Ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour organiser notre mariage dans leur hôtel et ça fait vraiment très plaisir d'avoir des surprises à son propre mariage sans se soucier de l'organisation. Ils ont vraiment été super Pour ma mère c'était son premier voyage a l'étranger elle a vraiment beaucoup aimé surtout les animations proposées par l'équipe qui déborde d'énergie toute la journée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Marco Polo Hammamet et nous en gardons un très beau souvenir. ❤️ Tout d’abord, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment idéal, à quelques pas de la marina. Nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied : la marina, la plage, les promenades et les alentours. C’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter de tout sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La plage est très agréable sans route à traverser et la piscine excellente. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est également très sympathique et conviviale. Un autre point très positif pour les familles : les adolescents y trouvent facilement leur compte. Ils font rapidement connaissance avec d’autres jeunes et forment naturellement des petits groupes pour passer du temps ensemble. C’est vraiment agréable de voir les ados s’intégrer facilement et profiter pleinement de leurs vacances. Mais surtout, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Un grand merci à Abdelkader et toute son équipe à la réception, toujours accueillants, souriants et disponibles. Merci également à Cyrine, du service relation client, pour sa gentillesse et son attention. Un immense merci à Hedia du service réservation, qui s’est vraiment démenée pour nous trouver une chambre afin que nous puissions prolonger notre séjour. Nous avons énormément apprécié ses efforts et son implication. Nous remercions également notre femme de chambre, qui était vraiment adorable, agréable, souriante et très professionnelle. Nos chambres 4082 et 4084 étaient parfaitement entretenues.

Le seul petit point négatif concerne la nourriture du soir, qui nous a un peu moins convaincus. En revanche, le déjeuner et le snack étaient parfaits et nous avons été très satisfaits. Finalement, ce n’était pas vraiment un problème pour nous, car nous en avons profité pour sortir dîner à l’extérieur, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir davantage Hammamet et ses restaurants.

Amazing service with free drinks for kids and adults anytime. Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views next to the beach. I loved watching the sunrise every morning. The rooms were very clean and tidy and less noise at night. Staff were helpful , especially one of the waiters who saved our table every meal. Loved the Zumba classes as it was fun and a good workout. Great night entertainment for kids as we were family and my sister had a little baby and she had a wonderful holiday and everyone adored her. Was affordable price for family holiday package from love holidays. It would be great if baby meal options could be added something soft and kids meal friendly apart from that everything else was amazing and the country is safe and welcoming to the tourist and hardworking people

As a solo woman travelling I really appreciated how helpful and caring the receptionists and guest relation (Mohamed Aziz) were- they helped me with every request and recommended places to visit. Even the cleaning lady was super nice, even tough we didn't speak the same language, we managed to understand eachother :D the whole hotel seems well maintained and clean. The only thing to improve is not enough waiters during breakfasts and dinners.

Had a lovely room 4165 with beautiful view of both sea and pool, food was ok , all staff were great and animation team did excellent job celebrating my birthday, good location.

was annoyed that a request had been sent and confirmed ok to get in room at 1pm, was told on arrival that someone was in our room so it needed to be 2pm, later found out by a maid that no one had been in our room that day ! so why the wait especially when we arrived at 11am, also was told by reception there was no al-acarte however later found out there was and also we could use that restaurant for lunch as well, but only found out last day, one small toaster in no good either and should be fresh juices as juices far too sweet and sickly the same in the bars.

This hotel complex is beautiful. It’s a big resort but never feels impersonal or too vast. Its well located for the marina and medina, and has easy access to a lovely section of beach. The pool is huge and never felt overcrowded. Sunbed reservation is a thing but staff will always be helpful and try to find you space if it’s busy. That’s a huge plus here- every member of staff is working so hard to provide the best holiday experience: right from the bar and entertainment staff to the waiters and cleaners. People stop to talk to you and remember you by name. Always helpful and polite. The place is immaculate, and you can tell the whole team is really well managed because it’s all working like clockwork at all times of the day. Cleaning staff have genuine pride in making the spaces (inside and out) clean and tidy. There is a good range of activities and facilities for all ages but nothing is too intrusive either if you just want to relax. Rooms are clean and spacious with lots of storage. The water isn’t very hot and the air conditioning could be cooler but these don’t take anything away from the positives. The food is varied and well cooked. The restaurants and dining areas are clean and well staffed. Everything tastes nice but we were craving simple grilled meats to have with salads etc. The emphasis is more on fish it seems. I think maybe it’s just a more international cuisine and personal choice on our part which is fine. You will have a lovely stay here. I would return- thanks to the whole team.

