The room was quiet and comfortable. Shower was perfect. Free toiletries made things easy. Breakfast was a nice surprise. I had forgotten it was included, with eggs and sausages. I will stay here again

The pool and hot tub area needs a good scrub. Hotel also seems to attract long term people, which isn’t always a comforting thing for families.

The price is so much better than in the city and we love the unique shops in stony plain and spruce grove.

I don’t think there was anything.

The people above us and kept us up All night. Went to tell front desk no one there at the front desk. Let the lady know in the morning said she would talk to someone and never did. Us and others had to ask for the breakfast to be refilled while they was all behind the front desk laughing. Poor customer service, restless night, rude staff and broken promises. It also took 20 mins at check out to get my deposit back as she kept trying to charge me again instead of returning it. There was also bugs coming out of the wall of the pool my kids was so grossed out!

The bathroom! The doorknob was wobbly which made it hard to lock and unlock, bathroom fan was loud and noisy, shower head needs replacing as it sprayed everywhere but could not change the setting on it.

I had asked for no housekeeping and they did come in one day while I was out. But no harm, just didn't need them in there.

The staff was incredible-definitely service with a smile. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to from outside of the city. Price was amazing for a full service hotel

We didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were closed until after confirming registration.

Breakfast was great.

We were not told in advance of the ridiculous security deposit. A stay for 2 nights was $209.95. We assessed a $400 deposit that could take a week to get back. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never stay or recommend to anyone.

When you put people on The main floor ask them if they want to listen to damn dogs barking all night

The beds were very uncomfortable. We had two beds in our room and both were not good. One was hard as Highway material. The other was so soft that you felt you were sinking to the boxspring.

Heater was noisy. We sleep with earplugs so we’re okay but otherwise it could have been disturbing.but it worked great

We were there for a wedding so didn’t spend a bunch of time at the hotel.. the free breakfast was good, my group enjoyed the hot tub, and it’s conveniently next door to Tim’s, and shopping/restaurants. The room and public spaces are a little dated, but very clean. I found the beds a little too soft, but I like a real firm mattress, so it’s probably just me. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Easy to get around very helpful staff

I personally, didn’t like a thing.

My room was disgusting. The beds felt 20 years old. The AC/fan doesn’t work. There was leftover fridge in the food and what looks like to be boogers on towel towels. The lotion and shampoo bottles looked used and not replaced.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, with sausage and egg, toast and cereal, and pre-made waffles and French toast that could be toasted in the toaster.

Upon arrival, the staff attendant was very friendly and easy to understand. Once we got to the room, the property was well maintained.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Sheets had blood on them. Staff blamed my teenage son and his acne. He stayed on a different bed. I had mistakenly booked the room for 2 and when I called to change to 3 they said no problem. Then they were able to change the room but charged us extra. Hotel needs lots of repairs. Quite run down. TV did not work. Phone did not work.

My room was compact but clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the linens were fresh, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The room included a small desk, reliable Wi-Fi, and a basic but spotless bathroom with adequate toiletries. The simplicity and cleanliness exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel.

We had a good stay at this hotel… our second time actually. We will be staying here again in the future. Though you can improve your coffee but other than that everything is fine.

Front desk staff were very accommodating in finding us another room with a better mattress than the one we were originally given. Despite having a room facing a busy highway - soundproofing was adequate.

We stayed in a beautiful room! Loved it, we would stay there again.

Came to have a night away with my sister. Check in and out was a breeze due to the online checki/check out procedure. We were there during the concert and it was surprisingly quiet. Staff was amazing.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. For the price, we weren’t expecting much. But we had the best sleeps. The bed and pillows are great. Was there for 3 nights and had a great sleep every night. The included breakfast is on par with most hotels, satisfying but nothing out of the ordinary. Our only complaint was the toilet was very noisy when flushed. It did wake us up throughout the night. But eventually we got used to it. It is an older hotel so you can expect these issues. But overall, we would stay here again. We’ve stayed at all the hotels in Stony Plain, and for the price, this is an excellent choice..

Pool was great

Hotel is dated. Bathroom floor was not clean. Partly eaten muffin on lamp beside bed. Garbage not emptied and beds very poorly made on second day. Only towels were replaced.

All was Excellent.
