Rien est inclus avec l'hôtel il faut tout payer à côté, piscine a vagues pour les enfants 35 euros !!!! Piscine lagon only adulte ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel non plus, transat pour la plage... Une seule piscine pour tout ce monde est en plus fermée à 19h en Espagne en plein mois d'août c'est inadmissible

I loved the first impression, the welcoming by the staff. Really friendly, managed the early checking as well. The location of the hotel is very frequent, easy to reach everything from it. You can go to the beach which is 50m away from the back door. It was right at the party zone but from the hotel room we heard nothing, which was really surprising.

I did not like the fact we could not spend there enough time, but it is our fault not the hotel's fault. Maybe a welcome drink would be nice, but withouth it was still perfect place to stay!

Funcionários extremamente gentis.

Café da manhã extremamente repetitivo, sem muita qualidade. Os legumes e frutas expostas no dia anterior, era colocada novamente sem ao menos conferir se não tinha estava estragado.

A pesar de tener las ventanas insonorizada se escuchaba la música de la calle. La cama del tercer ocupante era bastante incomoda, nada que ver con las otras dos.

Die Lage war am Meer ganz gut, das Frühstück war ziemlich gut.

Das Schwimmbad war leider nicht sauber.. ist auch für Kinder nicht ganz gut geeignet.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Personal war immer freundlich Lage war Top, direkt am Strand Pool war angenehm Zimmer war sauber Badetücher wurden täglich ausgewechselt sehr cooler Meerblick gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen am mittag/abend in der umgebung

Als wir ankamen, hatte es keinen Parkplatz vom Hotel zur Verfügung... mussten in einem öffentlichem Parkhaus parken (5 Gehminuten entfernt), obwohl ich im voraus das Hotel informiert habe, dass wir einen Parkplatz benötigen! Liegen beim Hotel mussten noch bezahlt werden! Im Zimmer war es sehr hellhörig! Wir konnten sogar hören was im Nebenzimmer gesprochen wurde. Jede Zimmertüre kracht extrem laut zu, dies ist im ganzen Stock im Zimmer zu hören! Brot beim Frühstück wurde nicht aufgefüllt, sehr knappe auswahl, es gab auch keine Brot Körbchen oder kleine Gefässe für Konfi/Nutella/Honig Zuckersticks im Zimmer waren noch offen vom Vorgänger sowie Popcorn welches in der Mikrowelle lag! Die dusche fiel fast auseinander! Handtuchstange fiel fast ab im Bad. WC-Ring rutsche immer weg, war nicht angemacht! Preisleistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst für diese 4 Nächte, wir fanden wir haben für all die Probleme oder knappe Ausstattung, knappes Frühstück und ungünstige Parksituation zu viel bezahlt.

Les possibilités pour les intolérances sont multiples! chambre spacieuse avec coin cuisine. Mise à disposition quotidienne et gratuite de petites bouteilles d’eau plate et gazeuse.

Chambre malheureusement mal insonorisée et avec l’incivilité de certaines personnes en pleine nuit, les nuits sont compliquées.

Es sind rundherum Clubs und die Musik dröhnt bis 3 Uhr Nachts! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und einfach gehalten. Sehr kleines Bad, alles sehr abgenutzt!

The lobby on 1st floor not connected to ground floor + the breakfast being outside of the hotel and the beach club wasnt part of the hotel.

A terasz, a tenger közelsége, a SURF és az ágy is kénywlmes volt. A reggeli finom volt, bőséges választék.

Hotel ma dziwne strefy za które okazało sie ze trzeba płacić np.basen dla dorosłych do tej strefy trzeba zapłacić za leżaki tak samo przy głównym basenie trzeba płacić za podwójne leżaki, żeby wieczorem przejść nad morze trzeba przejść przez restauracje która nie należy do hotelu . Staff na śniadaniach to porażka zero uśmiechu wogle staff w hotelu nie byl zbyt frendly a najgorsze bylo to ze zgłosiliśmy ze wyjeżdżamy rano i czy jest szansa żeby przygotowano nam śniadanie wczesniej niestety odmówiono bo zgłosiliśmy to niby zbyt późno a zgłosiliśmy dzień wcześniej wieczorem wiec nie bylo to w porządku tym bardziej ze zapłaciliśmy za dobę wraz ze śniadaniem.

Regarding to the personal respon, overall problems with the room was not solved: water was spilling everywhere in the bathroom, also air ventilation was not working. Overall room must be renovated and completed: place for picture was, but no picture; door to the bathroom was with fractures and mildew. Furniture was broken in some places and dirty.

