L’emplacement et la vue vers la mer au 6ème étage sur le balcon.

Le mobilier, le sanitaire et le fait qu’on a dû descendre 3 x à la réception pour qu’on nous règle un problème. Chambre nettoyée tous les 3 jours d’après le réceptionniste de jour et personne ne nous l’a dit au C/I.

Zimmerservice hat nicht aufgeräumt und man konnte keine besucher mitnehmen. Personal waren einige unfreundlich, nicht alle.

La posizione della struttura è assolutamente centrale vicino a tutto, distante poco più di 15/20 minuti di macchina dal centro di Palma città. La nostra camera affacciava sulla piscina con tutti gli hotel e palazzi enormi illuminati, molto belle da vedere anche di sera. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile, colazione davvero immensa perché ce n’è per tutti i gusti! Da questo hotel abbiamo raggiunto tantissime calette nascoste di Mallorca, le più distanti erano quelle di 1 ora/1 ora e mezza.

One receptionist Not really Friendy . And the it’s very loud . At 8-9pm the cleaners are very very loud . Out room was next top cleaners Staff room they talk very loud outside and the door they close it like nothing guest in the other room and we can hear it very loud to out room . That’s why we woke up very early and cannot sleep again . And we use to sleep Like 3 or 4 am . And the wake up to early because it’s to loud . It’s happened every day !!

No suelo dejar reseñas a no ser que tenga algo importante que decir y esta vez lo voy a hacer. El trato del personal fue bueno en todo momento pero una de las chicas del desayuno ,(muy alta y rubia) tuvo una atención conmigo que me hizo sentir muy afortunada. La pregunté si disponían de pan sin gluten para hacerme una tostada y me dijo que me la preparaba en 10 min y me sacó una cajita con galletas,cereales, magdalenas... Tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar de un desayuno con las mismas opciones que todos los que iban conmigo,y eso es la primera vez que me pasa cuando salgo fuera, un diez por su empatia y por dar una solución a las personas que tenemos este problema.gracias

La struttura ha una posizione ottima, proprio al centro di Magaluf e nel bel mezzo della movida, gode di tutti i comfort: piscina, sala giochi, angolo per fare tatuaggi e tanto altro. Ci sono stata con il mio fidanzato quest’estate e le nostre aspettative non sono state deluse per niente. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, per qualsiasi informazione hanno sempre cercato di aiutarci e consigliarci. Ho adorato tutto.

Frokosten var skuffende "average".... Ikke min type musikk ble spillt ved bassenget(veldig type "elevator"-musikk). Dette er nok ett minus for de fleste, men høy partyfaktor og musikk ifra naborom om kvelden...Dette var første-etasje hvor normalt unge partysøkende blir plassert sammen( billigste rom med dårligste utsikt e.t.c)

Insectos en la habitación, falta de limpieza en habitaciones, me sentí totalmente engañado con la sorpresa de que el Parking no era gratuito y solo tenían 6 plazas, trato muy desagradable y prepotente por parte de una chica de recepción con gafas y ancha de caderas. Que no haya un microondas disponible por la noche o tarde para calentarse la comida …

L’hotel è senza dubbio bellissimo: la colazione è molto molto ricca e soprattutto variabile e la posizione ottima. La parte delle piscine è senza dubbio la più bella e comoda: quando tornavamo da un’escursione piuttosto che rimanere in camera andavamo a rilassarci in piscina.

L’unica pecca è stata la camera per due ragioni: Il bagno non aveva la porta che lo separava dal resto della stanza e la doccia era totalmente aperta: l’acqua che fuoriusciva mentre ci si lavava andava a finire in un condotto fuori dalla doccia, lasciando tutto il pavimento del bagno costantemente bagnato e scomodo. Inoltre non ci siamo trovati bene per quanto riguarda la pulizia della stanza: non ce l’hanno mai rifatta in 5 giorni se non due volte solo perché ci siamo lamentati noi, inoltre la seconda volta non ci hanno cambiato neanche le lenzuola. Purtroppo questo ci ha fatto storcere un po’ il naso perché ribadisco che l’hotel è davvero un’ottima struttura.

Posizione centrale a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro della movida. Praticamente uscendo dall’hotel si ha tutto a portata di mano.

