Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Very clean and excellent staff
The room had two queen beds but you could not get out of both sides of each bed, no closet to put things out of the way. If you had four people sleeping in that room there would be no room to get around because your suit cases would be in your way. Room way too small for four person occupancy.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. She also refused to give me Wyndham rewards points that I normally get as a platium Wyndham customer. Although they say they are pet friendly, she made it clear my senior dogs were not wanted. I also got attitude when I ask if vehicle plug ins were available. The front desk staff saiid she wasn't a parking attendant. That was final straw, I refused to stay at this location.
NOTHING! The front dest staff was rude, unprofessional and confrontational and unwelcome. This is certainly something I didn't want as I was going into the hospital the next morning for surgery. I refused to stay at this location!

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025I like the location of the hotel , the woman that check us in was good .i asked for a noon check out and was no problem until morning. I was told that I couldn’t because it wasn’t written down , sorry that isn’t my fault the gentleman on the front desk said he was the manager , I told him I asked and that isn’t my fault ur employee didn’t write it down. Then the manager told me I was checked out already , and I just woke up and did not check out . I feel they need to communicate better as a team and remember it isn’t the guest fault if the employees don’t do their job. They shouldn’t be checking people out without the guest asking to be checked out because I would not be happy if housekeeper open my door when I was still in the room. The breakfast woman was good , food was good and fast . Just speak English around guest because it is rude. I feel this hotel staff need to get on the same place and it would be a good hotel to stay at.
The services wasn’t the best