We had an amazing stay at Marco Polo Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful view made our holiday even more special. The animation team was one of the best parts of our stay. They were incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. There were fun activities throughout the day for both adults and children, and the evening shows were entertaining and well organized. Their positive attitude and enthusiasm created a fantastic atmosphere that made every day enjoyable. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall service was excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would definitely recommend Marco Polo Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday. We can't wait to come back!

We just returned from a lovely Concorde Marco Polo. Our stay was very pleasant and we would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially the animation team- Willy, Lary, Hamza and Chams, which were enterntaining us our whole stay. We had an amazing stay at the Concorde Marco Polo. The hotel is located right next to the beach. Big shoutout goes to all the kind hotel staff, especially to the animation team which kept us entertained our whole stay. Having just returned from the Concorde Marco Polo, I wanted to share an honest review from the perspective of a typical English family. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend it. We booked through Love Holidays, and everything from the flights and transfers to the communication before departure was excellent. We flew from Manchester with easyJet and, aside from a one-hour delay due to a tyre change, the journey went smoothly. As we were the only guests heading to the Marco Polo from Enfidha Airport, we even received a private transfer. The Highlights The Pool The pool is undoubtedly the centrepiece of the hotel and one of its biggest strengths. It's enormous, well-maintained, and the water temperature is just about perfect. Most importantly, it's clean. You occasionally come across a cracked tile underfoot, and it can get a little gritty when people head straight in from the beach without rinsing off, but these are minor issues. Overall, it's a brilliant pool and a real highlight of the resort. The swim up bar gets busy but if you can squeeze on to a stool, the staff will have a giggle with you. Ignore the wasps around the coke machine things, they don’t really bother you. Sunbeds and Umbrellas While the usual "sunbed wars" did happen from time to time (always entertaining to watch from a distance), the real issue was the shortage of umbrellas. There simply weren't enough to go around, which occasionally led to some heated discussions in the mornings. That said, things seemed to improve during our stay, with what appeared to be a fresh delivery of additional sunbeds and parasols. Hopefully, this has now been resolved. As with most all-inclusive resorts, arriving at the pool around 6:30am will get you virtually any spot you want. By 7:30am, you'll still have options, although perhaps not in your ideal location. By 8:30am, particularly if you're looking for several beds together, your choices become much more limited. There was definitely some towel-reserving going on, with people claiming beds and not appearing until lunchtime. However, we did see hotel staff removing towels from clearly unoccupied loungers one morning, which was encouraging and suggests they are trying to address the issue. Pool towels are available from reception and can be exchanged daily after paying a refundable deposit. The Staff The staff were exceptional and, alongside the pool, are the hotel's standout feature. I've always been someone who tips early in a holiday, and in Tunisia it genuinely makes a difference. I'm not talking about huge sums. Around 20 Tunisian Dinars (roughly £5) goes a long way. A small tip to the pool bar staff, restaurant team, housekeeping, animation team, or lifeguards in the first few days will often result in outstanding service for the rest of your stay. Our drinks were never left empty for long, our preferred table in the restaurant was often ready and waiting, and our room was kept spotless, complete with towel art and flowers. Whether you agree with tipping culture or not, my advice would be to tip modestly and early rather than waiting until the end of your holiday. The staff work incredibly hard, often for very long hours, and they genuinely appreciate it. Rooms The rooms are spacious enough, clean, and perfectly functional. We booked a side sea-view room, which gave us lovely views across both the pool and the sea. Some areas are beginning to show signs of wear and tear, but nothing significant enough to affect our enjoyment of the stay. Weirdly, they don’t fill your mini fridge at all so remember to take bottles of water back to your room whenever you’re heading back. Beach The beach is lovely, with soft white sand and clear, warm water. Occasionally there are patches of seaweed, but that's nature rather than the hotel's fault. The only slight downside is that the beach isn't owned by the hotel, so your all-inclusive wristband doesn't apply there. Drinks and snacks aren't included once you're on the beach. However, it's literally a 30-second walk from the pool area, so it's hardly a major inconvenience. Entertainment The animation team are fantastic and deserve special recognition. They seem to work non-stop from around 10am until midnight and bring huge amounts of energy to the resort. During the day, you'll find the usual activities, including aqua aerobics, yoga, darts, volleyball and water polo, with occasional extras such as pool foam parties that create a great atmosphere. Evening entertainment was more mixed. Some of the acts weren't particularly memorable, but holiday entertainment is always subjective. Ultimately, you make your own fun, and the friendly bar staff and animation team help create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere regardless of what's on stage. Food For our family, consisting of four adults and one teenager, the food was probably the biggest disappointment of the holiday. Part of the issue was the behaviour of some guests. Queuing often seemed to be treated as an optional activity, and some people loaded their plates with excessive amounts of food, which led to shortages and unnecessary waiting around. Unfortunately, much of that food then seemed to go to waste. The hotel's menu also isn't particularly tailored towards British tastes. We found ourselves regularly choosing pizza and pasta in the evenings, while lunches were often salads, bread and lighter options. Oddly, chips weren't available at dinner, which felt unusual for a family-focused all-inclusive resort. The quantity of food being replenished didn't always seem to match the number of guests dining, particularly at busier times. As a result, we ate out on a few evenings. Oggi's was excellent, and The Rovers Return offered proper home-cooked British favourites such as pies and even homemade apple crumble for dessert. Excursions We booked the pirate boat trip through a vendor in the marina. It was certainly an experience, although not entirely for the right reasons. Temperatures reached around 45°C on the day we went, and the boat was extremely crowded, making it quite uncomfortable. Some of the crew were also rather pushy with their sales tactics, placing bandanas on guests and taking photographs before later requesting payment. The swimming stop was slightly concerning as the current turned out to be much stronger than expected. Several passengers struggled in the water, and a few of us ended up helping people back onto the boat while the crew appeared slow to do anything. On a more positive note, we also booked a quad biking excursion through Sami at the hotel. This was great fun, excellent value for money, and one of the highlights of the trip. Final Verdict If you've read some of the negative reviews online, don't let them put you off. Is it a true five-star hotel? In our opinion, no. It's probably closer to a strong three-star or perhaps four-star experience. However, it's clean, friendly, has a fantastic pool, a beautiful beach on its doorstep, and some genuinely wonderful staff. Go with realistic expectations, embrace the holiday spirit, treat the staff well, and you'll likely have a brilliant time. We certainly did. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

