The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The dining room was well organised, and the food was delicious. The spa and swimming pool were clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The biggest asset that the hotel has is its staff. Ina went out of her way to welcome us when we arrived, and showed us personally to our room. At dinner Silviu, Livi and Beth were friendly and efficient. Many thanks to the breakfast staff too. I’m so sorry that I lost the paper where I wrote your names but many thanks to those serving breakfast on 22nd and 23rd August who were equally cheerful and helpful. Many thanks to all of you!

Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. SPA; Pool und Fitness-Center ist ein Club, der vor allem von Nicht-Hotelgästen genutzt wird. Zu allen Zeiten sehr voll und kaum zu nutzen.

Didn’t feel “wowed” by the room. Everything was nice, but for an executive room I expected a bit more. Would’ve preferred a double bed over a twin but understand that it’s not always possible.

All the staff were very attentive and hardworking. The restaurant was excellent. The cleanliness was excellent.

It was an old building. There was no massage service, and Booking.com was unaware of this. That was the most disappointing aspect for us, as we had booked the hotel expecting a spa experience but were unfortunately let down. There was a smell of dampness in the room. Since the pool and sauna areas were open to day visitors, they were crowded with young people who were not very clean; there was constant spitting, and the environment lacked hygiene. There were no play areas for children.

Breakfast was quite expensive but actually worth every penny, lovely selection, good quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Reception and breakfast staff were lovely.

We did not stay in the main hotel, and we felt both the bathroom and bedroom were very basic and felt very tired. That said they were clean and comfortable. Soundproofing was an issue and I could hear the person in the next room snoring.

For the cost and how the hotel prides itself on its food .. breakfast was very mediocre, with guest having to regularly ask for the continental side to be replenished and constantly running out of juices . Tables not cleared efficiently as guests were left waiting for a period of time to be seated abd it wasn’t particularly busy !!

Nothing to not like! If there was one tiny thing, it would be the shower screen on the bath needs a bit of attention, maybe replacement and new seal, but this is a very minor thing. The hotel is lovely!

The location was perfect for visiting Brands Hatch. The swimming pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The gym in particular had great equipment. The staff were excellent. From the moment we walked in, to even after we had left the staff couldn’t have done more for us. This should have a score over 9.5 on Booking.com.

Calm, Tranquil Beautiful Landscape. Beds were super comfy and felt crisp and clean. I felt how my welcome pack letter stated home away from home. Felt safe staying at this hotel with my child.

we are light sleepers and could hear creaking floor boards above and in the corridor of people walking and moving around which kept us awake.

It’s in a gorgeous setting. Staff are nice and helpful, very good service at the restaurant. Bed was comfy. Good cocktails and wine list.

It’s a bit dated and it didn’t seem very organised. The food was fine, breakfast was very expensive. We spent time in the sauna/spa- it was relaxing, decor was a bit tired and the showers needed a good clean and regroutting.

Food was incredible absolutely amazing. The location was great close to shops and bluewater. Nothing negative to say. Will definitely go back! 😀 the price was also very reasonable as we got access to gym, spa, a huge room, parking and complimentary breakfast for 3 days!

The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, a great team! We had an executive twin room which was a good size, lovely and clean and the beds were fresh and comfortable. The aircon was very welcome too! The coffee in the room was very good, from a pod machine, and we had everything else we needed, including fresh bottled water and even a magnified mirror in the bathroom which really helped me put my mascara on. Breakfast and spa facilities were included in the deal price and both were exceptional! The choice and quality at breakfast was first class, everything tasted fresh and the service was great. There were lovely fresh flowers on all the tables which was a nice touch. We loved the pool, jacuzzi and steam room and fresh towels were supplied on every visit. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel and would be more than happy to stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was wonderful. Ok, it could do with a bit of a refurb in places but this didn't detract from our stay. My only real issue was the noise in our room at night. We were in room 6 and I think it was coming from air con units/extraction outside the room. My sleep was completely disrupted by this low, deep hum all night, particulary on our last night. In retrospect, I should have asked for a change of room after the first night and I'm sure the hotel would have been able to arrange this. I think this is something that really needs to be addressed by the hotel as this issue kept me from rating it as highly as I would have otherwise.