Проживали в отеле с 27-го августа по 1-ое сентября. 2 взрослых + 2 ребёнка. Номер Люкс The Beach House, вид на море, который больше похож даже не на полулюкс а на стандарт. Порванные шторы, отваливающиеся розетки и т.д. Несмотря на описание номера на букинге в номере отсутствовали кухонные приборы (были только две маленькие ложки, 2 чашки, стаканы и открывашка), духовка, тарелки... т.е. поесть было нечем. При заселении сказали что мини бар будет пополняться каждый день пивом, водой, и софтдринком... По факту, пополняли только водой (4 бутылки по пол литра). Не понятно зачем так портить репутацию, из-за копеечных напитков. Комната детей не имела окна на улицу (окно выходило в коридор). SMART TV тоже нет. Утюга в номере нет. Шезлонги непосредственно возле бассейна по 60 евро за день. Сам бассейн довольно маленький. Искусственная волна 30 евро/час. Цена НЕ соответствует качеству. Рекомендовать в таких условиях однозначно не могу.

Sehr nahe am Strand und der Pool sehr gut für Kinder. Auch das Frühstück konnte man gut variieren.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und trotz eines sehr tiefen Schlafes hat uns jedes Türschliessen aus den Schlaf gerissen.

Struttura no da hotel ma da appartamento visto che ci sono altri appartamenti privati. Sul Balcone no potevi uscire soprattutto la sera perché saliva l’odore sgradevole della cucina del ristorante. Inoltre riuscivi a sentire i vicini nella camera accanto. Al reception personale poco professionale soprattutto al check-in.

Obiekt był brudny. Bardziej przypominał akademik studencki niż motel a co dopiero hotel ****. Nasz budynek wyglądał jak typowy stary blok mieszkalny z lat 90’. Nie było kamer, recepcja była w części hotelu gdzie znajdowały się tylko prywatne apartamenty. Do naszej części można było wejść z różnych stron, nikt nic nie sprawdzał, bo nikogo z personelu tam nie było. Zero bezpieczeństwa! Klimatyzacja to jakiś żart! No a w łazience kilkanaście malutkich mrówek. Szok! Ściany brudne. Popękane i zachlapane. W łazience … (patrz moje zdjęcia). D R A M A T!

Excellent location in the centre of action. They had great rooms with kitchenette which was brilliant for lunches and drinks before going out.

Breakfast was not very nice - would have liked more choice and better cooked. The size of the pool was a bit small.

Troppo rumore nei corridoi e si sente in stanza. Cani che abbaiano e bambini che urlano , ad ogni ora Tanto fiscali con la colazione, alle 10:31 non ho potuto bere il caffè perché alle 10:30 chiudeva, anche pagandolo non c’è stato verso.

C’était un bon hotel, bien organisé et propre

Jó reggeli, nagy választék. 12ig kell kicsekkolni reggeli után még lehet egyet fürödni, tökéletes. minden tiszta, csodálatos a part, nagyon közel van! a szálloda medencéje is teljesen gyerekbarát, élveztük.

good location, beach, and all other...restaurant in morning or evening. i enjoyed the private party as well. we had fun on the beach. playing volley or water sports, sailing with couch, flying

but only one waiter spoiled one of my days by not allowing me to drink the coffee on swimming till 10am. room had a very small bathroom with less space to store bath necessities. during the private party were not allowed to use the swimming pool or access alleys to promenade...that was very strange! breakfast coffee need some improvement. morning bread options shall be improved.

We had a wonderful stay. Great hotel with comfortable rooms, amazing sea views, and a perfect location near the main restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. We would gladly return.

One area for improvement would be the terrace and bar opening hours. They did not open until 10:00 a.m., and I would have appreciated having the bar open earlier so I could enjoy an espresso in the morning while taking in the view.

Great food at the beach side

Lower ground bar and wave entertainment belong to a different owner, st extra charges. Communication was confusing and visuals implied these were part of the amenities.

Bruyant et mal insonorisé.je ne savais pas que l endroit est plus festif que familial (rue de boites de nuit et club masculin en bas de l hotel). La piscine extrêmement petite.Meme celle réservée aux adultes.

Que estaba frente a la playa

Personnel accueillant et serviable hôtel soigné lits grands et confortables. Équipements récents et modernes.

