La decoración del hotel es muy moderna y bonita. La piscina es una pasada y, en general, todo estuvo muy bien. Es un hotel agradable y con un ambiente muy cuidado. 😊

Como punto negativo, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena había poca variedad. Además, para las personas con alergias o intolerancias al gluten, las opciones eran bastante limitadas y no había mucha variedad de productos sin gluten.

Es ist zwar sehr haustierfreudlich, aber 40 € pro Tag für einen 4 Kg Hund finde ich sehr übertrieben

Zelo dobra lokacija, cena je primerna za vse kar ti ponujajo. Osebje je zelo prijazno in pozorno. Recepcija je vedno tu za nasvete glede taxija, ogledov,... Praznoval sem rojstni dan in so me zelo razveselili z okrašeno sobo in vinom.

Hotel très bien situé, tout près du front de mer, le personnel est très disponible et serviable, les chambres sont très bien entretenues, la piscine est magnifique, j ai vraiment beaucoup aimé mon séjour 🤗

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel spricht alle Altersklassen an – besonders angenehm, dass kaum Kinder anwesend waren, sodass wir uns wunderbar entspannen konnten. Der Pool ist schlicht grandios und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht – perfekt zum Abkühlen und Träumen. Man ist wirklich in weniger als 2 Minuten am Strand, ideal für spontane Strandtage. Die Umgebung überzeugt zusätzlich: zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe laden zum Erkunden ein. Der Service im Hotel ist ausgesprochen gut – aufmerksam, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. In der Nacht ist es nicht ganz still, aber auch nicht störend laut, sodass man gut schlafen kann, wenn man sich danach sehnt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und vielseitig, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen!

La ubicación y amplitud de la habitación.

La limpieza y la poca profesionalidad de algún/a empleado/a. Al llegar, nos encontramos una habitación muy sucia, avisamos a recepción y como era de esperar, la típica frases sin mucha empatía "lamentamos la situación, ahora subiremos a repasarla". Con la misma bayeta limpiaron las tazas de café y nevera (quisera saber también de dónde provenía..) Vimos también la taza del Wc sucia de los huéspedes anteriores y llegaron a preguntarme las de la limpieza que qué quería que repasaran más.. "Pues oye, no sé..Quizás el baño completo, no?" En mi segunda queja, subió una chica, dícese la de guardia, NÚRIA, quien con interés e intención de hacer las cosas bien, nos dejó la habitación limpia. Gracias Núria. Hemos estado una semana a un coste de 1500€, creo que un baño y una nevera limpia, debería ser lo mínimo.

Location is great. Fabulous rooftop pools with views. Food at breakfast is varied and plentiful with lovely fresh fruit - lots of choice.

One of the lifts was out of action for entire stay. The hotel was quite busy so waiting for a lift took ages. We ended up taking the stairs instead which was tiring when it was so hot. The pool bed service is poor - we had to open our own umbrellas for shade, move sunbeds etc ourselves. The rooftop pool is a fabulous space but it’s looking a bit tired with wobbly / loose floor tiles which is dangerous.

La piscine, le petit déjeuner est très varié et succulent, tout le personnel très gentil et serviable . Ma deuxième année dans l'établissement et j'ai passé un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé proche de la plage , bars, restaurants et magasins ...pour le soir pas de nuisances sonores ,

- The rooftop pool was quite nice. - The hotel is extremely close to the sea. You can be at the beach within just a few minutes. It was a lovely way to start the day. - The room had a laptop-sized safe and a Nespresso coffee machine. - The staff at reception were polite.

- One of the elevators was out of order throughout our entire stay. This caused serious congestion when trying to reach the upper floors, and it was never repaired. - The breakfast was by far the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. I regretted paying for breakfast for the entire stay in advance. It was extremely crowded, the glasses always had an unpleasant smell, and the coffee was bad. - The sea view from the room was very disappointing. I think we were given one of the rooms with the poorest sea view in this room category. - There was almost no soundproofing at all. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, as well as all the noise from the corridor.

O café da manhã é muito bom (diversas opções). A localização do hotel é muito boa, praticamente beira mar, piscina na cobertura muito boa. De maneira geral, muito bom, inclusive para nós que estávamos com um pequeno cachorro.

Se vc estiver de carro, o parking é público (20€ dia). Deveria ser no máximo 10€ para quem se hospeda no hotel. Cobram 40€/dia se vc levar seu cachorro (então se vc ficar muitos dias, o valor será alto). Na minha opinião, acredito que deveria ser 20€/dia (quando se trata de um cachorro pequeno).

