La camera pulita con tutto quello che serve. Comodissimo il noleggio delle biciclette e la possibilità di fare yoga sul rooftop. Si attraversa la strada e si è a south beach dove è possibile avere lettino ed ombrellone. Struttura storica ben tenuta, è andata oltre le mie aspettative

Habitación muy acogedora, espaciosa y cómoda. Situado en Ocean Drive, pero a la distancia justa para no escuchar el ruido de los bares por la noche. Las hamacas y sombrilla incluidas cada día en la playa son una gran ventaja.

La piscina es muy pequeña, y en verano está demasiado caliente. Por lo demás, un acierto.

was charged for extra things and they never even sent a receipt, received a surprise charge to my bank account, my booking was also cancelled because my flight was delayed despite that i informed the hotel i was going to check in due to a change in my flights, it took almost an hour to fix the cancellation and check in, the place is also dirty for a hotel with grime and mold in the shower, the tables weren’t cleaned in my room when i got in, the hotel AC also barely works, this place felt more like a 2.5 than a 3 star hotel

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Balfour Hotel! Glücklicherweise bekamen wir Upgegrade und hatten ein noch cooleres Zimmer. Überhaupt hat das Hotel ein sehr schönes Interior. im Retro-Contemporary Style. Taylor, der Hotel Manager war so lieb und gab uns sehr gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Bars. Der Strand ist gleich über die Strasse. Liegen und Handtücher sind inkludiert. Ich freute mich über den Steamer im Zimmer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Bis Bald und Danke!

Het personeel was bijzonder onvriendelijk (met uitzondering van de man die de nachtdienst had). De bedden waren van zeer slechte kwaliteit en er was geen privacy in de kamer omdat het raam uitkeek op de centrale binnenplaats (en dus andersom ook)

10 stars. No question. Our stay at Balfour Miami Beach, a Registry Collection Hotel, was exactly what you hope for when you book a Miami escape. The hospitality team set the tone immediately, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Julie deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were comfortable from start to finish. Those thoughtful touches and kind check-ins made all the difference. The newly remodeled side strikes a perfect balance. Clean, modern design layered with that classic Miami Art Deco feel. It feels fresh without losing character. Location is spot on. Easy access to everything, yet calm enough to relax. The beach setup is seamless. You arrive, have a welcome drink, settle in, and the day just unfolds. If you want a short stay that feels easy, welcoming, affordable, and well cared for, this is it. Highly recommend.

The only thing I didn’t realize before booking is that the hotel has two distinct sides; one more original Art Deco and one recently remodeled. It would have been helpful to know this in advance when choosing a room. (Shared pics from the older room of the bed & bathroom, remodeled room just the bed & space.

The location and staff was very good and friendly.

Bathroom door was almost off it's hinges and would not close. Ceiling looked unfinished. Bathroom had no towel bars to hang towels.

Hanno sottratto soldi da una carta e poi ne hanno aggiunti in un’altra nonostante la prenotazione per 2 stanze fosse in una sola carta. Dovrebbe essere Booking e la struttura occuparsi di questo, abbiamo perso tempo per capire cosa stessimo pagando

We booked a Junior Suite with a main bedroom and a separate area, divided by a sliding door, with a large sofa bed. Unfortunately, the A/C was a major issue. Despite the hotel initially insisting that the A/C was working properly, the room was extremely hot. The main bedroom had a ceiling fan, which helped slightly, but the sofa bed area had no fan at all and was unbearably hot, especially in Miami in August. The first night was a nightmare. After we complained, a hotel representative gave us two small portable units that were primarily heaters but also had a fan setting. Unfortunately, these made very little difference. Later, another member of staff was much more transparent and admitted that the A/C in this particular room was simply not good enough for the size of the suite. However, we were told there was little they could do because the hotel was fully booked. The following evening, I raised the issue again with a different member of staff, who told me that maintenance had checked the room and that everything was "completely fine." This did not reflect our experience at all, so I asked her to come to the room with me and see the situation herself (with both A/C & ceiling fan on). She even insisted that the room was just hot because of the outside although it was facing the patio. After around 10 minutes, the hotel member agreed to give us the connecting room next door, which thankfully had excellent A/C. This helped with the sofa bed situation, but our original main bedroom was still very warm and we were largely relying on the ceiling fan. On the third night, after raising the issue again, the hotel finally moved us to a different, larger room. The A/C worked perfectly there and everything was great from that point onwards.

