It's a nice walk into town.

Lovely large comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Nice large bathroom, with a good shower. Room was plenty big enough, with a large TV. Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. Location wise, it was a 35 minute walk into the city centre, along a footpath set back from the road. Bus into city ran from just behind the hotel, returned along the same route. We walked in, and got a taxi back later quite easily, which cost us £8, which I thought was quite reasonable.

If you stay here, ask for a room at the back of the hotel, as the road at front is quite busy, and you could hear each passing vehicle quite easily. Windows didn't seem to seal very well, at least from our room.

Very comfortable hotel, lovely reception and lobby area. Very chill vibe. Food was very good in the Library bar and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me, with no traffic and ample parking. I was also able to have a nice 2k walk into the city centre. I have stayed before and will be back again.

EVERYTHING! The ambience of the lobby was wonderful. We arrived and they had a pianist playing on the grand piano in the huge lobby. Soriha at reception was AMAZING! She was so helpful with getting us settled in and getting us settled in our room. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable.

The rooms are somewhat dated but everything is in good condition.

The staff weren't friendly or any bit welcoming. Nobody working there seemed like they wanted to he there and the food from the bar was below average.

There is ample parking at the hotel & the staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel food was good too including a lovely breakfast.

We had a problem with bedding once we arrived however it was very quickly rectified. We felt the bathroom could have been cleaner.

La fenêtre sans rideau de jour et donnant sur le parking. Il fallait tirer le rideau de nuit pour ne pas être vus; pour avoir de l'intimité. Le petit-déjeuner ne propose pas une grande diversité: absence totale de viennoiseries, 1 fromage unique qui semble être là depuis la nuit des temps, une salade de fruits sans aucun jus, les œufs au plat qui cuisent depuis x temps et sont cuits durs ... pour le prix TRÈS GROSSE DÉCEPTION.

I was made to feel so welcome here, and staff went out of their way to help me. My room was comfortable and had everything needed. Nice little extras like the clock radio beside the bed. The toiletries provided were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. I arrived just too late for dinner ( and too early for night time room service) but the manager on duty made me a sandwich (see photo)! The location was perfect - close to Derry city and also to Bready Cricket Club.

The room faced the busy main road which meant constant traffic noise and two poor nights sleep The food in the restaurant in the evening was very small portions and not good value for money, however plenty of places to eat in Derry and about £6 for a taxi each way

The room was beautifully decorated, bed was really comfy. 2 chairs and a table in the room so we could both sit down and enjoy a drink before heading out. There's a spacious shower. Everything in the room you would need, as well as a fan which was needed as we were in the middle of a heatwave.

There was noise from the busy main road along the side of the hotel, but we were in a room along that side of the hotel.

Decor was nice. Singer was nice. Free parking. Lounge was nice. Shower was nice. Room was nice. Had an iron, hair dryer, plenty of cushions. 2 chair and desk.

I was to be charged for late check out. The toilet we had was in a corner, because we were a corner room- and it was difficult to have feet on the ground for leverage. It was on a main road so it could be noisy.

The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly, Staff where very helpful, easy going,friendly. Rooms were excellent,

The breakfast was "institutional" quality. Mass produced of basic quality and presentation. Hot plates wee over-cooked and left sitting out too long. Cereal choice was "packaged", fresh fruit selection was very limited and coffee was just passable. Guest bathrooms present as rarely checked for cleanliness and hygiene checks. Both cubicles in the gents foyer were very dirty. Very poor.

Hotel que parecía de lujo a 2kms de Derry, pura tranquilidad. Amplia recepción, bar tranquilo y comida excelente. Trato agradable por parte de los empleados. En cuanto a la habitación, amplia y limpia. Parking gratuito en las instalaciones.

Que tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para entrar en la habitación. Es cierto que la hora de entrada eran las 15h, pero nos hicieron esperar mucho tiempo y estaba siendo un dia muy agotador.

Great location and excellent value - lovely clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. On site parking and close to the centre of Derry.

Lack of vegetarian food options - and small portions from the bar menu.

I loved the breakfast, the friendly staff, the very comfortable bed and pillows.