**Share details of your own experience** I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Concorde Marco Polo. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was simply perfect. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always smiling. The hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect, and I genuinely enjoyed every single day of my holiday. **Rooms** I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 AM, fully expecting to wait until the afternoon to check in. To my surprise, I was given my room immediately. Within no time, I had checked in, enjoyed breakfast, and was already relaxing on the beach. The room was spacious, spotless, very quiet, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. **Nearby activities** The location is excellent. About 500 meters from the hotel, the tourist area begins. There are countless shops, cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlors, markets, shopping centers, and many other hotels. The beautiful Marina Yasmine is also within walking distance. Every evening I enjoyed strolling outside, shopping, and simply soaking up the atmosphere. **Safety** One of the things that impressed me the most was how safe everything felt. You can leave your belongings by your sunbed without constantly worrying about them. Nobody even looks at your things, let alone touches them. I felt completely safe both inside the hotel and while walking around outside in the evenings. The tourist police are always present around the area, which adds even more peace of mind. **Walkability** Perfect. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. I went for long evening walks every day, visiting shops, cafés, and the marina. It's a wonderful area to explore on foot. **Food & drinks** Absolutely delicious. Every meal offered a huge variety of freshly prepared dishes, with many items cooked right in front of you. There was always fresh fruit, several choices of meat, seafood, local Tunisian specialties, and international cuisine. And the desserts... simply incredible! They were among the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. **Beach** The beach is absolutely stunning—very wide, very long, and incredibly well organized. There are more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone; honestly, it feels like there are enough for two hotels! The lifeguards are always attentive and actively watching the sea, and the tourist police regularly patrol the beach, making it feel exceptionally safe. The only thing I noticed was the occasional camel droppings on the sand because camel rides are offered nearby. Personally, I didn't see this as a negative. It's simply part of the local experience, and considering how beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained the beach is overall, it didn't affect my holiday at all. **Noteworthy details** If I had one small suggestion, it would be regarding the evening entertainment. The animation team worked hard, but most of the evening shows took place inside the hotel's nightclub. Personally, I prefer outdoor-themed evenings with large stages, such as Arabian Nights or traditional Tunisian folklore shows. During my stay, there was only one Tunisian Night, and it was absolutely beautiful, with traditional music and dances. I would have loved to see more evenings celebrating the local culture, especially since you're visiting such a fascinating country. It's certainly not a negative—just something that could make an already excellent hotel even better. Overall, I would return to Concorde Marco Polo without hesitation. It offers outstanding service, comfortable rooms, fantastic food, a beautiful beach, an excellent location, and one of the safest environments I've experienced while traveling. Highly recommended!

