I liked the hotel, but the coffee at breakfast was of very poor quality—I had to buy some in the lobby. But overall, everything was fine!

Ist solide, da der Standard in London insgesamt schlechter ist als in Deutschland, ist es für den Preis okay. Ist zwar immer noch ziemlich teuer, aber für Londoner Verhältnisse noch günstig.

Könnte moderner sein, Frühstück ist jeden Tag exakt gleich, teilweise haben wir abends Gespräche und Stimmen aus dem Nebenzimmer gehört. Die Reinigungskraft macht das Zimmer immer sehr kalt, obwohl wir sie gebeten haben, das nicht zu tun. DieMöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber okay.

Blakemore Hotel was pleasant and comfortable, and the staff were generally polite and welcoming. However, unresolved issues and disappointing breakfasts affected our seven-night stay. The portable bidet (shattaf) had extremely low water pressure, making it practically unusable, despite the sink tap having much stronger pressure. I reported this to the gentleman at reception and showed him the problem. He acknowledged the low pressure and promised to look into it, but nobody came to address it throughout our stay. Acknowledging a complaint without following through is disappointing. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day, with very limited variety for guests requiring halal food. We ended up having beans, cheese and croissants every morning. I found the mushrooms inedible, and the scrambled eggs appeared undercooked. I explained my concerns to the person responsible for breakfast, but she did not seem to understand what I was raising, and the experience remained unchanged. The hotel needs to improve its response to guest concerns, breakfast quality and the variety of options suitable for different dietary requirements. Despite the comfortable surroundings and pleasant staff, the lack of follow-up and repetitive breakfast left us disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

room was fine, except my room key had to be replaced twice in three days because it suddenly did not work anymore. location was great, very close to everything. Breakfast was ok, standard English breakfast. Would recommend eating dinner at The Swan-Hyde Park. Great atmosphere is great and the fish and chips were yummy!!!!

Front desk staff were not very friendly! Felt like I was bothering them. Didn't feel welcomed. Bed was very hard and pillows are awful, but pretty standard for European hotels. Scrambled eggs were horrible!!

Londra’daki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu gerçekten harika; merkezi ve ulaşım açısından çok rahat, gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolayca ulaştık. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Bob ve Paoula’ya ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. İkisi de son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Her konuda bize destek oldular ve konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdiler.

I got room with a heater in bathroom which could not be turned off. In addition noisy pipe or installation from a room above are close to ceeling of my room. This create crazy noise all night long. I called service they told me tomorrow we can swich room, but i just slept one night, it is enough. Will never come back.

The staff were brilliant, especially Aran. She gave us the best welcome ever, gave us good recommendations for food. If I was to return, it would purely be due to Aran and her fantastic interpersonal skills.

The room was extremely hot, especially the bathroom. The AC wasn't working.

Fint beliggenhet, veldig rent og tidlig rengjøring. Bra frokost (savner litt ferske grønnskaer til frokost: tomat/agurk). Behagelige senger, hjelpsomme ansatte

Alt var fint. Om en skal pirke på noe, så veldig litt fra rom opp (mye gåing, mulig kontor?) og ikke den beste utsikt fra vindu

Wenn man das Frühstücksbuffet aus anderen Ländern gewohnt ist, kommt einen das englische Frühstück mit relativ wenig Auswahl und keiner Abwechslung etwas dürftig vor

Zimmertausch vom Souterrain in ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage wurde von der sehr netten und bemühten Dame an der Rezeption super organisiert! Personal beim Frühstück und an der Bar außerst zuvorkommend . Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal dort und kommen bestimmt wieder. Lage und Verkehrsverbindungen hervorragend. Tische beim Frühstück wurden sehr schnell abgeräumt. Super Service.

1. Zimmer im Souterrain hat uns nicht gefallen! Frühstück bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas einseitig aber sonst gut. Betten sehr hart!

Pristine, classy hotel with extreme attention to detail. Aran, at reception, is an extremely helpful lady and was a pleasure to deal with - thank you! Relaxed, pretty hotel in a very good location. So so clean - to be admired. Beautiful breakfast. Lovely street terrace area. Highly recommend.

O hotel tem instalacoes muito bem cuidadas, limpeza, excelente café da manhã e ótimo atendimento.

Minha única sugestão é trocar os travesseiros que sao muito moles e me deixaram com dor no pescoço .

You cannot beat this location in my opinion, it's so convenient in terms of public transport as well as being able to walk to places. Lots of places to have a drink or a meal. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Our executive room was smaller than anticipated and the location on the ground floor was not ideal. It was dark, felt stuffy and the extractor fan in the bathroom is on 24/7 and is quite loud, at night you could hear it even with the bathroom door closed. Our previous experience staying hear was much better.

Its location was great for the West End, shopping and bars and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable

We had 1 meal in the evening and it was poor. Fortunately we didn’t have to eat there again

La habitación linda, amplia y muy comoda. El baño tenía todo. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. El desayuno muy rico y con muchas alternativas.

Llegué y mi registro de booking no existía. La persona que me atendió me pidió una serie de códigos que me parecían innecesarios porque a través de Booking, supuestamente el hotel me había dado la bienvenida.

