Nice staff very nice hotel , just a few minutes from the beach we like it a lot and we got upgraded for the room

Quite place to work downstairs at the bar, air con is great, and staff did there job. Also they upgraded us which was very kind.

$11 for an ice coffee, thats a joke but its Miami so maybe thats normal.

Very helpful staff, we got there around 8am yet still got room straight away and with an upgrade! Hotel is in prime location, it’s clean and cozy.

I love the hotel and the pool. They are just lovely.

I was a little disappointed that the restaurant closed but they’re working on getting another one in there so I’m sure it’ll be fine.

Great location and lovely hotel, the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Very clean and spacious room. We got a free upgrade as it was my birthday and I really appreciate it

The restaurant and bar were closed, we weren’t advised this beforehand. Also the cleaning service was quite late we would have preferred our rooms cleaned/fresh towels in the morning time. Can’t fault the hotel we still enjoyed our stay

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The toilet had old, dried urine stains and the sheets were not clean. Thankfully, the staff were very friendly and quickly sent someone to clean everything again. Good service, but cleanliness needs improvement.

proximité plage et restaurant

Nous avons eu la joie de rester ici en fin d’un road trip. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à deux pas d’Ocean Beach. Nous avions une chambre à l’angle avec balcon. Un service de vélo électrique est disponible pour aller se promener gratuitement pendant 2 heures le long de la cote. L’accueil est excellent et le personnel nous a même aidés à peser nos bagages avant le départ !

Allez… juste un micro détail : le balcon mériterait quelques fleurs

- Un excellent emplacement à South Beach, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. - Une chambre d'une taille assez grande (surtout pour Miami), joliment décorée et agrémentée d'une grande terrasse. - La piscine sur le toit. - Le prêt de vélos.

- La douche étant fixe et la paroi de verre du mur n'étant pas assez longue, de l'eau est rapidement projetée sur le sol de la salle de bain. L'absence de ventilation ne permet pas d'évacuer la buée. - La piscine ferme à 7PM, ce qui est un peu trop tôt à notre sens.

The hotel is located in the heart of South Beach, in a fantastic location close to everything. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very convenient. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a great place to relax and added a lot to our overall experience. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I love the location, being near of the beach and Ocean drive was magnificent. I really loved my room, it had a beautiful bathtub. And as the cherry of my pie, the pool, it is in a rooftop with a beautiful view.

Everything was above expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The pool had a nice vibe. We also took advantage of the complementary bicycles. Nice touch!

Great location in Miami Beach. They have bikes to use which is cute and free coffee in the morning.

Breakfast coffee ruined when the loud music kicked in … can’t we have a little break from the music? An hour in the morning? Listen to the birds sing???

Couldn't find a flaw with the hotel. Amazing place to stay, really clean, friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the money spent. 30 mins before we were due to check out, I had an email to say my flights out of Miami were cancelled. The staff let us stay in our room for a few hours after check out time to help us sort out other arrangements. We're really thankful for this.

The esthetics, the staff, I loved the big balcony! The room was and bathroom was very nice and clean. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and professional! I felt comfortable the entire stay. I love the rooftop pool.

It was a bit loud with the sport cars and honking. It was the fifa finals so I understood. That's the only thing I didn't like. We heard it a couple times throughout the night But we were still able to rest peacefully

The Angler Sout Beach. The staff is the best I’ve encountered-in all my 30 years travellkng. It’s at the at the epicenter of everything you could want-meaning no more than a five minute walk to Ocean Drive/ collins. With the fancy stores and red you’d expect!.

When someone from the hotel came, they gave us another room, but our belongings were in our original room—our phone charger and money—but it was no use. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une très bonne odeur qui met tout de suite dans l'ambiance. L'établissement est très moderne, très propre et super bien aménagé. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, professionnel et réactif. L'emplacement est parfait : situé juste à côté de South Beach à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Le quartier est safe et il y a plein de restaurants et de magasins à proximité. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Tout! La chambre luxueuse et confortable, la piscine, les serviettes et les chaises de plage incluses et le tour de vélo électrique.

Le monsieur de la réception était froid et distant. Par chance, le jeune homme a la porte et aux bagages était chaleureux et il nous a bien aidé avec les instruction du vélo électrique.

Hard to get help at night. There was only one staff when I called down for extra blankets. Said I had to come down to get it. Found two groups being checked in and with no real urgency that it’s 1am and people waiting downstairs are looking to sleep quickly

The costumer service and installation of the hotel very well.

And the moment I’m waiting for the Cashback (200usd) that I paid for money deposit. When I made the check in the last 26th of June at the lobby.

The front desk did a great job at getting us into our room. We were only here for a couple of days before our cruise and stayed here in Miami. The staff got us into our room earlier than expected which we were fine waiting for regular check in. Appreciate them going above for us. Also told us about the two hours we get on bikes provided if we wanted to use them. As well as pointed us to our location for reserved chairs at Miami Beach. Would consider this hotel again if I’m in Miami