Чудовий готель, зручне розміщення в кількох хвилинах ходьби від пляжу. Ми брали сніданки та вечері, по відгуках були готові що вечері «слабкі», але були приємно вражені. Кожного вечора різноманітна кухня, смачно, тільки напоїв не вистачало, але для Європи це стандарт :) З задоволенням повернемось в цей готель знову. Дякую 🫶🏻

Frühstück und Lage und das Zimmer mit den Betten war top. Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet und Reception und die Putzcrew Zimmerreinigung waren sehr freundlich. Der DJ am Infinity Pool war freundlich und der Lounge Sound war toll.

Der Rooftop pool war leider etwas heruntergekommen, lose Bodenplatten, sehr heiss so dass man nicht Barfuss darauf gehen konnte, Personal auf dem Rooftop nicht sehr freundlich und mehr mit dem persönlichen Handy beschäftigt..... kamen nie vorbei um drinks zu bestellen - wollten bei der ersten Liegereihen Fotos machen und etwas sitzen - es hatte kein Reserviert Schilder bei dieser Liege und wurden da obwohl wir Hotelgäste sind sehr ruppig und unfreundlich "verscheucht". Auch die Schilder oben an der Poolbar sind abgeschossen von der Sonne und der Lack auf den Poolside Möbeln abgeblättert.....

Osoblje je bilo pristojno i pristupačno. Doručak je bio odličan – vrlo ukusan i kvalitetan, s dobrim izborom hrane. Soba nas je posebno ugodno iznenadila jer je bila jako velika i prostrana. Veliki plus je i to što se svaki dan besplatno dobivaju gazirana i negazirana voda u hladnjaku u sobi. Rooftop bazen izgleda jako lijepo i definitivno je jedan od atraktivnijih dijelova hotela, iako nažalost nismo stigli dovoljno uživati u njemu. Lokacija je odlična ako ste mlađi i dolazite zbog izlazaka i zabave. Hotel se nalazi u Magalufu, u neposrednoj blizini plaže, a oko hotela ima jako puno barova, restorana i drugih sadržaja. Sve je praktički na nekoliko minuta hoda.

Hotel nema besplatan parking, pa ako dolazite automobilom treba računati na dodatni trošak od otprilike 20 € dnevno za parking u obližnjoj garaži. Također, s obzirom na cijenu noćenja, očekivala sam nešto više sadržaja u kupaonici. Nije bilo osnovnog kozmetičkog seta poput štapića za uši, četkice i paste za zube, niti ogrtača i papuča. Soba je općenito bila čista i uredna, ali pod u sobi nije bio dovoljno čist, što je bilo malo razočaravajuće. Doručak je bio odličan, međutim večera je bila osjetno manje raznolika i izbor hrane mogao bi biti bolji. Također, dio osoblja bi mogao poraditi na komunikaciji na engleskom jeziku

Die Lage war sehr schön und die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns auch der tolle Frühstücksraum gefallen, da man bei schönem Wetter auch draußen sitzen konnte. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

lokalizacja i bliskość do plaży, która była ładna, szeroka i dość czysta. Recepcja z uprzejmym personelem i miłym, pięknie pachnącym wnętrzem.

Spędziłam w tym hotelu 7 nocy wraz z dorosłymi córkami i mamą. Na pewno tam nie wrócę. Hałas : wszędzie. dookoła hotelu i w hotelu. Wrzucanie brudnych sztućcy do metalowych pojemników i wyrzucanie ich w stołówce przez personel dawał dźwięki nie do zniesienia. Hałas i krzyki z sąsiednich pokoi w nocy budziły nas nie raz. Przy naszej części hotelu (czyli nie głównej z recepcja) prowadzone były jakieś prace: niewiarygodne, że robotnicy mogą tak głośno wrzeszczeć. Pełno ludzi dookoła hotelu wałęsających się dzień i noc oczywiście hałasując. Stołówka: klejące się blaty stołów...samoobsługa w zakresie nakrycia stołu i zorganizowania sobie sztućcu - każdego dnia przy każdym posiłku. Jedzenie: wiadomo śniadania zawsze to samo, często zdarzały się skiśnięte owoce lub inne nieświeże produkty, kolacje - każdego dnia jakieś nowości ale czasem smaczne a czasem nie do zjedzenia. Smród na stołówce dochodzący albo z wyrzucanych i gnijących produktów albo z kanalizacji, nie wiem, ale to nie było przyjemne. I wszystko wszędzie dodatkowo płatne. Oprócz leżaków i ręczników na jedynym hotelowym basenie na dachu. Napoje do kolacji również.