Lighting wasn't the best in the room to be honest and no desk light. Little bit of noise late at night but no-fault of hotel.

Bedroom was a nice size, bed very comfortable, in a quiet part of the hotel. My partner swam in the pool and enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at dinner both nights was great too.

They sent an email 2 hours to check in that my reservations is cancelled. Made the booking about 3 weeks in advance. Be careful as this can happen to you too.

The way we was treated because I could not get in touch with the hotel about bringing my friend dog and I had to sleep on the floor also the hotel took 400.00 out my bank for two rooms. Which I tried to cancel but again no reply when I rang up.

The staff were amazing, very attentive and so acomodating despite being extreemly busy, all of the time.

we had a Junior suite which had one small window looking out onto a scruffy back entrance. I fely it was the suite kept for last resort. This was confirmed when we found thst the long life milk had gone off!

It was my birthday and the lady at the reception with the European blonde hair was so lovely. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable as I had a surgery done and was with clutches. She upgraded my room so I didn’t have to walk so far. I ended up paying for an extra night because the hotel meet all my needs. The swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna. Magnificent, I was also given a birthday card and that made me feel special. I will definitely be visiting again with my family and friends.

The entrance to the swimming area and spa had no wheelchair access. Had staircase and I had to use that with my clutch. But it wasn’t so bad ..

Everything. Firstly the staff, none excluded were polite and very helpful. The were very well trained and it showed. Nothing was too much. Dinner was great and breakfast matched it. We would definitely stay there again

Our room was a disgrace broken chair 2 single beds put togethet to make a double no hot water tao working for a shower or bath the changing rooms to the pool were filthy and broken toilet doors i paid for breakfasts 25 pound each to wake ip and there was no breakfast only cold toast and cereal this place is a disgrace worst of all i went for my birthday and had such a bad experience also tried to say we were smoking in our room when me and my partner dont smoke once realised they made a mistake didnt give much of an apology dont bother wasting your money on here

Well first I must state I’m not a hotel person but that wasn’t the case here it was like a home away from home. From the extremely warm and professional welcome from Iveta to Nicky and Lauren in housekeeping who were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a treatment by Beatrice while there which was lovely. Glen and Emma were amazing- honestly nothing was not too much bother. Breakfast was amazing I have found at times ‘younger staff’ can be less enthusiastic- but not here! Madison & Skye were personable, professional and such a delight! My daughter had sat her exams and they left a beautiful card and two same cakes which really made her feel special. Last but most definitely not least Ina- wow her warmth, helpfulness was second to none. Thank you all for showing the difference people make to a place. I was throughly impressed and thankful.

The building is older so shows some signs of this- but still very nice. Also due to the age there was no air con and the fan was shockingly bad. No net curtains either so had to be drawn as not to be seen as our room was at the front of the house. But the warmth of the staff made up for these small imperfections.

The hotel staff made my solo dining experience this evening very comfortable. I opted for 2 courses which were very good. The staff at the hotel have been exceptionally caring and attentive during my 3 night stay. A big thank you to Debbie on Reception . Rhys, Beth and Anna in the restaurant and bar. Also, Louise and Rohan the chefs. Breakfasts at the hotel are particularly good. And a special mention to Rhys who providef great service with exceptional courtesy and style.

The staff were wonderful! All of them, feels like it was an inbuilt value of the hotel. W e had a great host for dinner on the night of 15th. I'm sorry I have forgotten his name.

I am a member at Brands Hatch Spa and have had a few treatments over the years which have all been lovely. However this particular one with Beatris stood out even more. I had the combo so half an hour with a facial and half an hour back and neck massage. It was so relaxing and what I loved was when I was having the face mask Beatris then did me a lovely neck and shoulder massage and a scalp one too. I felt truly relaxed and my skin felt wonderful after. Thank you very much.

