Soggiorno semplicemente impeccabile.
Staff, room comfort and food were excellent.

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment of arrival, I felt a high level of luxury and genuine attention to guest comfort. The welcome was warm and professional, the organization was excellent, and all members of the team were extremely courteous, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience. The room was outstanding in every way; spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The beautiful view of the Nile added a special touch of tranquility and made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the attention to detail was clearly visible everywhere. The service was truly remarkable; the staff were kind, respectful, always smiling, and very responsive to every request. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The breakfast experience was one of the highlights of our visit. There was a wonderful variety of choices, excellent quality of food, elegant presentation, and a beautiful atmosphere that made every morning a pleasure. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service and showed a genuine sense of hospitality and professionalism. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, tranquility, and the world-class service that the Four Seasons brand is known for. If we return to Cairo again, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence will definitely be our first choice without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for true luxury, exceptional service, outstanding cleanliness, and an unforgettable hospitality experience. My sincere thanks and appreciation to the hotel management and the entire team for their wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.
I really enjoyed the services and hospitality of Mr Samy at the bar located at the third floor in the hotel
I like that it was next to a mall it has lovely restaurants and bar at the hotel... service was amazing
I wouldn't say it's bad but I think it needs a little updating... But it was clean and very nice
Best: The view of the pyramids and very good breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.
The pool cafe allows people to come and have food and shisha there, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for people swimming and tanning while being observed by fully closed people having dinner. A bit of a weird feeling.
It was an amazing experience from the staff warm welcome , the room , the spa , the food and especially the pool . A remarkable mention to Hanane from aura restaurant a very respectful , dedicated and heart-soothing person always guiding to the best experience with her perfect smile and memory !