We were two couples staying here in July. The pool is very nice, and there are daily entertainment activities for those who enjoy them. The pool staff will reserve sunbeds for you if you leave them a tip. If you don't tip them, they may remove your belongings and take them to the reception. We even had personal items disappear, and not everything was returned. 😂 The pool bar staff also tend to ignore you if you don't leave tips. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I have posted two photos of the huge, disgusting cockroaches we found. By the way, they seem to have an issue with Romanian guests. We spoke with more than five Romanian families, and everyone noticed the same thing: Romanians were given older, dirtier, and lower-quality rooms. Lunch and dinner offered a decent variety of food and were quite tasty. However, there were very long queues because the staff simply couldn't keep up with the number of guests. You often had to wait a long time just to get your food. Also, if you're not careful, you may end up with stomach problems. The worst part of our stay happened one night. From 11:00 PM until the next morning, one of the hotel workers was plastering the hallway right outside our room. We complained twice during the night, but nobody paid any attention. The next day we complained again because we hadn't slept at all. When I went to the reception to discuss it, the receptionist even pretended she didn't know who the worker was and claimed that "someone from the street" had come in to do the plastering. 😂 It was honestly ridiculous. Their only offer was a bottle of wine. A refund for that night was never even considered because we had booked through a travel agency. Overall, this hotel has potential, but the poor service, lack of cleanliness, obvious preference for guests who tip, and the way complaints are handled made our stay very disappointing.

We had an amazing holiday at Concorde Marco Polo! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a beautiful beach, lovely pools, and the food offers a great variety every day. Everything was well organized, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were always clean and well maintained thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. While they are comfortable, they could benefit from some renovation and modernization to match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. A very special thank you to the best bartenders, Amir and Mtir! 🍹 Their kindness, great sense of humor, and excellent cocktails made every day even more enjoyable. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like friends rather than guests. We would also like to thank the entire animation team, especially Willy and Larry. They brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every single day. Whether it was games, activities, or evening shows, they created an unforgettable atmosphere and made our holiday truly special. Thank you to everyone at Concorde Marco Polo for your hard work and hospitality. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and we hope to come back again!

We came back to Marco Polo Concorde Hotel for the second time, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. It was wonderful to see that everything we loved during our first stay is still just as amazing. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the hotel had the same warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel at home. The animation team was once again one of the biggest highlights of our holiday. They were full of energy, always smiling, and made everyone feel included. The activities and evening shows were so much fun, and you could really see how much effort they put into making every guest happy. Without a doubt, the best animation team! Thank you to the entire team for making our second stay just as unforgettable as the first. We are already looking forward to coming back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing holiday!

Positives. Huge pool which was never crowded. Swim up bar. Rooms and beds larger than usual. Staff friendly. Right by beach with sunbeds which was quiet and relaxing. Food included fish, grilled meats, pasta, vegetables galore and really nice pizza. Don't come here for bacon and English breakfast, pies or nuggets. Quieter restaurant at the end of the pool open at lunchtime and set menu brought to the table in the evening. Plenty of sun beds on the grass close to the pool - never ran out. Warmest water I have known pool and sea (late June). Proximity to the marina for a nice stroll - just watch for restaurants that pretend to open a bottle of water. Decent evening entertainment. Understandable for the price. Cocktails were just squash and a local spirit sometimes with more squash to provide a colour contrast. Local wine which was OK - Rose better than red or white. Some minor maintenance issues. Negatives. Air conditioning in our room didn’t work. Other guests said theirs did indicating luck of the draw. Fan worked though which was effective. Annoying music around the pool (personal preference for quiet). Some people may not like the amount of seaweed.