The location was fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants but not too close to the impacted by noise! the hotel is lovely decorated and rooms very clean and the employees were lovely and very helpful

The only point that was not great was the pool - it got so hot during the day that we could just not use it.

Ik was een beetje huiverig door de laatste reviews maar de kamer viel ons echt mee. We zijn met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen en hadden de junior suited geboekt met de stapelbedden! Was echt meer dan prima

Het zwembad is geen zwembad te noemen. Echt heel klein. Kamers waren wel gehorig, je kon de bovenkamers echt goed horen, vooral als er gelopen etc werd. Maar 1x in de nacht last gehad , dus hier wel rekening mee houden. Parkeren via hor is $45 per dag, wij hebben in een parkeergarage gezet en koste $20 per dag

The Balfour amazing I was stunned when I walked in the decor to the hotel was stunning the rooms were extremely clean and you could tell they have updated their rooms. They were small and cozy.

Well, we had a few hiccups or one major hiccup the first room that we had the AC unit wasn’t working correctly. They did move us to a second room, which was a lot bigger and had an amazing charm to it. We were in that room for less than an hour that AC unit wasn’t working either got moved to a third room identical to the second very stunning great view. AC was finally working.

チェックインの際に Booking.com が案内した金額と異なる金額を提示され、1時間以上フロントで押し問答。結局はホテル側が折れる形で予約を取り直して、無事にチェックインは出来たが、チェックアウト後の請求金額がホテル側が取り直して提示してくれた金額と違った。明らかな金銭トラブルであり、Booking.comを経由して問い合わせて既に1ヶ月経過。全く返信がなく、解消の兆しがない。あと、シンプルに、部屋にデスク、ソファがないのも不便だった。

Location was great! One block to the beach and chairs were included with your stay. The style and decor were beautiful.

It has little quirks with being an older property but the renovations were nice. We had two rooms and there were things that were missing in one room (like robes) that the other had.

Beautiful hotel, tranquility in the madness of Ocean Drive! Stunning reception area, rooms lovely, plunge pool area was great, breakfast was delicious, complimentary drinks voucher were very much appreciated and generous. Staff were second to none. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff were very nice. They did everything in their power to help correct the issues I had with my stay. I enjoyed the welcome drink as well as the amenities such as the in room mini bar, free towels for the pool and the beach, easy access to bike rentals, complimentary chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The location was great and the area was pretty quiet and clean. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but there were some great options nearby. Happy hour from 3-7 was also a plus as the drinks weren’t as pricey as other places.

The property has a pest/deep cleaning issue. The first room I checked into had a flying cockroach, the rug under the bed looked like I’ve seen it in the George Washington House very outdated and did not really go with the room. There was also a large gap under and around the door frame into the room which is probably one of the ways the cockroach got in. The other could have been the gaping hole around the sprinkler in the bathroom. The second upgraded premium room was much nicer than the first however the shower drain had fly larvae coming out of it and it would stop up while showering causing the larvae to be floating around the bottom of the shower which was very disgusting and disturbing. The premium room did have access to the roof but there wasn’t much up there except a few chairs that seemed to be taken over by the pigeons hiding underneath.

Very beautiful property!!! Many areas to have a coffee on the patio, or enjoy a glass of wine on the rooftop!!!

Parking in Miami is very difficult! You either have to pay to park, which is hard to find a parking spot or choose the valet. A little pricey in my opinion. But, sometimes it’s what you have to do.

Estivemos no hotel durante 5 dias, a localização é bem favorável para quem quer ir à praia e explorar diversos restaurantes nas redondezas. Tem um parking no shopping onde está o Best buy que aceita pernoite e o preço é bem justo. A Best Buy, Target, Ross, TJ max ficam a 15min do hotel e tem farmácias a 5min.

Não tenho do que reclamar do hotel, apenas que nosso quarto era pouco iluminado artificialmente, mas acredito que era pq o Led da sanca estava queimado.

התארחנו במלון המפטון ונהנינו מאוד. המלון נקי, נוח ומסודר, הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי, והמיקום שקט ומרכזי . תמורה מצוינת למחיר, ובהחלט נשמח להתארח בו שוב.