Although slightly worn around the edges it's a very clean, comfortable hotel with fantastic staff. Breakfast and food from other hotel restaurants we went to was excellent. The location is convenient for travel to the pyramids and GEM. I'd definitely recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and would stay there again.
Firstly I would like to say that the staff here are incredibly hard working. Mustafa and Naby at the First Bar make excellent cocktails. And Mohammed at the Pool was very friendly, helpful and made our time there much more relaxing. However for myself personally I often found the staff almost too attentive, it might be because the hotel was clearly far from being at full capacity while I was there, but sometimes I couldn't sit by myself for a minute without a different one of them coming over absolutely earnestly desperate to help me with something, anything at all. I personally just want to be left alone sometimes rather than being constantly fussed over, so this did get a bit annoying. Basically you can expect them to treat you like Royalty, which might be exactly what some people want, but its not for me. Otherwise the Hotel was fantastic in every conceivable way.
The Four Seasons Cairo was probably the least impressive part of the Egypt trip. While the service was professional and the location was convenient, the hotel itself felt somewhat aged, and unfortunately my room overlooked a large zoo construction area, which was not particularly attractive. That said, I spent very little time in the room because the itinerary and experiences throughout Cairo were so engaging and full of activity that it ultimately did not affect my enjoyment of the trip in any significant way.
Rooms Great, staff, breakfast, gym, all great
I tought that i was staying at the “other” four seasons , in Cairo… This was in Giza, so it did make a difference
Excellent service and rooms. From the check in to departure couldn’t fault. The rooms were spacious clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a good choice of dining options.
We spent 4 nights in April 2026 in 2 separate rooms. We were a family of 6 with 2 children aged 10 and 13 years and my two parents. Check in and concierge services were excellent. The room looked a bit outdated but was comfortable and clean. Regardless of the view, there is noise at night - either from the street between the hotel and the zoo, or from the restaurants and clubs next to the hotel on the Nile banks. Breakfast was average. A big buffet spread but quality was not Four Seasons worthy. Breads were not as fresh. Servers seemed overwhelmed at times and it was hard to get their attention to place orders for drinks. The adjacent mall with high end stores was completely deserted. It was a pleasant area to walk around though. The lebanese restautant next to the pool served excellent dinner. Food was high quality and tasty. Again, hard to find our server even though restaurant was empty. The location didnt seem to matter. Nothing seemed close or convenient. Downtown Cairo is noisy, dusty, there is garbage everywhere, the air is polluted and traffic is bad. If I visited again, I would avoid downtown Cairo and stay in a newer hotel outside of the city like Hyatt Centric Cairo West where we spent our last night. Overall this is still a good hotel; it just does not feel like a Four Seasons Hotel - the rooms desperately need to be renovated, restaurant staff need better training.
LG restaurant is always the best. The best spaghetti in town. Service is always excellent - fast and with a smile. Excellent! Particular call-out to Safaa and Fatima. Thank you!
Fabulous hotel and excellent service!
Enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel at the end of our Egypt trip. Rooms were large and nice and some offer nice views and even Pyramid Views. We had 3 rooms and one very large suite. Rooms had everything you could want, the suite we had was huge with dining area, kitchen guest bathroom, living area work area and pyramid views, ot was also full of beautiful fresh flowers. Breakfast was very good and service was great at the restaurant. Having the mall next door was also pretty convenient. You can buy a Rolex, bed linens, or some Egyptian souvenirs, pretty eclectic mix of stores. The pool area is small and can feel enclosed but they do have glassed in cabanas where you can have a meal, we found this very convenient and used it a couple of times. Room service was good and prompt, and as everywhere else in Egypt, prices are ridiculously cheap. Treat yourself to everything on the menu. Would come back if I needed to be in Giza on this side of town.
Location , Restaurants and Hospitality They are the best
Value for money am Egyptian i paid per Night 1200$
The hotel was modern and clean with spacious rooms. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was a major highlight sweeping multiple rooms. On-site restaurants were average.
The staff is exceptional. Especially front desk Manager Mohammed and all the staff by the pool went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. Also great massage by save en. The facilities , decor and pool as I would expect from a Four Season hotel. Highly recommend
Nothing
It is a wonderful place to wind down at our end of tour in Egypt. The service, facilities and staff are all up to the par of 4 seasons brand. We had a premium Nile view room, which is a partial view from two different windows, because the resident building is in front of the hotel building. So set up the realistic expectations, but the room is spacious and luxurious. We definitely enjoyed it with the Nile view despite not being a panoramic view of Nile. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons. The staff and concierge are wonderful. If you need pretty much anything they can help. I found the staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, and inviting. I think this was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. There was a balcony that overlooked the Zoo and Botanical gardens. I spent some time out there and found it to be a very nice view. I was also able to see all 3 pyramids in the distance. We visited one of their boat restaurants for dinner and we're very happy with our meal. The concierge sent a vehicle to take us there and they also brought us back. It was very easy and complementary. The breakfast buffet also has something everyone. My wife also couldn't stop Raving about the amazing massage she had while we were there. It's a very nice hotel and well worth the price. I have paid a lot more for a whole lot less.
This hotel was everything you would expect from Four Seasons. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent pillows ( dry important to me), well appointed bathroom and much more. The room has a great closet with lots of light and space. The bathroom had a separate toilet room with a frosted glass door so you didn’t have to turn on the light but you had privacy. The shower had excellent water pressure and the fixtures were easy to figure out—no confusion about how to get it hotter. Double sinks are always appreciated! The curtains kept the room dark but I did have to put a chair over one end of them to keep the light from creeping in between them. There was a nice upholstered chair and a large desk with 2 chairs so both of us could use our computers at the same time. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, while the food in the restaurants was excellent. There is a mall right next door with an entrance from inside the hotel so you ahve easy access. Great if you want to walk but not go out in the heat or dust. Beautiful pool area with a heated pool when it’s cool. All in all, a fantastic experience!
we had a large apartment on the 12th floor, everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, a little worse at the entrance, when they welcome us and open the door when we have a small bag. when we leave and have several suitcases, no one was there and we struggled a lot with the narrow door. The restaurant by the pool is good, the service is very good and they have good beer and my son praised the pizza ...
Even on the 12th floor with the windows fully closed, there was a lot of road noise at night. I slept badly even with earplugs. Cairo is just a megapolis, lots of traffic, I understand that. But the windows are not very tight and the noise comes inside. I see room for improvement in this regard.
Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence in Giza was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was flawless. The staff anticipated every need with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Every interaction felt personal, never transactional. The amenities are exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons property: beautifully maintained, luxurious, and thoughtfully curated. The pool area is serene and elegant, the spa is indulgent and relaxing, and the dining options are outstanding. Every meal felt like an experience, with impeccable presentation and quality. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. They create an atmosphere of effortless hospitality that makes you feel completely at ease. The concierge team was knowledgeable and attentive, housekeeping was meticulous, and the entire hotel operates with a level of polish that feels seamless.
The staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble and requests were sorted almost instantly
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especially Magat , Ehsan ,Maryam, Ahmed at the breakfast were exceptional. Great pool area Salma, Mira and Mohammad were great and very helpful at the pool area .The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch /dinner and drinks at the pool and aura . Looking forward of coming back again soon
Beautiful atmosphere!