Gli asciugamani avevano un odore cattivo. Per la sistemazione della camera ci mettevano più di mezza giornata, in modo da non poter usufruire a pieno della stanza, per noi viaggiando con il cane è stato un disagio. Ascensori sporchi e non sempre funzionanti. La colazione ci ha lasciato perplessi, alle 9 alcuni prodotti erano già finiti.

La posizione top per chi come noi ama la movida, la piscina spettacolare e il personale molto capace e pronto a servirti in qualsiasi momento, prima di andare via ci hanno permesso di fare la doccia in palestra non essendo disponibili le docce di cortesia perché piene. Il personale un 10/10

Forse c’è da migliorare un po la cena visto che a meno che non arrivi quando il cibo è appena uscita dalla cucina si raffredda molto velocemente il pasto. Inoltre il fatto di pagare per una bottiglia di acqua 5€ mi sembra un po esagerato visto i prezzi delle camere però non è una cosa brutta ma semplicemente ciò che magari non mi aspettavo.

Es hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen. Angefangen von der wirklich sehr gut besetzten Rezeption über die sehr sauberen und tollen Zimmer bis hin zum Frühstücksbuffet.

Es gab nur einen kleinen Kritikpunkt. Man durfte kein eigenes Essen mit an den Pool nehmen. Das ist mit Kindern dann schon etwas schwierig wenn die zwischendurch mal was Essen wollen.

Fatalne windy, nie dają poczucia bezpieczeństwa. Jadą bardzo wolno i głośno.

A mio parere una delle strutture migliori di magaluf. Molto grande e ben organizzata. Consiglio alcuni investimenti per migliorare alcune finiture come ad esempio il pavimento della terrazza.

Assolutamente in disaccordo sull’obbligo di pagare una bottiglia di acqua naturale per la cena. Disponendo di un pacchetto di mezza pensione è impensabile dover pagare ogni sera aggiuntivamente 5€ per una singola bottiglia di acqua. Non è stato nemmeno possibile portarla dall’esterno.

Lage ist sehr gut, da es sehr nahe dem Strand ist. Gute Restaurants an der Strandpromenade einfach zu erreichen. Pool auf der Dachterrasse hat einen gigantischen Ausblick sowohl in die Berge als auch aufs Meer. Allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse eine reine Katastrophe, wenn man zum schlafen auch im vierten Stock die Fenster offen hat. Man hört morgens die Müllabfuhr und das Tummeln auf den Straßen. Die laute Leuchtgeräuschkulisse zieht sich hin, auch im Frühstücksraum. Bei voller Belegung des Hotels ist das Frühstück eine Zumutung, da man sich hin wie in einer Fabrikhalle vorkommt, sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist allerdings sehr gut.

Checkin hat sehr lange gedauert. Keine persönliche Note.

Even though transport is perfect, I wish Magaluf was closer to Mallorca, but there are plenty of things to do in Magaluf too

A localização, a simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários da recepção, dos nadadores salvadores da piscina e das empregadas da limpeza. O quarto: dimensões e organização; os pequenos mimos que tinha como água, e outras bebidas no frigorífico; existência de microondas e do próprio frigorífico. O pequeno almoço e a piscina do piso 5 que são óptimos.São bastante disponíveis para fornecer toalhas (quer de banho quer de praia). Após check out podemos usufruir da piscina e zona para tomar banho e vestir de cortesia (só tinamos avião ao fim do dia).

O jantar: pouca carne e peixe; as coisas acabam (tínhamos de chegar cedo) e existia pouca reposição; a comida não é “consensual” (é diferente daquilo que será mais “normal”: não tinha, sopas, arroz, muito pouca proteína (carne, peixe,…) e a existente é confeccionada essencialmente à base de “panado” frito ou ensopado. As bebidas pagam-se, mas os funcionários quase não existem para as pedirmos. Faltam coisas (quando lá estive tive 2 dias sem azeite e mesmo pedindo disseram que acabou), acabou o beef ( não repuseram ),… O quarto onde estivemos era virado para a rua e pouco insonorizado (ouve-se barulho de festa toda a noite).