Limited evening menu

We stayed at Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa on Sunday 15th June. The hotel is set in lovely grounds, and the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival. We stayed in Room 1, which was clean and well presented. However, the double bed was quite small for us, and in hindsight we probably should have upgraded our room. While comfortable enough, some of the rooms could benefit from modernisation to bring them up to date. One thing worth noting is that the hotel has a lot of stairs and split-level areas, which may make it difficult for guests with mobility issues or those who struggle with stairs. We made use of the terrace area on our first day when the weather was nice. Unfortunately, it felt a little neglected and could do with some TLC. There were quite a few cobwebs, cushions were scattered around, and it lacked atmosphere. It felt as though chairs had simply been placed there without much thought given to creating an inviting space. Our main reason for visiting was to use the spa facilities. The changing rooms were extremely hot as the air conditioning appeared to be broken. There was also maintenance work taking place, which created some noise while we were trying to relax by the swimming pool. We was not informed of this when booking. At one point, condensation was dripping from the ceiling onto the indoor lounge area, making the spa feel rather stuffy a door was opened at some point which helped a bit. The sauna and steam room were both enjoyable, and the hot tub was a pleasant temperature. However, there was visible soap scum around the edge, and it appeared unusually foamy. I mentioned this to a member of staff, who advised that it had been cleaned the previous evening, but nothing appeared to be done during our visit. Breakfast offered a good selection of options, allowing us to choose exactly what we wanted. Everything was well presented and freshly cooked to order. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay thanks to the friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, and attractive grounds. However, a little more attention to maintenance, and updating some areas of the hotel and spa would significantly improve the guest experience.

Hosted a ladies Retreat there. Beautiful venue, comfy rooms and delicious food. Breakfast was bountiful. Want to shout out to Megan on front desk who was so friendly and helpful. Also Ewelina and Rhys for being fantastic hosts of our event. And Sonia, our dedicated waitress for the veneing was so kind. Thank you Bradshatch!

My wife and I had a great experience here. We had a relaxing day at the spa with a treatment each. I had a great massage and express facial from Holly - highly recommend! The hotel stay was also wonderful and the staff were all so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Ivana on reception was immediately so lovely and helpful checking us in and showing us to our rooms. And she was so kind and friendly the next morning when we were checking out! Rhys was our server at dinner and he looked after us beautifully. He was very friendly and attentive (also the dinner was incredible!). Breakfast was great (we had the restaurant to ourselves as everyone else had already eaten!) Ben was our server and he was fantastic - also super helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend the French Toast!

I came for a day conference, and I have to say the food being brought out for the the day was really good. I mean... delicious! The staff were also friendly and professional. Reception team, thank you for your kindness. Y'all, were very patient and that's huge for me. Sonia, you were also amazing serving everyone in the evening. Thank you, also, to everyone esle! I totally would recommend having a conference here. It's a lovely and clean estate. Differently great for small scale weddings and functions.

Had a lovely time at the Hotel and SPA. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The food in the SPA cafe and restaurant was delicious. It didn't say on the menu, but they were able to make me a gluten free sandwich. Special shout out the Rhys, our waiter in the restaurant. He made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable time.

I went for a spa day with a friend Sun 7th June. We have been several times before over a number of years. We had a wonderful day, the afternoon tea was excellent. Everything from the sandwiches to the scones were well made and the cakes were truly delicious. We also both had spa treatments and found both our therapists to be excellent. I would definitely recommend Beatriz. One of the best massages I have had for years.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud zowel buiten als binnen. Het bubbelbad deed t niet in de spa en alles online zag er mooier uit dan de werkelijkheid. Badkamer was vrij klein, niet eens ruimte om je toilettas fatsoenlijk een plekje te geven. Je hoorde veel geluid van de M20

Wonderful little hotel from the health club staff to the restaurant and bar. Special thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who sorted out a wonderful massage and facial with Hailey, and I thoroughly enjoyed the exercise classes. We had breakfast and dinner most days in the restaurant during our stay which was excellent. Rhys was so friendly and extremely efficient, what a credit to the hotel he is. Hotel Is in a great location, very close to Brands Hatch race track. Our room was a good size and very clean. We will definitely be back.

My partner organised a lovely weekend for my birthday at Brands Hatch Place. I really enjoyed the time in here, there is plenty to do, spa and spa treatments, gym and gym classes, tennis court and also nice walk around the area. Highly recommend the afternoon tea experience (you need to pre-book it in advance though, we have been lucky today) .. A special thanks to Rhys for been so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming to us.

Dove was amazing, I have a nut allergy and she made me so at ease with it all and went out of her way to find me alternative products to suit my needs. If I lived closer to the venue dove would be my new regular masseuse.