Es mi 3 era vez en el hotel. Lo elegimos por la calidad precio y además son muy amables. Cerca de paddington station y de hyde park. Una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez llegas a los puntos de interés de manera rápida. Lo recomiendo siempre

Habitación amplia y cómoda

Nos pusieron en habitaciones para personas en silla de ruedas, por lo que el lavamanos estaba demasiado bajo para nosotros. Además, la ducha era abierta y se mojaba el piso y tampoco había escobilla para el váter. Del baño salía también olor a bajante y el último día, mientras nos estábamos duchando, se cortó el agua. El desayuno tampoco valía su precio: todos los días había lo mismo y le faltaba variedad, más opciones de fruta fresca y dulces. La zona donde están los productos es muy pequeña y se llenaba de gente rápidamente. Además, les costaba mucho reponer los productos a medida que se iban acabando y había que estar solicitándolos y esperando. Y encima los champiñones eran de lata. Para nada vale el precio que se paga por él y tampoco es la calidad que esperaba encontrar en un supuesto 4*

The libations is very good, quiet, but close to all the sightseeings.

First night we received two rooms with windows to the concrete wall. But next date we were moved to the upper floor.

Encara que al ser una triple vam estar a la planta -1 i no teniem finestra a l' exterior, era una finestra a un pati de llums. Aquest és el punt negatiu. Esmorzars repetitius.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, alles ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer groß und angenehm.

Morgenmaden var virkelig under niveau. Frokost i restauranten var lige så dårlig. Hotellet er slidt, men rent. Super beliggenhed.

Café da manhã bastante agradável, sem muitas opções mas muito bom! O hotel fica um pouco afastado, uma área residencial bem tranquila, com metro há 10 minutos a pé.

O colchão era bem duro, mas o quarto superou nossas expectativas.

Location is excellent to Paddington Station, Hyde Park & surrounding areas. Rooms were comfortable.

Wifi was very slow. Sadly when we tried to do some work there was no where to sit as the hotel bar area was closed for lunch set up. Only place available was the outside patio however many chain smokers were outside. When you have asthma you cannot be around that much smoke. Staff were not interested in finding a different area for me to do my work. Space that was empty was for extra cost to hire….not ideal.

A localização não é assim tão boa, os funcionários são rudes. Nunca tinha visto um hotel a pedir 30 libras por early check in quando é cortesia na maior parte dos hotéis. Fizeram da minha estadia, algo cansativo.

Extremt lyhört. Du hör så fort någon går,rör på sig i närheten utav rummmet.

The hotel is well located, near enough to the tube to be convenient, but far enough to be quiet. It's also within walking distance of Hyde Park, which is wonderful.

The hotel was probably wonderful in its prime, but it's a bit threadbare now. The cupboards in the room are scuffed and stained and though some of the grout in the bath has been recently touched up, one wall has grout of a dark brown, not white color. The plug in our bath didn't fit properly so only the shower was available, which was a pity. It's not a bad place, but it could use a bit of attention.

We booked this hotel due to its location, and were very happy - lots of restaurants in the area, the park is close as well. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good.....would also recommend having a tea/coffee/drink/dessert at the restaurant at night before turning in. The staff is very friendly, and it's easy to book an Uber or taxi if you need it but it's walkable to the underground stations as well. We will absolutely book here again.

The breakfast options could be a little more varied for the hot food, but there are choices for all.

Wat ons het meest beviel, was dat onze kamer dicht bij de uitgang lag. We hoefden daardoor niet ver te lopen en konden gemakkelijk onze kamer vinden zonder te verdwalen in het hotel.

Me quedé con ganas de una habitación con vistas, en lugar de planta baja (sótano) pero nos gustó mucho. Faltaba leche o bebida vegetal en el desayuno, en un termo, por ejemplo…

Het ontbijt viel helaas tegen. Hoewel er meer dan genoeg keuze is, viel ons een bepaald aantal dingen vh ontbijt tegen. De koffie vonden wij echt niet lekker en de scrambled eggs vielen erg tegen.

Short walk from Paddington station, nice terrace, restaurant and bar with a good selection if you don’t feel like going far from the hotel! Breakfast was also good.

De internet viel steeds weg. Bij het uitchecken had ik het aangegeven en toe. Zeiden ze dat we het moesten aangeven, want dan konden we op een andere server inloggen . Maar voor de rest was alles top.

Quarto triplo espaçoso, muito bom chuveiro e boa cama king size (e um sofá cama); casal com filho adulto. Café da manhã básico, mas bom. Servem jantar, caro, mas vale pela oportunidade de curtir o hotel na calçada. A fachada do hotel é muito bonita e a localização permite ir de Black Cab até lá por menos de 10 libras da estação Paddington quando chegar ou ir embora pro aeroporto. Na rua da estação Bayswater tem muitas opções pra comer. Gostamos do pub Bayswater e da Pizza Pilgrims dentre outros. Hotel muito bom, com cortesia de água, café e outras coisas no quarto. Eles aceitam early check-in por um bom valor.

O frigobar não gela; alguns passos no andar de cima, mas nada grave.

A estrutura era excelente, o quarto fabuloso, espaçoso, limpo e com amenidades como café e chá, o que ajudou muito quando passávamos por perto do hotel nos finais de tarde. Como viajamos no verão, acabávamos andando muito e quando possível, voltávamos para nos refrescar no quarto e fazer um pequeno lanche. A rua era tranquila e o atendimento bom.

Não chegou a ser um problema, mas o jantar, no restaurante do hotel, pode não ser uma boa opção. O valor é alto uma comida apenas ok, mas não deixou de ser uma comodidade a mais para que chega cansado demais e não quer sair novamente do hotel.

Sehr ruhige Lage und doch sehr zentral, um London zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre.