Been to Tunisia 3 times in here now and this is by far worst hotel I’ve stayed in all the hotels in stayed in, the daytime staff on front reception desk give the impression they don’t like English people the lady on front desk in morning the one that wears glasses is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met .I’ve had to change room as patio door nearly fell on wife when we first arrived so had to repack bags and change didn’t get garden view room to what we paid for but as soon as I spoke to TUI rep they changed there mind but I did refuse to move again and as for the food it’s absolutely garbage I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs they don’t cater for English I understand they have to cater for all nationals but apart from pasta which by the way is never hot same as most things I’ve been living on soup but have too wait until the soup earn is nearly empty to get it hot as when it’s full it’s just luke warm wife’s living on bread and rice when they have rice, the footpaths all around the gardens are a disgrace cracked and broken tiles everywhere maintenance staff working to repair this should be done in winter not when guests walking around, bathroom fittings hanging off wall ties cracked on bathroom walls hotel beach is filthy camels there have no bags on the backside to catch there crap they just drop it on beach never cleaned up, told hotel manager he did nothing at all in 2 weeks I was there,TUI should not be sending British people to that hotel for the money it cost we expect better. Only good points are the waiters around pool and reception bar and the bar staff are all first class you cannot fault them.

La piscine est spacieuse et j'ai particulièrement apprécié les chaises longues immergées ainsi que le bar aquatique. Le personnel et Sirine, ainsi que la gérante du spa, sont très à l'écoute et très professionnels. La chambre était très propre bien qu'un peu vieillotte.

La qualité de la nourriture a suscité des préoccupations, partagées par une majorité des clients. L'absence de saveur a été un point de critique majeur, indiquant un manque de satisfaction. De plus, des inquiétudes ont été soulevées concernant la propreté de la piscine, qui n'était pas constamment irréprochable. Et la plage privé est mieux nettoyé dans les hôtels a côté.

I'ld like to express our gratitude about the hotel comfort and service. The staff was very pleasant either in reception, or in pool bar, or in kitchen. The food was really very nice, tasty and various for each stomach:-) Especially Olfa from reception was charming lady with a smile and always ready to help all the guests. She gave us good advice and helped in organizing our walks in Hamamet and out of Hamamet. Housecleaning also made a great job in the rooms. Spa also was wonderful: clean, calm and professional. The only disadvantage: I'ld like u to make the cleaning better in foe toilets. Everything was perfect, thank you the owner and managers too for doing such a great job.

Really nice hotel for family vacation

This was my first time in tunisia and to stay at the Maro polo hotel. Here is a brakedown of my experience. Hotel: the hotel is clean and comfortable however there are areas of the hotel that need fixing e.g there was brocken locks on the toilet doors round the hotel . Also the hotel charge you for using the safe and want money for a pool towel. Staff, all the members of staff are hard working and nothing is no trouble for them. Food ; the breakfast needs improvements as a person who cannot eat eggs this is where i struggling to find something to eat as you only had limited options ( but you had 4 kinds of eggs stactions ) Also everyday their was only 2 kinds of fruits it would be nice if you had a bigger selection e.g some apples. Also the cocktails are a bit water down. They're was a few issues with my room.( the shower did not work and other time the shower curtain fell down , but they where fixed and repaired quickly Wifi works well around the hotel. The entertainment team. The whole team are friendly and they make sure everyone is having a good time. I really enjoyed the pool party 🥳. I have stayed in lots of other hotels and don't think this is quite a 5 star yet but it could be with some improvements ( like some freebie in the mini fridge , and a hotel face lift , and some towel art ) The only big issue is the lack of response when you email the hotel about some questions before booking and also they need some more room details on the website. Overall if you are looking for a week away then don't rule out this hotel.

