscine n était pas accessible mais elle est egalement très belle. Le staff est très gentil.

We were given a room in the new block. This had a very unfinished feel - bathroom door without a knob to close it. The shower glass installed on the wrong side. Plaster coming off. The lift call button only worked for up; not down. The restaurants were poor quality for a 4 / 5 star hotel.

This location and hotel is amazing..from the stunning views to the attentive service, you could not want for more. See Asmaa at the front desk. She is incredible! The service was so amazing here that we cancelled our other hotel to return back here. The views are stunning, the pool is so warm, and so far it's been the best pizza we've had at a hotel in Egypt! And great prices too! If you need a relaxing massage, see Suzie at the massage clinic! This location is so close to the Luxor temple and a bit more of a walk, and you'll be at the Soul. It's worth staying here

Nous avions réservé de très belles chambres avec vue sur le Nil mais nous avons été logés dans une aile de l’hôtel complètement à rénover avec des chambres qui en fait étaient des zone de stockage de matériel et autres gravats.

Very nice, clean and comfortable resort. Reception very welcoming, upgraded us to new building in nice room with Nile view. Bed very comfy, room is clean and new. Near the hotel, horse carriage owners will often approach visitors and insist on selling rides. I strongly recommend simply walking away. Many of the horses appear to be sick, undernourished, and kept in poor conditions. They are often forced to work long hours in heavy traffic, constantly exposed to vehicle exhaust fumes and extreme heat. This is not the hotel's responsibility, but rather an issue that should be addressed to the local authorities and municipality for proper animal welfare standards and enforcement.

L’hôtel dispose d’une vue absolument splendide sur le Nil. L’hôtel est calme et invitant à la détente. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et accueillant et fait tout pour satisfaire vos vacances dans la minute. Les restaurants sont très bons. L’emplacement est central.

L’annexe centrale est un peu vieillissante et les chambres un peu passées d’âge. Mais c’est néanmoins grand, confortable et très propre.

I really appreciated the excellent work of Mahmoud, the pool's swimming instructor; he looked after my daughter and helped her feel more at ease in the water. Many thanks to him for his competence, patience, and dedication—he is the best swimming instructor in all of Egypt!

The best thing here was the kind and very helpful staff. The view was amazing. There were a few challenges with my room such as zircon and hot water, but they were fixed immediately.

Proximity to the pyramids blew our minds. When we arrived at 2am we went up to the roof and saw the pyramids. Then we easily walked there first thing in the morning with no other people. Wow.

Immediately upon entering I realized I made a good choice.The hotel is beautiful and the staff welcoming and professional,offered refreshing hibiscus juice at checkin,and thereafter Asmaa kindly upgraded me to the new building.The rooms was very comfortable,modern and aesthetically pleasing, with a balcony view of the Nile, the lovely riverfront grounds and pool area.Breakfast buffet was extensive and could be enjoyed on the outdoor patio.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms. The Wi-Fi is only in the lobby.

Unfriendly staff, I was met by a bellman who lied and said he was taking my bags up a different elevator up to my room and disappeared down a hallway for 20 minutes. He then came up the exact same elevator that I had been in so I have zero faith that he did not go through my luggage.I later investigated this hallway and unsurprisingly it did not lead to any elevator. The other staff encounters involve demanding tips for bringing me a shisha that I had paid for and then instead of saying thank you, they threatened me saying “keep it top secret” this place was a complete joke stay far away. Cleanliness was also a huge issue with the bar cups being filthy, drinks with a disgusting murky appearance and the customer service showing zero awareness

It’s a very nice place and with a wonderful view, but the food inside the restaurant and the breakfast need to be better. Also was easy to find inside the hotel someone to organize the trip, it will be a bit expensive if you compare with the street or with the public transport, but for us was good to have everything organized. And also Abdul (the responsible of the transportation) was very kind and honest. The only think was, when we went to the king of Valley after the driver take us to a place were supposed to be a artesanal village, but it was all a scam, we pay 100 dollars for the same thing that we saw in every shop around 15, I was upset about it, but also was our decision to buy. If you take this trip please ask them not to bring you to any place to buy things or see any “show”, they will take you as you are idiot and make you pay a lot for something that doesn’t deserve. After we did a travel in Faluca (a sailboat) for the Nile to see the sunset, with and amazing guy, it also was through Abdul, and honestly deserves each minute.

The food, for the same price you can find better food at the hotel Steinberger / restaurant.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et très agréables. L’établissement est parfaitement entretenu et l’ambiance y est chaleureuse. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Le personnel est toujours disponible, souriant et attentif aux besoins des clients, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une mention toute particulière à Souhaila, qui a été exceptionnelle, merci à elle pour son accueil et son sourire. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

The hotel is beautiful, it has a great view to the Nile and the staff is very friendly.

We didn't like that the hotel opens the common space (near to the pool) to public people.

Lovely accommodation, the staff were very hospitable, the room was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing! Would definitely come back 😌

Mr. Mohamed Hassan as Front Office Manager was a great host. He provided an amazing upgrade to a renovated room in a higher floor. Mr. Mohamed Yusuf was helping with luggage and both men from houskeeeping were great which I cannot remember all names. The funny and lovely jokes they make with towels is very nice. Good grill food at the bar restaurant, pizza in the Italian restaurant and Chinese food.

L’accueil était parfait avec un verre d’accueil. Nous avons été surclassé dans le nouveau bâtiment. Le serveur du restaurant barbecue était adorable. La vue sur la vallée des rois et le Nil magnifique. Les lits propres et très confortable.

Der Neubau wurde gerade eröffnet, das Zimmer war herrlich, top modern, sauber und der Balkon hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Nil. Es gab das größte Frühstücksbuffet, das ich je erlebt habe. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen tropischen Garten, es wird mit Herz gestaltet und gepflegt. Alles war bestens, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Poolwasser war für meinen Geschmack viel zu kalt, ich konnte nicht schwimmen. Es war bis zu 38 Grad heiß, trotzdem konnte die Sonne es nicht angenehm erwärmen.

Très bel nouvel hotel avec belle vue. Juste en travaux donc pas mal de bruits et poussières. Personnel super aidant et felouque avec Hassan au couché de soleil super