La poca pulizia delle camere, nonostante gli asciugamani venissero cambiati quotidianamente, e soprattutto la rumorosità eccessiva e continua degli altri ospiti durante la notte. Schiamazzi, voci e rumori nei corridoi fino a tarda notte hanno reso molto difficile dormire e riposare. Un aspetto particolarmente grave, considerando che la struttura si trova in una zona molto frequentata e dovrebbe quindi garantire almeno un adeguato rispetto del riposo notturno.

Recensione Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo! La posizione è strategica: a solo un minuto dal lungomare e perfetta anche per chi vuole godersi la vita notturna. Ad esempio, per andare al BCM non c’è assolutamente bisogno dell’auto. Inoltre, ci sono numerose fermate degli autobus nelle vicinanze, cosa che rende gli spostamenti davvero comodi. Una menzione speciale va alla colazione, semplicemente spettacolare: c’era davvero di tutto, con prodotti freschi e preparati al momento. La piscina era sempre pulita e ben tenuta, mentre il personale è stato eccezionale, gentile e disponibile. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Ritornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gli unici piccoli appunti riguardano gli asciugamani, che purtroppo non venivano cambiati automaticamente ogni giorno. Tuttavia, bastava semplicemente chiederlo alla signora delle pulizie e venivano forniti subito degli asciugamani puliti, quindi il problema era facilmente risolvibile.

The rooms are dirty, the cleaner just chucked the new bedding on the bed in a pile didnt even make the bed.. Flooring was all coming apart with big gaps, speaking of gaps i had to lay a towel down across the front door to block out the light coming through the 2 inch gap.. The noise from 2am to 7am is unbelievable the walls are paper thin (fair enough its magaluf but security could of assisted trying to keep the noise down) beds are 2 single put together with not to good comfort definitely wouldnt stay again.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Do not stay here if you value your safety, sleep, or basic hygiene. Marketed as a relaxing adults-only escape, but the reality is a party hostel with zero soundproofing — you can hear the guest next door using the toilet. Hooligan teenagers scream through the hallways and bang doors until 6am, every night. Staff even went door-to-door disturbing guests to ask for a hairdryer. Worst of all: our room had an undisclosed adjoining door and a window opening onto a "shared" balcony we weren't told about. We found trash on our balcony that wasn't ours, then a man leaned out of the neighbouring window and asked if it was "okay" that the balcony was shared — meaning he could climb straight into our space and see into our room while we slept. My husband was with me, but I would have felt completely unsafe travelling alone. This room is not listed on the website, so this is a very dodgy set up. Guests booking the adjoining room probably expect a balcony, and the only one was ours. On top of that: - No daily housekeeping despite Booking.com listing it as included — staff admitted it's actually every 3rd day - Had to beg for toilet roll every day, they wouldn't restock it - Stained walls, ratty towels full of holes - A cockroach in the breakfast area and another by the pool - Dated rooms badly in need of renovation - Breakfast was lacklustre, but honestly the least of our problems I've stayed at other Meliá hotels before and expected that standard. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and nowhere close to what the brand implies. Take your money elsewhere — a proper chain that actually delivers what it advertises. I will never trust a Meliá property again, and I would never stay here.

Great party center for teenagers and adults who would like to party.

It is not relaxing at all and is in the center of Magaluf where people come to party. The city is filled with trash and this hotel is extremely poor quality. Teenagers were screaming all night, the beds are very cheap, no blankets on the beds, and not a hotel for comfort.

La comodidad de las camas, el desayuno y que había nevera, que en verano se agradece

Si bien estuvimos solo un día y casi no estuvimos en el hotel, es un ambiente demasiado juvenil, con ambiente de fiesta. A la noche se escuchaba mucho cuando llegaban de fiesta a los gritos, si te toca la habitación cerca de los ascensores se escucha todo. Si vas varios días y en pareja, tal vez prefieras un sitio más tranquilo. La playa es de las peorcitas de Mallorca.

В номере были тараканы. Люди бегали и орали до 7 утра, бились в дверь. Тараканы бегали по стене и по полу. Когда выселялись (а мы уехали сразу после 1 ночи, хотя оплатили за 4), нам деньги не вернули, и сказали разговаривать с booking. Прошел месяц, реакции 0. Все видео подтверждение есть, просто к сожалению его нельзя прикрепить к отзыву, только фотографии можно.

