Adorei o hotel em si , perfeito para quem vai com crianças , a comida é espetacular , os animadores são 5 estrelas , só tenho a dizer coisas boas !

Achei que a limpeza nos quartos deveria ser mais a fundo , no meu quarto tinha cabelos de outras pessoas que lá estiveram e bastante po no chão ..

La habitación era pequeña y, además, no era la que había elegido. Pedimos que nos la cambiaran, pero no quisieron hacerlo. La alcachofa de la ducha apenas tenía presión y salía muy poca agua. El tapón de la bañera estaba roto y el suelo no estaba limpio. En general, la experiencia no fue la esperada y considero que hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio y las expectativas del alojamiento.

Lo que menos me gustó del alojamiento fue la habitación: era pequeña, no era la que había elegido y además estaba sucia. La alcachofa de la ducha apenas tenía presión y salía muy poca agua, el tapón de la bañera estaba roto y el suelo tampoco estaba limpio. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero no fue posible. En general, la experiencia no fue la esperada y creo que deberían mejorar bastante la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones.

Attentive staff, food is decent and facilities/activities are quite good for kids. Overall it met our expectations.

L’hotel e il parco offrono una vacanza stupenda! La nostra camera era composta da 2 camere comunicanti e da un bagno grande, un ricco e vario buffet a colazione pranzo e cena, il personale (reception, camerieri, bagnini, signore delle pulizie, baristi e staff del mono lun) è stato molto efficiente e molto gentile. C’era un grande palco dove i bimbi facevano la baby dance e poi terminata organizzavano spettacoli con peofessionisti (mago, ginnasti, ecc) cinema con maxi schermo e schiuma party, nella lobby interna c’era sempre un cantante. Ci sono 3 piscine (una grande, una per i piccoli e una nella zona del parco con scivoli per bimbi diverse età), giochi in varie zone comuni (flipper, squaletti, palline). Nel parco avevamo accesso gratuito a tutti gli intrattenimenti (casa dei mostri, piscina con scivoli, area giochi con i castelli/strutture dove ci si arrampica). Ogni giorno passano le mascotte Maya e Kumar a salutare i bimbi e la struttura del mini club è nuova e ben attrezzata e organizzata. Vicino alle piscine c’è il bar sempre aperto dove tutte le bevande (alcoliche e no) incluse, l’area snack con toast, patatine, salsicce, bacon, verdure, brioche, ciambelle e gelato “alla spina” sempre incluse. Inclusi anche i teli per la piscina, che si possono cambiare quando necessario. Servizio lavanderia e asciugatrice a pagamento. L’hotel è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e in una zona servita da tanti negozi, farmacia, il medico e di fronte all’hotel. I ns bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e noi abbiamo passato una vacanza spensierata con tutti i comfort.

We arrived at the hotel as scheduled, having informed the hotel in advance that there would be three of us: two adults and one child. We paid an additional €180 for the extra adult and another €20 for a “better room.” In the end, we were given a room with only one bed and no extra bed, so all three of us had to squeeze into the same bed. During our five-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, and we were not even provided with fresh towels, so we had to buy our own. The hotel employs many foreign workers, apparently from Africa. Unfortunately, the overall standard of service is very low. The food was repetitive throughout the stay and was completely bland and tasteless. You are also not provided with all the important information clearly in writing. Instead, you either have to remember everything explained by a receptionist whose English was not very good, or simply figure things out by trial and error. All activities for children are conducted in Spanish and feel completely disconnected from the needs of international guests. There are hidden extra charges everywhere — for games, arcade machines, and even billiards. Although jumping into the pool from the sides is prohibited and there are three lifeguards supervising the area, none of them seem to enforce the rule, creating an unnecessary risk of injury. Similarly, guests are supposedly not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels before the pool opens, yet in reality almost all of them are already reserved by 8 a.m. We would never stay at this hotel again. Considering the price, we genuinely cannot find any significant positives to mention.

Splash Park and Softplay great for our 5 year old. Good offers for child entertainment. Solid food selection at buffet, but quality quality equally only solid. You go there for your kids and for their entertainment. Our kid had a lot of fun, the parents less so ;)

Rooms extremely small and very loud. The doors are just too thin and you hear everything from the hallway. Drinks at the bar horrible and ice cream not included. Random elements of Katmandu park not included and you have to pay extra. Besides the softplay and the splash park, the Katmandu park is unfortunately not great. Price-value didn't feel great.