De kamer is ruim en schoon. De bedden liggen lekker en zijn ook groot. Wat super is is dat je strandhanddoeken krijgt en vanuit het hotel zijn er ook gratis strandbedjes en parasols op South beach.

Het zwembad was echt heel erg warm. Het leek wel een jacuzzi…. Dit was echt bizar. Verder was wel echt alles top aan ons verblijf en konden we zelfs de laatste dag na het uitchecken nog douchen en gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten.

The staff were incredibly nice. The location was convenient because it was walking distance to the beach. The Balfour also accommodated your beach trip with towels and two chairs with an umbrella. The rooms were clean, and cozy.

I like boutique hotels, especially on south beach! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Just some fine tuning to with the room. My bathroomv light wouldn't turn off, the toilet wouldn't flush consistently, and AC was cold but loud! Minor facilities inconveniences, but still enjoyed my stay.

* Check-in is very easy and smooth — complete the formalities online beforehand and simply collect your key card upon arrival. * The beach is a hop skip and jump from the hotel, and having access to beach chairs and umbrellas (Estebans Place) is a huge bonus. You also get 2 hours free if you use their in house bike facility. * I appreciated the availability of filtered water stations so guests can refill their bottles and avoid using plastic bottles. * The in-room coffee was great, and the eco-friendly shower products were high quality. * The food was genuinely very good. We tried the chicken sandwich, burger, moutabel with pita bread, and the watermelon feta salad — all were delicious. * The hotel is within walking distance to a nearby bodega (La Playa), which was convenient for picking up daily supplies and more affordable food options- Miami is expensive and it may not be ideal to eat out for every meal.

* Our room on the 3rd floor smelled musty and damp throughout the stay. Upon check-in, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair rolled up in a corner, and there were stains on the bed linen. * Housekeeping seemed very minimal — mostly just making the bed, replacing towels, and refreshing the coffee station. Floors and bathrooms were not at all cleaned, toiletries were not checked or refilled if empty, and on our last day the room wasn’t serviced at all. * Having a kettle in the room would be helpful, especially for guests who do not drink coffee and may simply want hot water. * There are no wall hooks anywhere to hang wet towels or clothing. * While the bathroom itself is spacious, the sink is extremely small and the shelf above it protrudes awkwardly, making it very easy to bump your head while washing your face. There’s also very limited space for personal toiletries and no mirror in the main room. * The walls are thin and you can hear movement and peoples conversations. This has been the case in every room we have stayed * The biggest issue happened during checkout. I discovered that in addition to the daily deposit hold, I had also been charged again for the full stay due to what was described as a “system mess up,” despite already paying in advance before arriving in Miami. I was not informed about this at check-in. The front desk response felt very nonchalant, no apology was offered, and I was simply told the charge would be refunded with a handwritten note. I’m still waiting for this to be rectified. * The hotel has charm and the renovated lobby area looks lovely, but our room specifically felt quite outdated. My previous stay here was much better, largely because of the room type we had. This time, the damp walls and musty environment were concerning, especially because mold is a health concern for me.

הייתה הרגשה שסידרו את החדר בזריזות כשהגענו.. החדר לא היה כל כך נקי.. לא החליפו נייר טואלט והיה חסר סבון נוזלי במקלחת (אמרנו להם ועד היום האחרון לא מילאו) התאורה בחדר ללשה בטירוף ולא ניתן לראות כמעט כלום. בנוסף לא היה לנו קו טלפון כך שלא יכולנו ליצור קשר עם הקבלה. היה לנו מנקה חלונות בשעה 7 בבוקר (כך שקיבלנו השקמה לא נעימה) הןא דפק על החלון שלנו כ40 דקות , ניקה באגרסיביות את החלון. פיצו אותנו עם ארוחת בוקר. בנוסף פחות התחברנו לבריכה - היא ממש ממש קטנה ואין מקום לכל האורחים. אז אם אתם מחפשים מלון לשהות בו בבריכה זה לא המלון.

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter des environs. Les vélos, les transats de plage et le restaurant sont de vrais atouts, avec une très bonne cuisine et un serveur du matin compétent et attentionné.

