Very minimalistic . Modular furniture, didn’t even have a draw to put things in . Huge parking area? Did not have any little green space, sit outside, no flowers. The whole structure of the building , view from all rooms is the parking ? Across the street is the ocean ? Should have little walk out with garden /chairs especially if u have dog . Had to walk through whole hotel to get out ! And why is whole pool only 3’ deep? Can’t swim in it ?

The photos were probably when it was newly renovated. The place was a lot more run down and beat up in reality. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfy but the bedsheets had stains on it. It was in a good location and parking was free. However, I don't think I'll be staying here again.

Pool a bit cool

Location is close to the beach and paradise mini golf. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. The AC worked nicely in the heat. The breakfast was fantastic especially for young kids. The pool was nice.

It was a surprise to me that housekeeping in the morning had to be requested in advance by completing a form to specify what you wanted updated. There was no note in the room to explain this, nor was it communicated upon check in. The floors throughout the room and bathroom were not clean, as our socks and kids feet became dirty quickly. There was limited closet space as it has been turned into the fridge/coffee station. The tv remote sensor had issues.

The motel was well run.

The advertisement made it feel it was right on the beach that is why we choose it. To our disappointment it was not. It was misleading. We wanted a place overlooking the beach. This was across from the beach. We would diffinately bring our car next time. No bus serice at the ferry at Duke Point.

Our room was spacious and clean and large TV!

Frühstücksbereich sehr überlaufen und hatte zu wenig Platz für die vielen Gäste. Wir haben uns dann ins Freie nach draußen gesetzt, wo es jedoch kalt und zugig war.

If you’re an adult looking to relax in the hot tub – forget about it kids screaming pretty much the entire day. Would be nice to have at least one hour in the evenings for adults only in the pool area.

Thankyou for breakfast but Aussies/europeans prefer healthier brekky options…Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit, museli etc, as is the usual in Nth America. Minor issue for 1 night stay

The bed was great, the main room overall was good the breakfast was good other than better tables to small for four people only really good for two. Get rid of the couch area and put more tables in there to accommodate the crowd.

Bathroom needed work wasn't finished in the shower stall and the door was in terrible condition. You pool is dirty and the hot tub. More effort into keeping it clean is needed.

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, and the breakfast was good, I wanted to go to the pool but I wasn't feeling great so I didn't go into the pool.

Issues in the kitchen caused no cooked food options. Sausages hashbrowns and scrambled eggs were available the first two mornings but not the last two. Also lots of spilled or leaked oil in parking lot there was an actual puddle in the reserved parking space.

Not much of anything that was exceptional value

The breakfast was same everyday which was boring. The unit washroom not working properly, no fan and wobbly toilet seat. No table and chair to play games or eat food.

I liked the hot tub, and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all very kind and welcoming.

The breakfast was nice with variety of options. The pool and the hot tub was a nice added bonus, and we were pleased to know about it on our arrival.

The TV channels were very limited, and on our first night the pillows were quite high and not very comfortable to sleep on. Fortunately for our second night, we found the sleeping arrangment to be much comfortable.

It was clean overall, free parking, nice staff, ok location for a one night stay on the road. Have a small pool kids really enjoyed and even a small fitness center with a few cardio machines and some weights. Breakfast was ok to fuel you for the way.

Something was off with the smell. Like it had years of dampness in the walls and/or carpets causing a stuffy Oder throughout the entire building. The room had the same smell and was very stuffy and warm even with AC, don't want to know what it would be like if it were really hot out.

Im Badezimmer wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass man aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes nicht jeden Tag die Handtücher wechseln soll. Aber beim Frühstück gab es dann nur Plastikbesteck und teilweise auch Wegwerf-Teller und -Becher. Das passt nicht zusammen. Das Zimmer war hellhörig. In unserer letzten Nacht hat um 1 Uhr morgens jemand mehrfach irgendwo geklopft und Türen zugeschmissen. Außerdem war es nie komplett dunkel im Zimmer, weil entweder vom Flur oder durchs Fenster immer Licht eindrang.

Kein Gemeinschafts- oder Aufenthaltsraum bzw. keine Sitzecke im Zimmer. Insofern war man gezwungen irgendwo anders hin zu gehen. Betrifft uns explizit, da wir insgesamt länger unterwegs waren und man sich gerne kleine Verschnaufpausen gönnen würde.

La verdad fue todo excelente, estaba muy bien ubicado por lo que nos permitió visita varios lugares cercanos sin tener que maejar demasiado. La habitación era sumamente cómoda y lo mejor era llegar al hot tub después de un largo día. El desayuno es excelente y el personal también, todos muy amables, nos ayudaron con indicaciones y resolcieron todas nuestras dudas. Excelente lugar

No room clean up daily!!!!! Have to tell front desk if you want We had so many towels in our room, bed not made for a few days Asked for clean up, maids did not come that day, then they were all gone.

What could have been better would be the staff not accusing me of smoking in my room the day I rebooked and then got told I couldn’t. According to the policy and procedures of this establishment of there is a complaint of smoking in a room it is to be checked immediately not a day or two later.

Dissatisfied with no protein choice at breakfast. Was told by staff that they only have a protein choice after April. That makes no sense. Have not encountered this at other establishments. .The pool was incredibly dirty the 2nd day we were there. .Our bed was fairly uncomfortable. We requested a full clean on our room and no vacuuming was done.

Super friendly staff; clean rooms with comfy beds; clean hall and entrance lobby; decent continental breakfast; inexpensive stay, convenient location; a cool, clean, well equipped gym.

The pool was too shallow for an adult to swim conformably, hot tub seemed a bit musty smelling when we'd start the bubbles - the pool area was a bit too warm for my liking.- But... the pool was good for children.

The bed was great and the shower was great. The swimming pool in hot tub needs some work. Our room seems to have been refurbished, but the wood flooring seemed to click as we walked along. The toilet was not properly adhered to the floor. The fan did not work. It was very hard to get a person at the front desk except when we checked in. We waited at the front counter and finally picked up the phone at the front counter and dialled for the front desk. Somebody finally came from behind the wall.