Durch den unebenen Boden im Zimmer blieb der Sand darin hängen und hat sich oft schmutzig angefühlt obwohl er sauber war es war halt nur Sand in den Rillen.

The hotel is in a great location in Mallorca, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The beach is just a short walk away, and it is clean, well maintained, with sun loungers available. The hotel is very well maintained and kept clean. There is also a beautiful rooftop pool, which was one of the highlights of our stay and a great place to relax.

The only downside was the dinner. The menu was very limited, the food was the same every day, and there was not much choice. I would not recommend booking the dinner option, as there are many excellent cafés and restaurants nearby offering much better food.

Bella posizione ottimo hotel e anche bella piscina

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéalement bien situé a Magaluf, le personnel de l'hôtel est tres accueillant et disponible. Nous avons apprécier d'avoir pu parler différentes langues avec le personnel. Mention spéciale a Sergio le barman de la piscine qui nous a confectionner de magnifiques cocktails sans alcool. C'était mon 2ieme séjour dans cet hôtel et tres certainement pas le dernier.

En demi-pension aucune boisson n'est inclus, meme pas de l'eau. Aussi en comparant a d'autres hôtels de la meme zone, le buffet ne propose pas beaucoup de choix de repas, aussi une seule sorte de poisson etait proposé et jamais frit. Dans le mini bar de la chambre une seule boisson non alcoolisé etait proposé par jour contre 2 bières et 2 bouteilles d'eau, hors nous étions 2 dans la chambre. Il va de soi que les boissons doivent etre proposé aux nombres de personnes dans la chambres. Question piscine, ayant prit la chambre "la maison sur la plage", nous n'avons quand meme pas eu droit a un transat face a la mer... ceux ci étant réserver aux clients du shallow club (donc payant) donc malgré que l'ont monte dans le standing de la chambre aucun aménagement spécifique n'est mit en place pour l'occupant.

Неплохие завтраки, отель в хорошем расположении, сотрудники хорошие, только была единственная на завтраке, когда мы пришли за пол часа до окончания она нам сказала завтраки закончены уходите, было не очень приятно, нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд, кондиционер хорошо работал, уборка была каждый день, в целом все было неплохо, на твердую 7ку , локация очень хорошая

Не понравилось, что номер очень уставшие, я бы даже сказала порой убитые, стулья подтертые, видно что мебель очень дешевая и быстро износилась, но в целом все было чисто, еще было постельное в пятнах

Gostamos muito do tamanho do quarto e de todas as funcionalidades do mesmo. Pagamos o quarto com vista para o mar, e apesar de a nossa vista não ter sido diretamente para o mar, era muito boa na mesma.

Os hospedes do hotel apenas podiam usar certas espreguiçadeiras da zona da piscina. Nem todas as espreguiçadeiras são gratuitas, principalmente as que têm melhor vista. Esse foi um dos pontos menos positivos. Além disso, a fruta do pequeno almoço não era muito boa.

Great hotel, very central location, nice and very clean rooms, Swimming pool on the roof is amazing! Really chill atmosphere there. Beach just 2min walk. Everything is around. We liked it!

Half board not worth buying. Breakfast was good. But Dinner was very very minimal. Very little choice. Dinner could be better.

Не сподобалась їжа, дуже малий асортимент, це не дешевий готель, але меню геть замале, а на басейні дуже дорого купляти їжу. Ми ходили в ресторани там було дуже смачно і ціна адекватна.

Frühstückraum ist relativ klein und sehr laut. An den Aufzügen kommt es zu Wartezeiten. Es lässt sich kein Dauerticket für das Parkhaus kaufen - man zahlt jedes Mal am Automaten.

I stayed her with 3 family members in July- it was my first time in Mallorca. The hotel was lovely, modern and spacious. It is in a great location and just opposite the beach, with many restaurants nearby on the promenade. The hanging pool is amazing and there are actually 2 on the roof. Lots of space for sunbeds. There are no handrails getting into the pools at either end which was a bit dangerous and for sunbeds in the middle or with the best view you had to pay extra. Our sea view room was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Clean, nice room and staff were lovely. Check in staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool is the rooftop which is an amazing area with a fantastic feature pool however you have to pay to 30 Euro's for sun loungers, and there is only a small section whereby guests can access a free sun lounger, when it’s busy getting a lounger will be difficult. For most of our stay the loungers were reserved but no one showed up to use them extremely disappointed and no Mention of the sun lounger Charge prior to booking my stay.