Lokacija je bila odlična, hotel je smješten u samom srcu Magalufa, doručak je bio jako dobar i raznolik, blizina plaže i svih sadržaja je odlična. U blizini su također bili jako dobri restorani i kafići. Čitav objekt je bio klimatiziran što je također super.

Osoblje nije bilo baš ljubazno ni susretljivo. Ja razumijem da je sezona i da je gužva u hotelu ali s obzirom na visoku cijenu koju smo platili mislim da smo zaslužili barem smiješak. Nisu nam objasnili ništa što se tiče hotela, sve smo morali sami otkriti. Cijene u baru se nisu podudarale sa cijenama izloženim na njihovim cjenicima. Čistarčice nisu baš održavale sobu pravilno, nisu nam ni jednom promjenile posteljinu u tjedan dana. Samo bi ušle promjenile ručnike, izbacile smeće i otišle.

Pulizia della camera quasi inesistente e poca attenzione ai rumori notturni (altri ospiti urlavano fino a mattina presto e nessuno interveniva), faticando così a dormire.

Personale gentile, ci ha accolto all’una di notte e per qualsiasi cosa sono stati molto disponibili. Struttura completa di tutto, palestra , Ping pong , piscina ed altri giochi. Colazione abbondante completa sia di salato che di dolce e varie bevande. Posizionamento top al centro di magaluf a 5 minuti a piedi dal bcm.

The only positive thing was that we were allowed to check in before the official check-in time, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. This hotel does not feel like a 4-star property. I had spent the rest of my vacation in another 4-star hotel, so the difference was shocking. I booked this hotel only for a few hours because my flight was early the next morning, but I honestly didn’t even want to stay the night. The room was old and poorly maintained. There were gaps in the floor and around the shower where insects were coming from. The photos on the website do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Everything looks much older and more worn out than advertised. The location is good, but that was not enough to make up for the experience. I wish I had simply left my luggage at my previous hotel instead of staying here, because it spoiled my overall impression of Magaluf. Another disappointment was the breakfast. At check-in, we asked if it would be possible to prepare a takeaway breakfast because we had an early flight the next morning. We had also emailed the hotel in advance with this request but never received a reply. At reception, we were simply told to come during breakfast hours and eat there, even though we had to leave for the airport. Even the pool towels were old and heavily worn. I spent only about eight hours at this hotel, and that was more than enough. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, with gaps in the floor and around the shower where insects can be seen. The photos online do not match reality, and everything looks outdated and worn. The pool towels are old and heavily worn. Customer service was also disappointing, as our request for a takeaway breakfast before our early flight was ignored. Apart from the good location and early check-in, there was nothing positive about our stay. The hotel completely ruined my impression of the holiday. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Every single night there were groups of young guests screaming, yelling, slamming doors, running through the hallways, and wrestling at all hours of the night. It was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. I was specifically told at check-in to call extension 9 if there were any problems. I called repeatedly, and no one ever answered. When I finally went to the front desk in person, the staff were standing there chatting instead of addressing the situation. I complained multiple times and even asked to be moved to another room, but nothing was done. An adults-only hotel should provide a peaceful environment, but this hotel failed completely. Management showed little concern for their guests’ comfort, and I left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and disappointed. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. This is not a ADULTS ONLY like described , to be exact it is HULIGANS ONLY out of control young kids. No one offered to do anything about the situation. I do have videos to share , I do not have pictures because those wouldn’t do any justice to the situation. 5 nights of terror , I couldn’t wait to leave.

Schlimmste Erfahrung den ich je gemacht habe , das ist kein Hotel , das ist eher ein Hostel (sogar im Hostel gibt es Regel die hier gar nicht gab ) Geschrei und Musik die ganze Nacht , Teenagers die ganze Nacht trinken und schreien (auch unter drogen). Also wenn nicht 17 ist , kann ich nur abraten hier zu kommen. Hotel Zustand und Sauberkeit sind katastrophal Essen ist auch ganz schlimm (leftover werden jeden Tag von gestern wieder im buffet )

Posizione ottima. Design delle camere molto bello. Colazione (sia dolce che salata) davvero squisita. La chiave della stanza era un bracciale magnetico: sicuramente originale e comodo. Per chi ama tenersi in forma ci sta pure la palestra.