We’ve just returned from Marco Polo, and had amazing time. Room Was clean and spacious with actual double bed (not the usual two singles pushed together) and a newly fitted bathroom. Air conditioning was adequate. It looked partly over the main restaurant, as I’m an early riser 4.30 I was quite surprised to see people coming out the restaurant about 5ish with white cups in their hand. Thank you!! Thank you!! (Huge coffee drinker in the morning )the restaurant was open for you to get coffee /tea and they were even fruit and pastries please bare in mind the restaurant isn’t fully open and staff are extremely busy cleaning and preparing for breakfast service Pool Was clean and warm, and the swim up bar was a lovely relaxing atmosphere to sit and cool down. Sun beds They always seemed to plenty of empty sun beds available, also the maintenance staff were busy putting Straw Umbrellas on the grass area and new sunbeds were delivered. Beach Beautiful crystal clear warm sea , could walk about 50meters plus out only came to waist height ( I will only go in the sea if I can see the bottom) unfortunately due to lazy irresponsible individuals who have no concern for the environment or wildlife the beach was littered in plastic bottles which is no fault of the hotel Food Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, omelette pancakes, bambalouni (like a donut) cheese, meats salads and fried vegetables and fish, Restaurant We used the pool restaurant during the day it was less busy and piano music was enjoyable to listen to you could get fresh salads, fruit, fish, selection of cakes vegetables, pizzas, variety of meats in different sauces pastas and chips beef in gravy was delicious. Main restaurant at night Mainly the same as pool restaurant, but more variety of dishes and seafood. Staff Guest relations They spoke to us a few times round the pool asking if everything was okay, and if we had any problems with our room /pool/ restaurant etc ( we were happy nothing to complain about) so please if you have anything that bothers you just chat with them Reception was always friendly and very professional. Housekeeping changed towels daily, and made beautiful art with them. Pool bar staff Bar staff busy and also walking around pool asking if you like a drink etc Main bar staff Friendly and professional, always managed to remember your drinks. We were there week commencing 22nd June please can you thank your members of staff for their hard work and friendly mannerism which made our holiday a memorable one.

We had an amazing stay at the Marco Polo Hotel in Tunisia and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a large balcony which was perfect for relaxing. We did have a couple of minor issues with the air conditioning and the toilet flusher, but as soon as we reported them, they were both fixed within the hour. The quick response and excellent service really impressed us. The pool was always spotless, and the swim-up bar was fantastic – a great place to relax and enjoy the day. Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to guest relations, Mohamed Aziz. He was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and genuinely cared about our experience. He also recommended and arranged a fantastic day trip to Tunis and Carthage, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. We were genuinely sad to be leaving and are already looking forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you, Mohamed Aziz, for everything you did to make our holiday so special. We hope to see you again soon!

La piscine super avec de la bonne musique varié et agréable. La taille du lit et notre contact dans l'hôtel Cyrine et le personnel de manière général très agréable. Beau et bon buffet parfois de l'attente pour avoir certain plat (frites, pizza)

Manque de transat et de parasol autour de la piscine et à la plage. Oreiller trop gros. Qualité des boissons du all inclusive vraiment bas de gamme pour l'alcool et trop trop sucré pour les sans alcools. Beaucoup de déchets sur la plage devant l'hôtel malheureusement je pense que c'est partout en Tunisie.

Great place to spend vacation with family, the staff were exceptionally fantastic and friendly, special thanks to Cyrine and Halima for their help and hospitality. The pool and the bar was heavenly and unique. Will definitely visit again.

La nourriture n'était pas bonne du tout et le personnel au restaurant sont aux petits soins des groupes de vacanciers mais ils négligent les individus hors groupes. Le manque de transat au niveau de la piscine, le.manque de matelas des transats au niveau de la plage. Le bruit de l'air climatisé dans la chambre malgré les efforts du personnel de l'entretien et les dégâts des eaux la dernière nuit.

The facility is outdated. the carpet of the lift is too old and smelly. Some of the toilet doors cannot be locked. The food is the same every day. if you are staying for a week, you eat the same food for 7 days.

I had a mixed experience at Concorde Marco Polo. There are definitely strong points: the hotel itself is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The cleaning team is fantastic — always polite and doing an excellent job. The pool area is also very nice, relaxing, and well maintained.However, the food and drinks were a big let‑down, especially for a 4‑star hotel, where the standard should be much higher. The cocktails taste like syrup, and the restaurant really needs improvement. Many dishes were too oily, others had no seasoning, and sometimes the food was unexpectedly very spicy. Some items weren’t even labelled, which made choosing food difficult. Overall, the food quality was far below expectations and affected the overall stay.With better food and drinks, this hotel could easily be a great 4‑star experience — but for now, it feels more like a 3‑star stay.