L'hôtel est dans l'ensemble bien situé, la possibilité d'accéder au parc d'attraction Katmandu patk c'est sympa.

La restauration laisse à désirer sur 4 soirs, un soir était vraiment catastrophique rien de bon au buffet et les 3 autres soirs c'était moyen. Au vu du prix payé pour la chambre familiale on s'attendait à avoir plus de place. Il manque de suspend pour accrocher les linges et les faire sécher. C'est dommage que l'accès au mini golf soit en supplément pour les résidents de l'hôtel.

Klimatizace s prakticky pouze On/Off nastavením. Hluk z večerní zábavy. Lidi nedodržují pravidla a na celý den si zabírají lehátka u bazénu - odpoledne není kam si u něj sednout. Předčasně zavření bazénu poslední den.

The content for the children is unbeatable. Katmandu house and Splash park iz beautiful and very entertaining.

The hotel hallways have a slightly musty smell and the bed in our room creaked. There were double wooden doors between the two rooms, not the wall, which makes the soundproofing poor. I supose it is great for big family which requires more space so the rooms can be connected, but in our case it was bad because we heard a very loud family on the other side and couldn't sleep at night. Also it would be great to have disposable slippers in the room and toilet brush.

The room was spacious only we didn’t know that balcony would be very small that you can’t even get out being on the 8th floor. Location was good as well.

1. Noisy during the nights from the floor and side we were. 2. The sliding door at the balcony does not sealed well hence we could heard the noise. 3. If you are going with a toddler under 3, the hotel said they can look after them but they did not the week we were staying and there was no communication so that was disappointing. 4. The slides are for children over 5 years mainly so bear in mind if you are going with underaged kids. Our daughter played with the one slide only. Due to the kids adventures not being to look after our daughter as we planned, we had to do the activities in the park individually. 5. The entertainment in the evening are not the best. 7. Bring your towel as you have to pay €1 everytime you want to change it- those used at the pool.

Poor quality of bed .. cleaning was pathetic.. after cleaning .. cleaning staff must have left glass particle(we never used any glass or something, we were extra careful as we were staying with small kids)which pinched me in my feet, due to which i was bleeding.. when i told staff their reaction was very cold.

Si l’on est pas au courant que c’est un parc d’attractions avec autant d’enfants, que d’adultes, c’est assez surprenant très gros, manque de communication. Heureusement, je n’ai pris qu’une seule nuit.

We wish the theme park was open till later, maybe 8pm.

Relatively close to the beach. The entertainment in the evening was very good. Hotel was generally clean. The entertainment park was rather small. I cannot say it is a bad hotel but it is definitely not an excellent one.

Food is really terrible. For 7 days we were only eating basic food like tomato or bread as we were worried about food poisoning. The dishes tasted pretty bad. Luckily we did not pay for all inclusive but had half-board. We did not quite realise but Magaluf is a run down place very popular among Brits so if this vibe is not what you like I’d rather stay away. The photos of the hotel are beautiful - not quite matching the reality.

Friendly check in, spotless clean room, great location, nice breakfast. Hotel is set up for families and we were a group of friends but wasn't a problem. Enjoyed our weekend at the Katmando and would recommend and stay again.

The scent in the lobby is beautiful. The staff are kind are helpful and the facilities are great. The soft play staff are amazing and so were the snack bar staff in the theme park. The girls on the attractions were also very nice.

I thought the evening entertainment was a little bit late but I know this is normal in Spain.

The staff were amazing, the food wasn't bad but it wasn't great! The park was fun, the activities for children were varied.

Food was repetitive ( but I understand why) the hotel room was very basic, we paid a lot of money for a substandard room. Activities were difficult to find, queued in the wrong place several times as I didn't know where to go. The extra costs for golf and laser game were disappointing, we paid for this hotel thinking everything was included, but it wasn't. Certain other activities were an extra charge (Halloween games) they were fun but I spent an extra €30 that day on entertainment in the hotel. The organisation of the canteen could have been better, it was a bit chaotic at busy times.

Very friendly, clean, entertaining, lots to do, welcoming Children’s entertainment is brilliant - would like to Give Diego an excellent review as my daughter is usually timid and shy to attend kids clubs but he made her feel very comfortable and she wanted to go every day and couldn’t wait to see him at the disco!