L'accès à la piscine est géré par une société à part. La réception donne des informations contradictoires. On a voulu réserver un lit payant à 60 euros mais la dame de la piscine a refusé alors que 3 lits étaient disponibles et le sont restés toute la journée. La piscine est miniscule. L'eau y est trouble. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la plage mais il n'y avait pas de plage liée à l'hôtel. Nous espérions donc avoir une bonne expérience à la piscine mais celle ci était médiocre. Les transats de la partie adulte sont payants (190 euros le set) pour un service inexistant. Bref. Au prix de l'hôtel on a été habitués à des services bien plus haut standings. Je n'y retournerai pas. La douche et les toilettes dans la chambre étaient en fuite permanente. L'eau coulait toute la nuit.

Hôtel propre, le personnel est gentils mais pas pro actif.

Nous étions 2 adultes et un ado de 14 ans dans la suite beach face à la mer. Mon fils avait un petit lit d'appoint, ses pieds dépassés et le lit grincé à chaque fois qu'il bougeait. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la deuxième chambre du fond coté route. Nous en avons parlé à la réception, aucun changement. Pour finir, la chambre au dessus de la notre appartient à un propriétaire privé qui a loué toute la semaine en AIRBNB. De jeunes très bruyants qui rentrés entre 4h à 6h du matin tous les jours. Ils parlaient très fort, bougeaient les chaises et les meubles. Une petit piscine pour tout l'hôtel, l'autre piscine était interdite au moins de 18 ans donc nous ne pouvions pas y aller. Le gens déposent leur serviette le soir ou le matin tot pour réserver des transats gratuits ce qui fait que aucun transat gratuit disponible à partir de 10h. Si vous partez en activité le matin et que vous voulez profiter sur un transat à l'hotel l'après midi, ce n'est pas possible.

Honnêtement l’hôtel est vieillissant très cher pour son prix. Petit dej horrible. Les gens ne respecte pas.

Literie catastrophique Il était annoncé « maison sur plage » on s’est retrouvé dans une simple chambre au deuxième étage avec vue partiel sur plage. Cet hôtel ne dispose d’aucune maison sur plage. Ménage dans la chambre catastrophique ! Pas de changement de drap, coup de ballet passe rapidement, miette et sable retrouvée à plusieurs reprise. Petit déjeuner désastreux. Mur des chambres extrêmement fin, on entendait le voisin ronfler ! Sans compter le nombre de boîte de nuit à proximité, donc impossible de dormir jusqu’à 6-7h du matin.

Masificado, poco cuidado, difícil encontrar hamacas en la zona de piscina, mala gestión en el desayuno donde costaba mucho encontrar mesa limpia, distribución poco cómoda.

Lokalita velmi dobra, ranajky boli uzasne, vedeli sme si vybrat :) Personal mily s ochotou pomoct. Nemali sme hlucnu ulicu a ani susedov ako v inych recenziach. Izba bola orientovana na boku s malickym vyhladom na more. Bazen bol cisty, poobede trochu viac mutny, ale dalo sa. Vyuzivali sme hlavne more, ktore je na skok od hotela. Pre tych nie extra narocnych vrelo odporucame :)

Läget var fantastiskt med havet ett stenkast bort. Personalen var trevlig.

Jag tyckte mindre bra om det faktum att en av poolerna som visades vid bokningen bara var tillgänglig mot extra betalning och även endast för vuxna. Detta framgick inte tydligt vid bokningen. Frukosten upplevde vi också lite rörig med mycket folk och få lediga platser.

La chambre était spacieuse et la vue sur mer est magnifique. La décoration de l’hôtel est superbe et le personnel est très accueillant, agréable et sympathique. La piscine à débordement est magnifique et la vue sur la mer est splendide. Seul bémol, lors de ma réservation je n’ai pas vu écrit que la piscine (jacuzzi) était réservée exclusivement aux adultes.. je n’ai pas pu y accéder avec mes enfants

Nel bagno c’era odore di chiuso/fogna. Un giorno non sono passati per pulire la camera, seppur avessimo messo il segno che chiede il rifacimento della camera. Notato che le lenzuola non venivano cambiate ma semplicemente veniva rifatto il letto.

Hotel have 2 pools on picture, but one of pools is private and the guests can not use it, its payed pool and private zone...This is really nasty feeling.... Outside on the pool of hotel there is also paid zone, you must pay for beds!

Hotel je hneď pri mori, bolo to čisté, vybavenie a služby perfektné, upratovanie perfektné, personál veľmi milý. Izba bola dostatočne veľká, postel super. Uteráky dostupné pri bazéne na každý deň čisté.

Na ubytovaní mi chýbal príbor aspoň na základné veci ako rozkrojenie ovocia (kuchynka síce bola, ale nevybavená) Dvere izby ako aj steny izby trošku tenšie a bolo počuť