Sono arrivata che la stanza aveva il pavimento sporco e pure gli utensili (bicchieri, tazzine ecc..). Non mi hanno pulito la stanza per 3 giorni su 6.. ho chiesto più volte e solo il giorno prima della partenza hanno pulito.. ho chiesto il rimborso e non mi è stato dato. In più, l'aerea svago (con biliardino ecc) è stata chiusa 2 gg dopo il mio arrivo.

Séjour extrêmement décevant. Durant deux nuits consécutives, nous avons été confrontées à des nuisances sonores extrêmement importantes. Dans les chambres voisines, un groupe d'une dizaine de personnes a fait la fête jusqu'au petit matin avec de la musique à très fort volume, des cris et des allées et venues incessantes dans les couloirs. La situation est devenue particulièrement inquiétante lorsque certaines personnes ont dégradé leur chambre, endommagé des portes et vomi dans les couloirs. Malgré plusieurs appels à la réception pendant la nuit pour signaler ces incidents et demander une intervention, nous n'avons obtenu aucune réponse. Nous avions réservé trois chambres pour passer un séjour reposant et n'avons pratiquement pas dormi pendant deux nuits. Le seul geste commercial proposé a été de conserver une chambre jusqu'à 17h le jour du départ, ce qui ne compense pas les désagréments subis. Très déçues par l'absence de réaction face à une situation aussi grave.

Très bel hôtel ! Le personnel très à l’écoute et l’emplacement est parfait. Tous les commerces à proximité , la plage, les restaurants, et de quoi sortir s’amuser. On peut tout faire à pied.

La piscine du haut jamais nettoyée de l'alcool, partout, les tables collante, pas de bar chacun vient avec sa musique et sa sono. Et ses bouteilles d'alcool et ses packs de bière. Insupportable.

pas de place pour garer la voiture pour décharger les bagages (il n'y a que des places pour les bus) parking payant hotel pas en bord de plage comme indiqué dans le descriptif et photos, la plage est a minimum 500M alors que les photos montrent bar proche plage. la salle de bain serait bien si la cuvette des WC n'était pas collée au lavabo et empêchait de se servir du lavabo correctement belle la douche mais le sol est HYPER GLISSANT mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain hotel situé dans une zone très très animée, nombreux bars et restaurants(très pratique) mais musique à fond toute la journée et les soirs, beaucoup de passages de gens bruyants de ce fait, idem le bord de plage beaucoup de bruit dans l'hotel aussi bien la nuit que le jour

L'état des locaux, l'emplacement ,le petit dejeuner, la piscine du RDC.

L'état de la terrasse du 1er étage avec beaucoup de déchets. Et l'odeur des égouts dans la chambre.

Super lokalizacja w żywym mieście. Bardzo blisko do morza, klimat wokół basenów bardzo przyjemny. Pokoje systematycznie sprzątane. Całodobowa recepcja która służy pomocą. Śniadania bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Klima dobrze chłodzi, nie było żadnego problemu. WiFi działało nawet w pokoju (4 piętro)

Trafiliśmy na robaki w pokoju (parter) ale po szybkiej interwencji i rozmową z pracownikiem na recepcji dostaliśmy nowy pokój na 4 piętrze i było o wiele lepiej bez żadnych robaków z pięknym widokiem na basen i morze.

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo hotel e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto della colazione è varia e buona, con prodotti freschi e sia opzioni dolci sia salate. La posizione è davvero comoda, vicina al mare e alle principali attrazioni, ideale per muoversi a piedi. Le camere sono ampie. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli. Ottimo anche il Breeza Beach: l’accesso al lido è facile e l’organizzazione è curata — perfetto per rilassarsi.

Le addette alle pulizie hanno rifatto il letto solo una volta in tutto il soggiorno. La camera avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione: arredi e finiture mostrano segni di usura e il comfort ne risente. Durante le ore di riposo la situazione è peggiorata: a qualsiasi ora della notte gruppi di ragazzi e ragazze rientravano facendo molto rumore, urlando, schiamazzando e sbattendo le porte, spesso apparentemente in stato di ebbrezza; questo ha reso il riposo quasi impossibile. Abbiamo prenotato la vacanza a gennaio e chiesto esplicitamente una camera ai piani alti, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che non era possibile perché “i piani alti sono pieni” — deludente vista la prenotazione fatta con largo anticipo.