Tired and run down property. Feels like a 3 star
Definitely a fine, high end hotel in line with the Four Seasons brand. Great corner room on the 9th floor with views of the Nile and the pyramids in the distance. The service was very attentive.
Everything was quite wonderful. Staff made sure that we were satisfied. Definitely would stay here again. Breakfast buffet is lovely.
I will say that service was great at the Four Seasons Residence in Cairo. 10/10. The rooms are outdated but still comfortable. The clientele was odd - departed at 3am for an early flight and the lobby was bustling with groups of men. Very weird. Excellent breakfast and dining area. Very accommodating. Not a great neighborhood to walk around - they insisted we take a car to the restaurant boat in the back of the hotel.
Exceptional stay at this opulent and stunning hotel. We were treated like royalty for the duration of our stay. I stayed here with my husband and our two children from the 18th - 22nd of May 2025, and it was a highlight of our holiday, along with seeing the pyramids. The staff at the First Residence were so efficient, incredibly attentive, and professional. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Our room was always immaculate, extremely spacious, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast and also the food served by the pool is exceptional and of the highest quality. We travel extensively as a family, having visited many parts of the world and I would have to say, this hotel would be one of our top favourites. I want to give a special mention to the general manager Charles Fisher, as an ambassador for the Four Seasons Brand, he really delivered world-class service. He was extremely approachable, very genuine, and sincere. He kindly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was satisfactory. I want to also mention the hostess Toka, who kindly catered to our needs at the pool. She was so attentive, ensuring that we had enough towels at the pool and she had a lovely manner with our children. All the hotel staff were extremely approachable, genuine, professional, and efficient. We will definitely be visiting again.
Everything was exceptional.

Breakfasts
The service is bad, the view of the room and the quality of the windows are very bad They made an extra bed with a dirty pillow
Gorgeous rooms and property. We had a nice lunch overlooking the pool.
Clean and peacefully 🇰🇼

This is an amazing hotel - we loved it!
Staying at the Four Seasons First Residence in Giza was absolutely wonderful. The building itself was stunning, and the views were breathtaking, especially overlooking the Nile. The service was top-notch, from the reception to the restaurants, and everyone was incredibly attentive. It’s a place that will always hold a special spot in my heart, and I’m definitely planning to return next year, if not the following one. I loved every moment of it, and it was truly amazing! The staff were extremely polite and helpful. A special shout-out to Menna who was very kind and efficient
Great size rooms, since its older the insulation is good. Hotel generally is well maintained. Yassir at front door was great.
Staff had trouble understanding English, especially at front desk, the vendors in thr markets were speaking better english.. Some door men clearly hsd connections with taxi drivers and get a cut when helping negotiate due to barrier. Its not a real Four Seaons, the service was no where at a Four Seaons level... but probably at another shereton or marriot level.