La chambre nous a déçus : lits inconfortables avec matelas affaissés, grille de ventilation sale et salle de bain beaucoup trop petite. La piscine est également vraiment minuscule.

O quarto dessa vez tinha vários problemas. Número 327. Um barulho constante vindo da ventilação, que parecia uma pessoa roncando 24 horas por dia. A porta também estava com problema e precisava de um empurrão para trancar. Uma das cortinas não abria, estava travada.

We booked because we liked the location next to Miami beach, as it was a 1-block walk to the beach. The hotel is a quaint offering, some uniqueness to the hotel as it looks antiquated. Appearance was nice inside and out. They have a bar with unique drinks and house beers, not offering any other beer than that. But, the beer was good nonetheless. The bathroom was pretty unique, as the shower and the main floor was one without a curb. It all flowed to the drain. Something you would like in your own house. There was also a small grocery market to grab food for the beach, and a popular restaurant (Big Pink) that were both within walking distance.

The room that we stayed in had a known problem with the bathroom sink, where the mount was coming off of the wall. Also, not enough shelving or counter space (no counter at all) in the bathroom for toiletries. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as desired. Even though most of the hotels in the area were high priced because of location to the beach, this was a bit overpriced.

Great location, close but not in the noisy tourist section. The Superior Suite is a good size for Miami Beach, comfortable bed, clean, nice hotel, good staff - and only a few steps to the beach.

Valet can take a while to bring the car. Room is sealed, so have to use air conditioning.

Great location.

The “swimming pool” is smaller than a bathtub. Elevator was broken during my entire stay (5 days) and no one had the curtesy to let me know beforehand even though I have a baby.

Noisy bed AC sucks My shower didn’t have hot water (i have to move to another room btw) 50$ to 1 more hour (late checkout)

La habitación y el baño eran muy pequeños. La habitación que nos dieron no coincidía con las fotos que aparecen en booking, eran más pequeña. La publicación hace un buen trabajo con las fotos, la pileta también es bastante pequeña

The room itself was nice and spacious with nice windows for light. The bed was very comfortable. The location was nice. We liked that we could easily take the stairs when we didn't have our bags. We've stayed at Hotel Breakwater for a similar price before, and I'd choose Balfour over that every time.

The bathroom is way too small for comfort. The shower didn't drain well. The "free welcome drink" is only good for beer/wine. We attempted to get a table for a drink and some food the first day, but ended up waiting too long and went elsewhere.

I liked to location and how clean the rooms were everyday.

I didn't feel the front desk was as friendly and open as it should. I also felt the access to beach towels were a bit off. The front desk gave me bath towels instead of a beach towel the first day. I also didn't feel safe with security as the elevators or front of the hotel did not require any hotel id to get in so anyone is able to roam in without proof.

Staff was unwelcoming and made us feel like we were bothering them. We got a room with black mold in the ceiling and we couldn't get another room until the day after because there were no rooms available and the next day they kept telling us to come back later and were not proactive about it at all.

We really liked the location, the interior design, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special thank you to the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They also extended our check-out by one hour without any issues, which we really appreciated. I especially love small boutique-style hotels like this because they usually feel much more cozy, comfortable, and personal.

One downside was the noise insulation in the room. At night, I could hear another guest snoring quite clearly — I believe they were staying in the room above us. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and barely worked in our room on the first floor. Housekeeping felt a bit superficial, as there was quite a lot of dust, especially on the headboard and around the outlets. The bathroom was also quite small.

Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja obiektu na Ocean Drive, w cichym miejscu, ale jednocześnie bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum Miami Beach. Niedaleko są fajne miejsca na jedzenie, plaża jest 2 minuty od hotelu, w cenie pobytu są wliczone 2 leżaki i parasol oraz ręczniki plażowe. Cena na bookingu zawiera resort fee i uważam, że to super, bo nie ma dodatkowych ukrytych kosztów, o których dowiadujemy się po przyjeździe do hotelu.

Очень удобная локация,вкусные завтраки(оплачиваются отдельно),приветливые персонал.Wi fi работает хорошо. До пляжа идти 4 мин ,лежаки предоставляют.Отель не шумный.

Очень мягкие матрасы,но тут каждому свое. Не хватает нормального душа,система включает только тропический душ и все.