This visit to Marco Polo was my third, and I booked my fourth before I left the hotel. I first visited in August 2025 without my children and knew within my first 24 hours that I would return to bring them with me. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, kept cool/warm whichever you desire, and cleaned beautifully by the ladies that do this. The reception staff are the best I have ever come across with Cyrine from guest relations always acting in the guests best interests. I have never been somewhere and felt like I have made a friend in the staff but Cyrine really went above and beyond to ensure mine and my children’s comfort during our stay, her attention to detail with each individual guest is second to none. Always checking in with us and making sure our stay was running smoothly. The food here is beautiful with a lot of options to suit everybody far and wide, the restaurant staff are amazing and really treat you so well. I don’t think we got ourselves a single drink during a meal. The bar stuff always had jokes with the children and remembered their names, and the entertainment staff had my children laughing from their belly every day. This hotel is really beautiful and you will not find another like it anywhere in the world. Everything is 5 star!

The experience at Marco polo was lovely, very nice atmosphere, good organised staff , friendly and polite. The location is quite central, neart to the center Medina just 10 min walk. Rooms are ok, cleanlinessis also good. And the entertainment team is lovely, very friendly and making sure you are feeling good. I totally recommend this resort.

What I liked most was the structure: very beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, generous and welcoming, always helpful and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. It has been a long time since I found such a good level of service, hospitality and organization in Tunisia. Compliments to all the staff.

Overall, the stay was positive. The food was decent, but could be improved in terms of attention to detail and meat preparation ect, which was sometimes a bit tough. The all-inclusive drinks could also be better: espresso and cappuccino etc were not available, only alternatives such as American-style coffee, and the juices did not seem very natural.

Otelin konumu, odaların manzarası, temizliği, personelin ilgisi harikaydı. Havuz alanı oldukça iyi dekore edilmişti. Havuzun tasarımına ve büyüklüğüne bayıldık. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, herkesin damak tadına uyacak seçenekler vardı. Marina’ya yürüme mesafesinde olması da bizim için bir avantajdı. Akşamları 10 dakika yürüyerek marinaya ulaşabildik. Okçuluk etkinliği oldukça eğlenceliydi. Ayrıca odamızı özenle temizleyen güleryüzlü 2. kat görevlilerine ve entertainment ekibinden enerjisi hep yüksek olan Willy’e teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha hammamet’e gelirsek tekrar bu otelde konaklayacağız.

Akşam yemeği seçenekleri geliştirilebilir. Balık seçenekleri çok fazlaydı. Balık alerjim olduğu için bazı günler pek yiyecek bir seçenek bulamadım. Herkesin damak tadına hitap edecek pizza, patates kızartması gibi seçenekler arttırılabilir. Mayıs sonu gittiğimiz için deniz tam ısınmamıştı ve oldukça rüzgarlıydı, bu nedenle tüm yosunlar plaja vurmuştu. Denizdeki yosunlar ve pislikler temizlenmeli. Bir de tam güneşlenip rahatlerken sürekli deve turu satmaya çalışan satıcılar insanı biraz rahatsız ediyor.

Had such a lovely stay at Marco Polo. The food is amazing with a varied selection each day, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The entertainment team are awesome especially Lary, Wily and Picachu, and made us laugh and dance every day. The facilities and pool are brilliant. The room is pretty basic so we would probably upgrade our room next time. But overall, it was a fantastic holiday/ We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to book again soon!

The hotel is beautiful and well kept, incredible pool, massages are great, the reps are full of energy and keep you on your dancing feet, and don’t miss out on quad biking it was so much fun! hôtel magnifique avec une piscine juste incroyable le personnel et l'équipe d'animateurs au top du top la restauration super, les spectacles du soir très variés ce qui permet de ne jamais s'ennuyer je remercie particulièrement les animateurs qui grâce à eux nous ont fait passer un séjour extraordinaire merci Pikachu Wael et tout le reste de l'équipe qui sont juste incroyables.

franchement tout était au top peut-être revoir les horaires des animations car le tir à l'arc et la pétanque sont en même temps c'est dommage. mais peut-être qu'en pleine saison ça permet de dispatcher s'il y a beaucoup de monde

Wonderful hotel right on the beach , room was very clean with a lovely sea view. Food was 10/10 with a great variety every day. Great location and too far from the airport. Staff are fantastic , they can’t do enough for you, very friendly and helpful. Entertainment team are really good , especially Nadine. A good mix of activities every day. Great stay so far and would definitely return to this hotel!