I dident like the noise and from the main road. Our room was very warm and there was no fan so we had to open the windows. I couldn't sleep because of the tragic noise all night.

Camera sporca, evidentemente non pulita da tempo. Il bagno, piccolo e vecchio, era sporchissimo, con evidenti tracce di escrementi non solo nel water, ma tutto intorno e sulla porta. Situazione imbarazzante che è stata apparentemente risolta con un loro “sorry”, come se fosse normale. Colazione minimalista e inadeguata al costo.

The location is excellent, is easy to find and convenient to Londonderry city and tourist attractions.

Our room was excellent in every regard , however being at the front and facing the road we found the noise from the passing traffic prevented us from enjoying peace to sleep even with the windows closed.

The front desk staff wasn’t credibly friendly and helpful.

We stayed as we were there for a wedding so for that purpose it met our needs, it was modern and clean. We opted for the breakfast at £12 per head which was very reasonable. There was a good variety for breakfast.

My view is in relation to the reason for our stay - there was a distinct lack of seating available for wedding guests in the reception area for the ballroom. I requested more chairs and two were provided. We had a room facing on to the main road, not an ideal position. We arrived for breakfast at 9.30am, breakfast finished at 10.15, in my experience very early for a weekend morning. When we arrived at 9.30 some of the beverages and food were scarce and it took longer than ideal to be replenished.

Excellent location and very comfortable bed. Lovely atmosphere when entering and clean rooms.

Breakfast was lovely (apart from soda and potato bread which were basically warm not fried) but a little disorganised in that food wasn't kept topped up and we had to wait more than once for more, but it did taste good. Rooms would benefit from a net curtain or blind; our room was right at parking spaces and there was no privacy so the curtains ended up closed while it was daylight. Our biggest issue was the parking on Saturday night. It was very busy but we just got the last space right at the far end which is a bit of a walk, maybe some reserved for residents? When walking back a coach with footballers pulled in and they all got off and went to their parked cars which freed up a lot of spaces. I appreciate it is hard for the hotel to stop this.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes aber trotzdem noch sehr schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und schön gemachte Zimmer. Vor allem der Aufenthaltsbereich und Barbereich ist sehr schön. Frühstück für 12,5 Pfund (wenn man es am Tag vorher bucht) gut und fair.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße und die Fenster sind schlecht verglast. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind also sehr laut. Wir waren von Samstag bis Montag dort und Samstagnacht war wahnsinnig viel los auf der Straße. Außerdem kann man die Zimmertüren beim schließen nicht klinken, d.h. jeder im Gang knallt die Tür zu, wenn er das Zimmer verlässt.

Very helpful staff. We had a midnight check in and all went really smoothly. Excellent breakfast and tasty bar snacks

Shower pressure was a let-down, dribbling shower. My partner declined the shower experience.

This was a lovely one night stay with a visiting family member. The hotel was lovely, relaxing and every single staff member we met was friendly and welcoming and went the extra mile. Food was great and facilities were very good. Even with a busy bus tour staying, the staff were warm, efficient and looked after us well.

Shower was slightly hard to open, beyond that everything was excellent. This is a hotel focused on the guest experience first and foremost. It might be slightly out of town but it's a lovely place and great value compared to the city centre options.

The communal areas and beds were very comfortable. All staff were great but Phinean was by far one of the most efficient helpful and friendly hotel employees we have ever encountered.

Room 102 was very noisy due to location and heavy movement of people. The blinds had to be down at all times for privacy from the busy road. Bathroom was very compact.

Our room was a deluxe room didn’t like the large window as i had to pull the curtains for privacy 1 of our bedside lights was broken with no light shade for the price off 2 nights would like it perfect Our food was slightly burnt an had to wait 45 minutes for it hotel wasn’t busy disappointed

Nice hotel but a little out of the city, great car parking and a good choice if your looking to stay put.

Le prix des chambres est élevé. Petits déjeuners très sommaires. Attention, une route très bruyante d'un côté de l'hôtel, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Nous avons pu prendre le bus (arrêt devant l'hôtel) pour aller dans le centre (3 arrêts)... mais sommes revenus à pied : très peu de fréquence sur cette ligne !
